I went on a long-awaited trip with a friend of 10 years, but the weather was rainy all day. I thought, "Well, it doesn't matter if we're in the ocean," and decided to join this activity at the last minute. The shop was very accommodating, even with my last-minute reservation (I booked the night before), and they called early in the morning to confirm, which was a great help.

Due to the weather, we went to a different location than originally planned (the Blue Cave), but it turned out to be a great decision! There were plenty of fish, and I was really excited. The female instructor was very attentive and made sure we had a comfortable experience. One of my companions got seasick while snorkeling, but she helped by pulling them with a float, so we were able to enjoy the activity until the end without worry. I think even those who aren't confident in their physical strength can enjoy it safely. Personally, I appreciated the explanations about the marine life along the way (since I love animals and plants).

On the way back, I was grateful for the recommendations for souvenirs and restaurants! (I went to buy them right after, haha.) I plan to come back to see the sea turtles, so I look forward to that next time!

10年来の友人と久々の旅行でしたが、天気は全日雨。さて何をしようか、、、海の中なら天気は関係ないかな？と思い急遽こちらに参加しました。こちらのショップさんは急な予約（前日の夜に予約しました汗）にも関わらず、朝早くに確認の電話をくださり助かりました。また、天気の都合で当初の場所（青の洞窟）とは違う場所へ行きましたが、結果オーライ！魚影も沢山あり大興奮でした。インストラクターの女性の方は、細やかな気配りをしてくださり、快適に遊ぶ事が出来ました。シュノーケリング中に同伴者が波に酔ってしまったのですが、フロートでひっぱってくださいましたので最後まで安心して楽しめました。ですので、体力に自信の無い方でも安心して楽しめるかと思います。個人的には道中、生物の説明をして頂いたのも良かったです。（動植物が好きなので）帰り道でもおすすめのお土産やご飯屋さんを教えて頂き感謝です！！（その後すぐに買いに行きました笑）また、ウミガメを見にリベンジしますので、その際は宜しくお願い致します♪

On the day of the event, it was unfortunately cloudy, and I was hesitant about participating. However, I decided to join in hopes of seeing at least a little bit of the starry sky. While it wasn't a perfect starry night, I was able to enjoy the sound of the waves on a quiet beach and had many photos taken by a kind and attentive photographer. I have a variety of poses in the pictures and am very satisfied. Next time, I want to come back for a perfect starry sky.

当日はあいにくの曇り空で参加するか迷っていましたが
少しでも星空が見えたらと思い切って参加しました。
満点の星空とまではいかなかったけど静かな浜辺で波の音を聞きながら
親切で丁寧なカメラマンの人にたくさん写真を撮って頂きました。
色々なポーズの写真があり大変満足しています。
次回は満点の星空の時にリベンジしたいです。

It was fantastic to be able to park right at the airport entrance without worrying about the luggage filled with souvenirs. I was able to head home comfortably. It's especially nice to return from hot Okinawa with cool and wonderful memories. Everyone in the family said they would use it again.

お土産でいっぱいになった荷物も、気にせずに空港入口に横づけは、最高です。
快適に帰路につけました。暑い沖縄を、涼しく良い思い出で帰れるのは、とくに良いですね。

We were originally scheduled for Sunset SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but due to the typhoon, we changed to kayaking in the Miyara River mangroves and snorkeling at the beach.

I was anxious about marine sports since I can't swim, but the canoe was more stable than I expected, and the fun time passed in no time.

Also, thanks to the support of the staff, the snorkeling went smoothly. We were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was an emotional experience.

サンセットSUP＋青の洞窟シュノーケリングの予定でしたが、台風の影響で宮良川マングローブカヌー＋ビーチでのシュノーケリングに変更。

泳げないのでマリンスポーツは不安でしたが、カヌーは思った以上に安定しており、あっという間に楽しい時間が過ぎていました。

また、シュノーケリングも、スタッフの皆様のサポートにより無事終了。運良くウミガメに会うこともできて、感動の体験でした。

大変お世話になりました。

On Iriomote Island, I experienced the great outdoors, enjoyed a leisurely time traveling by water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, and relished the charm of old Okinawa on Taketomi Island. I was able to fully enjoy Okinawa.

西表島では大自然を目の当たりにし、由布島への水牛車での移動ではゆったりとした時間を過ごし、竹富島では古き良き沖縄を楽しみ、沖縄をたっぶりと満喫できました。

It was unfortunately cloudy, but I had a great time!! There were also pregnant guests participating, so it was nice that it was a relaxed tour. We all enjoyed the meal that was prepared together.

あいにくの曇りでしたが、楽しめました！！妊婦の参加のお客さんもいて、のんびりツアーでよかったです。食事はみんなで準備された食事を食べました。

We are a couple who can't drive, but since it was our first trip to Okinawa, we really wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium together, so we signed up for this tour.

Although we could only take a quick look because it overlapped with several other groups, we were happy just to have been able to go!

Additionally, we both had never been to American Village, so we enjoyed that as well. I think we could have used more time.

I'm glad we could efficiently visit various places! Thank you!

私たちは車が運転できないカップルなのですが、初めての沖縄旅行、やはり美ら海水族館は一緒に行きたいと思っていたため、このツアーに申し込みました。
いくつかの団体と丸かぶりの時間だったのでサラッとしか見れませんでしたが、行けたという事実が嬉しかったです！
その他、アメリカンビレッジもお互い行ったことがなかったので楽しめました。もっともっと時間は欲しかったかなと思います。

I traveled alone to Okinawa. I initially planned to use public transportation, but due to the forecast of bad weather, I made a reservation the day before. On the day of the tour, I had a male driver. Since I didn't have a specific plan, I received various suggestions and was able to enjoy sightseeing efficiently! I explored places like American Village on my own, but for Shuri Castle, I was able to have a guide accompany me, which was really helpful. During the drive, I learned a lot about Okinawa from various stories! I was able to visit places I wouldn't have thought of on my own, and I'm really glad I used this service!

女性一人沖縄で利用。公共交通機関利用の予定でしたが、天気が悪い予報のため、急遽前日に予約。当日は男性のドライバーさんでした。基本ノープランだったので、色々アドバイス頂き無駄なく観光できました！アメリカンビレッジなどは一人で周りましたが、首里城などはガイドも兼ねて一緒に周ってもらえて、本当に助かりました。移動中も沖縄の色々な話を聞けて勉強になりました！
自分では思いつかなかった、場所にも行けましたし、本当に利用して良かったです！！

I would have appreciated it if the female driver could have made a restroom stop somewhere. Above all, she drove safely without any sudden brakes, and she communicated the sightseeing time properly, letting us know what time we needed to be where. We arrived at the airport smoothly and on time!

This tour was absolutely amazing!

The instructor was very kind and cheerful, and it was truly a fun tour filled with laughter. Due to the weather, there was an irregular change from stand-up paddleboarding to canoeing, but I actually think it turned out to be better and was so much fun. I was impressed by how well they handled the weather changes.

We were able to take many wonderful photos that we couldn't have captured ourselves while canoeing and snorkeling, so I've been enjoying looking back at the pictures after the tour. The quality is also top-notch!

Both my partner and I were more than satisfied, and when we visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to do this again!

We truly made the best memories. Thank you very much!

インストラクターさんとても親切で陽気なかたで、ずっと笑ってばかりの本当に楽しいツアーでした。
天候の関係でs u p→カヌーに変更となるイレギュラーありましたが、むしろそれで良かったと思えるぐらい楽しかったです。
天候のイレギュラーにもきちんと対応してくださり、感動しました🥺

カヌーもシュノーケルも、セルフじゃ撮れないような素敵な写真たくさん撮っていただけたので終わってからも写真見返して楽しんでいます。画質も最高です！

自分も相方も予想以上の大満足で、また石垣島を訪れたときにはまたお願いしたいですす！！

I was anxious about my first trip to Ishigaki Island due to the lack of communication before departure. However, the experience was fulfilling and exceeded my expectations for the price. I think it would be good to send a confirmation email regarding the meeting place and time!

出発までの連絡が一切なく初めての石垣島では不安でした。内容は充実していて料金以上の満足のいくものでした。待ち合わせ場所、時間の確認メールくらいはした方がいいと思います！

After exchanging the ticket, there was an electric cart station. I had to wait a little, but my turn came quickly, and I was able to board. As we slowly ascended in the electric cart, we passed a spot where we could see the Kouri Bridge well, and then we descended and arrived at the entrance. At the tower, you can enjoy the view, buy souvenirs, and you might even want to ring the bell on the top floor! I visited in the evening this time, and the sunset was wonderful!

チケットを引き換えると、電動カート乗り場があって、少し並びましたがすぐに順番が来て乗車することができました。電動カートでゆっくりと登って行き古宇利大橋が良く見える場所を過ぎると、下りになり入口に到着します。タワーでは景色を眺めたりお土産を買ったりと、最上階の鐘を鳴らしてもいいかもしれません！今回は夕方に訪れたので、夕景が素晴らしかったです！

The kayaking experience was great, and the staff were very accommodating, making it a lot of fun! It was even better that they provided clear data of the drone footage and commemorative photos! The sea was beautiful, and the clarity was just as expected in Miyako! I definitely want to go again!

This time, I enjoyed a water buffalo mangrove tour at Yubu Island and a glass-bottom boat ride and water buffalo experience at Taketomi Island.

The crossing from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island by water buffalo was quick, but it was a fun time. I was able to interact with the water buffalo and take pictures together.

It was a pity that I didn't have enough time to explore Taketomi Island. I would like to have a chance to do it again.

西表島から由布島へ水牛で渡るのがあっと言う間でしたが楽しい時間でした。水牛と触れ合い一緒に写真も撮る事ができました。
竹富島は時間が短く島の散策が出来なかったのが残念でした。
また、リベンジしたいと思います。

I participated in a day trip tour to Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands. The smooth flow, easy-to-understand and fun guide—everything was excellent. While organizing photos of my mother who recently passed away, I came across a joyful picture of her riding a water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, which made me want to go and join the tour. It was a very satisfying tour. Next time, I plan to bring my grandchildren and participate again. Thank you to all the staff.

西表、由布、竹富島日帰りツアーに参加したきました。
スムーズな流れ、わかりやすく楽しいガイド、どれも最高でした。先日亡くなった母の写真を整理していたら、水牛車に乗って由布島にわたる楽しそうな写真を見て、行って見たくなりツアーに参加しました。
とても満足のいくツアーでした。
今度は孫を連れて再度参加したあと思っています。スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。

I enjoyed watching the performance while the food was being seasoned. It was a great memory for my friend, as we got to enjoy not only the steak but also Okinawan vegetables like purple sweet potatoes and papaya. I'm glad we chose the dinner option.

調理される方が味付けされる時のパフォーマンスが見ていて楽しかったです。ステーキだけでなく紅芋やパパイヤなど沖縄の野菜もいただけてよい思い出になったと友人に喜ばれました。ディナー付きを選んでよかったです。

Since my companion injured their foot a few days ago, we decided to use a rental bicycle instead of walking on Taketomi Island. The water buffalo cart on Yubu Island had a great guide who shared interesting stories, played the sanshin, and sang beautifully. The bus driver and guide on Iriomote Island was efficient and considerate, making for an enjoyable conversation that was quite moving. The guide for the mangrove cruising provided clear explanations and moved with great agility, which made the experience very pleasant.

連れが数日前に足を痛めてしまったため、竹富島はウォーキングではなくレンタサイクルにしました。
由布島の水牛車では案内のオジサンの話や三線、唄が良かったし、西表島のバス運転手兼ガイドさんかテキパキしてて配慮ある楽しいお喋りで感動、マングローブクルージングの操縦兼ガイドの方の説明も分かりやすく、きびきびした動きで大変気持ち良かったです。

I was nervous about trying SUP for the first time, but the staff were friendly and taught me kindly, and within 10 minutes I was able to stand up! They took a lot of photos and even did drone filming, and at the end, I was happy to receive the images and original video they captured as a gift! I borrowed a free phone case and brought my own phone, but I hardly took any pictures myself; the photos taken by the staff were more than enough! The practice time and free time were perfectly balanced, and I was very satisfied! Thank you!

初めてのSUPで緊張してたのですが、スタッフの皆様がフレンドリーで優しく教えてくださり、開始10分後には慣れて立つこともできました！写真を沢山とってくれたり、ドローン撮影もしてくれて、最後には撮影してくれた画像やオリジナルの動画もプレゼントしていただき嬉しかったです！！無料の携帯ケースもお借りして自分の携帯も持って行きましたが、自分では撮ることはほとんどなく、スタッフの方が撮ってくださった写真で充分でした！

I participated in a fitting activity for the first time in Okinawa. The weather was cloudy with no waves, and the captain drove slowly, allowing us to enjoy the scenery without getting seasick.

We participated as a pair and managed to catch seven fish. The staff taught us patiently, and the neighboring group had children who caught big fish and many others, making it a lot of fun. They also explained how to eat and the taste of local fish like the rabbitfish, which was educational as well. They took photos for us and helped remove the fish from the hooks, so we could fish hands-free, which was fantastic. We practiced catch and release, but it seems you can bring your catch to nearby restaurants for cooking.

The boat was clean, making for a comfortable experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

沖縄ではじめてフィッティングアクティビティをしました。お天気も曇りで波もなくまた、船長さんがゆっくり運転してくださるので、景色も楽しめて酔う事なく過ごせました。

2人で参加しましたが7匹釣り上げる事が出来ました。丁寧に教えてくださるので、隣のグループもお子様が大物釣ったりたくさん釣り上げる事ができてとても楽しかったです。イラブチャーなど沖縄らしい魚もきちんと食べ方や味なども説明くださるので
勉強にもなりました。写真も撮ってくれたり、魚を針から外してもらえたりで、手ぶらで釣りができて最高でした。私たちはキャッチアンドリリースしましたが近くの定食屋さんなどで持ち込みお料理ま可能みたいです。

船も綺麗なので快適に過ごせました。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました

Kayaking was my first experience, and at first, I was nervous, but as I got used to it, I was able to enjoy the scenery.
It was also my first time holding a paddle, but I was glad I was able to move properly (laughs).

Canoeing was different from what I expected; it felt stable, so I wasn't scared at all.

I encountered crabs, birds, and a mongoose.
The guide's explanations were easy to understand and interesting.
I enjoyed listening to stories about animals and recommendations for shops, and I had a really fun time.
I was also able to take photos, creating great memories.
Next time, I definitely want to aim for the sunset!

お世話になりました。
カヤックは初体験で、はじめはドキドキでしたが、慣れてくると景色を楽しむ余裕も出てきました。
オールを持つのも初めてでしたが、ちゃんと進んで良かったです（笑）

カヌーは思っていた感じとは違い、安定感があったので怖さは全くありませんでした。

カニや鳥、マングースにも遭遇。
ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすくて面白かったです。
動物の話からオススメのお店までお話を聞け、とっても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
写真も撮っていただけ良い思い出作りができました。
次回は是非サンセットを狙いたいです！

The wind had been strong since the day before, so I was worried about seasickness and bought some motion sickness medication just in case, but the large ferry was stable, and it seemed I didn't need the medication after all.

I purchased a premium seat for the segment from Iriomote Island to Taketomi Island, and I was able to take photos both indoors and on the deck, which made for great memories! The mangrove cruise was also comfortable with a pleasant breeze.

The bus tour on Iriomote Island featured a wonderful guide with a great sense of humor. I was impressed by the water buffalo on my first-ever water buffalo cart ride! The sanshin music and singing added to the Okinawan atmosphere, making it a fantastic time! The tour of Yubu Island (the botanical garden) was also enjoyable, and the lunch was delicious. The only slight regret was missing the free commemorative photo with the water buffalo.

This was my second visit to Taketomi Island, and I remembered strolling through the village while being amazed by the scenery last time. Even though it had been over a decade, I thought I could have the same experience, so I chose the free walk plan, which turned out to be a mistake. Both my husband and I were exhausted just reaching the village, and we ended up resting at a café. I can't help but feel that if we had chosen the bus tour, this day trip would have surely been "the best!"

Now that we're in our 60s, it seems best to choose plans that don't overestimate our physical strength. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was also very appreciated. Thank you for all your help!

前日から風が強かったため、船酔いが心配で、酔い止めの薬を念のため買って呑みましたが、大型フェリーで安定感があり、薬は要らなかったようです。
西表島から竹富島への区間は、プレミアムシートを購入しましたが、室内でもデッキでも写真撮影ができて、いい思い出になりました！
マングローブ遊覧も、風が気持ちよくて快適でした。
西表島のバス観光は、ユーモアのセンスに溢れた観光案内が素晴らしかったです。人生初の水牛車も賢くて働き者の水牛に感動！　三線と歌も沖縄の雰囲気が楽しめて最高の時間でした！　由布島（植物園）の観光も楽しく、ランチも美味しかったです。水牛との無料の記念写真撮影を逃したのだけが若干心残りです。
竹富島は2回目で、前回景色に感動しながら集落をぶらぶら歩いた記憶があったので、あれから十数年経っているにも拘らず、同じ体験ができるものと思い、フリーウォークプランを選んだのが失敗でした。主人も私も集落まで辿り着くだけで足が疲れてしまい、カフェで休憩して終わりました。バス観光を選んでいたら、今回の日帰りツアーはきっと「最高でした！」を選べたのにと思うとその点だけが残念でなりません。やはり、60代になったので、自分たちの体力は過信せずに無理をしないプランを選ぶのが一番のようです。
ホテルへの送迎もとても有難かったです。大変お世話になりました！

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and the three-island tour was amazing. Since I had already paid through Veltra, there was no waiting for check-in at the remote island terminal, making everything very smooth. The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, and the lunch, along with the water buffalo cart in Taketomi Island, made for a fun day.

初めての石垣島、3島めぐり最高でした。
ベルトラで支払い済だったこともあり、離島ターミナルでの受付待ちもなくとてもスムーズ。
西表島のマングローブ遊覧、由布島への水牛車、そしてお弁当、竹富島での水牛車と楽しい一日でした。

I had a dream of doing stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Many SUP experiences have an age limit of 65, so I hurriedly made plans to go to Miyako Island. I chose this place because they offered clear boards and would take photos for us. During the experience, everyone was kind and provided gentle guidance, which made me feel secure as they were always there to support us. I thought it was great that one person was assigned to each group. The photos and video data we received were beautifully edited and truly moving works. I was surprised to receive such wonderful content on the spot, and it became a really great memory.

サップをするのが夢でした。色々なサップ体験の年齢制限は65才が多く、あわてて宮古島行きの予定をたてました。ボードがクリアで、写真撮影もして下さるというのでこちらでお願いしました。体験は、皆さんが親切に優しく指導してくださり、いつもそばにいてサポートしていただけるので安心でした。ひとつのグループに一人付き添ってくださるのが、とても良いと思いました。そしていただいた写真や動画のデータが、編集された素晴らしい感動的な作品でした。その場で、こんな素晴らしいものをいただけるとは思っていなかったので驚きましたし本当に良い記念になりました。

In the morning, I did stand-up paddleboarding, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling. I made a reservation around 6 PM the day before, but shortly after, I received a call from the staff saying that due to rough seas, we couldn't go to the Phantom Island. However, they changed our plan to snorkeling, and I participated.

During stand-up paddleboarding, the waves were almost non-existent, and it was my first experience, but I didn't fall even once. I was able to paddle while standing and enjoy the scenery. The instructor pointed out a starfish, and I was able to see it. Depending on the weather, other participants were taking sun protection measures with hats, sunglasses, and leggings.

After about an hour and a half for lunch, we went snorkeling. The sea was a bit murky, but I was able to see many colorful fish, which was fun. Perhaps the tours to the nearby islands have clearer waters.

That day, for both lunch and dinner, I went to restaurants recommended by the instructor, and both were delicious. That night, I received photos taken by the instructor via LINE, allowing me to reflect on the memories. At the beach, there's a possibility of dropping your smartphone, so I think it's difficult to take photos by yourself.

The instructors were different for the morning and afternoon. Each shared stories about Ishigaki Island during the ride in the shuttle. The activities were enjoyable without requiring too much physical strength, and there were participants who were around upper elementary school age. It seems that the company also accommodates large groups like school trips.

午前サップ、午後はシュノーケルをしました。
前日18時ごろ予約しましたがその後すぐスタッフの方から電話がかかってきて海が荒れているため、幻の島にはいけないとのことでしたがそのままシュノーケルのプランに変えていただき参加しました。

サップでは、波がほとんど立っておらずはじめての体験でしたが一度も落ちなかったです。立ったままこいで景色を楽しめました。ヒトデもインストラクターの方にあそこにいるよーと教えていただき見ることができました。天候にもよるかと思いますが、他の参加者の方は帽子、サングラス、レギンスなどで日焼け対策されてました。
その後1時間半ほどの昼食を挟んでシュノーケルへ。
海は少し濁ってましたがカラフルな魚がたくさん見れて楽しかったです。もしかしたら離島のツアーの方が海はきれいなのかもしれません。
その日は昼食も夕食もインストラクターのかたのおすすめのレストランにいきましたがいずれも美味しかったです。
参加した日の夜には、インストラクターの方が撮ってくださった写真がラインで送られてきましたので、思い出を振り返ることができました。海辺だとスマホは落としてしまう可能性があるので自分では写真を撮りにくいと思います。
インストラクターさんは午前と午後で別の方でした。それぞれ送迎の車の中で石垣島のお話をしてくださいます。アクティビティはそれほど体力を使うこともなく楽しめましたし小学生高学年くらいの方もいました。
修学旅行生など大きな団体も受け付けている会社さんのようです。

What stood out to me the most were the mangrove tour and the water buffalo cart ride. The boatman during the mangrove tour skillfully controlled the boat while sharing fascinating stories about the ecosystem, and he was able to spontaneously respond to the rare creatures that appeared, which was very captivating.

Additionally, the interactions between the guide and the water buffalo conveyed a strong sense of trust. The buffalo cart moved along while the guide explained things to the guests, and the harmony created with the singing and the sanshin was truly moving.

Lunch was also delicious, made with local ingredients. Although I participated alone, the staff provided thorough explanations, so I didn't feel confused at all.

特に印象に残ったのはマングローブの遊覧と水牛車でした。
　マングローブ遊覧の船頭さんは安全に船をコントロールしつつ
生態系の興味深いお話しをしつつ突発的に現れる珍しい生物もアドリブで
対応されていてとてもひきつけられました。
　また水牛車のガイドさんと水牛さんとのやりとりが随所にあり信頼関係がひしひしと伝わってきました。
牛車の進行・お客に説明しながらさらに唄三線となんだか調和がとれている
感じが感動的でした。
昼ごはんも地元の材料を使ってあり、おいしくいただけました。
一人参加でしたがスタッフの方が丁寧に説明していただけたので
戸惑うことはありませんでした。

私たちは井上さんと一緒にシュノーケリングをして素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。ビーチと海は美しく、ウミガメを見るチャンスもありました！まだやったことがないなら、このアクティビティをぜひお勧めします。

We had a great time snorkeling with Inoue san.
The beach and the sea were beautiful, we even got the chance to see a turtle !
I would definitely recommend this activity if you have not done it yet.

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out that it didn't rain and we were able to go. I felt very relieved to have an instructor with us. The water was so beautiful that we even saw sea turtles, making it a lifelong memory.

天気が心配でしたが、無事雨も降らずに行けますとのこと　インストラクターの方がついてくれてとっても安心でした　海の中は綺麗すぎて海亀もみれて、一生の思い出になりました
