The price for this bus tour, which runs almost every day, is unbeatable. I think it's the best value for money. The tour guide mentioned it was their first day on the job, but they were very considerate in many ways. I believe it's a very good company.

コスパ最強だと思います。
担当された添乗員さんが初めての勤務だと仰っていたが、色々とお気遣い出来ていました。

It seemed that infection control measures were well implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since it was my first time boarding, I didn't know what to expect and asked the crew various questions, but they kindly and patiently taught me, for which I am very grateful. As for the food... it was just okay for the price. There was someone celebrating their birthday on this cruise, and we surprised them by singing Happy Birthday together on board. Participating in a cruise on your birthday can create wonderful memories. Also, the ship didn't sway much, so I think taking motion sickness medication would help with seasickness.

コロナ禍に於いて感染対策はしっかりと出来ているように思えました。初めての乗船でしたので、勝手が解らずクルーの方に色々尋ねましたが親切丁寧に教えて頂きとても感謝いたします。料理の方は…お値段の割にはまあまあかなぁ～って感じです。今回のクルーズで誕生日の方が居て、サプライズで船内みんなでハッピーバースデーを歌いお祝いをしました。誕生日の日にクルーズ参加はとても良い思い出になると思います。あと、船の揺れはさほどないので酔い止めの薬を飲めば船酔いも大丈夫かなって思います。

It was great that even beginners could enjoy it and take many photos (hundreds). I was also happy that they shared information not only about the tour but also about delicious places and nature in Ishigaki Island.

初心者でも楽しめて、写真もたくさん（数百枚）撮ってもらえたのがよかったです。ツアーのことだけでなく、石垣島の美味しいお店や自然について教えてくれたことも嬉しかったです。

I experienced snorkeling at the legendary island on a clear day! The island was impressive with its fine, white sandy beaches and the crystal-clear sea extending far into the distance! It was my first time snorkeling, but I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind as they carefully taught me the methods from scratch! The explanation about the coral in Ishigaki was also very good! There was a call informing me that the pick-up time to the hotel was delayed, which showed great attention to detail. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises!

快晴の中、幻の島・シュノーケリングを体験しました！幻の島は細かく白い綺麗すぎる砂浜と、遠くまで透き通った海がとても印象的でした！
シュノーケリングも初めての体験でしたが、1から方法を丁寧に教えていただけた為、安心して楽しむ事が出来ました！
石垣の珊瑚についての説明もあってとても良かったです！
行きにホテルへの迎え到着時間が遅れているという電話もあり、細かな配慮もあってとてもよかったです。
また機会があれば利用させてもらいたいです！

I was able to enjoy a leisurely kayak experience. It was my first time kayaking, but they provided a proper lesson on how to paddle, so I was able to move forward right away! They also lent me a hat and shoes, so as long as I was prepared to get my lower half wet, I could participate easily.

初めてカヤックに乗りましたが、漕ぎ方をきちんとレクチャーしてくれたのですぐに進むことが出来ました！
帽子や靴も貸し出してくれたので、下半身だけ濡れてもいいようにしておけば気軽に参加できます♪

It was great that there were only a few participants, and during the boat transfers, we were spaced out by groups! The staff were all bright and kind, which made me feel at ease! It was my first time visiting the Phantom Island, and the weather was nice, the sea was incredibly beautiful, and I was moved! Since it was high tide, I would like to see the path more exposed during low tide! I was happy to see lots of corals and beautiful fish while snorkeling! We were blessed with great weather, and it was the best experience!

In addition to the destinations I requested in advance, you took me to recommended places and stopped the car along the way to show me breathtaking spots, allowing me to enjoy Okinawa even more. You shared knowledge that I wouldn't have known if I had gone on my own, and I am truly grateful for that. You picked me up at the designated location early in the morning and were flexible, which was a great help for me since I'm not good at driving. I was able to fully enjoy Okinawa over the three days. I am really thankful to the driver who took care of me. Thank you very much.

事前にお願いした目的地以外にも、オススメ場所を連れて行って下さったり、途中で車を停めて絶景スポットを見せて下さったりしていただいて、沖縄をより満喫出来ました。
自分達で行っていたら知りえない知識も教えて下さって、本当に感謝です。
早い時間に指定場所にお迎えに来ていただけたり、融通をきかせてもらって、運転が苦手な私にとって本当に助かりました。
3日間でたっぷり沖縄を満喫することができました。
担当してくださった運転手の方には本当に感謝です。ありがとうございました。

I participated alone, but I'm glad I did. The guide provided one-on-one support! It's okay if you can't swim. If you just relax, they'll pull you along. I opted for a full-face mask, and I think that was the right choice. I struggled with breathing through just the snorkel, but with the full-face mask, I didn't have to bite down on anything, and it was completely comfortable. Equalizing my ears was easy too.

I saw a lot of fish, and I even spotted an anemone that retracts when touched. The guide's bubble rings were amazing as well.

They took a lot of photos, which is great because when traveling alone, I often don't have any pictures of myself. If anyone is considering participating alone, I highly recommend it!

一人参加でしたが、参加してよかったです。
ガイドさんがマンツーマンで対応してくれました！
泳げなくても大丈夫です。
ぽけーっとしていれば引っ張って連れて行ってくれます。
オプションでフルフェイスマスクをつけましたが、それも正解だったと思います。
シュノーケルの口だけで息するのが苦手だったのですが、フルフェイスは口でくわえなくていいし、全く苦しくなくできました。耳抜きも楽ですよ。
魚もたくさん見られたし、触ると引っ込むイソギンチャク？的なのも見られたし、ガイドさんのバブルリングもすごかったです。

写真もたくさん撮ってくれて、一人旅だと自分の写真が全然ないのでとてもいいです。
もし一人参加を悩んでいる方がいれば是非やってみてください。

I participated with my elderly parents. It was helpful that the tour started and ended in Naha City. I was glad to finally visit Cape Hedo and Daichi Forest, and to meet Kuta-kun, the Okinawa rail! The tour was the day after the rainy season ended, so it was sunny and hot, but the bus travel made it comfortable!

那覇市内発着が助かりました。
一度行ってみたかった辺戸岬や大石林山、ヤンバルクイナのクータ君にも会えて良かったです！
梅雨明けの次の日にツアーだったので晴天で暑かったけどバス移動なのでらくちんでした！

The mangrove SUP was great! They taught us how to paddle properly, so I felt at ease. I was also happy that they took group photos at various spots and shared them with us later.

During the ride, they talked about recommended shops and suggested different places for lunch, where I enjoyed a delicious hamburger. The snorkeling was fantastic too; I got to see a sea turtle and was very satisfied. Thank you!

道中の車の中も、おすすめのお店などの話をしてくれたり、お昼食べる場所も色んなパターンで教えてくれて、美味しいハンバーガー食べれました☆シュノーケリングも、ウミガメ見れて、大満足でした。ありがとうございました！

We toured from the hotel in Onna Village to Kouri Island → Nakijin Castle Ruins → Bise Fukugi Tree Lane → Churaumi Aquarium (a 7-hour course). Thanks to the driver's advice, we were able to stop at photo spots and take pictures, which was really great. At the sightseeing locations, he would say things like, "You should check this out!" which made for a very satisfying tour. When I requested to stop by a supermarket on the way back, he looked it up and took me there. Unfortunately, the supermarket was closed that day, but he kindly took us to the Michi no Eki Kyoda instead, where we could buy souvenirs and local ingredients, which was very much appreciated.

恩納村のホテルから古宇利島→今帰仁城跡→備瀬のフクギ並木→美ら海水族館を観光しました。（7時間コース）運転手さんのアドバイスで写真スポットでわざわざ車を止めて頂き、写真を撮る事が出来とても、良かったです。観光場所でも、こういうのがあるから見たら良いよ！とか言ってくれて、とても満足がいく観光ができました。帰りにスーパーに寄ってほしいとお願いしたら、調べてくれて行ってくれました。スーパーは、残念ながらその日は、やってなかったんですが、急きょ道の駅　許田に寄ってくれて、お土産や地元の食材を購入でき、これまたとてもありがたかったです。

We participated as a couple in our late 60s. It was our first time kayaking, so we had some concerns, but thanks to the staff's thorough explanations, we had a very enjoyable time. The photos and drone videos were wonderful, and we've watched them many times. Thank you!

They took me to places where I could see clownfish and took a lot of photos! They also filmed with a drone and provided both the raw footage and the edited version with music on the spot! Since the editing took some time, they let us ride on a boat for activities like snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding, which made for a really fun time! The drone footage was amazing and became the best memory. Thank you so much! ^ - ^ I would love to request their services again when I come back to Miyako Island!

クマノミがいるところを教えてくれたりたくさん写真を撮ってくれます！ドローンでの撮影もしてくれてその場で編集前のデータ、音楽もついた編集されたデータをくれます！編集に時間がかかってしまうとのことでそのあいだシュノーケルやサップのようなボートにも乗せてくれてすごく楽しい時間でした！

Renting a car is definitely more cost-effective, and it allowed me to shop and sightsee without rushing! However, I did think the driving was a bit rough at times! w

レンタカー借りてめぐるより、断然お得だし時間も急ぐことなく余裕もって買い物や観光ができました！

【Daily Schedule】After exploring the mangroves of Miyara River by SUP, we took about an hour and a half lunch break at Ishigaki Port. We then regrouped and enjoyed snorkeling and exploring the Blue Cave. Including transportation, it was a full day of about 7 hours! ☺︎【Highlights】① Transportation to and from the hotel is included! ② The guides for both Miyara River and the Blue Cave are great at keeping the energy up! I created wonderful memories that surpassed the beautiful scenery in front of me. ☺︎ ③ It was a challenging environment to bring phones or cameras, but the guides took a lot of photos for us. Looking back at those photos after returning, I already miss Ishigaki Island. ④ Overall, it was a very fulfilling experience with great cost performance! 【For Those Hesitating】This isn't limited to this activity, but it seems that the weather can affect the scenery and experiences available. However, the bright and warm hospitality of the guides and the packed content might be unique to this experience. Everyone participating was constantly laughing, and I truly felt I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

【１日の流れ】宮良川のマングローブをSUPで散策したのち、石垣港にて1時間半くらいのお昼休憩。その後再集合し、青の洞窟をシュノーケルと探検で楽しみました。送迎を含め、トータル7時間くらいのボリューミーな１日でした☺︎【おすすめポイント】①ホテルまで歓送迎つき！②宮良川、青の洞窟それぞれのガイドさんが盛り上げ上手です！目の前の景色以上に素敵な思い出ができました☺︎③携帯やカメラを持ち込みにくい環境での体験でしたが、ガイドさんがたっくさん写真を撮ってくださりました。帰ってからその写真を見返し、すでに石垣島が恋しいです。④総括、すごく充実した内容でコスパ高しです！【迷ってる方に】今回のアクティビティに限ることではないですが、天気によって見える景色やできる体験に影響がでてしまうことがあるそうです。ただ、ガイドさんの明るく温かいおもてなしや盛りだくさんな内容はこの体験ならではかもしれません。一緒に体験されている方も笑い声が絶えず、自身も本当に素敵な時間を過ごせたと感じています。おすすめです！

The staff was very accommodating, considering the crowded situation and allowing us to go snorkeling first before landing on the Phantom Island. We had plenty of time for both the island landing and snorkeling, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. During snorkeling, we had 40 minutes to see sea snakes, clownfish, sea turtles, and more. The staff, consisting of four members, remembered our faces well, which gave us a great sense of security. They approached us right away when we wanted to take photos, allowing us to capture many memorable pictures. Thank you very much.

幻の島の上陸を混雑状況を考え、シュノーケリングを先にしてくれたりスタッフの対応がとても良かった。
幻の島上陸もシュノーケリングも時間に余裕があり、大満足に過ごせました。
シュノーケリングでは40分も時間があり海ヘビ、ニモ、海ガメなど見ることが出来ました。
スタッフが４人体制で顔をちゃんと覚えてくれていて、とても安心感がありました。
写真を撮りたいと思っているとすぐに声をかけてくれたので思い出に残る写真が沢山撮れました。

The guidance at Ishigaki Port was very polite, and there was no confusion! The experience on Taketomi Island was also smooth. However, I regret not having made a reservation for a rental bicycle in advance, as everywhere was fully booked. Walking around the island during my free time was a bit tiring.

竹富島での体験もスムーズでした。
ただ一つ、レンタサイクルがどこも予約でいっぱいで事前に手配しておけばよかったと後悔....。
自由時間中、徒歩で島を回るのは少ししんどかったです。

I had the experience of clear kayaking at Ingyar Marine Garden. The footage captured by the drone was incredibly beautiful. The video they edited on-site with music was also very nice. Unlike river rafting, kayaking in the same spot might feel a bit long at 1.5 hours. I thought it would have been nice to add the Sup pedal boat that others were using. The staff were all polite and kind.

インギャーマリンガーデンでのクリアカヤックを体験させてもらいました。
ドローンで撮影した映像がとにかくキレイでした。その場で編集して作ってくれた音楽付きの動画もとても良かったです。
川下りとかと違って、同じ場所でのカヤックなので、1.5時間は少し長く感じるかも。
他の方々がされていたSupペダルボートも付けておけば良かったかなーと思いました。
スタッフさんは皆丁寧で優しかったです。

It was better than I had expected. Especially the trekking. I am satisfied. The local guide at Yanbaru National Park was also attentive and good.

The content itself is not bad. They distributed some souvenir-like items, but I didn't expect them and they are unnecessary. Unnecessary costs reflect in the price, so they should stop that. However, overall, I think it's reasonable.

内容自体悪くない。　なんかおみやげ的なものを配布されたが、期待していないし不要。無駄なコストは価格に反映するので辞めるべき。
　でも、総合的にリーゾナブルだと思う。

I participated in a half-day tour. The phantom island was beautiful! During snorkeling, I encountered a sea snake, and I was a bit worried it might come close, but it was a fresh and fun experience since it was the first time seeing such a creature! Before we started snorkeling, they provided very thorough explanations on how to wear the mask, and for members who were not confident in swimming, they stayed close to assist until they got used to it, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. I was picked up at the hotel and participated in the tour. It took about 30 minutes to get there, but I learned a lot about Ishigaki Island during the ride.

Since I had experience with canoeing, I was able to enjoy the scenery, and it was fun. Kabira Bay was incredibly beautiful.

The sun is strong, so I think it's a good idea to have a hat, sunscreen, and measures to avoid direct sunlight. I left my smartphone behind because it would get wet, but they took plenty of photos and sent them to me later via LINE. The guide kept a close eye on us, so I felt safe participating.

I made the reservation the evening before, so I didn't receive any contact within the timeframe, and I called the contact number listed in the instructions. I'm glad I was able to participate.

ホテルまで迎えにきていただきツアーに参加しました。
30分くらい移動に時間がかかるのですが、車内では石垣島のことをいろいろと教えていただきました。

カヌーは乗ったことがあるので、景色を楽しむ余裕があって楽しかったです。
川平湾はすごくきれいでした。

日差しは強いので、帽子や日焼け止めや直射日光を避ける対策はあった方がいいかと思います。
濡れるのでスマホは置いていきましたが、写真はたくさん撮ってくれて、後からLINEで送って貰いました。
ガイドさんは目を離さずにいつていてくれるので、安心して参加できました。

前日の夕方に予約したため時間内に連絡がなく、注意事項に記載された連絡先に電話をしました。参加できてよかったです。

I joined this half-day tour to explore and see sea turtles. I was very satisfied to see both the Kerama Blue and the sea turtles. The guides were also very polite, thank you very much. It was great that there were restrooms and showers on the boat. I was worried about seasickness, but taking motion sickness medication beforehand solved the problem.

半日ツアーで、かつ、ウミガメ探検できるツアーを探してこちらに参加しました。慶良間ブルーもウミガメも見ることができて、大満足です。
ガイドの方々もとても丁寧で、どうもありがとうございました。
船の中にトイレとシャワーがあるのも良かったです。
船酔いも心配しましたが酔い止めを事前に飲んだことで問題なかったです。

In the morning, due to the weather, some activities were changed (we even experienced the subtropical weather!). Thanks to the staff prioritizing safety, we had an amazing time exploring the Blue Cave and swinging on a Tarzan rope in the river!

During lunch, we enjoyed a meal at a location featured in the advertisement on our transport vehicle. In the afternoon, we had our first experience with SUP, starting with a briefing before touring through the subtropical jungle (mangroves). The areas thick with mangroves were surprisingly cool, and we became so immersed in the activities that we lost track of time!

Shintaro, Taro, and Kuma's conversations were entertaining and filled with interesting trivia, making the journey enjoyable. We also took a lot of photos, making it a fantastic day that will remain in my memories and records.

午前中は天候の都合でアクティビティの一部が変更になりましたが（亜熱帯らしさの天候も体験！）スタッフさんが安全を第一に考えていただいたおかげで青の洞窟探検と川でターザンするのをめちゃくちゃ楽しめました！
昼休憩では移動車の広告に載っている場所で昼食を済まし
午後からは初のSUPでは初めにレクチャーを受けてから亜熱帯ジャングル（ヒルギ）の中を巡回しました。ヒルギが生い茂っている所は意外と涼しくて時間を忘れてしまうぐらいアクティビティに没入できました！
シンタロウさん、タロウさん、クマさんのトークも面白く＆豆知識が冴え渡って移動中も楽しむ事ができたのと写真もたくさん撮っていただいて自分の中の記憶と記録に残る最高な1日になりました。

Both the clear kayak and the SUP pedal boat were fun! The SUP pedal boat was more challenging for me than a regular SUP, but my mother, who is nearly 70, was gliding along effortlessly.

I was very satisfied to see beautiful fish and coral! We took lots of photos and videos with the drone, creating great memories. The staff were all very kind, and it was enjoyable to chat with them! I would love to come back here next time.

SUPペダルボートは普通のSUPより私は難しかったですが、70歳近い母はスイスイ行ってました。

Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island tour. The various plants and animals, sightseeing by water buffalo cart, mangroves, and the beautiful sea—all of it was wonderful. I would love to visit again.

Since we came to Miyako Island, we wanted to try some marine sports, so we participated as a couple who can't swim. Thanks to the support of the staff, we were able to see coral reefs and fish. Although we were beginners, the thorough explanations allowed us to paddle properly. They filmed us with a drone and quickly edited and sent the footage. I was really happy that it included background music.

The staff were all cheerful and fun, which made it a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend this activity.

宮古島に来たんだから少しでもマリンスポーツやりたいと思い、泳げない夫婦で参加しました。
スタッフさん達のサポートのお陰で、珊瑚礁やお魚を見る事ができました。
初心者でしたが丁寧な説明がありましたので、ちゃんと漕ぐことが出来ました。
ドローンで撮影していただき、直ぐに編集して送ってくださいました。
BGM入りなので凄く嬉しかったです。
とにかくスタッフの皆さんは明るくて楽しい方達なので気持ちよく参加できました。

お勧めのアクティビティです。

It was my first time in a clear kayak, but the instructor taught us carefully and it was fun! The sea in Miyako Island changes color in about three stages, and they guided us to all the spots! I also got to try a pedal-powered SUP-like board for a bit! Thank you very much!

クリアカヤック初めてでしたが、インストラクターの方が丁寧に教えてくれて楽しかったです！宮古島の海は3段階くらいで色が変わりますが、全部の箇所案内してくれました！クリアカヤック以外にも、ペダルのついたサップのようなものも少し乗せていただきました！ありがとうございました

I participated in the afternoon session. There were 7 participants and 3 staff members on that day. I attended with my parents, who are in their 70s, and the staff were very kind and attentive, so it was great that my parents enjoyed themselves. The snorkeling, in particular, was well-cared for, making it highly recommended for beginners.

Even when the boat wasn't rocking, it felt like hopping (laughs). The breeze was pleasant, so surprisingly, I didn't get seasick, even though I usually do. However, for those who are worried, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication.

午後からの部で参加しました。この日は参加者7人とスタッフの方は3人。70代の父と母と参加しましたが、スタッフの方がとても親切にケアしてくださったので、両親も楽しめてよかったです。とくにシュノーケリングは、かなりケアをしてくださるので、初心者の方にもオススメです。
船はシケでなくても、まるでホッピングのようです(笑)風が気持ちいいので、乗り物酔いが激しい私でも不思議と酔いませんでしたが、心配な方は酔い止めを飲まれた方がいいかもです

I participated in the Phantom Island landing and Ishigaki Coral snorkeling tour! At Phantom Island, the staff from Rise skillfully took photos of us at their handmade photo spot! They included both the sea and sky in the pictures, which we could never have captured ourselves! I was anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but they stayed close by until I felt comfortable, allowing me to enjoy snorkeling without worry! I will never forget the excitement of seeing the underwater world for the first time! I want to experience another tour with Rise when I come back to Ishigaki Island! Thank you very much!
