- Paid seating areas are divided into blocks, and staff will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis. Please cooperate by sitting closely together to allow more people to enjoy the event comfortably. Refer to the attached viewing area map for details.
- If you leave your seat, please secure it by leaving your belongings. Manage your valuables responsibly.
- As precautions for the intense sun and to prevent heatstroke, we ask that you wear well-ventilated clothing and hats, and frequently replenish fluids and salt.
- Smoking is prohibited inside Emerald Beach. Please use the designated smoking areas within the park.

Refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled by 11:00 on July 4 (Sat). No refunds will be provided for cancellations decided after 11:00.
System usage fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund.
