We had an amazing experience at the aquarium it is a long bus ride but there is a lot to see on the way there including the beautiful ocean once at the aquarium seeing the whale sharks was magnificent watching them feed the whale sharks was absolutely amazing and to think that they actually release them back into the ocean after they’re done studying them is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I have read good reviews for this trip and just nice that we lucky to get the rebate ( 2 for 1) promo.. So we book the trip!!!

Meeting point : The pick up point is not clearly indicate .. We just know that is at the hotel.. We reached early and scare that we might miss the bus .. Lucky we ask the hotel lobby, yes is the correct place... I suggest that can take picture where is the pick up point and shown at booking page is the best.. Attendance was smooth and easy.. Puncture and fast.. The tour leader couldn't speak english .. But anyway we still OK ..

Lunch at the restaurant opp the sweet potato shop is great.. The udon is nice !

Everyplace given time is just nice except that I prefer the churaumi aquarium to have longer time..
The tour leader bring us to the entry , give us the tickets and also give clear instructions where is the meet up point .. I thk 150min is not enough because what if is elderly ? They have no enough time to look around .. And walk back the carpark is a super long distance for them ..

Pineapple park: it a just mini park wit shopping area .. Time spent here is just nice .. Those do not want shopping can go take pictures outside the shop ..

Overall : it is a good experience .. Those who do not drive can join this tour!!!
We will recommend this to my friends and families ...

The aquarium was a wonderful experience it’s just amazing to see whale sharks in captivity I hope they do catch and release like what I was told The aquarium by far was the best aquarium I have been to little bit of a long bus ride but the scenery along way spray nice all in all it was worth the adventure.

We were able to efficiently visit various places, mainly the Churaumi Aquarium. I feel like we could make better use of our time compared to using a rental car. With the steak dinner plan, we got off the bus and enjoyed steak at Sam's Steakhouse. It was fun to watch the cooking performance right in front of us.

美ら海水族館メインに、効率よくいろいろ行けました。
レンタカーを使うより時間が有効に使える気がします。ステーキディナープランで、バスを降りてからステーキハウスサムズでステーキをいただきました。目の前で調理してくれパフォーマンスもあって楽しかったです。

I wasn't confident in driving... but I wanted to go to the northern part! So I signed up for this tour. As a result, I truly feel that choosing this tour was a great decision, and I made wonderful memories.

I participated alone, but while listening to Okinawan music and the guide's announcements on the bus, we headed to our destination. Once there, I was able to explore freely within the designated time and interact with other participants at a comfortable distance.

The time allocation at each sightseeing spot and the travel time felt just right. I am grateful to the driver who safely took us around and to the guide who entertained us with a lovely smile and thoughtful attention.

I would like to use this service again when I come back to Okinawa. Thank you very much.

運転に自信がない…でも北部に行きたい！と思い こちらを申し込みました。
結果、このツアーを選んで良かったと心から思える素敵な思い出が出来ました。
ひとり参加でしたが、車内では沖縄の音楽やガイドアナウンスを聴きながら目的地まで向かい、現地では決められた時間内で自由に散策をし、程よい距離感で他の参加者の方達とも関わりが持てました。
各観光地の時間配分、乗車時間等のプランもちょうど良く感じました。
安全運転で各地を巡ってくれた運転手さん、素敵な笑顔と丁寧な気配りで楽しませてくださったガイドさんに感謝しています。

I’m from Thailand and took this tour with my friend on February 3rd, my chose this tour because we didn’t have a car and saw this tour online with good reviews. On the day we took the tour it started right on time with friendly staff and comfortable ride on the bus. Everything on the schedule was accurate, only negative part was guide not able to speak English but was very helpful to make us comfortable. We love the experience will definitely come back again with friends and family to take this tour again.

We participated as a family of three (including a one-year-old child). I think it's easy to join since they pick you up from various hotels. The beach at Kouri Island was incredibly beautiful and left me in awe. However, there is limited free time, so we only had enough time to take some photos at the beach and look at a few souvenirs. Next time, I would like to visit Heart Rock and the tower as well.

At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we had plenty of time to explore at a leisurely pace, even with a child, and we were able to see the dolphin show. We also enjoyed visiting various major spots. Thank you!

家族3人（1歳の子供含む）で参加しました。いろんなホテルにお迎えに来てくれるので、参加しやすいと思います。古宇利島のビーチがとにかくキレイで感動しました。ただ自由時間が少ないのでビーチで写真を撮って、お土産を少し見るくらいしか時間がありません。次回はハートロックやタワーの方も行ってみたいです。
美ら海水族館は時間がたっぷりあるので、子連れでもゆっくり回れましたし、イルカのショーも見る事が出来ました。その他も主要スポットを色々回れて満喫出来ました。ありがとうございました！

I wasn't confident in driving, so I signed up for the tour. It was great to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots. I wished for a bit more time at each location, but I understand that with so many places to visit, it's unavoidable. I had a lot of fun.

効率よく観光地を回れたのが良かったです。
それぞれの場所で滞在時間がもう少し欲しいと思いましたが、
これだけの場所を回るのだから仕方がないと納得です。

The sightseeing tour in a clean, large bus was comfortable despite the low price, and the weather was clear. There were only a few participants, and both the driver and the guide were friendly, making the experience truly enjoyable. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

快晴の中、低料金にもかかわらずきれいな大型バスでの観光は、快適でした。参加人数も少なく、ドライバーさんもガイドさんもフレンドリーで、本当に気持ちよく観光できました。大満足です。ありがとうございました。

I decided to take a trip to Okinawa as a birthday present for my mother and signed up for a tour.

I thought the bus guide would talk to us along the way, but instead, we were given an audio guide to listen to together before reaching the tour locations, which felt very impersonal and not very interesting.

Also, why was the guide so condescending? From the moment we arrived at the meeting point, the attitude was really unpleasant. When picking up various people from different locations, there was no explanation, and we were just left waiting, circling around the city. Before I knew it, we hadn’t left Naha City for an hour after getting on the bus. Other tours had bathroom breaks along the way, but this one didn’t have any. I understand time constraints, but when we arrived at Pineapple Park, I wanted to use the restroom, but I was rushed onto the cart and ultimately couldn’t go until we reached the exit.

At other locations, we were told to keep to the schedule in a very strict manner, like a military drill. I had no intention of being late, but I believe there’s a way to communicate that.

I wanted to film while crossing the Kouri Bridge, but the guide’s poor performance on the sanshin and singing ruined it. Additionally, when I met the guide at the smoking area and was told “Thank you for your hard work,” it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The guide may do this every day, but we are participating in the tour to create memories. Especially since I planned this to make my mother happy, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. I truly regret spending money on this tour after having such an unpleasant experience.

The aquarium is also quite a distance from the bus parking lot, so even though they say we have three hours, considering the round trip, it’s more like two and a half hours.

At the very end, the guide mistakenly called out loudly for the drop-off location, which was very frustrating. I will try to avoid participating in tours with this company in the future.

母親の誕生日プレゼントで沖縄旅行へ行く事になり、ツアーに申し込みました。　

バスガイドの方が道中お話をしてくれると思っていたのですが、音声ガイドを渡されてツアーの場所に行く前にみんなで聞く為業務的であまり面白くはなかった。

そしてガイドの方はなぜあんなに高圧的なんでしょうか？
集合場所に行った時から本当に気分が悪い対応でした。
いろんな場所へいろんな方を迎えに行く際もなんの説明もなく、ただ待たされグルグル市内を回り気がついたら乗車してから1時間那覇市内から出ていなかったです。
他のツアーでは途中トイレ休憩があったりしましたが、こちらのツアーでは途中トイレ休憩もなかったです。
時間の関係もあると思いますが、パイナップルパークに着いた時トイレに行きたいと思ったのに急かされカートに乗せられ結局出口までトイレに行けなかったです。

その他の場所でも時間を守るよう軍隊のようにキツく言われ、遅れるつもりもないですが言い方はあると思いました。

古宇利橋を通る際に動画を撮りたいと思っていましたが、ガイドさんの下手くそな三線と歌で台無しです。
そして喫煙所でガイドの方と会った際に[お疲れ様です]と言われた事も気分が悪かったです。

ガイドさんは毎日のお仕事かもしれませんが、私達は思い出を作りにツアーに参加しています。
特に今回は母に喜んでもらおうと企画したのに心から楽しむことができませんでした。
こんなに不快な思いをしてこのツアーにお金を払ってしまった事に本当に後悔しました。


水族館もバスの駐車場から距離がありますので3時間と言いつつ往復の時間を考えると2時間30分くらいです。

最後の最後で降車場所をガイドさんに間違えられ大きな声で呼ばれましたが、本当にいい加減にして欲しかったです。
今後はなるべくこちらの会社のツアーには参加しないようにします。

I saw Oishi Forest Mountain on TV, so it was a great help for me since I don't have a driver's license! If I had to say anything, I wish I could have stayed at Oishi Forest Mountain a little longer! I rushed to see the yellow course and the banyan tree, but it was just in time.

I was also satisfied with the Churaumi Aquarium, as I felt like I didn't have enough time! Since it's this time of year, I was a bit intimidated by the presence of Chinese tourists... but everyone is looking forward to it, right?

When I talked to my local friends, they said that this price for the content is incredibly cheap! I think so too. Thank you to the driver and the guide for the long time spent together! 😊

テレビで大石林山をしていたので免許がない私はとても助かりました！
しいて言うなら大石林山にもう少し長く居たいくらいです！私は黄色コース＋ガジュマルだけ見たくてダッシュしましたが、ギリギリでした。
ちゅら海水族館も私は時間が足りないくらいだったので満足です！
あとはこの時期なので中国人の方が居て怯んでしまいましたが。。みなさん楽しみにされていますもんね。
現地のお友達に話すとこの価格はこの内容ですごい安い！とのことでした。私もそう思います。

I applied to visit Okinawa for the first time, wanting to go to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. At the aquarium, I was healed by the size of the whale sharks and the fish living in the coral reefs. I'm glad I visited. The only disappointing thing was that the weather was cloudy and the wind was strong, so I couldn't see Okinawa's blue sea. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I hope to see the wonderful scenery of Okinawa. I was anxious about participating alone, but I felt the care and kindness of the tour guide and the driver, and I was able to enjoy the day. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄、美ら海水族館に行きたくて申込ました。美ら海水族館では、ジンベイザメの大きさやサンゴ礁に住む魚たちに癒されました。訪れて良かったと思います。ただ１つ残念な事は、天気が曇で風が強く沖縄の青い海が見れなかった事です。再度訪れる機会があれば、素晴らしい沖縄の景色を見れたらと思います。1人参加で不安でしたが、ツアーガイドの方と運転手の気遣いと優しさを感じ、1日楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

When I come to Okinawa, I always participate in this Churaumi Aquarium bus tour. The price is reasonable, and I was able to enjoy the stunning views of Kouri Island and Manzamo. This time, the course also included a stroll through American Village for the first time, making for a fulfilling Okinawa sightseeing experience. This bus tour is undoubtedly the best tour.

沖縄に来た時は、必ずこの美ら海水族館バスツアーに参加します。料金もリーズナブルですし、古宇利島、万座毛の絶景も堪能出来、また今回初めてアメリカンビレッジの散策がコースに追加され、充実した沖縄観光が出来ました。このバスツアーは文句なしでベストツアーです。

Was lucky to get the rebate plan (2for 1) (rebate will only come in after review) for our trip.
As my family and I weren’t prepared for this trip due to our busy schedule, I only booked it on 22nd Jan(midnight) when I was already in Okinawa. It was confirmed very quickly with details sent within 10hours.

Pickup:
The pickup was at hotel lobby(wasn’t clear on pickup point)
The bus was a little late that day, made my mom frantic and afraid that we were at the wrong pickup point. Attendance was easy and smooth.

First 2 locations:
Scenic and the time given was just perfect. There isn’t much around the area so have a good look & take photos & move on.

Lunch: I DIDN’T GET TO EAT LUNCH
The restaurant opposite the shopping place was full and had no seats to accommodate more guest. There wasn’t any selection to choose lunch so I didn’t get to eat. :)))) again, there weren’t other restaurants to eat at other than a buffet hotpot. Lunchtime was about 50mins so no buffet, don’t waste money.

Churaumi:
Easy & smooth entry. Reach around 2 pm
The bus was to leave at 4 pm. Ok here’s what I’m ??? about:
Dolphin show was 3pm & 3.30pm(dolphin feeding) finishes at about 3.50pm. Bus Bay is 10-15mins of walk back, so we rushed. Imagine elderlies walking, it would take time quite a while. The bus should leave at 4.15 pm for guest to enjoy the shows.

Nago pineapple park:
Time should be extended by 10mins.

Overall, good experience. The guide distributed snacks and kept doing headcounts before we left just to Ensure everyone’s on board. She was very friendly too!

This was a great opportunity to see some of the country without doing the driving. The aquarium was great and there were many other sights to enjoy. Due to the language barrier, there were times when it was a bit confusing, however the wonderful guide went out of her way to explain things and showed us great kindness. I highly recommend this trip.

While heading to the destination, we enjoyed the various exteriors of the hotels while attracting customers at the resort hotel, and I felt that the guide's smooth chatter, filled with numbers, was quite educational. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I was struck by the impression that I mostly heard Chinese. Even though it was before the Lunar New Year, I was overwhelmed by the large crowd. I was satisfied to see the dolphin show despite it being winter. I would like to use this service again.

リゾートホテルで集客しながら目的地に向かうので、様々なホテルの外観も楽しめるし、ガイドさんのよどみないお喋りも数字が多用されて勉強しているなと感じた。美ら海水族館では、中国語ばかりが聞こえていた印象です。春節前でしたがその大人数に圧倒されました。冬なのにイルカショーを見られて満足しました。また利用したいです。

I was always mindful of the meeting times, so I couldn't take my time to look around. Considering the packed schedule for one day, I think it's a good deal. However, I believe it would be easier to navigate Pineapple Park with a tour guide. It may not be very large, but I got lost along the way.

ただ、パイナップルパークは添乗員さんがついて回ったほうがわかりやすいと思います。広くはないかもしれないですが途中でどこへ行ったらわからなくなりました。

This tour is highly recommended! I wanted to do some sightseeing in the northern area even though I didn't have a car, so I signed up for this tour. It was really great, so I truly recommend it!

It was okay to change the pick-up and drop-off locations, so I joined from a hotel near my accommodation and was dropped off at the prefectural office on the way back, which allowed me to use my time effectively.

The sightseeing spots were all places I wanted to visit, and I was impressed by the large aquarium at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and enjoyed the dolphin show. The weather wasn't great on Kouri Island, so I couldn't see the sparkling blue sea, but I want to challenge it again next time.

We also stopped at places where I could buy purple sweet potato tarts, pineapple liquor, and snacks, making it a very satisfying tour.

車がないけど、北部の観光がしたい！となり、このツアーに申し込みました。かなり良かったので、ほんとオススメです！
行き帰りの送迎場所を変えてもオッケーだったので、宿泊地のホテル近くから参加し、帰りは県庁で降ろしてもらえ、時間を有効に使えました。
観光地は行きたいところばかりで、美ら海水族館の大きな水槽には感動し、イルカショーも楽しめました。古宇利島では天気が良くなかったので、キラキラした青い海は見えなかったですが、次回またチャレンジしたいと思います。紅芋タルトやパイナップルのお酒、お菓子を買えるところにも寄れて、大満足のツアーでした。

My friends and I enjoyed this full day tour offered by Veltra. We did not rent a car during our trip to Okinawa (and in Okinawa, if is very difficult to move around without a car) so we found the bus service very convenient. We were picked up at our hotel in Chatan which was very convenient as well. Not to mention that this tour made us go to different tourist spots in Okinawa at a very affordable price!

Booking this tour went smooth as well. We did not have any planned itinerary for our Okinawa trip due to our pretty busy schedule but we’re glad we found this online. We booked our tour a day before our scheduled trip (luckily they still have available slots!). Everything went fine and smooth, our trip was confirmed shortly.

We had a pleasant time during the trip. We were able to pass through some of the beautiful beaches in Okinawa. The Churaumi Aquarium experience was also great. We had fun watching the dolphin show. Too bad though we lack time to tour the entire park.

The tour guide does not speak English but we can see her effort to guide us in any way possible. We did not have any problem with communication at all since there is an English audio inside the bus.

Would definitely recommend this tour to my family and friends who will visit Okinawa in the future. :)

I was looking forward to Pineapple Park just as much as Churaumi Aquarium, but it turned out to be just a stop for shopping. I was disappointed because I thought there would be more to see and do.

I participated in the tour because driving to the northern part on my own seemed challenging, but the time spent at each sightseeing spot was just right for me, allowing for a leisurely exploration.

Cape Hedo was breathtaking. At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, I was a bit disappointed to have arrived late and only saw the dolphin show from outside the venue, but everything else was satisfying. In the end, I enjoyed the sunset from the car window.

I prefer a tour like this, which focuses on specific destinations, rather than moving between many sightseeing spots in a short amount of time.

自力で北部まで運転して行くのは大変そうだったので参加しましたが、各観光場所での滞在時間が私にはちょうどよく、ゆっくり観光することができて良かったです。
辺戸岬は絶景の一言。大石林山は一番長いコースをじっくり見て回ることができ、美ら海水族館は、到着が送れてイルカショーの会場の外から見たのがちょっと残念でしたが、それ以外は満足でした。最後は車窓から見る日没まで楽しみました。
短い滞在時間でたくさんの観光場所を移動するより、こういう行き先を絞った余裕のあるツアーがいいです。

I was surprised by the size of the whale shark and also by how it eats. It became a fun memory. Three hours felt too short.

じんべいサメの大きさにビックリ、エサの食べ方もビックリでした。楽しい思い出になりました。　3時間では短く感じました。

I participated with two friends.
The meeting place was close to our accommodation, and the bus was easy to find. There were more foreign participants than Japanese, making it a multicultural bus.
The guide's stories were interesting, and they were kind and attentive, so I really enjoyed it!
The time spent at each location was short, but we disembarked at American Village along the way, allowing us to see a beautiful sunset.
Given the level of satisfaction for this price, it was a great deal! I'm very satisfied.

集合場所も宿から近くバスも分かりやすかったです。参加者は日本人より外国の方のほうが多く、多国籍なバスでした。
ガイドさんのお話は面白く、優しく丁寧だったのでとっても楽しめました！
ひとつひとつの場所での時間は短かかったですが、途中のアメリカンビレッジで離団したため、綺麗な夕陽をみれました。
この充実度でこのお値段は安い！とっても満足です。

I decided to join this tour because they provide direct transportation to the hotel where I was staying in Naha City.

The schedule for the Churaumi Aquarium was 150 minutes, which included seeing the giant whale shark in the massive tank, browsing for souvenirs, and watching the dolphin show at the Okichan Theater starting at 3 PM. Although the timing felt a bit rushed, it was just right.

Personally, I wasn't very aware of the scenic spots like the Warumi Bridge and Kouri Island when I signed up, but they were beautiful, and I enjoyed the souvenir shops as well. Taking photos at the beach, having a restroom break, and shopping for souvenirs felt a bit short at 20 minutes. I wished we had another 10 minutes. It was a whirlwind just looking at Blue Seal ice cream, tankan, papaya, and pure brown sugar. I returned to the bus with a heavy heart.

At Nago Pineapple Park, I thought 20 minutes was sufficient for souvenir shopping and restroom breaks. However, it would have been better if the restrooms were a bit cleaner.

I would like to thank the guide who contacted the restaurant and subsequent facilities regarding my allergy concerns, as well as the staff at the restaurant and shops for their assistance. Thank you for your kindness.

I believe the price, which includes transportation costs, aquarium admission fees, and guide fees, is very reasonable. Overall, it was a tour that allowed us to spend a comfortable and efficient day.

那覇市内の宿泊するホテルに直接送迎してくれることが決め手となり、こちらのツアーに参加しました。

美ら海水族館は150分で、巨大水槽のジンベイザメを見て、お土産を見て、さらに15時からのオキちゃん劇場のイルカショーを見て、バスの駐車場に15:45までに戻ってくるという時間配分は、少し急ぎ足ですがちょうど良かったです。

個人的には、申込時にあまり意識的していなかったワルミ大橋、古宇利島観光がとてもキレイで、またお土産物屋さんも楽しかったです。ビーチで写真を撮り、トイレ休憩し、お土産を買うのに20分では短く感じました。もう10分あればなあと思いました。ブルーシールアイス、たんかん、パパイヤ、純黒糖など、いろいろ見るだけであっという間でした。後ろ髪を引かれながらバスに戻りました。

ナゴパイナップルパークではお土産とトイレ休憩なので、20分でも良いと思いました。ただ、トイレがもう少しきれいだと良いのですが…。

昼食のアレルギーの件で相談した際に、レストランや後続の施設に連絡を取ってくださり、対応してくださったガイドさん、レストランやお店の方々に感謝いたします。ご親切にありがとうございました。

交通費と、水族館の入館料、ガイド代を含めてのこの値段は非常にリーズナブルだと思います。全体的に、効率的良く、快適に1日を過ごすことができるツアーでした。

We gathered at the prefectural office square in the morning and set off right away, stopping by several hotels to pick up participants before heading to Manzamo, which is often featured on postcards. It was under construction, so we couldn't take our time to enjoy it, but the Elephant Nose and the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) are famous there. I was glad we could spend plenty of time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which my child had been looking forward to. It was nice to see my child enjoying their first experience in a pineapple field at Pineapple Park.

We had fresh purple sweet potato tart at the Okashi Goten, and it was delicious. There's nothing like it fresh out of the oven. We were also able to buy a lot of souvenirs. I was exhausted from sleeping soundly on the bus ride back, but if you want to efficiently visit tourist spots, I recommend this course.

朝県庁前広場に集合してすぐ出発しましたが、数カ所のホテルに回り参加者を拾って、葉書によく出る万座毛に行きました。工事中だったので、ゆっくり見れなかったが、象の鼻と夫婦岩が有名です。子供が憧れていた美ら海水族館にたっぷり滞在できて良かったです。パイナップルパークで子供が初めてパイナップル畑を見て楽しそうだったので良かったです。
お菓子御殿で生の紅芋タルトを食べて美味しかったです。やっぱりできたてがうまいんです。またお土産もいっぱい買えました。帰るバスの中で爆睡して疲れましたけど、効率よく観光名所を回りたいならこのコースがおすすめです。

I apologize for the inconvenience and disturbance caused as I was with children. We had a great time together. Since we had many places to visit, I had to accompany the kids to the restroom and walk at their pace, which left us with little time to shop at the souvenir stores, and I felt a bit sorry for just borrowing the restroom. However, we were able to hit all the key sightseeing points, and I think this price is very reasonable!

子連れでしたので、大変ご迷惑、お騒がせして申し訳ありませんでした。
子供と一緒にとても楽しませていただきました。
立ち寄る場所が多いため、随所で子供のトイレに付き合ったり歩幅を合わせて歩くとお土産屋さんで購入する時間がなく、お手洗いだけ借りるような形になってしまい、ちょっと申し訳なくおもいました。
しかし観光ポイントはしっかりと押さえており、この価格はとてもお得だと思います！

The bus tour was a very good way to go around Okinawa if you don't have a car. They picked us up at a convenient place and took us to the aquarium and other scenic locations around the island. The staff was helpful and friendly.
