We were blessed with good weather, and we were able to see so many colorful fish, which made my child very happy. The staff were also very friendly and kind. My second-grade daughter dropped one of her fins on the way back, but without any annoyance, they went back to help us look for it, and we found it safely. We appreciate their quick response.

天候にも恵まれて、色とりどりの魚をこんなにたくさん見れて、子供も大満足です。スタッフの方もとても親しみやすく親切でした。小2の娘が帰りに足ヒレを片方 落としてしまいましたが、嫌な顔ひとつせずに探しに戻って貰い無事に見つかりました。迅速な対応に感謝です。

It was the children's first snorkeling experience, and they explained everything carefully, allowing us to enjoy it without fear. Although I can't swim, I felt safe participating with a wetsuit and life jacket. The early morning trip was great, and we had the Blue Cave all to ourselves. There were plenty of fish, and the visibility was excellent.

The tour was supposed to include towels and drinks, so when I asked, I was told, "They are not included." Just to be safe, I brought my own towel and purchased drinks, but I wasn't satisfied with that response. If they are not included, I think it shouldn't be mentioned to avoid confusion.

Other than that, the guide was cheerful and kind, so it was very good overall.

子どもたちにとっての初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、丁寧に説明してくれて、怖がることなく楽しめました。
泳げないのですが、ウェットスーツとライフベスト着用で安心して参加出来ました。
早朝便で、青の洞窟貸し切り状態でよかったです。
お魚もたくさんいて透明度も抜群でした。

ツアーには、タオル、飲み物付きとなっていたため、ついていると思って聞いたら、「ついてないです」と言われました。念の為、自分でタオルは持ってきてましたし、飲み物は購入しましたけど、納得はいかなかったです。
ついてないなら、ややこしいので、記載するべきでないと思います。

それ以外は、ガイドの方も明るく優しかったので、とてもよかったです。

I made a reservation for the 10 o'clock ferry. There are five of us in the family (ages 9, 7, and 3). The weather was great, and the sunlight was streaming into the water, allowing us to see many fish—it was the best! The kids were amazed by how the boat worked! We created wonderful memories! I would like to use this service again when we visit Okinawa. The waiting time flew by as we watched sea turtles swimming in the pond! There are other activities as well, and I would like to try those too!

10時の便に予約しました。家族5人（9歳・7歳・3歳）　天気も良く水中には光が差し込み魚もたくさん見れて最高でした！船の仕組みに子供たちはビックリしていました！最高の思い出ができました！また沖縄に行った際は利用したいです。待ち時間などウミガメが池で泳いでいるのを見れたりあっという間の時間でした！他のアクティビティもありそちらもやってみたいです！

The guide provided me with precise advice, even though I was inexperienced with snorkeling, which made me feel at ease. They also pointed out great photo spots and took wonderful pictures of me from underwater. The Blue Cave was very beautiful, and there were plenty of fish; it was the best experience. Thank you!

I made a reservation for the day of travel from the hotel near Okinawa Arena to a hotel in Naha, and while discussing a few places I wanted to visit, such as the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, I was taken to the hotel in Naha.
I was able to chat with the driver the whole time and received some great local tips, which made it very enjoyable.
The rafute soba I had at a restaurant that only locals go to was truly delicious.
I tried eating it again at the airport on the way back, but the flavor of the soba, the broth, and the rafute were completely different, and the price was about two-thirds. Thank you very much.

沖縄アリーナ近くのホテルから那覇のホテルへ移動する移動日に予約をして、一度行きたかった美ら海水族館や古宇利島を中心にいくつか相談しながら回って那覇のホテルまで送っていただきました。
運転手さんから穴場情報を教えてもらう等、ずーっとおしゃべりできて、とても楽しかったです。
地元の人しか行かないお店で食べたラフテーそばは、本当に美味しかったです。
試しに帰りに空港でも食べてみましたが、そばの味もだしもラフテーも全く違い、かつ値段は２／３程度。ありがとうございました。

I had no luck with the Blue Grotto tour, as it was canceled due to bad weather five times over the past 12 years, but I finally got to visit the Blue Grotto! The instructor was also very good at talking, and I had a great time!

青の洞窟ツアーに縁がなく、過去12年間、5回も天候不順でツアー催行不可でしたが、念願の青の洞窟に行けました！
インストラクターさんも話し上手で、とても楽しめました！

This isn't to say that the tour was bad, but during my stay in Okinawa, it was only during this glass-bottom boat tour that it rained heavily, making it difficult to see the fish clearly. I was really disappointed thinking that if the weather had been nice, I would have been able to see the beautiful sea fish. I also wanted to experience feeding the dolphins, but since I had small children with me, I gave up on that. It was really unfortunate that the weather was nice in the morning on the day of the experience. I believe it would be a fantastic time if the weather is good.

これはこのツアーが悪い訳ではないのですが、沖縄滞在中、このグラスボートのツアーの時だけピンポイントで土砂降りであまり綺麗に魚が見えませんでした。
天気さえ良ければ最高に綺麗な海の魚が見えたんだろうなと思うと残念でした。
いるかのえさやり等も体験したかったのですが、小さい子もいるので諦めました。
体験の日も午前はお天気だったので、本当に残念過ぎました。
お天気だと最高に楽しめると思います。

It was my first experience snorkeling, and it was an amazing experience without any troubles! The pickup from Naha was smooth as well. This is definitely an activity I will do again!

The Dolphin Encounter experience was one that won't be forgetful. This rare time to see dolphins close up was very special for my children and I. My kids are 10 and 6 and they really were amazed with being able to touch the dolphin family. Also having interaction with them by showing our hands and the dolphins doing tricks with what each hand gesture meant. Then we were able to throw rings to see the dolphins return with them no matter how far. These animals are so smart. Finally able to see them do their flips that was a sight to see. It was a very nice time and it let my kids know a more personal understanding of how dolphins are.

Our family of five experienced snorkeling for the first time. Before the meeting time, we received a phone call from our guide who kindly informed us about the parking location and the crowd situation. The pre-explanation was bright and fun, teaching us tips on how to breathe properly, so we could participate without any anxiety! Although we couldn't enter the Blue Cave due to the waves, instead, we were taken to a spot with plenty of fish, where we learned about feeding them and the different types of fish. We were able to take many photos and videos, and our family was very satisfied! We also took pictures with our guide. Compared to other tours, this was a great deal, and we met a wonderful guide! Highly recommended!

家族５人初めてシュノーケルを体験しました。
集合時間前にガイドさんからお電話を頂き、駐車場の場所や混み具合などとても親切に教えて頂きました。
事前説明も明るく楽しく息継ぎのコツなどを教えて頂き全く不安なく参加できました！
青の洞窟には波の影響で入れませんでしたが、その代わりに魚がたくさんいるポイントに連れて行って下さり、エサやりや魚の種類、たくさんの事を教えて下さり写真や動画もたくさん撮って頂けて家族で大満足です！ガイドさんとも一緒に写真撮っていただきました♪他のツアーさんに比べて格安でステキなガイドさんと出会えます♪おすすめです！

The tourist attractions had just the right amount of time, not too short and not too long. I participated alone, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The pricing was reasonable and felt good. The tour guide was available in several languages, which I think makes it easier for people from different countries to join. However, it was disappointing that the audio from the headphones cut out at times, making it hard to understand.

観光地は丁度良い時間設定で短すぎず長すぎずでした。
一人参加でしたが存分に楽しめました。
価格設定も手頃で良い感じ
観光案内は数ヶ国語に対応していたのも色んな国の方が参加しやすいと思います
ただイヤホンの声が所々途切れて話がわからなかった時があったのが残念

I participated in the tour starting at 7 AM, which is said to be the best time to see the beautiful ocean. It was worth waking up early, and I was thrilled to have plenty of opportunities to take photos inside the Blue Cave, which I had heard tends to get crowded. Our guide, Mr. Kaneshiro, was friendly and kind (and handsome too), making it easy for the kids to warm up to him, and we all relaxed and enjoyed snorkeling. Feeding the fish was an exciting experience as we could directly feed them from our hands, and everyone was thrilled. Mr. Kaneshiro was also very knowledgeable and had great photography skills, capturing many wonderful photos that became treasures for us! I would love to rely on this service again when I visit Okinawa Main Island, and I’d like to try stand-up paddleboarding too! 😊

1番海がキレイな時間帯と言うことで、7時からの回に参加しました。
早起き頑張った甲斐があり、普段は混み合うと聞いていた青の洞窟内の写真撮影もたっぷり行えて嬉しかったです。
ガイドの金城さんの気さくで優しい人柄で（しかもイケメン）、子供たちもすぐに打ち解けて、リラックスしてシュノーケルを楽しめました。
魚への餌付けは魚に直接手からエサをあげられたり貴重な体験ができてみんな大興奮でした。
金城さんの知識も豊富でカメラの技術も高く、素敵な写真をたくさん撮って頂き宝物になりました！
また沖縄本島に遊びに行く際はこちらでお世話になりたいです！supもしてみたいです(^-^)

I got to do parasailing and snorkeling in half a day! It felt amazing to look out at the blue sky and sea while being blown by the wind in the air. The water was so clear that I could see the bottom of the ocean well. I also got to swim with the fish.

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but I received a call from the guide right after my application, explaining how to use the parking lot at Cape Manzamo, which made me feel at ease about participating. I was able to rent everything, including wetsuits and fins.

When I mentioned that I was bringing my 5 and 9-year-old children for their first snorkeling experience, the guide assigned one person to our family of four. The kids were super excited to see the fish and are already asking to go snorkeling again and to feed the fish!

We also had many beautiful photos taken, making it the best summer memory! Thank you very much to our guide, R.

前日に急遽申し込みをしましたが、申し込み後すぐにガイドさんから電話をいただき、真栄田岬の駐車場利用方法等説明があり、安心して参加できました。ウエットスーツやフィン等全てレンタルできました。
また、5歳9歳の子連れで初めてのシュノーケリングという事をお伝えしたところ、4人家族に対してガイドさんが1人ついてくださいました。
子ども達は大興奮で魚を見ることができ、またシュノーケルがしたい！魚に餌やりしたい！と言っています。
綺麗な写真もたくさん撮っていただき、最高の夏の思い出になりました！

I was very satisfied after spending a whole day visiting famous tourist spots in Okinawa! We had two elementary school children (a fourth grader and a first grader) with us, but there were restroom breaks along the way, and the guide provided explanations about our current location, so we were able to enjoy it without getting bored! It was a hot day, but the bus was comfortable, so the kids mostly slept during the ride.

丸一日かけて沖縄の有名観光スポットをまわれて大満足でした！
小学生2人（小4と小1）参加しましたが、途中トイレ休憩もあるしガイドさんによる現在地の説明などがあり飽きることなく楽しめました！暑い日だったのですが、バスの中は快適だったので子供達は移動はほぼ寝ていました。

The submarine starts at 10:00. I received an email stating that it would take 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork, so we were told to gather at 9:30. Since our hotel was near Kokusai Street and considering the traffic to Motobu Genki Village, we decided to leave two hours early. At this point, we left at 7:30, and with small children, the morning was quite hectic.

On the way, we bought discount tickets for the Churaumi Aquarium at the roadside station Kyoda and arrived by 9:30. When I went to the reception to fill out the paperwork, I was told, "You have already completed your payment, so please gather over there 10 minutes before." There was no paperwork, just a name confirmation. I wish they had said to gather at 9:45 instead, especially since it was early in the morning.

We waited in the heat, and it felt like a waste of precious morning time. Once on the boat, there was only one guide speaking in a normal voice. With the sound of the waves and being behind the guide, I couldn't hear what was being said. The boat started moving suddenly without any signal to depart. I had various thoughts about this, but considering the low price, I thought it was just how it was.

By the way, you will see fish near the coral around Sesoko Island. If you have done snorkeling at Sesoko Island, I think that would be better. The guide did provide explanations about the fish and coral, which was a positive aspect.

10時開始の潜水艦。
事前にメールで、書類など書くのに30分かかるので9:30集合とあった。
国際通り付近のホテルだったので、もとぶ元気村まで道が混んだことも考え2時間前には出発。この時点で7:30発と、小さな子供もいたので朝はバタバタした。
途中、道の駅許田で美ら海水族館の割引券を買ったりで9:30までには到着。受付に書類書く気で行ったら、「〇〇様は事前に支払いも終わっているので、10分前になったらあちらへ集合してください。」と。書類なんか無く、名前確認のみ。え、なら9:45集合と言って欲しかった。朝早いのに。
暑い中待たされ、朝の貴重な時間がムダになった感じだった。
船に乗ってからは1人のガイドさん？が地声で話すのみ。波の音もあって、ガイドさんの後ろ側にいたので何を言っているのか聞こえず。出航の合図もなくいきなり動き出す船。ちょっと色々と思う事はありましたが、料金は安いしこんな感じかなと。
ちなみに、瀬底島のサンゴ付近で魚を見ることになります。瀬底島でシュノーケリングをしたのであれば、そちらの方が良いと思います。
魚やサンゴの説明をガイドさんがしてくれるので、そこは良かったです。

My husband is 62 years old, and I am 59. We had our first experience with snorkeling! The male instructor was very kind and attentive. Whenever I felt anxious, he would immediately check on me, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy the experience. It was the best!

夫62歳、私59歳、シュノーケリングを初体験！インストラクターの男性がとても親切で丁寧でした。不安な気持ちいるとすぐに声をかけてくれ安心して全てを委ねることができ緊張がほぐれて満喫できました！最高！

It was my first time kayaking, but I felt at ease during the experience because they taught me how to paddle carefully. The plan included exploring the mangroves in the first half and then heading out to the sea to enjoy the sunset in the second half. I was able to feel nature up close, and the sea breeze and coolness of the evening were very pleasant. They also took beautiful photos, making it a great summer memory.

カヤックは初めてでしたが、乗り方を丁寧に教えていただいたので安心して体験できました。
前半はマングローブ、後半は海の方へ出てサンセットを拝むプラン。いつもより近くで自然を感じられ、海風や夜の涼しさもありとても気持ちよかったです。綺麗な写真も撮っていただき、いい夏の思い出になりました。

The guidance was smooth, and it was great to see everything on time. The weather was nice, and I was happy to see the fish. I would like to use this service again when I come back next time.

The instructors were very friendly and attentive, and they taught us well. Even as beginners in surfing, everyone was able to ride the board, and we got many great photos of the whole family. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

We participated as a family of three. The bus guide was cheerful, and it was great to hear explanations about things we didn't know along the way. My daughter said she really enjoyed the Pineapple Kingdom and the Churaumi Aquarium.

The Churaumi Aquarium was crowded, so we couldn't enjoy it as much, and it took a while to find a restaurant, so we would like to go back when it's less busy.

I was taken care of on a 6-hour course. I thought I might not be able to visit all the places I wanted to see, but thanks to the itinerary you planned, I was able to see everything. Additionally, you suggested nearby scenic spots and lunch places, allowing me to take beautiful photos and enjoy Okinawan cuisine. You shared various stories about Okinawa, and I learned information that isn't in guidebooks. I am very grateful for the kind driver. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to use your services again.

６時間コースでお世話になりました。
行きたいところが沢山あったため、全部は回れないかなと思っていたのですが、コースを考えて下さり、全部観る事が出来ました。また、近くの絶景ポイントや昼食場所も提案して下さったため、綺麗な写真を撮ったり、沖縄ならではのグルメを楽しむ事が出来ました。

It was amazing.
Although the snorkeling time was short, the guide helped us and we were able to see everything slowly. It was a good decision to add the optional photo shoot. I felt that if I had asked, they would have taken photos in the style I liked, but there were also some short videos.

We experienced sea kayaking and snorkeling as a family with a second grader, a fifth grader, and a high school sophomore. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to high waves, but we were grateful for the alternative plan. Thanks to our guide Yo-chan's kind and thorough explanations, the children felt safe and enjoyed sea kayaking and snorkeling. We appreciated the quizzes, stories about marine life, and how you accommodated the active children's requests. Thank you for taking so many photos! We also enjoyed the fascinating story about the square sea cucumber! We would love to go back for another experience!

小２、小5、高２のファミリーでシーカヤックとシュノーケリングを体験しました。残念ながら波が高くて、青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、代替案がありありがたかったです。ガイドのよーちゃんの優しく丁寧なレクチャーで子どもたちも安心してシーカヤックやシュノーケリングを楽しめました。クイズや海の生き物のお話し、活発な子どもたちのリクエストにも対応して頂き、写真も沢山ありがとうございました(^^)シカクナマコの不思議なお話もありがとうございました！また体験に行きたいと思いました！

I have had a very good impression of Beltora in the past, having relied on them for overseas trips and bus tours. So, I requested their service again this time, but I can't help feeling that it was a bit of a failure.

This time, I chartered a private sightseeing taxi for six hours in Okinawa. Since I arrived in Okinawa right away, I contacted them in advance with my flight number and had them pick me up at the airport. In the end, it took an extra hour, but that was within expectations.

I think the driver was a nice person, but despite being called a sightseeing taxi, they didn't share any local stories, food recommendations, or information about the sea. They seemed not very talkative, and their voice was muffled by a mask, so they hardly spoke at all.

When I asked questions, they answered politely, but basically, it was just a taxi that took me to predetermined locations in order and waited for me.

I read other reviews mentioning that drivers took photos or recommended local eateries, but in this case, the driver didn't get out of the taxi at all, so there were no photo opportunities or explanations at the entrance. I was a bit shocked because I was expecting to interact with the sightseeing taxi.

This experience made me reconsider what to expect from a sightseeing taxi.

ベルトラさんでは、過去何度か海外でお世話になったり、バスツアーでお世話になったりと、今まではすごく良い印象でした。
だから今回もお願いしたのですが、今回はちょっと失敗した感が否めませんでした。

今回は沖縄で、貸切り観光タクシーを6時間チャーターしました。
沖縄に着いてすぐからだったので、あらかじめ飛行機の便名を連絡して、空港にお迎えに来てもらいました。結局、1時間プラスになってしまいましたが…これは想定内でした。

人的には良い方だと思いますが、観光タクシーと言う割には、地元の話や食べ物、海のこと、何も話してもらえませんでした。
あまり話が好きでは無い感じで、声もマスクで更に小さくて、全然話はしない方でした。

こちらが質問の様に聞いた話は、丁寧に話してくれましたが…基本的には、あらかじめ行きたい場所を決めて、そこに順番に送って行って待ってるだけのタクシーです。

他の人の口コミに、写真を撮ってくれた…とか、地元の食べ物屋を教えてもらったとかありますが、今回は基本的には運転手さんはタクシーから降りないので、写真を撮ってくれるどころか、入場口などの説明もありません。
観光タクシーに聞きながら周るのを期待していたのが、ちょっとショックに変わりました。

観光タクシーとは、どこまでを期待して良いのか、ちょっと考えさせられる体験でした。

I appreciated the constant updates on the road conditions and lunch spots to ensure we had the most fulfilling time possible at the distant accommodation. Additionally, since the driver was from Okinawa, he shared some delicious local lunch spots and photo opportunities, which made the experience very enjoyable. We had a great time chatting in the car as well. I definitely want to use this service again.

遠方の宿泊施設まで道路や昼食場所の混雑状況を常に確認いただきながら最大限充実した時間が過ごせるようにお気遣いいただきました。
また、ドライバーの方が沖縄ということもあり、地元民ならではの美味しい昼食スポットやフォトスポットなどを教えていただき大変楽しかったです。
車内でも気さくにお話しいただき楽しい時間を過ごせました。

This is the Okinawa Royal Course. The bus guide was very accommodating, and I was extremely satisfied. This course has many indoor facilities, so you can enjoy it even in light rain. At the Churaumi Aquarium, they scheduled it so that we could catch the dolphin show, allowing us to enjoy it without rushing. I would like to participate again.

沖縄王道コースです。バスガイドさんの対応もとても良くて大満足でした。このコースだと屋内施設が多いので多少の雨でも楽しめます。美ら海水族館ではイルカショーに間に合うように設定してくれているので余裕を持って鑑賞出来ました。また参加したいです。

The hotel provides shuttle service, which is convenient.
It's a relatively large boat, so there is little rocking, but it's better to take motion sickness medication.
I was able to see beautiful coral reefs, and I was glad that I could spot a sea turtle on the optional sea turtle exploration tour.
Since it's a half-day course, I think it's an activity that's easy for those who aren't very confident in their physical strength to participate in. Thank you very much! 😊

ホテルからの送迎ありなので便利。
比較的大きな船で揺れは少ないですが、酔い止めは服用したほうが良いです。
綺麗なサンゴ礁が観れてオプションのウミガメ探索ツアーもなんとかウミガメさんを見ることが出来でよかったです。
半日コースなので体力に自信のない方にも参加しやすいアクティビティだと思います。有難うございました(^^)/。

The schedule was a bit tight, but I was satisfied with how efficiently I was able to get around. I hadn't done any research on Kouri Island beforehand, and I later thought that if I had walked faster, I might have made it to the starting cave. It could be tough during the hot season, as it can be exhausting. I'll look forward to next time!

少しタイトなスケジュールですが効率的に周れて満足です。
事前に古宇利島に関して下調べをしておらず…早歩きなら始まりの洞窟まで行けたかも？と後になってから思いました。暑い時期はヘトヘトになるのでキツいかもですが。
