I had my parents join the tour I participated in during my first trip to Okinawa. They were very satisfied with the Churaumi Aquarium. I believe this tour is a must for anyone's first trip to Okinawa.

自分が初沖縄旅に参加したツアーを両親来日時にも参加させました。
やはり美ら海水族館に大満足していました、
初沖縄はこのツアーは必須だと思います。

Due to the rain and strong winds, the tour content changed, but I was able to enjoy the beautiful Kabira Bay! The staff recommended some great places, making my trip even more fulfilling. ^_^

雨と強風で、ツアー内容が変わってしまいましたが、キレイな川平湾を楽しむ事ができました！
スタッフさんに、おすすめのお店を教えてもらい、より充実した旅行になりました^_^

The weather was very nice, and I was able to enjoy the places I wanted to visit and the scenery I wanted to see! I would like to take my time exploring the places I liked on my next trip. ^_^

Since we went after checking out of the hotel, we had a carry-on suitcase, but it was a relief that they were able to hold it for us at the reception.

We boarded a three-story boat and went to the second floor to reach our destination. Once we arrived, we went to the first floor to see the fish through the windows. Although the level of the boat's sway and visibility weren't great that day, we were still able to see them properly! On the way back, we enjoyed the scenery from the second and third floors.

It became a wonderful memory!

3回建てのような船で2階に乗り目的地にまで行って
到着したら一階に行って窓から魚を見る感じでした。
船の揺れのレベルや見えやすさがよくない日だったのですがちゃんと見る事ができました！
帰りは2階や3階で景色を見ながら帰りました。

I had a great time! However, I went with my mother, who walks with a cane. At the Churaumi Aquarium, you have to walk from the parking lot to the entrance. Since you also walk around at Nago Pineapple Park, I wouldn't recommend the tour for those with mobility issues. If someone with mobility issues is participating, I think it would be a good idea to contact the tour company in advance.

とても楽しかったです！
ただ、私が行った時は杖をつきながら歩く母と一緒でした。
美ら海水族館は入り口まで駐車場から歩きます。ナゴパイナップルワールドでも園内歩くので、足の悪い方はツアーはオススメできません。
足の悪い方が参加されるのなら、一度観光会社に問い合わせておくといいと思います。

It was a trip for two people aged 72 and 79, and from the departure at Ishigaki Port to the return, all aspects of the journey were wonderful. The lunch was also delicious. I unconditionally recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

72歳と79歳の二人旅でしたが、石垣港の出発から帰港まで、全ての行程の内容・対応が素晴らしかったです。ランチも美味しかったです。ツアーを検討されている方に無条件にお勧めします。

I learned about mangroves for the first time in detail. Thanks to the knowledgeable guide, I had a great time.

マングローブのことをはじめてちゃんと知りました。
詳しいガイドさんのおかげでとっても楽しめました。

I visited the Blue Cave for the first time, and it was very beautiful! I thought it might be crowded during the second half of Golden Week, but I chose the 7 AM option, which turned out to be a great decision. Fortunately, there were few people, and the Blue Cave felt like a private experience! I was able to take a lot of photos, and it became a wonderful memory! There were also many fish, which was great. I would love to participate again! Thank you!

初めて青の洞窟来ました、とても綺麗でした！
ゴールデンウィーク後半で混んでいるかなと思っていましたが、朝7時からのを選択したのが良くとても運がいいことに人が少なく青の洞窟が貸切状態でした！
たくさん写真も撮っていただきとてもいい思い出になりました！

I had chosen my own itinerary for the day, and left the details to the driver. The driver was great, friendly & responsive, and made excellent suggestions. He took me to purchase discount tickets, which wasn’t on my radar, and knew the best places to park & meet up. A great day with a great driver!! (I could tell that he was nervous at first about communication, but he was very relieved that I speak Japanese so we could communicate without issue.)

There are multiple companies operating, and I unknowingly waited in the waiting area of a different company. When it was time to board, I was told I needed a ticket, which surprised me because I thought I could just show my smartphone screen.
The sea was beautiful, and I could have stared at it forever.

運営する会社が複数あって、知らずに違う会社の待合所で待ち、いざ乗るときにチケットないとダメと言われました。スマホ画面見せればいいのかと思ってたので慌てました。
海はきれいでずっと眺めてたいくらいでした。

I made a reservation for a bus tour in Okinawa, which I visited for the first time in 10 years, thinking it would efficiently take me to the places I wanted to go. I was grateful that the bus arrived on time despite it being a Sunday, and the bus guide's explanations were very clear and enjoyable.

There are several departure points, but if you choose randomly, you might end up quite far from your hotel, so I think it's best to check the locations properly and get on from the nearest one.

Also, the stops are not meant for leisurely exploration, so there isn't much time to slowly decide where to go or what to do. I think it's better to have a rough idea of the places you want to visit and the food you want to try, and then move quickly!

10年ぶりに訪れた沖縄で、行きたいところを効率よく回れるバスツアーはないかなと思い予約しました。日曜日にも関わらず、定刻通り到着してくれてありがたかったのと、バスガイドさんのご説明がとても分かりやすく楽しめました。

出発地がいくつかあるのですが、何となくで選ぶとホテルから結構遠かったりするので、きちんと場所を調べて最寄りのところから乗せてもらうのがいいと思います。

また、立ち寄る場所ではゆっくりする、という感じではないので、どこ行こうか、何しようかとゆっくり選んでいる余裕はあまりないです。ある程度行きたい場所や食べたいものなど決めておいて、サクサク回るのがいいかなと思いました！

First of all, my impression: it was the best starry sky! I was moved to see such beautiful stars even on Japanese land. The road to get there had very few streetlights, and I drove with some fear, but when I arrived, there was a guide waiting, which made me feel relieved. The binoculars that were prepared for us were already focused and ready to use. The starry sky tour had engaging talks that kept us entertained. I felt like I wanted to see the stars again if I could travel to another beautiful stargazing spot. I usually don't participate in tours like this, but I had a truly valuable experience this time, and I'm glad I joined. Thank you!

まず、一言感想を。
最高の星空でした！日本の陸地でもこんなに綺麗に星が見れるのかと、感動しました。
行くまでの道は街灯がかなり少なく、怯えながら車を、進めて行きましたが、現地に着くと案内係の方がいらっしゃって安心しました。
用意していただいてた双眼鏡もピントが合っておりすぐに使用出来ました。
星空ツアーも参加方で飽きさせないトークでした。
また、星が綺麗なところに旅行できたら、星空を観たくなりました。
普段こういったツアーなどはあまり参加しないタイプですが、今回すごく貴重な体験をさせて頂き、参加して良かったです。

We went to the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island to celebrate my partner's birthday. It was my first time doing a SUP tour and snorkeling, and the weather was perfect with a clear blue sea, which was amazing. During snorkeling, our guide, Arai, shared knowledge about Ishigaki Island on the bus ride and provided detailed explanations of the equipment in the water. He also took beautiful photos of us, and we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was fantastic. However, I did feel a bit seasick while diving, so those who are prone to motion sickness might want to bring some medication.

During the SUP tour, we had a great time on the water thanks to our cheerful coach, Yusuke. The "Nice in!" cheers when we fell into the water were the best! We even sang a birthday song together on the water, which made my partner very happy. We took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

今回パートナーのBirthdayを祝うために石垣島の綺麗な海に行きました。SUPツアーとシュノーケリングを初めてやったのですが、よく晴れていて海も青く透きとおり最高でした。シュノーケリングではガイドの新井さんが行きのバスで石垣島の知識など説明し、海では丁寧に道具の説明、海での写真を綺麗に撮っていただき、またウミガメにも遭遇できてとても良かったです。ただ潜ってる最中にちょっと酔ってしまい酔いやすい人は酔いどめ必要かも。SUPツアーでは明るいユウスケさんのコーチングで海の上を楽しく過ごせました。途中何度も海に落ちてしまったときなどナイスイン！の掛け声最高です。また海の上でみんなでBirthdayソングを歌ってくれてこんなにも楽しい時間を過ごせるなんてパートナーもとても喜んでいました。写真も沢山撮って頂き最高の思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

Compared to other similar activities, the price was reasonable and I had a great time. I was worried about seasickness, but the waves were small and I didn't feel sick at all.

他の同種のアクティビティと比較しても価格も手ごろで十分に楽しめました。
船酔いも心配しましたが、揺れも小さく全く酔いませんでした。

It was my first solo trip to Okinawa. I really enjoyed my time at the Churaumi Aquarium. Even without renting a car, this tour allowed me to visit various places, which was great. I think it's a good option for first-time visitors to Okinawa, as it includes locations like Manza Beach that are hard to reach without a car.

初めての沖縄一人旅でした。美ら海水族館は滞在時間が長く楽しめました。レンタカーを借りなくても、このツアーなら色々な場所に行けて、良かったです。万座毛など、車がなければ行けない場所にも行けるので、初めて沖縄を訪れる人にはいいと思います。

I had a rich experience even though it was just a half-day course! I got to see beautiful coral, feed the fish, and even see turtles. I recommend it for those who have a short stay and want to make the most of their last day.

半日コースなのに濃厚な時間が過ごせました！
美しい珊瑚、お魚の餌やり、亀も見れました。
滞在日数が少ない、最終日まで遊び倒したい方にオススメです。

This time, it was a short stay of 2 nights and 3 days. One of my friends was visiting Okinawa for the first time, so we signed up for this tour. It was a fun tour packed with a lot of activities. You can also take a nap during the bus rides, and for those with a short stay and visiting Okinawa for the first time, I highly recommend it!

今回は、2拍3日の短い滞在でした。友人の１人が沖縄初めてだったので、このツアーを申し込みました。ぎゅっとプランが詰まった楽しいツアーでした。バスの移動中は仮眠も取れますし、旅行の滞在日数が少なく、初めての沖縄の方には、オススメです！

I chose this place because it has private showers, and I felt it was a good decision thanks to the kind instructor. Since it was my first diving experience, I was really scared at first, but thanks to the instructor, I quickly got used to it and was able to enjoy myself! They had a very gentle smile, which made me feel at ease. However, the other instructors didn't smile much, and I might have been more scared if I had been with someone else...

The photos of the Blue Cave on the website included shots taken with our faces above the water and others taken from below, so I was expecting that. It was a bit disappointing that it ended rather abruptly!

But I was able to see beautiful fish outside of the cave, and since it was my first time, I was satisfied! The shower room was clean, which was great. However, the water pressure was very weak, and having only two hair dryers might be a bit inconvenient.

個室シャワーがあるのでここに決めましたが、担当してくれたインストラクターさんが優しく、ここにして良かったと思いました。
初ダイビングだったので、最初ものすごく怖かったけど、インストラクターさんのおかげですぐに慣れて楽しむことができました！
すごく優しい笑顔の方で、安心できました。
ただ、他のインストラクターさんはあまり笑顔がなく他の方だったらもしかしたらもっと怖かったかも…

hpの青の洞窟の写真は、海の上で顔を出しての撮影の写真や、下から撮ってもらっているような写真があったので、それを期待していたら、意外にもあっけなくおわってしまったのは少し残念！

でも、洞窟以外で綺麗な魚を見れたし、初めてだったので満足できました！
シャワールームも、綺麗でよかった。
ただ、水圧がものすごく弱かったのと、
ドライヤーが2個だけなのは少し不便かも？

I made a reservation through Veltra and participated on a sunny morning in May. It had been a while since I last took a glass-bottom boat, and the scenery in Kabira Bay was beautiful. The points of interest were close by, and I was able to see manta rays and sea turtles. Although the tour lasted 30 minutes, I felt very satisfied. Additionally, since boats depart every 15 minutes, it was convenient to go at a time that suited me. I highly recommend this tour in Kabira Bay, Ishigaki Island. I would love to participate again on another occasion.

5月の晴れた日の朝にベルトラで予約して参加しました。
久しぶりのグラスボートでしたが、川平湾内もきれいで、ポイントも近く、マンタやウミガメも見れました。
ツアー時間30分ですが、大満足できると思います。
また15分おきに船が出ているのである程度好きな時間に行けるのも楽で良かったです。
石垣島川平湾のおすすめツアーです。またの機会に参加したいです。

I only went snorkeling and didn't participate in any optional tours, but miraculously, a very large sea turtle swam right up to the boat. It was easy to see from the boat, so I quickly jumped into the water and waved at the turtle, which swam over to me. It was a very friendly turtle, and I was able to gently touch it! I was moved by the colorful fish and the beautiful sea! The staff provided very careful and thorough support, so I felt safe in the water. Thank you so much! I made the best memories! ♪

シュノーケリングだけで、オプションツアーには参加しなかったのですが、奇跡的に、とっても大きなウミガメさんが船まで泳いで来てくれました。船から良く見えるので、直ぐに海に入りウミガメに手を振ると私の方へ泳いで来てくれる、とても人慣れたウミガメさん、そっと触れる事が出来ました！
色とりどりの魚達や綺麗な海に感動！
スタッフさんがとても丁寧に抜かりなくサポートしてくれるので、海でも安心でした。本当にありがとうございます！

I experienced snorkeling and sea kayaking this time. In conclusion, I had a very meaningful time and a wonderful experience by participating. The staff who guided us were attentive to our safety, asking if we were tired or okay, while providing various lectures since it was our first time. They also took photos as an optional service, ensuring that participants had a great time.

I think that participatory experiences can sometimes feel like a conveyor belt, but the guide this time was different. They included surprises, such as points of interest that were truly moving, making it enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience that made me want to come back.

The flow of the tour started with changing clothes, followed by a kayaking lecture. We then got into the kayak and paddled to the cave. After a short break near the cave, we finally entered it. Although I learned how to swim during the breaks and the actual experience, I surprisingly got used to it. The time spent swimming inside the cave was just under an hour.

Since it was during a holiday, it was a bit crowded, but it wasn't overwhelming, and we could move around each other. The three-hour duration felt short, but after kayaking back and snorkeling, I felt a bit tired, perhaps from the sense of relief at the end. So, I think it was just the right amount of time.

今回シュノーケリングとシーカヤックを体験しました。
結論から、参加できてとても有意義な時間と素敵な体験を経験することができました。
ガイドしていただいたスタッフの方は、初めて参加する私たちに色んなレクチャーをしながら、疲れてませんか？大丈夫ですか？と安全にもとても気を配ってくださり、合間にオプションで依頼した写真を撮ってくれて、参加者をしっかりと楽しませてくれていました。
こうした参加型の体験は流れ作業になってしまうところもあると思いますが、今回ガイドしてれた方はそうしたことがなく、感動する場所のポイントなどサプライズを入れて楽しむことができました。
それは、また来たいと思える素晴らしいものでした。

ツアーの流れは、着替えてからカヤックのレクチャーを受け、カヤックに乗って、洞窟まで漕いでいきます。洞窟近くで少し休みいよいよ洞窟内へ。泳ぎ方も休みの間＋本番で覚えながらでしたが、不思議と慣れてきます。
洞窟内で泳ぐ時間は1時間弱くらい。
連休中ということもあり、少し混んではいましたが芋洗い状態ではなく、お互い行き来はできる状態ではありました。
3時間という時間は短く感じますが、実際往復カヤックとシュノーケリングをすると、終わった時に安心感からか少し疲れます。
なのでちょうどいい時間だと思います。

It was fun to be surrounded by many fish before reaching the Blue Cave. Inside the cave, I was moved by the indescribably beautiful blue color. There was a 6-year-old child with us, but the guide provided great support, making it possible for us to enjoy the experience, which was wonderful.

青の洞窟にたどり着くまでも、たくさんの魚に囲まれてたのしかったです。そして、洞窟ではなんとも言えないきれい青をみることができて、感動しました。

I participated with my son. It just happened to be just the two of us, so we had the place to ourselves and were able to see the fish up close! The guide was kind, and they even took drone footage for us. In the end, we received the data as a fantastic souvenir with music!

息子と２人で参加しました。たまたま私達だけの参加になり、貸切状態で、思いっきり魚達を見れました！ガイドさんも親切で、ドローン撮影もしてもらい、最後にデータでもらい音楽付きの最高のおみやげにになりました！

Perhaps because it was during Golden Week, there were two groups entering the space to view the seabed (one group from the first floor and another from the second floor). As a result, the waiting time felt very long. The visibility was also not good at all, so I thought it would be better to leave quickly. I don't think I will ride this boat again.

GW中だからか、海底を見るスペースに入るグループが2グループ（最初1階にいた人、2階にいた人）となっていた。なので、待ち時間が非常に長く感じた。視界も全然良好でないので、さっさと帰ればいいのになと思った。もうこの船に乗る事はないでしょう。

The island tour by bus, glass boat, and water buffalo ride was great, and it was wonderful to fully enjoy Ishigaki Island with the guide. However, the information about the bus returning to the terminal was unclear.

バスにて島巡り、グラスボート、水牛乗車はガイドさん含めて石垣島を満喫できて良かったのですが、ターミナルに戻るバスの案内が分かりにくかったです

Yambaru Experience Tour
On the bus, you can enjoy information about the next destination through the earphone guide and the tour conductor's commentary, while sometimes looking out the window. The travel is much easier compared to renting a car.
During lunchtime, not only is there a delicious seafood set meal, but there is also a beautiful garden with great scenery, making popular shops quite understandable.
The main highlight, Daishi Forest Mountain, follows the Churaumi Observation Deck course as the standard route, while those interested can start from the Unique Rocks and Giant Stones course. Although the Unique Rocks and Giant Stones course has difficult footing, it allows you to feel the energy of Daishi Forest Mountain, known as a power spot, even more. I was overwhelmed from the start and couldn't find my pace; 50 minutes was definitely not enough. I wished we could have stayed for about an hour and a half.

Although I didn't encounter the wild Yambaru Rail, after learning about life through the earphone guide and videos (which included footage of animal accidents due to traffic), I was able to see the adorable behavior of Kuu-chan, the Yambaru Rail, through the explanation of the guide at the Yambaru Rail learning facility.

Yambaru is a bit far and not easy to get to, but it was a very satisfying bus tour with a variety of experiences.

やんばるを満喫するツアー
バス社内でも次の目的地に関する情報をイヤフォンガイドや添乗員さんの話も聞きながら、時には車窓を見たり、目的地までの移動がレンタカーよりとにかく楽です。
ランチタイムは美味しいお海鮮の定食はもちろん、景色の良い庭園があり、人気のお店も納得です。
メインにしていた大石林山は、美ら海展望台コースを標準として、希望者は奇岩･巨石コースからスタートする。奇岩･巨石コースは足下が悪いのですが、パワースポットと呼ばれる大石林山をより感じることが出来ます。最初から圧倒されて、ペースが掴めず、滞在50分では全然足りなかった。希望として1時間半くらい滞在時間があればと思いました。

野生のヤンバルクイナには出会えなかったけれど、バス車内でイヤホンガイドと映像での命の学習(交通事故による動物の事故映像が流れます)をした後、ヤンバルクイナの学習施設で案内役のお姉さんの説明で、ヤンバルクイナのくーちゃんの愛らしい行動が観られました。

やんばるまでは少し遠い、なかなか行けないけれど、いろいろ廻ってもらえて大満足のバスツアーでした。

Nago Pineapple Park and the Churaumi Aquarium were both very good. I think it was a very fulfilling tour with the ocean along the way. I would like to request another ocean-related tour next time.

ナゴパイナップルパークも美ら海水族館もとても良かったです。途中で海もあってとても欲張りで良いツアーだと思います。次回も海関係のツアーをお願いしたいと思います。

I'm so glad I included the shisa-making experience in my travel plans! The staff were very kind in teaching us, and although it took my two companions longer than expected, we were able to create our pieces to our satisfaction. I was also impressed by the beautiful sandy beach and ocean right in front of us, which made for a wonderful, open atmosphere. The completed, one-of-a-kind shisa looked great in the photos taken at this lovely location✨ It became a truly wonderful memory of Okinawa. Thank you very much.

旅行の予定に入れて良かったって1番思ったのが、こちらでのシーサー作りでした！
親切に教えてくださり、同行した身内2人が予定よりかかりましたが満足いくまで作成させていただけました。
目の前が綺麗な砂浜に海で開放感ある素敵な場所にも感動しました。完成した世界に一つだけのシーサーの写真も映える場所で✨

In the morning, we participated in kayaking, and in the afternoon, we went to the Blue Cave for snorkeling.

Although the three groups of participants had different ages and backgrounds, we all enjoyed ourselves together thanks to our guide's cheerful leadership!

In the morning, we had two male guides for kayaking. They were very kind to the children, and even the older girls enjoyed kayaking without fear! We were able to take a lot of photos, and they sent them to us right away on our phones, so we could check them immediately!

Lunch was free for a while, but they gave us great recommendations, so we could easily find a delicious place to eat!

In the afternoon, we had two female guides for snorkeling. During the jump into the Blue Cave, the older kids were a bit scared, which made us worry… (laughs). However, during snorkeling, the guides pulled us along with floaties, so we didn’t have to worry at all, and the adults enjoyed themselves too!

年齢も構成もバラバラだった参加3組でしたが、ガイドさんの明るいリードで一体になって楽しめました！

午前のカヤックは男性2人のガイドさんでした。子供達にも優しく接していただき、年長さんの女子も怖がらずカヤック楽しめました！写真もたくさん撮ってもらえましたし、その後すぐにケータイで送ってもらえたので、即チェックできました！

ランチは一旦フリーになりますが、オススメもしっかり教えてもらえたので、サクッと美味しいお店に入れました！

午後のシュノーケリングは女性2人のガイドさんでした。青の洞窟の飛び込みでは、年長さんが少し怖がって心配しましたが…笑。
その後のシュノーケリングの時は、ガイドさんにずーっと浮き輪で引っ張っていただいたので全く心配せず、大人は大人で楽しんでました！
