It was the morning of our departure day, but we were able to get a ride to the hotel. Since it was early, it wasn't too hot and I didn't have to worry much about sunburn. After returning to the hotel, I was able to take a bath and do laundry in the coin laundry while having breakfast, making good use of the time until check-out.

The seats in the shuttle were covered with vinyl sheets, so it was no problem to sit down wet. As long as I had drinks and a towel, it felt easy to participate.

Our guide, Hina, introduced us to various delicious recommended places during the ride, but since it was our departure day... I wish I could have gone if I had a few more days to stay. But now I have something to look forward to for my next visit to Ishigaki Island! I was able to drink the shake she recommended at the airport on the way back.

During the ride, I was able to hear a lot of stories, so it wasn't boring, and canoeing was fun. Canoeing in the morning felt refreshing and cleansing for the soul. The distance we paddled felt short, but even when there was a bit of waiting time for other groups to take photos, they encouraged us by saying we could go a little further and come back, so the waiting time wasn't boring. This was my first canoeing experience, and it seemed like my husband enjoyed this tour so much that he said he wanted to try a longer distance next time. I think I want to challenge myself with a longer lunch tour next time! Thank you very much!

帰る日の朝でしたが、ホテルまで送迎もしていただけ、朝早いので、暑くもなく日焼けの心配もほぼなく、ホテルに帰ってからも、お風呂に入って、朝食を食べてる間にコインランドリーで濡れた服も洗濯乾燥もできてチェックアウトまで時間を有効に使えました。
送迎車の座席は、ビニールシート敷いてくれてるので、ぬれたままでも問題なく、持ち物は、飲み物とタオルがあれば、気軽に参加できる感じでした。

ガイドのヒナさんが送迎中に、いろいろ美味しいオススメのお店とか紹介してくださったのですが、帰る日だったので…もう少し滞在日数があれば行ってみたかったです>⁠.⁠<
でも次回石垣島に来た時の楽しみができました〜(⁠^⁠^⁠)

送迎中も、いっぱいお話し聞けたので、退屈しないし、カヌーも楽しかったです。朝からのカヌーは、気持ちよく心が洗われる感じでした〜(⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)
漕ぐ距離的には短い気もしますが、他の組の写真撮影の時、少し待ち時間ができても、どこどこの辺りまで行って、戻ってきてもいいですよと、声もかけてもらえるので、少しの待ち時間も退屈なくすごせました。今回初めてのカヌー体験で、こちらのツアーが楽しかったみたいで、旦那は、もう少し長い距離もしてみたいと言ってました
次回は少し時間長めのお昼とかのツアーに挑戦してみたいと思います!!

The quality of the drone footage is incredibly beautiful. They also filmed videos and edited them while we were experiencing the activities. I had heard there would be sound, but it was disappointing that there was none. We wanted lots of memorable photos, but we were too shy to ask for them, so we were grateful that they took many for us. We could see the fish clearly from our feet, and we were able to take photos as well, making it a fantastic experience!

何よりドローンの画質がめっちゃきれいです。
動画も撮ってくれていて、私たちが体験している間に編集もされていました。
音ありと聞いていたのですが、音がなかったのだけが残念でした。
思い出の写真いっぱい欲しいけど恥ずかしくて撮ってくださいって言えない私たちにとって、ガンガン撮ってもらえたのもありがたかったです。
魚も足元から透けてみえて、写真も撮れて、すごくいい体験になりました！

Since it was the year-end and New Year holidays, the shops listed in the guidebook were closed, so I joined a tour.

In Iriomote, I heard stories about the Iriomote cat, and the mangrove cruise offered beautiful views that I wouldn't normally see. In Yufu and Taketomi, I enjoyed sightseeing while riding on a water buffalo cart. I didn't have time to collect star sand to fill a bottle, so I bought some as a souvenir. The gelato at Yufu Island Chaya was also delicious, so I recommend it!

年末年始だったので、ガイドブックに載っているようなお店はお休みだったので、ツアーに参加しました。

西表ではイリオモテヤマネコの話を聞いたり、マングローブ遊覧も普段見ることのない景色が見れて素敵でした。由布・竹富では水牛車に乗り、観光を楽しめました。
星の砂を瓶いっぱいに集める時間がなかったので、そこは購入してお土産に★
由布島茶屋のジェラートも美味しかったので、オススメです！

It was my first SUP experience, and I was taught carefully from the beginning, making it a wonderful memory! The morning meeting time is early, but paddling while watching the sunrise is exceptional! I want to do it again!

初めのSUP体験でしたが、一から丁寧に教えていただきとっても素敵な思い出になりました！朝の集合時間は早いですが、日の出を見ながらのsupは別格です！またやりたいです！

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and the guide's explanations were very thorough and easy to understand, which made me feel safe and enjoy it! I was a bit nervous at first, but I quickly got used to it and was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea, experiencing something out of the ordinary. It was a highly satisfying activity. It became a wonderful memory! I definitely recommend it to beginners as well.

I planned the tour thinking it might rain in June, but on the day it was cloudy then sunny and 30℃, so a hat and parasol were necessary!
Most of the participants were foreigners. Everyone was polite and gathered earlier than the meeting time, allowing us to stick to the schedule.
I was looking forward to the aquarium, so I brought rice balls from a convenience store and took the bus. We bought snacks and fruits at Pineapple Park and Kouri Island, and ate them while waiting for the dolphin show.
There were many people standing for the dolphin show, so it was good that we arrived early. There was a vending machine nearby where we could buy cold drinks. We took our time with the whale shark and quickly saw the rest in three hours. It went by in a flash! I recommend the purple sweet potato tart from the snack castle! The bus drove safely, and there was no traffic on the way back, making it a cool and comfortable tour.

６月で雨かもしれないと考えツアーにしましたが、当日は曇りのち晴れ30℃暑かったです。帽子、日傘がいりました！！
参加者は、ほぼ外国の方でした。皆さんマナー良く集合時間より早く集まり、全て予定通り回ることができました。
水族館を楽しみにしていたので
口コミを参考にして、コンビニでおにぎり持参でバスに乗り、パイナップルパーク、古宇利島でお菓子、フルーツを購入し、イルカショーの待ち時間で食べました。
イルカショーは立見の人も沢山いたので、早く行って良かったです。
近くに自販機があり、冷たい飲み物は買えました。ジンベイザメをゆっくり、後はサッと観て3時間。あっという間にでした！お菓子御殿の生紅芋タルトおすすめです！バスも安全運転で帰りの渋滞もなく、涼しく快適なツアーでした。

The day of the tour was clear and the weather was nice, marking the end of the rainy season. It was hot all day, so choosing a bus tour on Taketomi Island was the right decision. I was healed by Ichirou-kun, the water buffalo on Yubu Island, who walked slowly. The bento box served for lunch was also delicious. The cat at Kaiji Beach was adorable. I'm glad I participated in the tour. Thank you very much.

ツアーの日は梅雨明けした日でお天気はよかったです。一日中暑かったので竹富島はバス観光にして正解でした。由布島の水牛車はゆっくり歩くいちろうくんに癒されました。お昼に出されたお弁当もおいしかったです。カイジ浜にいたネコちゃん可愛かった♡ツアーに参加してよかったです。ありがとうございました。

I had the opportunity to experience Bingata at a hands-on workshop where I could try my hand at everything from coloring to outlining in about 90 minutes. I chose a tote bag and received a lecture from the instructor about the history of Bingata. It was a direct experience that made me realize just how difficult this art form is, and I truly appreciated its value. On the third day after bringing it home, I washed it... Although it's a rather clumsy piece I made myself, it has become a precious souvenir that carries the unique cultural scent of Okinawa. I hope Bingata becomes more widely known.

90分ほどで作品の色差しから隈取りまで体験させてもらえる体験型工房での紅型。トートバッグを選び、先生より紅型の歴史やレクチャーを教えてもらい、ダイレクトに体験して、こんなにも難しいものかと紅型という芸術の価値を改めて感じたひと時でした。持ち帰って3日目に洗いにかけて…自分で作ったへなちょこ作品ではありますが、沖縄のかけがえのない文化的な香りのするお土産となりました。もっと紅型が普及しますように。

体验很糟糕，共经历了两个钓鱼点，没钓上什么鱼，即使钓到了，鱼也很小。船上的其他人也都没钓到鱼。这次体验很不好，感觉就是浪费时间。总之不推荐。不推荐。不推荐。

The sea was beautiful, and I could see fish. I'm glad I participated because I can watch the videos and photos multiple times later. I'm especially happy that they made it into a single video with music. Thank you for taking so many photos.

It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the beautiful sea while riding in a transparent kayak. The weather was great, and the clarity of the water was so high that I was moved by the sensation of floating above the sea. The guide was very kind and carefully showed us spots where many fish gather, allowing me to see several clownfish up close, which I wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. Additionally, the footage captured by the drone was truly beautiful and became a special memory of the trip. I was very happy to receive the filming data, including photos, right away. The environment was set up for a safe and enjoyable experience, making it highly recommended for first-timers. I definitely want to use this service again!

透明なカヤックに乗って、美しい海を満喫できる素晴らしい体験でした。天気も良く、海の透明度が高くて、まるで海の上を浮いているような感覚に感動しました。ガイドの方がとても親切で、お魚がたくさん集まるスポットを丁寧に案内してくださり、自分ではなかなか見られないクマノミを何匹も近くで見ることができて感激しました。また、ドローンで撮影していただいた映像が本当に美しく、旅の特別な思い出になりました。写真も含め、撮影データをすぐに共有してもらえて、とても嬉しかったです。安心して楽しめる環境が整っていて、初めての方にもおすすめです。またぜひ利用したいと思います！

In the morning, I did SUP, and in the afternoon, I experienced snorkeling. SUP is really fun! There aren't many places to try it on Honshu, so I definitely recommend it. At first, it feels a bit unfamiliar, but the sensation of gently gliding along the river is very interesting.

For snorkeling, there's no need to worry as the instructors are very attentive and teach beginners well. You'll be amazed by the beautiful corals and tropical fish you can see.

午前中にSUP、午後にシュノーケリング体験を行いました。
SUP本当に楽しい！本州でもなかなか体験出来るところはないのでぜひやってほしいです。最初は慣れませんが川の上をゆらゆら進む感覚、とても面白いですよ。
シュノーケリングは初心者でもインストラクターの方が丁寧に教えてくれるので心配ないです。美しいサンゴと熱帯魚が見れるので感動しますよ。

I participated in the water buffalo event starting at 2:30 PM, and it was great to hear the songs too! After that, I rented a bicycle and sweated for 30 minutes. I'll go again!

I traveled alone freely and had a great time. Choosing the bus tour on Taketomi Island was the right decision. Even though it was before the rainy season, cycling in the strong midday sun would have been exhausting due to the heat. The bus driver guided us through the village and to the star sand beach, and most importantly, we could cool off once we returned to the bus. I didn't have high expectations for lunch on Yubu Island, but I was completely wrong; it was very delicious. There was also a guide that matched the dishes with explanations, so I was able to learn the names of Ryukyu cuisine and truly enjoy it. The mangrove tour on Iriomote Island coincided with high tide, so we couldn't see the features, but just listening to the guide's many explanations was a valuable experience. Even as a solo traveler, I was able to enjoy talking with local staff, guides, and other participants in the same tour, asking for photos, and there was no time to feel lonely. I think it's great that you can smoothly visit three islands. Considering the ferry fees and various other costs, the tour price is reasonable and offers good value. I recommend it for those who are not into active activities like stand-up paddleboarding or diving while sightseeing in Ishigaki Island.

自由気ままに一人旅での利用でしたが、存分に楽しめました。竹富島では、バス観光を選び正解でした。梅雨入り前ではあっても、日中の強い日差しの中でサイクリングとかは暑さでバテそう…。バスの運転手さんが、集落や星砂浜を案内してくれるし、何よりバス車内に戻れば涼が得られました。由布島のランチは期待していなかったけれど、それは大間違いでとても美味しかったです。そしてお料理と照らし合わせができる案内が用意されていたので、琉球料理の名前もわかり堪能できました。西表島のマングローブの遊覧は、満潮と重なり特徴は見られなかったけれど、ガイドさんのたくさんの解説を聞いたりするだけでも貴重な体験で良かったです。一人でも現地スタッフの方やガイドの方、また同じツアー参加者とお話ししたり、写真をお願いしたりして十分楽しめます。寂しい思いをする暇はありませんでした。スムーズに3島をまわれるのでとても良いと思います。フェリー代とか色々考えるとツアー料金はそこそこしますがお得な内容でした。石垣島観光でサップとかダイビングとかアクティブなことが苦手な方にはお勧めです。

This tour is excellent because it allows you to visit three islands in one go. The experience with the water buffalo, in particular, became the highlight of my trip to Ishigaki Island.

The location was amazing, allowing me to feel the beauty of nature and receive wonderful energy from the forest, with light shining from the trees in the back. It was definitely a great decision to join the bus tour from Naha, which is 100 kilometers away.

Unfortunately, the tour guide was lacking. The only greeting on the bus was "There is no guide on this bus," and they just handed out the guide receivers. They didn't mention anything about wearing seatbelts, which was included in the guide receiver audio.

During the tour, the only things they said were "Turn on the guide receiver" and "What time is the meeting?" They didn't say anything else at all, and there was no farewell at the end of the tour. The stay was short, and I felt rushed, as if they wanted to get back quickly.

It's disappointing because we're not just luggage... I was unfortunate with this tour guide, but I believe there are guides out there who have more empathy.

Aside from that, Manzamo, the former Oishi Forest, and the Yanbaru Kuina Forest (the staff there explained everything kindly) were all full of highlights. It's a place that you rarely get to visit, and it was a valuable experience. The seafood rice bowl for lunch was also delicious.

滞在時間も短くて　とにかくせかされて　早く帰りたがっている感が伝わってきました

荷物じゃないんだから・・・　というのがとても残念です
今回の添乗員さんは　はずれでしたが　きっともっと人の心を持った添乗員さんもいるのかとは思います

それ以外は　万座毛　旧大石林山　やんばるくいなの森（施設の方は丁寧に説明してくださいました）　すべて見どころたっぷりです　滅多に来る事ができないところですし　貴重な体験でした
ランチの海鮮丼も美味しかったです

I went with my child, and the staff were very kind, which made me feel safe participating. It was cloudy, but the water was very beautiful, and we were able to see sea turtles.

【Before Departure - During Travel】
The guide's briefing starts a bit later to pick up participants scattered over a wide area along the route. Until then, it's fine to take a nap.

【The Guide is Like a "Fun Teacher"】
Once the guide begins, they are very cheerful and provide detailed explanations, making it educational. It's a nice touch that they share local information about places that aren't tourist spots. At one point, near Onna Village, the guide introduced "Tanchamebushi." I was wondering if there would be a recorded version, but to my surprise, it was a live performance! The guide asked, "If you could clap along, it would make it easier to sing," and the bus filled with clapping. They were incredibly skilled, creating a natural and comfortable atmosphere that felt cozier than a tavern.

【Traveling While Listening to Tanchamebushi】
Tanchamebushi is one of the representative folk songs from Onna Village in Okinawa, played along with the sanshin (Okinawan string instrument). It humorously sings about fishermen from the area called "Tanchame" attracting women. With its lively rhythm and approachable melody, it captures the brightness of Okinawa and enhances the travel experience. After the guide introduced it, I listened to it on YouTube while traveling for a while.

【Manzamo】
This place is said to have been praised by King Shōkei of the Ryukyu Dynasty when he visited, calling it "a wide field where everyone can sit." It means "a wide grassland where everyone can sit." I heard it offers a spectacular view when it's sunny, but today it was a "moist spectacular view" with unfortunate rain. However, there are well-maintained walking paths for viewing, so if you have an umbrella, you can stroll smoothly. Even alone, you won't get lost. There are plenty of souvenirs, and I was able to buy discounted Karyushi shirts and dresses. However, since there are many foreign tourists, the register can get crowded, so make sure to allow extra time to return to the bus. A timer is essential!

【Nago Pineapple Park】
From the moment you step into the park, you're enveloped in the scent of pineapples. Cheerful Shisa statues are everywhere, and the imaginary dinosaurs called "Pinasaur" delighted the children. Is it pineapples or dinosaurs? No, it might just be Okinawa itself! A German tourist was so charmed that they started dancing with a wiggle! The tasting samples and merchandise are of high quality, making it a fun place to explore. The theme song "Papa Pineapple♪" is one you won't be able to get out of your head after hearing it once.

【Okashi Goten (Nago Store)】
Here, there's also a theme song called "The Sweet Potato Tart Song," welcoming customers with the phrase "Spiral in purple♪" (laughs). Besides souvenirs, you can also purchase sweets to satisfy your small hunger. However, since the stay is about 30 minutes, it might be difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal.

【Walami Ohashi (View from the Bus)】
If it's sunny, you can see turtles swimming from the bus window in this clear area. Since its opening, it has connected Nakijin Village with Yagaji Island and Kouri Island, playing a significant role in the daily lives of the islanders. The scenery and structure are impressive.

【Kouri Island】
A small island belonging to Nakijin Village. As you start crossing the approximately 2 km long Kouri Ohashi, a breathtaking view that screams "This is Okinawa!" unfolds. Even on a cloudy day, the beauty of the sea is exceptional, and I was moved by the scenery that is quintessentially Okinawan. The greenery illuminated by the cloudy sky appeared incredibly vibrant.

【Churaumi Aquarium】
Located within the Ocean Expo Park, the grounds are vast! Since we also stop by the restrooms and souvenir shops, set an alarm for 15 minutes before returning to the bus. The large tank with whale sharks has clearer water quality than the Osaka Aquarium, and the movements of the fish were also clearly visible. The sharks seemed accustomed to people and approached us. 広範囲に散らばっている参加者をルートに沿ってピックアップしていくため、添乗員さんのガイドが始まるのは少し遅め。それまでは居眠りしていても大丈夫です。

【添乗員が「楽しい先生」みたい】
いざガイドが始まると、添乗員さんがとても明るく、説明も詳しいので勉強になります。観光スポットではない場所のローカル情報も教えてくれるのが嬉しいポイント。途中、恩納村（おんなそん）近くでは、添乗員から「谷茶前節（たんちゃめぶし）」の紹介がありました。「音源が流れるのかな？」と思っていたら、まさかの生歌！ 「ちょっと手拍子をしてくださると歌いやすいのですが～？」と仰せになるので、バスのなかが手拍子で進行。しかもすごくお上手で、居酒屋より自然で心地よく、車内がほっこりしました。

【谷茶前節を聴きながら移動】
谷茶前節は、沖縄本島・恩納村に伝わる代表的な民謡のひとつで、三線（さんしん=味線）とともに演奏される陽気な曲。「谷茶（たんちゃ）」という地名の漁師たちが、魚を獲り、女性たちにモテる様子を、ユーモラスに歌った内容らしい。軽快なリズムと親しみやすいメロディで、沖縄らしい明るさを感じられ、旅を楽しくしてくれます。添乗員に紹介してもらって以降は、しばらくYouTubeで聴きながら移動しました。

【万座毛（まんざもう）】
琉球王朝時代、尚敬王（しょうけいおう）がこの地を訪れた際に、「万人が座れる広い野原だ」と称えたことに由来しているとか。「万人が座れるほどの広い草原」という意味らしい。晴れたら絶景…と聞いて来たら、今日は“しっとり絶景”、あいにくの雨でしたが、観賞用の遊歩道が整備されているので傘があればスムーズに散策可能。ひとりでも、迷うこともありません。お土産が充実しており、かりゆしシャツやワンピースの特価品を購入できました。ただし、外国人観光客が多くレジが混むので、バスに戻る時間には余裕を持っておきましょう。タイマー必須！

【ナゴパイナップルパーク】
園内に一歩入った瞬間から、パイナップルの香りに包まれます。そこかしこにいる陽気な表情のシーサーたち、そして「パイナソー」という架空の恐竜たちが子どもたちを大喜びさせていました。パインなのか恐竜なのか…いや、もう、沖縄そのものかも！あるドイツ人観光客が、可愛さのあまり腰を振って踊り出すほど！試食もグッズもクオリティが高く、迷う楽しさがあります。テーマソング「パッパ パイナップル♪」は一度聞いたらしばらく頭から離れません。

【御菓子御殿（名護店）】
ここにもテーマソングとして「紅芋タルトの歌」というのがあり、「むらさき色したスパイラル♪」というフレーズでお客様をお出迎え。（笑）お土産のほか、小腹を満たせるスイーツも購入可。ただし、滞在は30分程度なので、ゆっくり食事は難しいかもしれません。

【ワルミ大橋（車窓）】
晴れていれば、車窓からでもカメさんが泳ぐ姿が見られるほどの透明感あるところらしいです。開通以来、今帰仁村（なきじんそん）と屋我地島（やがじしま）・古宇利島（こうりじま）をつなぎ、島民の生活路線として大活躍。景色も構造も見応えがあります。

【古宇利島】
今帰仁村に属する小さな離島。全長約2kmの古宇利大橋を渡り始めると、そこにはまさに「これぞ沖縄！」という絶景が広がります。曇天でも海の美しさは格別で、沖縄らしさ満点の風景に感動しました。曇り空に照らされた緑が、逆にすごく鮮やかに見えました。

【美ら海水族館】
海洋博公園のなかにあり、とにかく敷地が広い！トイレや土産店にも寄るので、バスに戻る15分前にはアラームを。ジンベイザメの大水槽は、大阪の海遊館より水質が美しく、魚たちの動きもクリアに見えました。サメたちも人馴れしているのか近づいてきてくれます。周囲からは台湾語や韓国語も聞こえ、国際的で平和な雰囲気のなか、じっくりと海洋生物を堪能できました。

【イルカがハイサイおじさんで踊っている！？】
イルカショーは水族館ではなく、公園の別施設で開催。「沖縄民謡、かかるかな？」と思っていたら、まさかの『ハイサイおじさん』でイルカたちがリズムよく“テールウォーキング”！会場が一気に盛り上がり、笑いと拍手に包まれました。子どもも大人も、気づけば笑顔。背景の伊江島まで絶景のおまけ付き。

【まとめ】
実際に行ってみてわかったのは、どこも車じゃないと正直かなり不便だということ。路線バスもあるにはあるけど、時間も本数も心細い。のんびりした雰囲気を味わうには、それもアリだけれど、初めての沖縄では、やっぱりバスツアーが断然おすすめです。

I am a working adult swimmer. I swim almost every evening, so I thought I was quite accustomed to the water, but snorkeling in the Kerama Islands was more physically demanding than I expected. The waves, water resistance, and tidal currents were completely different from my usual swimming, making it a true experience in nature.

**Meeting Place**
In my case, I participated wearing a polyester dress over my swimsuit and sandals, waiting at the Prefectural Office. In Naha City, there are many foreigners in casual attire, so this was fine. There was no tour guide, only a driver who would accompany us into the sea, but I quickly understood the meeting point as there was a sign saying "NEWS" on the vehicle window. Other participants arrived from their hotels looking like they were ready to head to the beach. The amount of luggage you can bring on board is about the size of a plastic bag that an elementary school child would take to the pool.

**Changing on the Boat**
After boarding, we received wetsuits and life jackets and changed while listening to the staff's explanations. The zipper on the back is difficult to manage alone, so we helped each other out by calling out to those around us. There were first-timers from various nationalities, and the mutual support created a naturally friendly atmosphere. To avoid seasickness, please chat while looking at the distant scenery.

**In the Water**
We entered the water quietly to avoid startling the fish. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the high transparency of the water. The sea temperature that day was 25 degrees, and I was glad I had reserved a wetsuit. I made sure not to breathe shallowly. Although it was cloudy, I could see all the way to the seabed. The waters of Kerama were more blue, deep, and calm than I had imagined. Colorful fish swam around the shallow coral reefs. Someone got bitten by a six-lined wrasse while feeding them. In environments where they are fed, they tend to approach quite actively and may sometimes bite, so please be cautious.

**Searching for Turtles Together**
It seems there are specific areas where sea turtles gather, and one of the staff went ahead to search for them and guided everyone once they were found. To avoid startling the turtles, each person quietly entered the water. When I spotted them, surprisingly, the turtles were swimming in deeper waters. The photos taken from the video may only show their outlines, but I could see the curvature of their shells and the movement of their front flippers, which made my heart race with their adorable appearance. The turtles swam gracefully through the deep blue, quietly diving just ahead of my gaze. Their presence was different from what you see in aquariums; it was somehow mystical and left an unforgettable impression.

**Smooth Operations Without Wasted Time**
The staff were experienced, and the operations were smooth. They were straightforward and provided detailed explanations for beginners. Unlike regular swimming, snorkeling requires breathing through the mouth due to a blocked nose, which made me quite thirsty and uncomfortable. However, I was pleased to find that they offered barley tea. There was also a simple shower (really just a watering can to rinse off seawater), providing the minimum necessary care.

**Changing Clothes**
After swimming and changing, being exposed to the wind while still wet can be quite chilly. It is essential to bring a hoodie or windbreaker. Additionally, for women, a quick-drying towel that can wrap around the whole body is convenient. The seats on the boat were wet from swimsuits, so it’s a good idea to wipe down your seat before sitting again for a comfortable experience.

**Recording Memories**

社会人スイマーです。ほぼ毎晩泳いでいるので、水にはかなり慣れているつもりでしたが、慶良間諸島の海でのシュノーケリングは、思っていた以上に体力を使いました。波のうねりや水の抵抗、潮の流れ、すべてが日常の泳ぎとはまったく違い、まさに自然のなかでの体験でした。

【集合場所】
私の場合、水着の上にポリエステル生地のワンピース、サンダルで参加したのですが、その格好で県庁前にて待機していました。那覇市は、開放的な格好の外国人が多いので、これくらいは大丈夫です。ドライバー（=一緒に海に入ってくれるひとのみ）で添乗員はおらず、集合場所に降りては来られませんでしたが、車両の窓に「NEWS」と書かれた案内が貼られていてすぐに理解できました。他の参加者はホテルから、いかにも「これからビーチに行きます」という格好で楽しくなりました。船内に持ち込める荷物の量は、「小学生のこどもがプールに行くときのビニール・バッグくらい」が適当です。

【船上で着替える】
乗船後、ウェットスーツとライフジャケットを受け取り、スタッフの方の説明を受けながら着替えます。背中のジッパーは1人では難しいので、周りの人と声を掛け合って助け合いました。国籍問わず初めての方もいらして、お互いにサポートしながらの準備は、自然と和やかな雰囲気を作ってくれました。酔わないために、遠くの景色を観ながらおしゃべりしてください。

【海のなか】
魚たちを驚かせないように、静かに入ります。海に入ってまず感じたのは、水の透明度の高さ。この日の海水温は25度、ウェットスーツの予約しておいて良かったです。呼吸が浅くならないようにします。曇天でしたが海底までしっかり見えました。慶良間の海は、想像以上に青く、深く、そして静かでした。浅瀬のサンゴ礁にはカラフルな魚たちが泳いでいました。餌やりのときに、ロクセンスズメダイ（六線雀鯛）に手を噛まれた方がいらっしゃいました。餌付けをされている環境ではかなり積極的に近寄ってきて、時には噛むことがあるそうで注意してください。

【みんなでカメさん探し】
ウミガメが集まる場所というものがあるらしく、係員の1人が先に探しに出てくれて、発見してから全員を誘導してくれます。カメさんたちを驚かせないように1人1人、静かに海水に入っていきます。私が発見したときには、存外、ウミガメは深いところを泳いていました。動画からの切り出し写真のご紹介では輪郭がなんとくわかる程度かもしれませんが、実際には甲羅の丸みや前肢の動きが見えていて、かわいい姿に心が高鳴りました。ウミガメは深い青の中を優雅に泳ぎ、私の視線の先で静かに潜っていきました。その姿は、水族館でみるものとは違い、どこか神秘的で、言葉にできないほど印象的でした。

【ムダなところがひとつもない進行】
係員たちが手慣れており進行がスムーズだったことが挙げられます。サバサバした方々ばかりで、初心者向けに丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。普通の水泳と違って、シュノーケリングでは鼻が塞がれてずっと口呼吸で、非常に喉が乾いて私にはしんどかったです。しかし、麦茶のサービスが用意されていて、嬉しかったです。簡易的なシャワー（本当に、じょうろで海水を流す程度）も用意されていて、必要最低限のケアは整っていました。

【着替え】
泳ぎ終わって着替え、体が濡れた状態で風に当たるとかなり冷えます。パーカーやウインドブレーカー等の上着の持参は必須です。また、タオルは女性の場合、とくに全身を包める吸汗速乾タイプが便利です。船上の座席は自身の水着等で濡れていますので、着替えてから再度着席する前に座席を拭いておくのが快適に過ごすポイントです。

【記録】
最後に、スマホで撮影したい方には、防水で浮くタイプのケース＋ストラップ付きがおすすめです。せっかくの景色を手軽に残せますし、両手が使えると安全性も高まります。私のスマホはSONY Xperia ACEⅢでしたが、7～8m深いところに潜っていくカメさんを動画におさめることができました。

【安全】
海のなかでは「ただ浮いている」つもりでも、徐々に流されていることがあります。私は気づかないうちにエンジンの方まで流されてしまい、係員から注意されて慌てて戻った場面もありました。潮の流れに逆らうのは大変なので、周囲の人々と船との距離を意識することがとても大切です。

【最後に】
日常を離れ、魚たちと一体になるこの体験は、心身ともにリフレッシュできる貴重な時間でした。プールでは味わえない、自然へのダイレクトな没入感。そのなかでウミガメと出会えたことは、一生の思い出になりました。迷っておられるかた、まずは挑戦してみては？参加資格には「年齢制限」や「メディカルチェック」があります。

I highly recommend it. I was a bit anxious about whether I could stand up on the SUP for the first time, but they taught me gently and carefully, and I was able to stand up and paddle smoothly! It was great to paddle to the fish spot and see through the clear board. On top of that, they filmed us with a drone and edited it into a music video that we received on our way back. I was truly moved by this. The staff were all very attentive and went above and beyond, and I definitely want to go again when I visit Miyako Island.

ほんとにオススメです。初めてのSUPで立てるかなぁと不安でしたが、優しく丁寧に教えてくれて、スムーズに立てて漕ぐことができました!お魚スポットまで漕いでクリアボード越しに見れるのも良かったです。その上、ドローンで撮影してくれて、帰りに音楽つきの1本のPVのように編集してれたものを頂けます。これにはホントに感動しました。スタッフの皆さん丁寧で終始至れり尽くせりで、宮古島にきたら必ずもう一度行きたいです。

I was optimistic from the time I made the reservation until I met the staff, but the experience turned out to be quite intense! I was able to connect with nature, the river was beautiful, and the experience was thrilling and full of excitement. The staff member was also refreshing and cool.

I ordered a sightseeing taxi because I didn't know my way around Okinawa on my first visit. I stayed for three nights and used the taxi for three days. It was especially helpful since my wife's knee is not in good condition. Thank you to the driver.

The buses in Ishigaki Island are expensive, so the free pass is very convenient and cost-effective. It costs over 1,000 yen just from the airport to Kabira, so if used wisely, you can save quite a bit. It's not limited to a single day but is valid for 24 hours, which gives you more time to use it.

When you show the reservation screen from Veltra, the driver will give you a paper ticket. I realized this free pass existed on my last day and hurried to buy it. There are even better deals for 2,000 yen for five days, so I want to make sure to buy it next time. You can also purchase it directly on the bus, but using Veltra allows you to use coupons and points, and there's no cash exchange, making it convenient.

I regret not noticing it sooner.

石垣島のバスは高いので、フリーパスはとても便利でコスパが良いです。空港からカビラまでだけで1000円以上するので、上手く使えばかなり節約できます。1日区切りではなく24時間なので、使える時間も長いです。

ベルトラの予約画面を見せると、運転手さんが紙のチケットをくれます。私は、このフリーパスがあることを最終日に気づき、急いで買いました。5日間で2000円ともっとお得なものがあるので、次回は忘れずに買いたいです。バスで直接買うこともできますが、ベルトラ経由でクーポンやポイントが使えたり、現金でのやりとりもないので便利です。

もっと早く気付かなかったことを後悔しています。

The highlight of this tour is definitely the "water buffalo cart." It's fascinating to see the water buffalo, which you can't encounter on the mainland, and the explanations about their characteristics were both interesting and informative. The descriptions were detailed and delivered in a humorous way, so I never got bored. The sanshin music and folk songs, as well as the island songs, were also great here.

このツアーの目玉はなんといっても、「水牛車」でしょう。本土ではお目にかかれない水牛、水牛の特徴などの説明が面白くタメになるし、説明もコミカルに詳細説明されていたのであきなかった。
ここでも三線と民謡、島唄がよかったです。

I went on a free plan to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. The weather was nice, and the scenery was beautiful; it was the best. On Taketomi Island, I rode a water buffalo for 30 minutes, and then I had a plan with a rental bicycle, but I wished I had more time. I couldn't visit all the places I wanted to. I want to go again next time.

西表島、由布島、竹富島フリープランで行きました。お天気も良くて景色も綺麗で最高でした。竹富島では水牛に30分乗ってあとはレンタルサイクルでのプランでしたが、もっと時間が欲しかったです。行きたいところ全ては回れませんでした。
次の機会に行きたいです。
