Those who have consumed alcohol or have a hangover
Those with heart, respiratory, mental, cardiovascular, or cerebrovascular conditions
Those with physical disabilities
Those weighing over 100 kg
Those with other medical conditions, fever, or injuries
Participants with hearing or visual impairments traveling alone (must be accompanied by a helper or interpreter) - Age: 6–80 years old. If guests are fit and confident, the staff may be able to accommodate exceptions. Please inquire.

- Please be advised that cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made for personal reasons or changes in the number of participants without prior notice.
Cancellation fees will not be charged if you are unable to reach Iriomote Island due to ferry cancellations, or if the tour is canceled due to typhoons or poor weather conditions. - Tours proceed in the rain. However, the staff may cancel or change the itinerary if field conditions are deemed unsafe.
- For your safety, the staff requires all guests to wear a life jacket at all times, including while snorkeling.
- The guide will assist using a translation app.
