The weather in November on the Sakishima Islands is just perfect, neither too hot nor too cold. My elderly mother was able to enjoy it without any strain. The water buffalo are very cute and reliable. It was clear that the staff really cares for the water buffalo.

天候に恵まれての11月の先島は暑すぎず寒すぎずとてもいいですね。高齢の母も無理なく楽しめました。水牛　とても可愛くて頼もしいですねスタッフがとても水牛たちを大事にしていることが伺えました。

I enjoyed the tour where we could visit many places in one day. It might be a bit hard for those with small children.

I recommend it for those who want to go to the Churaumi Aquarium but find it difficult to rent a car.

I opted for lunch on the day of the tour, but due to time constraints, we couldn't choose from the menu; we had to eat what was already prepared when we arrived.

1日でたくさんまわれるツアーで楽しめました。小さなお子さん連れには少しハードかもしれません。
クルマを借りるのが難しいけど美ら海水族館に行きたい方にはおすすめです。

当日昼食ありにしましたが、時間の都合上メニューは選べず着いたら既に用意されているものを食べるというスタイルでした。

I was able to visit the desired sightseeing spots, but the time spent at each location felt very short, and there was a lot of time spent walking around, giving the impression of a rushed tour. I was a bit disappointed with the guide's lack of friendliness.

まわりたい観光地はまわれたが、各所の散策時間がとても短く感じ、歩き回る時間も多く、常にばたばたしたツアーだった印象。
ガイドさんの愛想が足りなくて少し残念だった。

Kawahirawan is truly beautiful, and I was able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding very much! I also heard about the sunrise and, on a whim, requested the sunrise canoe experience for the next day. I am grateful that they kindly accepted my request! In the afternoon, the snorkeling at the Blue Cave was not possible due to high waves, but instead, I was able to snorkel at a spot full of coral, and I was amazed by how close the fish were!

川平湾ほんと綺麗でとても気持ちよくsup出来ました！
サンライズの話も聞かせていただいて、次の日のサンライズカヌーの体験も急遽お願いして、快く受けて頂き、感謝です！
午後からのシュノーケルは青の洞窟がなみが高くて行けなかったのですが、かわりに珊瑚がいっぱいあるポイントでシュノーケルでき、魚がとても近くて感動しました！

There is a pick-up and drop-off service, so even those without a rental car can enjoy themselves!
The SUP was fun too!
I think the staff's tendency to take a lot of photos is a wonderful trait! Haha
Thanks to that, I can look back on those lovely memories!

I had a reservation on November 9th. I made the reservation and payment, and waited at the meeting point on the day, but no one came to pick me up. I tried calling the contact number multiple times, but couldn't get through, and I searched the surrounding area repeatedly. Eventually, when I searched for "Hoshizora Farm" on Google Maps, a completely different location came up, so I decided to head there on a whim, and found that the stargazing tour was taking place. Naturally, I explained the situation to the staff, but I did not receive a satisfactory answer as to why the wrong meeting point was communicated, and why there was no confirmation call even though there were no participants.

I believe that having a mobile number listed as a contact that cannot be reached on the day is pointless. I was told it was the owner's mobile, but they said they didn't know where the owner was today.

I am saddened that my enjoyable travel time was wasted. I hope the company will review its system to prevent others from having a similar experience and provide better tours in the future.

11/9に予約していたものです。予約＆支払いをして当日は集合場所で待っていましたが、迎えがくることはありませんでした。連絡先に何度電話しても繋がらず、周辺を何度も探し回りました。結局Googleマップで「星空ファーム」と検索するとまったく別の場所が出てきたので、一か八かその場所に向かってみたところ、星空ツアーが開催されていました。当然スタッフさんに状況を伝えましたが、なぜ間違った集合場所が伝えられていたのか、なぜ参加者がいないのに確認の電話すらしてこないのか、納得できる回答はいただけませんでした。
連絡先と載せてあった携帯も当日連絡が取れる携帯でなければ意味がないと思います。オーナーさんの携帯とのことでしたが、今日はオーナーがどこにいるか分かりません、と言われました。
せっかくの楽しい旅行の時間を無駄にすることになり悲しいです。同じような思いをする方が出ないよう会社の体制を見直していただき、より良いツアーを開催していただけることを期待しています。

I think it's a great deal to be able to stop by various places and spend three hours at Churaumi Aquarium for this price! Since we had three hours, we were able to take our time exploring the aquarium, even with kids. The hotel shuttle was really appreciated for traveling with children. I understand it can't be helped, but I always wonder if there's a way to avoid the 30-minute walk to and from Churaumi. On the way back, we arrived at the hotel earlier than planned, which was a relief.

いろいろなところに立ち寄れて、美ら海も3時間滞在できて、このお値段はお得だと思います！3時間滞在できたので、子連れでしたが、ゆっくり水族館をまわれました。ホテルの送迎でしたので子連れにはほんとありがたかったです。しょうがないとは思いますが、美ら海まで往復30分ほど歩くのはどうにかならないかなーといつも思います。帰りは予定より早くホテルに到着したので助かりました。

I made a reservation early and confirmed over the phone that prescription glasses would be available, but when we arrived on the day, we were told that there was only one prescription available for each person. My husband and I have the same prescription.

We arrived earlier than the meeting time, but we weren't allowed to change until the meeting time, so we had to wait in the car. There were two groups participating, and both had already arrived, so I thought it would have been nice if they had started the explanation and let us change earlier.

The boat took a long time to depart, and it was a shared boat. Maybe because it was crowded, I couldn't get the kind of photos my friend took, and during the fish feeding, the staff was chatting with other staff members and left us unattended. I realized I was separated from everyone, and it seemed like they didn't notice, which was a bit scary. On top of that, the boat was really rocky, and I felt sick, so it was not enjoyable at all. The diving experience I had in Kerama was amazing, so this made it even more disappointing.

早くから予約して、こちらは度付きメガネを希望し電話でも確認して十分ありますとの回答だったのに当日行ったら各自度数一つづつしかないという状態でした。私と主人は同じ度数なのに。
集合時間より早めに行ったのですが集合時間まで着替えもさせてもらえず車でまつことに。2組の参加でどちらも既に到着してたのですから説明とか始めて着替えさせくれたら良いのにとおもいました。
船についてもなかなか出発せず、船も乗合でした。混んでるせいなのか私の友達が撮ったような写真も撮ってもらえず、魚の餌やりの時もスタッフは他の知り合いのスタッフと喋ってほったらかし、気が付いたらみんなと離れたとこらに私がいたのにそのことに気がついてないようで怖いなあと思いました。おまけに船はすごく揺れて気分も悪くなり全く楽しくなかったです。ケラマで体験したダイビングは最高だったので余計残念。

There were many clouds and the moonlight was strong, so I couldn't see as many stars as I had hoped, but the discussion about the stars while pointing them out with a laser pointer was fascinating. The moonlight bath was also nice since I don't usually take the time to look at the moon. It would have been great if we could have considered the moon phase as well...

雲が多く月明かりが強かったので思ったより星が見れなかったがレーザーポインターで示しながらの星の話も興味深かったです。
月光浴も普段ゆっくり月を見ることもないので良かったです。
月齢も考慮できれば良かったのですが・・・

This time, the wind was strong and the waves were high, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave. However, thank you for providing an alternative program. We bravely challenged the high waves with sea kayaking and were able to enjoy watching many tropical fish while snorkeling, even as we were rocked by the waves. Thanks to the staff, who lifted our spirits when we thought we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, I plan to try again next year.

今回は風が強く、波も高かったため青の洞窟へはいけませんでした。
でも、それに代わるプログラムを提供して頂き、ありがとうございました。
高い波に果敢にチャレンジできたシーカヤック、波に揺られながらも数多くの熱帯魚を観賞することができたシュノーケリング。
青の洞窟に行けないと思い沈んだ気持ちをアクティブさせてくれたスタッフの皆さんのおかげです。
来年、またチャレンジしようと思います。

The beautiful sea of Taketomi Island was healing just to look at. The water buffalo were cute, and the guidance was great. It was all an incredibly wonderful memory. Thank you very much! I want to participate again!

I'm glad I could see the natural fish up close. If I could wish for something, I feel like it could have been a bit longer. I wanted to see them underwater during the travel as well.

自然の魚を近くで見れてよかったです。欲を言うともう少し長くても良い気がします。移動の間も水中で見てみたいと思いました。

I participated during my honeymoon trip! The weather was great, so we could see many stars! The explanations were very clear, and they provided chairs and binoculars. The staff was also very kind! I definitely want to go again in a different season!

Although it was unfortunately cloudy on the day of the tour, the colors of the sea viewed from the boat were very beautiful! I definitely recommend taking a ride to see the colors of the ocean and the various corals!! It became a very memorable tour!

I made a reservation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Since it was a weekday after the holiday, the ship was not crowded, and we enjoyed a spacious atmosphere. The live music featured Okinawan pop and a mix of Ryukyu folk songs, which was wonderful. Both my husband and I found ourselves holding back tears as we reflected on the busy 20 years we’ve had. The food was delicious, and although it was an all-you-can-drink plan, the service was so good that I ended up drinking too much. We received a truly lovely surprise gift, and it was an incredibly satisfying cruise dinner. Thank you very much.

結婚20周年の記念で予約をしました。
連休明けの平日という事もあり船内はごみごみしておらず
ゆったりとした空間でした。
ライブミュージックで沖縄ポップス等（笑）琉球民謡交じりの選曲がとてもよく主人も私も忙しかった20年を振り返り涙をこらえる瞬間もあるくらいでした。お料理もとてもおいしく飲み放題プランでしたがサービスが良すぎて飲みすぎてしましました。サプライズでとっても素敵なプレゼントをいただき本当に大満足のクルーズディナーでした。

Since I was traveling with my elderly father, I chose this course to minimize physical strain as much as possible.

The bus tour and the water buffalo cart course were both compact and very good.

The staff members' talks were also interesting and enjoyable.

I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

高齢の父親との旅行でしたので、なるべく身体に負担がかからないようにと思い、このコースを選びました。

バス観光も水牛車で巡るコースもコンパクトでとても良かったです。

It was my first time kayaking, and there were three participants, but the instructor was very kind and taught us in a fun way, which made me feel at ease! Next time, I would like to join the sunset tour.

はじめてのカヤックでしたが、参加人数は３人でしたが、とても優しく楽しくお兄さんが教えてくれ安心しました！
今度は、サンセットツアーに参加してみたいです。

It was my long-awaited first kayaking experience! I had a lot of fun experiencing scenery that I had only seen on TV. The staff were also very polite and nice! I definitely recommend it.

テレビでしか見たことのないような景色を体験出来てとても楽しかったです。

Although the sky was cloudy and the wind was strong, preventing us from seeing a full starry sky, the guide was cheerful and spoke well, making it enjoyable to watch the stars.

雲が多く風が強かった為満面の星空はだめだったがガイドが明るく話が上手かったので楽しく星を見れました。

The instructor, Mr. Musha, provided very clear guidance, and the explanations for the operations were easy to understand, which helped my beginner partner improve their saddle skills. When I come to Okinawa next time, I will ride again.

インストラクターの武者さんの案内がとても聞きやすくて操作の説明がわかりやすくて初心者の相方のサドルが上手になりました。次回沖縄に来たらまた乗ります。

I made a reservation for dinner on the last day of a 3-night, 4-day trip with my mother and daughter. It was raining on and off that day, so I had given up on seeing the sunset, but I was able to catch glimpses of it through the clouds a couple of times, which was nice.

For the meal, we chose the best steak course, but honestly, it was just "average," and I was a bit disappointed. Also, many of the servers were foreigners, and while they were very dedicated in their service, there was one person with a strong perfume. I think it would be better if they were educated to tone it down in dining situations, even though it might be common in their culture.

母・娘で3泊4日の旅の最終日のディナーで予約しました。
当日は雨が降ったり止んだりだったのでサンセットはあきらめていましたが、2.3度雲の隙間から見ることが出来たので良かったです。
お食事は一番良いステーキのコースにしましたが、正直「普通」で少しがっかり。あと、サーブしてくれるのが外国の方が多かったのですが、サービス自体は一生懸命されていて良かったけれど、香水がキツイ方がいて、（外国では当たり前なのかもしれませんが）食事の場では控える様に教育された方がいいのではと思いました。

I boarded the ship for my wife's birthday. As a surprise for her, they brought out a birthday cake. A singer performed the birthday song, making it a truly memorable and wonderful day. I would definitely like to use this service again.

妻の誕生日に乗船しました。
妻へのサプライズ演出として、バースデーケーキを出していただきました。歌手の方がバースデーソングを歌ってくださりとっても思い出に残る素敵な一日となりました。

The clear sea felt like a canoe floating in the air, and I will challenge myself to stand-up paddleboarding next time. During snorkeling, I was able to see rockfish and sea snakes. The last waterfall pool was a bit cold, but it felt amazing!

シュノーケリングは、カサゴやウミヘビも見ることができました。
最後の滝壺もちょっと冷たかったけど、チョ〜気持ちいい

The morning SUP was blessed with good weather and calm winds, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time on the beautiful Kabira Bay.

We had been warned the day before that we might not be able to go to the Blue Cave in the afternoon, so we were prepared for that. However, since the waterfall was also included, we couldn't go due to high waves on the day itself. We decided to go for an alternative snorkeling trip, but it was in a somewhat murky area near the city with fewer fish, which didn't seem comparable.

People in the afternoon were paying around 8,000 yen, so I was quite disappointed to realize that this was the alternative.

The staff were kind and did their best, but there were many things they didn't seem to know the answers to when I asked questions. Also, there were a lot of photo opportunities, and we often had to wait for other groups to finish taking their pictures.

Since it was our return day and we had checked out, I had mentioned that we couldn't take a shower at the hotel we were staying at. It seemed like the shower spot was for those who had gone to the waterfall, and I was wondering what to do. However, we were guided to the paid shower at Hotel Kukuru, which was the only hotel in the city that accepted us. It would have been really tough without Hotel Kukuru. I was saved by the kind response of the hotel staff.

If we could have gone to the Blue Cave and the waterfall, it might have been different, but knowing we couldn't go, I wouldn't recommend the alternative snorkeling.

ものすごくキレイな川平湾でのんびりSUPができました^_^

午後からの青の洞窟は前の日から行けないかもしれないと言われていて覚悟はしていたのですが、滝つぼもセットなので行けないようで、当日波が高くいけませんでした。
代替のシュノーケリングに行くことにしたのですが、同等とは思えない市街地近くのやや濁ったサカナも少なめのところでした。

午後からの人が8000円くらい払っていたので、その値段でここか。とかなりガッカリでした。

スタッフの方は優しくて、頑張っていましたが、何が質問してもわからないことが多かったです。
あと、何かと写真撮る時間が多かった。
他のグループの写真撮り待ちが多かったです。

帰国日で、チェックアウトしていたので、泊まっていたホテルでシャワーはできないと伝えていましたが、シャワースポットは滝つぼに行っていた場合のようで、どうしようかと思っていましたが、
市街地で唯一受け入れてるホテルククルの有料シャワーまで案内してもらいました。
ホテルククルがなかったらほんと辛かった。
ホテルスタッフの優しい対応に救われました。

青の洞窟と滝つぼ行けたら違ったかも知れませんが、行けないとわかったら、代替のシュノーケリングはおすすめしません。

During our second visit to Ishigaki Island, my husband and I decided to try something new. Last time, we obtained our scuba diving licenses, so this time we chose SUP. There were some waves, which made it tough for beginners. The water was murky, so it was a huge disappointment as it was far from the beautiful blue sea of Kabira Bay that we had imagined. As for the SUP, whether it was due to the waves or my lack of skill, I struggled to go in the direction I wanted and had a hard time getting out to sea. However, our guide was friendly, and we had a fun time. I want to train my core and make a comeback!

2度目の石垣島で夫婦2人新しいことにチャレンジしてみました。　前回の石垣島ではスキューバダイビングのライセンス取得をクリアーしたので、今回はSUPをチョイスです。少し波があり、初心者には辛かった>_< 水も濁っていたので想像していた川平湾の青い海とは程遠くすごく残念でした。　肝心のSUPは波の影響か、自分の実力のなさからか、思い通りの方向に進める事が出来なくて沖に出ることに苦慮しました。　ガイドの方は気さくで楽しい時間をすごせました。　自身の体幹を鍛えてリベンジしたいです。

I had my first SUP experience at Kabira Bay! I wasn't very confident in my balance and was worried about whether I could do it, but the instructor kindly taught me how to sit and paddle, so I was able to stand on the board and enjoy it. However, it required more strength than I imagined, and I felt like I had to paddle really hard to make any progress, predicting I would be sore later... But I saw others, even a petite woman, gliding smoothly on their second or third try, so I think it’s all about how much effort you put in. The scenery was truly beautiful, and I'm glad I had the experience (＾＾) Next time, I want to try mangrove SUP!

川平湾で初めてのSUP体験をしました！
あまりバランス力に自信がある方ではなく、できるかどうか不安でしたが、インストラクターの方が丁寧に座ってこぐところから教えてくださったので、無事にボードの上に立てて、楽しむところまでできました。
ただ、想像以上にこぐ力がいり、筋肉痛になるだろうと予想できるくらい必死でこがないと進まない感じでしたが。。。
2，3回目だという方は、細腕の女性でもすいすい進めていたので、力の入れ加減だと思います。
ほんとに景色がとても綺麗で、体験できてよかったです(＾＾)
今度は、マングローブSUPに挑戦したいなと思いました。

I participated for the first time, and it was so much fun that the two hours flew by. The guide was very polite and entertaining. I would like to participate again.

初めて参加しましたがとても楽しくて2時間あっという間でした。ガイドのスタッフさんもとても丁寧でおもしろかったです。また参加したいです。

I made a reservation for a three-generation family from ages 6 to 70! I was worried about how things would turn out due to the typhoon, but I was very happy with the kind response, such as changing the course to a safe river and rescheduling the snorkeling for the next day.

The canoeing and SUP in the mangrove river, even with light rain, created a mystical atmosphere and was really great. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time.

For snorkeling, the instructor was with the small children. They were very gentle, which allowed the kids to swim with peace of mind.

I was also very satisfied with the many photos taken!

6歳から70歳の3世代ファミリーで予約しました！
台風の影響でどうなるか心配でしたが、コースを安全な川に変更してくださったり、シュノーケルだけ翌日へ振替をしてくださったり、親切な対応をしていただけてとても嬉しかったです。

小雨が降る中でやったマングローブの川でのカヌーとSUPは、神秘的な雰囲気が出てとてもよかったです。家族全員が楽しく過ごせました。

シュノーケルは、小さい子どもにインストラクターの方がついてくださりました。優しく対応してくださったので、子どもたちも安心して泳ぐことができました。

たくさん写真も撮っていただけて大満足です！

On the day of the activity, the waves at Kabira Bay were high, so we quickly changed to mangrove SUP at Miyara River. I had never done SUP before, but it was easier to balance than I expected, and I was able to paddle smoothly! It was also low-impact on the body, making it an enjoyable experience.

The instructor provided thorough guidance, so I can recommend it to anyone trying SUP for the first time. I also learned a lot about the nature of Yaeyama, making it a wonderful experience. We took many photos, creating great memories of Ishigaki Island!

当日は川平湾の波が高く、急遽宮良川でのマングローブSUPに変更になりました。これまでSUPをした事が無い初心者でしたが、思っていたよりバランスも取りやすく、すいすいと漕ぐことができました！体への負担も少なく、気軽に楽しむ事が出来ると思います。

インストラクターの方が丁寧にレクチャーしてくれるので、初めてSUPを経験するという方にもお薦めできます。八重山の自然についても教えていただき、とても良い経験になりました。たくさん写真も撮っていただけて、いい石垣島の思い出ができました！
