Due to the approaching typhoon, we couldn't go snorkeling, but we enjoyed the canoe experience! While canoeing, the staff was nearby, providing advice on paddling and assisting us when getting on and off the canoe, so I think even beginners can feel at ease. During our travels, they also recommended great places, and we had a wonderful time! I hope the weather will be nice enough for snorkeling next time..☆

台風が近付いていたため、シュノーケルはできず
カヌー体験のみでしたが楽しめました！
カヌーしている際もスタッフの方が近くで見てくれて
漕ぎ方のアドバイスや
カヌーに乗る時や降りるときも手助けしてくださるので
初心者の方でも安心してできると思います(^^)

Due to strong winds, we did SUP on a different river instead of Kabira Bay. It was SUP while viewing the mangroves, but I would like to experience SUP at Kabira Bay as well. I was worried since it was my first time doing SUP, but thanks to the guide who taught us carefully, I was able to enjoy it without falling.

風が強かったため、川平湾ではなく別の川でのSUPでした。
マングローブを見ながらのSUPでしたが、川平湾でのSUPも体験してみたいです。
初めてのSUPで心配でしたが、ガイドの方から丁寧に教えていただけたため転ぶことなく楽しめました。

The time allocation was very good, and I had a great time! The guides for the water buffalo, bus, and boat were also fun.

時間の配分もとても良く楽しく過ごせました♪
水牛、バス、船のガイドさんたちのトークも楽しかったです。

I thoroughly enjoyed Iriomote Island and Yufu Island. I had experienced them once during my student days, but experiencing them again as an adult made me see things differently, and my sensibilities have changed, so it felt fresh again. The staff provided interesting explanations and I got to listen to Okinawan folk songs, so I was glad to have such a variety of experiences!

When I came to Ishigaki, I thought I had to go snorkeling, and even though I'm not a great swimmer, I had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny that day, and the beautiful location touched my heart. Once I dove in, I was healed by the stunning sea and the fish I kept watching, which led me to decide to extend my stay in Ishigaki, haha. It's high season, but if I could wish for anything, I would have liked a bit more time.

石垣に来たらやはりシュノーケリングをしないとと思い、あまり泳げない自分でも楽しい時間を過ごせました。
当日晴れていたのもあり、素敵なロケーションで心打たれ、さらに潜ると綺麗な海、魚達を眺め続ける事で心が癒され、石垣に延泊を決めました笑
ハイシーズンなのもありますが、欲を言えばもう少し時間が欲しいなと思いました。

The phantom island (Hama Island) was shockingly beautiful. I was able to enjoy it to the fullest within the limited time I had.

After moving, I was informed that the snorkeling would take place around the waters off Taketomi Island, rather than Ishigaki Island. The handsome captain and everyone at Pushiinushima Ishigaki were very accommodating and quick, allowing my family to experience it with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

I was so captivated by the clarity of the seawater that I became absorbed in snorkeling, but I did feel quite a strong current. However, they provided life jackets and flotation devices, so even my elementary school-aged daughter was able to enjoy it safely.

幻の島（濱島）は衝撃的に綺麗でした。限られた時間の中で精一杯楽しめました。
移動してからのシュノーケリングは石垣島より竹富島沖合辺りだとご説明でした。
ぷしぃぬしま石垣店のイケメンキャプテン他皆様の対応が非常に良くて、機敏で
安心して家族を体験させることができました。どうもありがとうございました。
海水の透明感に気を取られてシュノーケリングに夢中になりがちでしたが、かなり
潮の流れがあると感じたが、救命胴衣と浮棒等も用意してくれたので、小学校低学年
女子でも安心して楽しめました。

In mid-July, I signed up for SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, it turned into a half-day snorkeling experience at the Blue Cave. They kindly offered to transport us back on the bus while still wet, so I made sure to apply sunscreen and wore my swimsuit to participate. Even as a first-time snorkeler, they taught us patiently, allowing me to swim without anxiety, and they checked in to see if I was tired.

The sea was incredibly beautiful, so I could look down at the seabed without fear, and I was amazed to see many corals and colorful fish up close. Experiencing the Blue Cave without going to Italy is unique to this place! Since we wore life jackets, I recommend it even for those who are not confident swimmers. Although I didn't get to see any sea turtles, it was the best experience.

川平湾SUP＋青の洞窟シュノーケリングで申し込みましたが、催行人数に満たず青の洞窟シュノーケリング半日になりました。
濡れたままバスで送ってくださるとのことで、しっかり日焼け対策をし水着を来て参加。初めてのシュノーケリングでも、丁寧に教えてくださるので不安なく泳げ、疲れていないかも聞いてくださります。
とにかくキレイな海なので、恐怖心なく海底を覗くことができ、たくさんのサンゴやカラフルな魚を間近に見られることに感動しました。
青の洞窟もイタリアに行かずに体験できるのは、ここだけ！
ライフジャケットも着用しているので、泳ぎに自信がない人にもおすすめです！
ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、最高の体験でした。

Canoeing in the mangroves was a lot of fun. We paddled through the mangroves and even had a little canoe race; it was so enjoyable that time flew by. Additionally, I received a lot of useful information about Ishigaki Island and recommendations for various shops. Thank you very much!

マングローブでのカヌー、とても楽しかったです。マングローブの中を入っていったり、ちょっとしたカヌーのレースをしたり、楽しくて時間があっという間でした。また、石垣島のいろんな情報やおすすめのお店など教えて頂き大変ためになりました。ありがとうございました！

I tried stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, and thanks to the guide who taught us carefully both on land and on the water, I was able to finish the tour safely and enjoyably! The scenery when I was paddleboarding in such a beautiful place is still fresh in my mind! The guide also shared information about restaurants and spots on Ishigaki Island while we were in the car, so it was a satisfying tour!

初めてSUPに挑戦しましたが、ガイドさんが陸と水上で丁寧に教えてくれたので、楽しく安全にツアーを終えることができました！綺麗な場所でSUPした時の光景がまだ頭の中に残っています！
飲食店やスポットなど石垣島のことも車内の中で教えてくれたので、満足なツアーでした！

We used this service to visit three remote islands in one day, as arranging it ourselves would have taken too much time! Other than the transportation, we had basically free time and were able to enjoy it at our own pace.

1日で離島３つ回るには個人手配では、時間もかかるため利用しました！
移動以外は基本的に自由行動で、自分たちのペースでゆっくり楽しめました。

I don't think I could have visited so many places on my own from morning until evening, so I really enjoyed being taken around on the tour.

個人では朝から夕方までの間でこんなにたくさんまわれなかったと思うので、ツアーで連れて行ってもらえてとても満喫できました。

I only used it for a round trip from Ishigaki Airport to the bus terminal, but it was still worth it. If you're planning to visit various places, I definitely recommend purchasing it. The buses come almost according to the timetable, making it easy to plan your schedule.

石垣空港からバスターミナルまでの往復しか利用しませんでひたが、それでも元は取れます　色々と回るならば是非購入をおすすめ　ほぼ時刻表通りに来るので予定が立てやすいですよ

As a person in my 60s traveling alone, I was initially worried about the meeting point, bus station, and restrooms, but everything was taken into consideration. The water buffalo cart that I was looking forward to was wonderful, and what exceeded my expectations was the bus tour of Iriomote Island with the driver's guidance. I was also able to see the butterflies I wanted to see during my free time on Yubu Island. Although the ferry ride between Ishigaki and Iriomote Islands was long, I enjoyed it, and I'm dreaming of a trip where I can stay on Iriomote Island next time.

60代、1人参加なので集合場所やバス乗り場、お手洗いなど不安でしたが全てに配慮されていました。
楽しみにしていた水牛車はもちろん、予想以上に良かったのは西表島のバス観光で運転手さんのガイド。由布島での自由時間に見たかった蝶を見れた事。
石垣と西表島の船の時間が長いことも楽しみながら、次は西表島に滞在する旅も夢見ています。

It was my first time snorkeling in the ocean and stand-up paddleboarding in the mangroves, but thanks to the friendly guide and my friends, I had a great time! I showed the email I received at the bus terminal counter and expressed my desire for a ticket. After confirming my name, I was able to exchange it for a ticket. If you're planning to make a round trip to a tourist destination that's a bit far away, it's more economical to purchase a ticket, and since there's no payment when you get off the bus, it's a smart way to use the service. I often purchase from this site with a high degree of certainty, and it's very convenient. I will use it again next time.

送られてきたメールをバスターミナルのカウンターで表示しチケットが欲しい旨伝えると名前の確認の後チケットに交換していただけました。
少し遠めの観光地を往復するならチケットを購入した方がお得ですし、バスを降りる時に支払いがないのでスマートに利用できます。
かなりの確率でこちらのサイトで購入させて頂いておりとても便利です。
また次も利用します。

I was amazed by the 17.5 km mangrove and felt inspired! Thank you, Yuka the water buffalo, for doing such a great job transporting us! The plants and food on Yubu Island were delicious. I also enjoyed Taketomi Island; all of it became wonderful memories.

The weather was great and the view was amazing. The guide's explanations were very enjoyable, and I was excited the whole way until we reached the island of illusions! The sea was so beautiful that I was surprised.

I was so happy to see an incredibly beautiful beach. I'm glad I was finally able to land on the island of my dreams that I've always wanted to visit. The guide was cheerful and shared fun stories, which made the experience really enjoyable. I want to come back again.

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time doing SUP, and I had a great time! The guide was friendly and shared recommendations for restaurants, making the car ride enjoyable as well. This time I did SUP, but I think I’ll try canoeing next time.

Taiwan is the best. You can efficiently enjoy the charm of places like Ibusuki and Taketomi Island all in one go. In each area, there is plenty of free time to explore at your own pace. You can also have lunch whenever you like. The group feel is minimal. I recommend it.

タイパ最高です。色表・由布・竹富島の魅力を凝縮して効率的に楽しめます。
各地では、自分達のペースで回れ自由な時間も多いです。ランチも自分達のタイミングで食べられます。団体感は薄いです。
お薦めです。

I experienced snorkeling near the Blue Cave for about an hour. The weather was bad that day with high waves, but I was able to see fish that usually don't come to shallow waters, so it seems like the weather doesn't matter much unless it's pouring rain. When the sun peeked out occasionally, the sea was very blue, and there were many colorful fish, which was beautiful. I was very satisfied because I even saw Nemo.

Regarding the activity arrangements, I received a call for final confirmation around 5 PM the day before, which was reassuring. Originally, I had booked a plan for two activities, SUP and snorkeling, in the morning, but due to a lack of participants, I ended up only experiencing snorkeling. Since it was my first time, I was quite tired, so I think it was fine to just do snorkeling.

1時間ほど青の洞窟付近の海でシュノーケリングを体験しました。当日は天気が悪く波が高かったのですが、その分普段浅瀬にいないような魚たちが見れたそうなので、天気は大雨じゃない限りは気にしなくて良さそうです。
たまに晴れ間が見えた時に海がとても青く、カラフルな魚がたくさんいて綺麗でした。ニモも見れたのでとても満足感が高いです。
アクティビティの調整については、前日の17時過ぎくらいに電話がかかってきて最終確認が出来たので安心できました。もともと予約をしていたSUPとシュノーケリングの2アクティビティを午前のみで行うプランについては、人数不足ということでシュノーケリングだけを体験することになりましたが、初めてだったこともありかなり疲れたのでシュノーケリングだけで良かったと思います。

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and I felt reassured with the hotel pick-up service. Sebastian was very cheerful and introduced us to recommended restaurants during the transfer, along with some perks outside of the tour.

Canoeing was a first for me, but they taught me very carefully and were always watching over me, so I could participate with peace of mind.

Even on a cloudy day, snorkeling allowed us to see beautiful corals and fish, which was very satisfying.

Hiroki, our guide, was very pleasant, and we were able to enjoy the day thoroughly.

You can't experience this kind of reassurance without being on a tour!

This time, I participated in the VELTRA tour program "Mangrove SUP or Canoe Plan" with my family. Unlike the recent heat, it was pleasantly cool due to the typhoon's influence. We took photos together in the Yaeyama mangrove forest. Before getting on the kayak, we were lucky enough to spot a crab. It looked delicious, but I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't take it home, so we let it go. ^_^

Since it was my first time kayaking, I initially struggled and spun around in the river. However, with the guidance of our instructor, Aoi, I gradually got the hang of it. I heard that there are over 100 different types of plants in the Yaeyama mangrove. The water there is a mix of river and seawater, which has a high salt content, making it toxic to regular plants. I learned for the first time that these plants have survived for hundreds of years by collecting the toxins in specific leaves and dropping them. We spotted various animals living there. On the way back, it was wonderful to see the surrounding plants and hear the birds while progressing through the river, enjoying the scenery.

今度は家族を連れてVELTRAのツアープログラム「マングローブSUPorカヌー付きプラン」を参加しました。先日の暑さと違って台風の影響で涼しくなり気持ち良かったです。ヤエヤマヒルギの林にで家族と一緒に写真を取りました。カヤックに乗る前に運よくガニを見つけました。おいしそうに見えるけど持ち帰れないので逃がしたのは少し残念でした。^_^
カヤックを漕ぐのがはじめてなので最初はコンビーならず川の中でぐるぐる回りましたが。ガイドのAOIさんの指導があって段々なれるようになりました。ヤエヤマヒルギにいろんな植物があり100種以上と聞きました。そこの水は川と海水を混じった物で塩分が高いため、通常の植物に毒になり生存することができないが。そこの植物がその毒を特定の葉に集めて落すことで何百年も行き続けたのをはじめて聞きました。そこに生息する色んな動物を見つかりました。帰りには周囲の植物を見たり、鳥の声を聞いたりしながら川の中に進んでいく周りの風景を見るのが最高です。
　

The guide's talk was interesting, but the lunch was just okay. Everything else was great! The guide was really good, though.

I was able to experience both the SUP tour and the snorkeling tour in one day! They pick you up by car, so it was fun to hear stories about Ishigaki Island during the ride. Even if you're a beginner, they teach you how to ride and paddle on the SUP. During snorkeling, they told us the names of the fish, and it was really enjoyable in the beautiful sea. Thank you very much!

I signed up for a half-day course that included SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but I was informed the day before that it was canceled due to not reaching the required number of participants. Since I had other plans in the afternoon, I reluctantly changed to the half-day SUP course. It was disappointing not to go to the Blue Cave, but I was surprisingly able to stand up easily and had a lot of fun. During the shuttle, they also recommended some great restaurants, and all the places were delicious, making for a wonderful trip.

SUPと青の洞窟シュノーケルが半日にできるコースを申し込んだのですが、前日に人数に達してないため、開催されないと連絡が…。
午後から別の予定が決まっていたので、仕方なく半日のSUPコースに変更しました。
青の洞窟に行けなかったのは残念でしたが、意外に簡単に立つこともできて、とても楽しかったです。
送迎の時にオススメのご飯屋さんなども教えていただき、どのお店もとても美味しくいい旅行になりました。

I participated in the rising canoe and Blue Cave snorkeling tour from the morning. The mangrove canoe experience was honestly mediocre. We were asked to help load the canoes onto a truck and transport them to the river, which felt off since we were paying for the tour. I think the operators need to make some improvements. The person in charge was doing their best and was likable, but the course to see the mangroves was short and lacked any explanations, leaving me completely unsatisfied. Additionally, although it was a sunrise tour, there were hotels built in the spot where the sun rises, so we couldn't see it.

Overall, I cannot recommend the mangrove canoe tour.

Now for my thoughts on the Blue Cave snorkeling tour. The weather was great, making it an amazing experience. On the day of the tour, the water was very clear, and I could see quite deep. I encountered a clownfish and even two sea turtles! I was able to see many beautiful fish as well. I've done snorkeling and diving in various places, but this level of snorkeling is incredible! The guide, Ryotaro, was very pleasant and entertaining. He engaged with all the participants in the car, sharing recommendations for restaurants and interesting facts about Ishigaki Island, which left a good impression. I absolutely recommend this tour! It can be affected by the weather, but if it's sunny, it's the best!

朝からのライジングカヌーと青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。
マングローブカヌーは、正直微妙でした。
川にエントリーするためのカヌーを参加者男性でトラックに乗せて、降ろして川まで運ぶ作業を手伝わされます。
お金を払ってツアー参加してるのに、、
なんだかな、、という感じでした。
運営側の工夫が必要だと思いました。
担当の方は頑張っていて好感を持てました。ただ、マングローブを見るコースは短く解説なども無いため全く物足りないです。またサンライズツアーですが、日が昇る場所にホテルが建っていて上がるところは見られません。
総合的にマングローブカヌーツアーは、私はおススメ出来ません。

ここから青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーの感想です。
天気にも恵まれ最高の体験となりました。
当日は、海の透明度も高くかなり深くまで目視できました。
隠れクマノミにも海亀にも遭遇できました。しかも、海亀は2匹！！
その他にも沢山のお魚が綺麗に見る事ができました。
色々な場所でシュノーケルやダイビングをしてきましたが、シュノーケルでこのレベルは凄いです！
ガイドのリョウタロウさんも大変感じ良く楽しませてくれました。
車中でも参加者皆んなに話しかけ、オススメのお店の紹介や石垣島豆知識を話してくれるなど、楽しませようとする姿勢が好印象でした。
こちらのツアーは、絶対オススメです！
天候にも左右されますが晴れたら最高です。

I rode a water buffalo for the first time. It was a unique experience that I will remember for a lifetime. The bus driver also shared stories about the island's attractions, which was enjoyable. I got caught in a downpour, but it was still a good memory.

初めて水牛にのりました。
なかなかできない体験で一生の思い出です。バスの運転手さんが、島の観光話もしてくれて楽しかったです。

I chose this tour because I wanted to experience the water buffalo on Yubu Island. It would have been difficult to visit Iriomote Island and Yubu Island on my own, so I think choosing the tour was the right decision. The lunch, although included in the tour, was also very delicious.

由布島への水牛体験がしたくて、このツアーを選びました。西表島、由布島と、個人で行くには大変だったので、ツアーにして正解だったと思います。ランチも、ツアーについているとはいえとても美味しく頂きました。
