I was able to efficiently visit representative tourist attractions in central Okinawa, starting with the Churaumi Aquarium. Since we spent a long time at the aquarium, it was nice to have a relatively relaxed experience.

美ら海水族館をはじめとする本島中部の代表的な観光施設を効率的に回れました。水族館の滞在時間が長いので、比較的ゆったりと過ごせてとてもよかったです。

The diving was canceled, and I was in a bit of a bind with my suddenly open schedule, but I found a tour that included a stay at a hotel in Yachiyo. It's truly appreciated, especially since most tours depart from Naha or Chatan.

We visited various places, and the guide provided very clear explanations with a touch of humor. The guide's singing was also wonderful.

We had a fulfilling experience at Manza Beach, Pineapple Park, the aquarium, and the Okashi Goten. We even got to see the dolphin show at 3 PM, which was unlike anything I've seen before and incredibly cute.

When I asked the kids what they enjoyed most about the trip, they immediately replied that the tour was the highlight. Thank you very much!

急遽予定があいてしまって困っていましたが、
検索で、谷茶の宿泊ホテルに止まるツアーが一件だけヒット。
那覇や北谷着発が多い中、本当にありがたいです。

色々な場所に行き、
ジョークを交えたとてもわかりやすい説明で、
ガイドさんの歌も素敵でした。

万座毛やパイナップルパーク、水族館に、お菓子御殿と充実していました。
15時からのイルカのショーも見れました、他では見たことがない感じでとても可愛かっです。

子供たちに、旅行で何が楽しかった？と聞くとツアーが楽しかったと即答でした。
本当にありがとうございました。

The tour started at the Churaumi Aquarium, then we visited Manzamo and American Village. Most participants were with companions, but I was able to occupy a two-person seat by myself (laughs). The guide constantly provided information on the bus, and I had a very enjoyable time looking out the window while listening to the guide (laughs).

I thought two hours at the aquarium might be a bit short, but it was sufficient! We ended with the Okichan Theater, and I found that having Okinawa soba for lunch nearby was just right. Well, the prices were similar to those in the city for a tourist spot, so it might be a good idea to have lunch there since it's close to the bus stop♪

On the other hand, we only had 20 minutes at Manzamo, which made for a rather rushed visit. I think an extra 10 minutes would have been enough... It's a bit disappointing to realize how precious those 10 minutes are in a tour compared to everyday life, and I want to recommend this to solo travelers, so I'm writing this honestly.

Conversely, I also thought that 30 minutes or more would have been nice... (laughs)

This time, I was able to use GOTO, so it was worth more than the price.

Overall, I recommend this tour for solo participants in terms of both value and experience! I was a bit anxious since it was my first tour, but once we arrived at the sightseeing spots, I could explore freely and return within the time limit. For someone traveling alone, including transportation costs, I felt that there’s no more efficient and rewarding trip than this!

Thank you to the bus guide! Thanks to the driver’s safe driving, I was able to comfortably sleep during the one-hour travel time, just as my stomach was satisfied (laughs). Thank you!

やはり　同伴者の参加がほとんどでしたが
席も2人席を1人締めできたし（笑）
ガイドさんがバスの中で常にガイドしてくれてて
たまに（笑）そのガイドにそりバスの外を眺めながらとても楽しい時間を過ごせました

2時間判の水族館も少ないかな？と思いましたが
充分でした！　
おきちゃん劇場を最後にして
近くで沖縄ソバも昼食で充分かなと
まぁ〜観光地にしては市内と変わらない
金額で食べれたし
昼食取ると良いかもです
そこからバスまち場まですぐなので♪

逆に万座毛が20分しかなく…かなり早歩きでの見学でした　プラス10分あったら充分だったかな…普段の生活の10分と　こー言うツアーでの10分がこんなに貴重なんだとちょっと残念な点も1人旅の方に勧めたいの
で正直に書きます。

逆に30分以上はいいかなとも思ったので…
（笑）

今回はGOTOを利用できたのでお値段以上の価値がありました

総合的にもお値段的にも1人参加の方にお勧めです！
ツアー初参加で不安でしたが…バスを降り観光地に着いたら時間内に戻り自由にみて回れる
1人の場合交通費なども含め
こんな効率良くお得な旅は無いかと思うぐらい

I participated from Kencho-mae on November 22. Due to COVID-19 prevention measures, we were seated one person per two-person seat on the large bus, which made me feel safe. The weather was nice and the sea was beautiful! There was traffic on the way from Churaumi Aquarium to Okashi Goten due to the middle of the three-day weekend! Thanks to the quick thinking of our guide and driver, we prioritized the sunset at Manzamo first. Although Okashi Goten was supposed to close at 6 PM, they negotiated to extend it until 6:10 PM, for which I am grateful. The guide from Taiwan was making her debut, but she was cheerful and attentive to the customers, which was very pleasant. We had a full three hours at the aquarium, and it was truly a satisfying tour. Thank you very much.

11/22に県庁前から参加しました。
コロナ感染予防対策で大型バスの2人席に１人ずつの配置で安心でした。お天気もよく海もきれい！三連休のなか日で美ら海水族館から御菓子御殿への道が渋滞！ガイドさんと運転手さんの機転で先に万座毛のサンセットを優先していただきました。御菓子御殿の閉店が18時なのに交渉して18:10まで延ばしていただき感謝です。
台湾からのガイドさんはデビューとのことでしたが、明るく、お客様に寄り添う姿が好感がもてました。水族館もたっぷり3時間あり、本当に大満足のツアーでした。

I apologize for the delay caused by my junior this morning. As a result, we departed 10 minutes late, but thank you for waiting.

Now, regarding the tour itself, it was great that we were able to visit various places, but the tour guide was a foreigner. While they could speak Japanese, it was very difficult to understand them. Towards the end, their voice became so quiet that I couldn't hear the explanations. When they said, "Please ask if you have any questions," it was hard to do so under those circumstances.

We started from in front of the prefectural office, but there were many buses lined up, making it hard to find the right one. Other tour guides were calling out loudly, while ours just stood outside holding a customer list. That made it really confusing. Since I’m not very experienced with tours and this was only my second time, I didn’t know what to do. This was evident as other customers, who were also there more than 10 minutes early, ended up arriving at the bus just in time and expressed their confusion.

Additionally, I went with my junior this time, and while I understand the need for social distancing due to COVID, everyone could have easily maintained distance by sitting by the windows. However, we were made to sit together as a couple, and when I asked if we could move to the window seats, I was told to wait. Ultimately, we were able to sit by the window only in the afternoon. If they were going to allow it, they could have done so in the morning as well. Moreover, there was someone sitting alone who wanted to see the scenery and preferred to sit by the window, which was prioritized instead. Doesn’t that seem strange?

Please ensure proper training for the tour guides. If it had been a Japanese guide, I think we could have enjoyed it a bit more.

朝イチ後輩が遅れてすみませんでした。それで10分出発が遅れたのですが待っていただきありがとうございました。
早速ツアー内容なんですが、内容的には色々なところをまわれたのはよかったのですが、添乗員が外人さんで、日本語も大丈夫なのですが、非常に聞き取り辛かったです。説明も、自身がないのか終わりの方は声が小さく聞こえなかったです。
分からないことが有れば聞いてくださいって、これでは聞けないですよ。
出発の場所は県庁前からだったのですが、何台も並んでいたのでわかりにくかったです。他のツアーの添乗員さんは大きな声で呼んでいるのに、今回の添乗員は外に出て、顧客リストを持っているだけ。これではわかりませんよね。旅行慣れしていなく今回が2回目だったので、わかりませんでした。それを物語るのが、他のお客さんも、10分以上前に県庁前にいたのにギリギリにバスに着いてわからなかったって言ってバスに乗ってました。
あと、今回後輩と乗ったのですが、コロナで席を空けてるのはわかるのですが、全員窓際に座っても十分距離は保てるのに、私たちとカップルだけ2人で座らされ、窓際に移っていいですか？って聞いたら待ってください。って言われて結局窓際に座れたのが昼過ぎ。結局オッケーするなら午前中でも、よかったのではないでしょうか？それも、1人で座ってる人が景色ぐ見たいから逆に座りたいって言って、そっちを優先。おかしくないでしょうか？
添乗員教育ちゃんとしてください。日本人の添乗員だったらもう少し楽しめたかな。

To get to the northern Yanbaru area, it's difficult without a rental car, so I signed up for the only bus tour that goes to Daishirinzan. The bus had proper infection control measures in place, including seat arrangements.

Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour. I was looking forward to the views from the observation decks at Cape Hedo and Daishirinzan, but sadly, I could barely see anything. The weather forecast predicted clear skies for the afternoon, so I wished we could have reversed the order of the tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium later. (Since it's a group tour, I understand that the schedule for each location is fixed and changes are probably not possible.)

We had 80 minutes at Daishirinzan. I wanted to see the "Observation Deck" and "Gajumaru," so I walked the shortcut course "Kigan & Churaumi" plus the "Yanbaru Forest Course." I just barely made it back in time within the 80 minutes. I wished I had a bit more time.

At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had 180 minutes. Perhaps because it was the second day of a three-day weekend in September when people started to move around (they were allowing entry with restrictions for infection control), there was a huge line, and it took 20 minutes to get in after we started waiting. The tour guide mentioned that it was the longest line they had ever seen. However, even with the 20-minute wait, we had plenty of time with the 180-minute stay. I skipped the really crowded tanks, looked at the beach and sea turtles, and then returned to the aquarium to explore.

It seems that the tour content has changed now. It looks like it offers a better experience to fully enjoy Yanbaru.

北部やんばるエリアに行くにはレンタカー以外では難しくて、この大石林山に行くことができる唯一のバスツアーに申し込みました。
バス内では席位置等感染対策がしっかりととられていました。
当日はあいにくの雨。「辺戸岬」と「大石林山」の展望台からの景色を楽しみにしていたのですが残念ながらほぼ何も見えませんでした。午後からの天気予報は晴れだったので午後からの「美ら海水族館」と回る順番を逆にすることができたら良かったのになあって思いました。（ツアー団体だから各場所に行く予定時間は決まっていて変更は無理なんだろうとは思います）
「大石林山」の滞在時間は80分。「展望台」と「ガジュマル」は見たかったので「奇岩・美ら海」のショートカットコース+「やんばる森林コース」を歩きました。なんとかギリギリ80分でもどれました。もう少し時間が欲しかった。
「美ら海水族館」は滞在180分。人が動き出した9月の3連休の二日目のためか（感染対策のために入場制限をしながら入場させていた）入場はすごい列ができていて、並んでから入るまで20分かかりました。添乗員さんはこんなに行列ができているのは初めてだと言われていました。ただ20分並んでも180分滞在時間があったので時間は十分でした。すごく混んでいる水槽は飛ばし、ビーチやウミガメを見てからまた水族館にもどり入って見ました。

今はツアー内容が変更になっているようですね。やんばるをより満喫できる内容のようなので良さそうですね。

The aquarium allows unlimited entry on the same day, so I was able to go from the aquarium to the dolphin show and then re-enter the aquarium to take my time looking around. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, which was lucky. I was also able to see the baby sea turtles that are only available during this season, which was great.

水族館は当日限り何回でも入場可能なので、水族館→イルカショー、その後に水族館に再入場してゆっくり見ることができました。平日だったこともあり、大混雑もなかったのでラッキーでした。この時期だけのウミガメの赤ちゃんも見ることができよかったです。

In the mangrove forest, we had an explanation from the guide and were able to explore while looking for creatures like coconut crabs. For lunch, we had sashimi with three pieces of white fish fry, which was very filling and delicious. Cape Hedo had an impressive deep blue color; although the wind was strong, the view was wonderful. At Daishi Forest, I was able to walk more easily than I expected and fully enjoy nature. I also thought that infection control measures were well implemented, such as hand sanitizer when getting on and off the bus and seating arrangements that maintained social distance. I'm glad I went.

マングローブ林ではガイドさんの説明があり、ヤシガニ等生き物を探しならがら見学できました。ランチは刺身に白身フライが3枚もつきボリューム満点で美味しかったです。辺戸岬は濃いブルーが印象的、風は強かったけど素晴らしい景色でした。大石林山は思ったより楽に歩くことができ、自然を満喫できました。バス乗り降りの際は手指アルコール消毒、ソーシャルディスタンスを保った座席配置など感染症対策もしっかりされていたと思います。行って良かったです。

I was looking for a tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island since I couldn't drive. There was a pick-up service from the hotel in Onna Village, and the tour was very fulfilling and great! Even without a car, I was able to visit various places on a day trip.

車が運転できなかったので、美ら海水族館と古宇利島に行けるツアーを探していました。宿泊していた恩納村のホテルまで送迎があり、内容も充実していてとても良かったです！！車がなくても日帰り観光で色々な場所に行けました。

This price is just too surprising! Everything is so good, I highly recommend it! Dinner was also incredibly delicious!

I also enjoyed the long-awaited Churaumi Aquarium, which was wonderful!

Since there isn't much time for American Village, I think it might be better to include other spots that can be enjoyed in a short time instead of forcing it into the plan.

I also had a meal where I could see Ryukyu dance, and both the food and drinks were delicious, making for an enjoyable viewing experience.

琉球舞踊のみれる食事もつけていただきましたが、食事もお酒も美味しくて、楽しく鑑賞できました。

I got caught in a little rain, but I was able to use the GO TO discount, and with that price, including admission to the Churaumi Aquarium, it was more than satisfactory. It was a very satisfying tour that included all the places I wanted to visit.

少し雨に降られましたが、ＧＯＴＯも使えて、あの金額、しかも美ら海水族館の入場も含まれるので申し分ありません。行きたいところが全部入っていたとても満足いくツアーでした。

I inquired whether the "designated hotel pick-up" meant they would come to pick me up at my accommodation, and it turned out to be five hotels associated with Jumbo Tours. Fortunately, one of them was just a seven-minute walk from my hotel, so I decided to join the tour.

The itinerary allowed us to efficiently visit the major spots in the northern region that would be difficult to cover in a day on our own, thanks to the guide's advice. In particular, we spent about three hours at the Churaumi Aquarium and even extended our visit to the Tropical Dream Center.

Regarding COVID-19 measures, both the guide and the driver were very considerate, which made me feel quite safe.

Additionally, it was my first time touring while listening to audio guides in eight different languages. Although it may seem rude to the guide, I felt it was better for them to provide supplementary explanations of the timely audio guides rather than repeating the same information each time. Considering the number of foreign travelers, this approach felt appropriate. (Since it was during the pandemic, the GOTO program was only for Japanese people... haha)

『指定ホテル送迎可』は宿泊ホテルに迎えに来てくれるのかと問い合わせしたらジャンボツアーズ社様の関わる５つのホテルでした。幸いに、その一つが宿泊所から徒歩７分の所にありましたので、気を取り直してツアーに参加しました。

内容は、個人では１日ではなかなか回れない北部の主要スポットを、ガイドさんのアドバイスの中で効率よく観光できました。特に、『美ら海水族館』は滞在時間が約3時間！あり、熱帯ドリームセンターまで足を伸ばせました。

コロナ対策については、ガイドさんだけではなく運転手さんも必要以上に配慮されていて大変安心しました。

また、初めて８か国の音声ガイドを聞きながら観光をしましたが、ガイドさんには失礼ですが毎回毎回同じこと喋るよりは、ガイドさんにはその時に旬な音声ガイドの補足を説明していただき、外国の旅行者が多いことを考えるとこれもありと感じました。
（　コロナ禍だったのでGOTOは日本人だけでしたが・・・　笑　）

We were blessed with good weather, and the veteran guide's stories, including the changes in Okinawa, were very well done. The sandwiches were delicious as well. It was a very fulfilling day of sightseeing. Thank you very much.

You can visit the famous spots in the northern region in one day. The aquarium is spacious, so three hours was a good amount of time. The emerald green sea is refreshing and definitely worth seeing. I would love to go again.

北部の名所を一日で観光できます。水族館は広いので３時間設定でよかったです。エメラルドグリーンの海は爽快で見ごたえ十分。ぜひまた行きたい。

The Churaumi Aquarium was not crowded, but including the show and lunch, it felt a bit rushed in just two and a half hours, so I wished I had a little more time.

The guide's explanations were very clear, and they occasionally incorporated the feelings of the Okinawan people, which made me fall in love with Okinawa's unique culture.

I compared several companies for the tour to Churaumi and chose this one because you can board in Naha and get off at Chatan, which is also where my next accommodation is. The arrival time in Chatan was early, allowing me to enjoy my hotel life longer after the sightseeing bus tour.

美ら海水族館は空いていましたが、ショーと昼食を含めて2時間半は慌しかったので　もう少し時間が欲しかったです。

ガイドさんの説明はとてもわかりやすく、ときおり沖縄県民の思いを織り交ぜながら解説してくれて独特の文化を歩む沖縄が大好きになりました。

美ら海へ行くツアーを何社か見比べてこちらに決めたのは　那覇から乗り、次の宿泊地の北谷で降りられる事。その中でも北谷の到着時間が早い事です。こちらの観光バスのあともホテルライフを長く楽しめました。

It was a highly satisfying tour. I was amazed by the mysterious vitality of the mangroves, overwhelmed by the grandeur and power of the Okinawa's Great Stone Forest, and comforted by the cuteness of the Okinawa rail. I grew even fonder of Okinawa. The tour guide and local guides were friendly and very thorough in explaining the local circumstances, which was very educational. The local specialties I tasted here and there were truly delicious. This is a tour I especially recommend for those who feel they have already visited the major tourist spots in Okinawa.

Driving long distances can be tough, but traveling by bus was very enjoyable. I definitely want to use it again.

自分で運転すると長距離移動が大変ですが、バスの移動はとても楽でした。また是非利用してみたいと思います。

I have been to the Churaumi Aquarium many times, but it was my first time at the Tropical Dream Center. It became a great memory. I will be back again! I was also relieved to see that the bus had thorough infection prevention measures in place.

It was just Halloween, and American Village was bustling with both adults and children in costumes. Furthermore, the time of arrival coincided perfectly with sunset, which was very beautiful.
Although the time on Kouri Island was a bit short, I still thought it was a great tour overall.

ちょうどハロウィンでしたが、アメリカンビレッジは大人も子供も仮装した方が多く活気が溢れていました。さらに、到着した時刻がちょうどサンセットでとても美しかったです。
古宇利島の時間が少し短かったですが、それも含めた上でも良いツアーだと思いました。

It was a tour packed with places I wanted to visit. Since there was quite a bit of travel distance, I was able to enjoy it while taking breaks on the bus. I also bought a lot of souvenirs at the Nago Pineapple Park.

行きたいとこが詰まったツアーでした。移動距離もあるので、バスで休憩もしながら楽しめました。ナゴパイナップルパークではたくさんお土産も買いました。

Since it was during the pandemic, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was not crowded, allowing me to enjoy watching the whale sharks and manta rays without any worries. The three hours I spent there felt way too short.

コロナ下だったので、美ら海水族館は空いていて、ジンベイザメやマンタを心置きなく眺められた。３時間の滞在時間がとても短く感じられる程だった。

It's a place I wouldn't think of going just to drive there alone, but I participated in my first bus tour and went there. I climbed the mountain while listening to the guide talk about Daishi Forest Mountain, and the Shikuwasa juice after exercising was the best! After that, at the Churaumi Aquarium, there weren't many people, but the dolphin show I saw for the first time was so cute. What impressed me the most was that we arrived at the Kencho Square exactly at 8 o'clock. It was right on schedule. I thought it was normal for a bus to be late, but everything went according to plan, and I was moved by it all. I'm glad I went.

ひとりで車運転してまで絶対行こうと思わない場所ですが、人生初のバスツアーに参加し行ってきました。添乗員さんから大石林山の話を聞きながら山登りし、運動した後のシークワサージュース最っ高でした。その後の美ら海水族館、人はまばらだったけど、初めて見たイルカショーとってもかわいかったです。最後にすごいと思ったのが、最終の県庁広場に8時ちょうどに着いたことです。予定時刻と全く一緒でした。バスだから予定時刻過ぎるのが普通かと思っていたのが予定通りだったから、全てに感動しました。
行ってよかったです。

I was moved to see the natural fish during the boat tour where we could view the underwater world. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I enjoyed lunch while watching the whale sharks and manta rays in the tanks. The dolphin show was also fun.

I participated using the Go To Travel program. I received local coupons on this tour and bought some souvenirs.

Well, I thought I had signed up for Course B in American Village, but I unexpectedly signed up for Course A. Course A allows you to visit Pineapple Park, so I guess that's okay. However, I felt that Pineapple Park was much more geared towards children than I expected. It was quite different from the photos in the tour description.

Churaumi Aquarium was fairly empty. It was nice to be able to take my time, but unfortunately, some attractions were closed due to the current situation. I hope we can get past COVID-19 soon.

The tour guide was bright and articulate, and their explanations were easy to understand, which left a good impression. Since it was an audio guide, I felt it was a bit lacking, but it was my second time at Churaumi, so it wasn't a problem. My husband seemed satisfied as well. Thank you very much.

さて、本当はアメリカンビレッジのBコースに申し込んだつもりでしたが、まさかのAコースに申し込んでいました。
Aコースはパイナップルパークに行けるのでまあ良しとしましょう。しかし、パイナップルパークは予想よりもかなりお子様向きだと思いました。ツアー説明の写真とはだいぶ違いました。
美ら海はかなり空いていました。ゆっくり見ることができるのは良かったのですが、この時節柄、やっていないものもあり残念。
早くコロナから脱したいですね。
添乗員さんは明るくハキハキとした方で説明もわかりやすく好印象です。
音声ガイドの説明なのでやや物足りなさもありましたが、２回目の美ら海なので問題ありませんでした。

I participated with the aquarium as my main goal. It seems that this popular tour usually requires a full house, but there were only 17 participants, so I secured four seats for myself. The guide even entertained us with songs and played the sanshin without me asking, which greatly increased my satisfaction. American Village has many shops and restaurants, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of America. There are so many places to explore that one day isn't enough, so I would like to try again.

水族館を目あてに参加しました。
普段は満席必須の人気ツアーのようですが17名だったのでひとりで4席確保。
頼んでもいないのにガイドさんが歌や三線まで披露していただき満足度上々でした。
アメリカンビレッジは雑貨屋や飲食店が多く、アメリカを彷彿とさせる佇まいです。
一日では回りきれない数なのでまたチャレンジしたいです。

万座毛の美しい景色、海洋公園でのイルカショー、恋の島の美しい景色、すべてがとても印象的でした。本当に価値のある旅行です。スタッフはとても親切で、この旅行はとても楽しかったです。

The beautiful view of Manzamo, the dolphin show in the ocean park, the beautiful view of the love island, all are so impressive. This is a really value trip. The stuffs were very nice, very enjoyable, this trip.

This time, I think it was much more economical than driving around with a rental car since it was eligible for Goto. The Churaumi Aquarium was a bit hectic, but I was glad to see the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium show without any issues. I was very satisfied with how efficiently we were able to visit the tourist spots. The guide and the driver were also polite, and the service was impeccable.

今回はGoto対象だったのでレンタカーで回るよりもずっとお得だったと思います。美ら海水族館は少しバタバタでしたが、おきちゃんショーも無事見れて良かったです。効率よく観光地を回れて大満足でした。
ガイドさん、ドライバーさんも丁寧でサービスも申し分なしです。
