I took a tour of the canoeing and Pumpkin Cave, and it was a lot of fun. They taught us how to canoe with great care, and the Pumpkin Cave was sacred and really impressive. It seems that this is the only cave in Japan that you can enter from the sea, so I think it's a must-visit if you're in Miyako Island.

Overall, it was enjoyable, and I had no complaints at all, so I want to recommend it to my friends when they go.

However, at the end, there is a jump into the sea from about 3 meters high above the cave, so those who are not comfortable with that should be cautious.

カヌーとパンプキン鍾乳洞のツアーを利用しましたが、とても楽しかったです。
カヌーも丁寧に教えてくださり、パンプキン鍾乳洞も神聖的ですごくよかったです。
海から入れる鍾乳洞はここが日本で唯一らしく、宮古島にきたら一回は行くべきだなと思います。

全体的に楽しく、何一つ不満がなかったので、友人が行く際にもお勧めしたいと思っています。

ただ、最後帰るとき鍾乳洞の上から高さ3mくらいの位置から海に飛び込みがあるので、苦手な人は気をつけた方が良いかもしれません。

My first visit to Miyako Island, and I was really looking forward to going to the Pumpkin Cave! The kayaking to the cave entrance was a lot of fun as a marine activity, but the main highlight was definitely the Pumpkin Cave! It was a truly mystical and wonderful experience. The pumpkin-shaped stalactite at the entrance is famous and certainly makes an impact, but climbing and exploring allowed us to see the stalactites in various stages of growth up close. The instructor's explanations were clear and informative, making it enjoyable and educational. By the way, I left my smartphone behind to avoid it getting wet or lost, but I was very satisfied with the photos that were taken for us.

初めての宮古島、パンプキン鍾乳洞はぜひ行きたい！と楽しみにしてました。
鍾乳洞入り口までのカヤックもマリンアクティビティとして十分楽しかったですがメインはパンプキン鍾乳洞！とっても神秘的で素敵な体験でした。入り口のかぼちゃ型の鍾乳石は有名だし、やはりインパクトありますが、登っての探検で間近で成長途中の鍾乳石も見られて、インストラクターさんの説明もわかりやすく勉強にもなって楽しかったです。
ちなみにスマホは水没させたり紛失したりするとイヤなので置いて行きましたが、写真もしっかり撮ってもらえて大満足です。

We stayed at a hotel in the city center, so a tour company representative picked us up and we headed to the Blue Cave after picking up other tour participants.

First, we received an explanation on how to use the snorkel and fins, and then we set out to the sea. The weather was great that day, and the water was crystal clear, allowing us to see plenty of corals and fish.

During the tour, the guide was always concerned about everyone's safety and took many photos for us. I once again felt the joy of snorkeling in the beautiful sea, and since we didn't encounter any sea turtles this time, I would like to visit Ishigaki Island next time to see them.

私達は市街地のホテルに滞在していたので、ツアー会社の方に迎えに来てもらい、別のツアー会社参加者をピックアップのうえ青の洞窟に向かいました。
はじめにシュノーケルとフィンの使い方を説明いただき、いざ海原へ。
当日天候は良好、海の中はスカ―ッと透きとおって、サンゴや魚がいっぱい観ることができました。
ツアー中、ガイドさんは常にみんなの安全を気にしてくれ、また写真も沢山撮ってもらえました。
今回のツアーで綺麗な海でのシュノーケリングの楽しさを改めて感じ、今回はウミガメに逢えなかったので次回はウミガメに遭いに石垣島に行きたいと思いました。

The guides were very good! During the bus rides and activities, they provided detailed explanations about the island and occasionally lightened the mood with jokes. They repeatedly pointed out slightly dangerous areas and places to be cautious about, which allowed us to enjoy the experience safely and securely.

For canoeing, since you receive a lecture at the beginning, I think it's helpful to listen to tips on paddling to avoid getting too tired. Also, when it's windy, you can get wet easily, so a change of clothes is essential! (We forgot and returned feeling uncomfortable.)

The restaurants on Iriomote Island and the coffee shop on Yubu Island were also very good!

ガイドさんたちがとても良かったです！バスの移動中や、アクティビティ中も丁寧に島の説明をしてくださったり、時々ジョークなどで盛り上げてくださいました。少し危ない所や注意すべき所など、何度もおっしゃっていただき、安心安全に楽しむことができました。
カヌーは、最初にレクチャー受けるので、漕ぐ際のコツなど聞いておくと、疲れにくいと思います。また、風が強い際は濡れやすいので着替えは必須です！！(私たちは忘れて気持ち悪いまま帰ったので)
西表島のご飯屋さんや由布島のコーヒー屋さんもとてもよかったです！

We participated as a family of four.
It was our first experience with stand-up paddleboarding, but the environment at the tour location was calm, and the guide's explanations were concise and good.
There were times we were delayed, but there was no atmosphere of pressure, and we were grateful for their patience.

The snorkeling location was changed due to the weather on the day, but the water was clear, and even in deeper areas, visibility was good, which made it enjoyable (though this depends on the weather).
I had no particular complaints and had a great time. Thank you!

SUPは初めての体験でしたが、ツアー場所の環境が穏やかで、担当の方の説明も簡潔で良かったです
途中遅れる事もありましたが、焦らせるような雰囲気もなく、根気よくおつきあいいただけてありがたかったです

シュノーケリングは当日の天候により場所が変更になりましたが、透明度が高く、深いエリアでも視界が開けていて楽しめました（この辺りは天候次第ですが）

I took my 3-year-old child with me. It was our first time trekking with a child, and also our first experience with canoeing! I was worried about whether we would make it to the end safely, but our guide, Mr. Ishitaka, was such a wonderful person that I had no need to worry! He was also very entertaining!

We were able to observe nature and see various wildlife, including the crowned eagle, insects, and the Okinawa tree lizard, and we got to interact with many of them. My child was very curious about everything.

While enjoying the natural beauty of the Myra River, we also had fun playing in the waterfall pool, making it an enjoyable time for both adults and children. My child relaxed in the waterfall pool and sang "Under the Sea" (though it wasn't the sea) and "Let It Go" (even though it wasn't winter). Overall, I had some concerns about our physical stamina (since we don't usually exercise), but we were able to enjoy the magnificent jungle of Iriomote Island without overdoing it.

The special Yaeyama soba made by the Ishitaka family for lunch and the souvenir cake were truly delicious! If I have the chance again, I would love to go with my child when they are older! (I want to jump into the waterfall pool next time!)

子連れで初めてのトレッキング…カヌーも初体験！はたして最後まで無事に辿り着けるのか心配でしたが、ガイドの五十畑さんがとてもとても良い方で心配無用でした！そして面白い！
自然観察もカンムリワシなどの野鳥をはじめ…虫、キノボリトカゲなどたくさん見たり触れ合ったりすることができました。我が子は色々なものに興味津々でした。
マイラ川の自然をたくさん感じながら、滝壺では水遊びもでき、大人も子どもも楽しい時間を過ごせました。我が子は滝壺で気持ちもリラックスしてきて「アンダーザ・シー」(シーではないですが)、「レット・イット・ゴー」(冬でもないですが)を熱唱してました。全体を通して、体力など心配な面もありましたが(普段運動してないのですが)無理なく、西表島の大自然のジャングルを満喫することができました。
昼食の五十畑家特製の八重山そば、お土産のケーキ本当に美味しかったです！
また機会があれば、大きくなった子どもと一緒に行きたいです！(その時は滝壺へジャンプしたいです！)

When I received the notification about the time change, I was a bit worried, but thanks to that, the tide was at the best time and everything went smoothly. The guide, "Nogi-chan," had such a good tempo in his explanations that my excitement couldn't help but rise. The weather was nice, and even though I had heard that canoeing could be tough, I didn't feel tired at all while paddling. Before I knew it, we arrived at the entrance of the cave. Just as I thought, "Is this really it...?" we entered the cave. Inside was five times more than I had imagined, and I was very satisfied. It was a tour that felt like all the stress accumulated in the city was instantly cleansed away. I definitely want to go again!

時間変更の連絡を頂いた時はちょっと心配になりましたが、おかげさまで潮位もベストな時間でスムーズな進行でした。ガイド”のぎちゃん”のテンポの良い説明に否が応でもテンションが上がります。天気もいい日で、大変だというお話のカヌーも、全く疲れ感じずパドリング。波の上をしばし楽しんでいるうちに洞窟の入口へと到着。え、ここが・・と思うのもつかの間、洞窟の中に。中は想像５倍のたっぷりな内容で大満足。都会で溜まったどろどろがスパーンと何処かに浄化される、あっと言う間のツアーとなりました。また是非に行きたい！

I was able to encounter various creatures while canoeing and trekking, and the entire day felt refreshing. Thanks to the enjoyable conversations during the challenging mountain trails, the time flew by. It was a precious experience that will be a lifelong memory. The Yaeyama soba I ate while enjoying the wonderful view from above the waterfall, and the water play in the basin of the waterfall—everything was fantastic.

カヌーでもトレッキングでも色々な生き物に出会うことが出来て、1日中新鮮でした
過酷な山道の間も楽しく会話してくださったおかけであっという間に感じました
貴重な体験をさせていただいて一生の思い出です。

We participated as a couple!
The weather wasn't great during our stay, so we were unsure about doing any activities, but we thought we could give this a try. As expected, it was sunny on the day of the activity, which made us even happier.
The guide was energetic and friendly, and there were foreigners in our group as well. The guide spoke English fluently, so I think it's reassuring for international visitors!
Canoeing to the Pumpkin Cave was just the right distance to enjoy.
Inside the cave, we could climb up and explore, and at the end, we even got to jump and drop down, which was thrilling!
It lasted just under two hours, so afterward, we went to the beach recommended by the guide and were able to see sea turtles.

I participated in this tour on my first visit to Iriomote Island.

In the morning, we went out to the sea for snorkeling around Barasu Island and its surrounding points (led by Shōtarō). The beauty of Ishigaki was impressive, but the stunning clarity of the ocean and the colorful corals were breathtaking! We were lucky enough to encounter a shark! I also took many photos underwater, creating the best memories.

In the afternoon, we did SUP in the mangrove river (led by Ren). It was my first time on a SUP, but they taught me carefully, and it was easy and felt great! I got to see and touch rare creatures and plants with knowledgeable explanations, which was really interesting.

The staff were cheerful, and it was an incredibly fun tour! I want to stay on Iriomote Island next time!

初の西表島でこちらのツアーに参加しました。

午前は海にでてバラス島とその周りのポイントでシュノーケル。(担当:しょうたろうさん)
石垣も綺麗でしたが桁違いの海の綺麗さと色とりどりのサンゴに感動！運良くサメにも遭遇しました！
水中から沢山写真も撮っていただき最高の思い出になりました‍♀️

午後はマングローブの川でSUP。(担当:れんさん)
初めてのSUPでしたが丁寧に教えていただき簡単に乗れて気持ち良かった！
珍しい生き物や植物を知識豊富な説明つきで見たり触ることができてとっても面白かったです‍♀️

スタッフの皆さんが明るく最高に楽しいツアーでした！
次は西表島にも泊まりたいです！

This is my fourth time visiting Miyako Island. However, I hadn't really enjoyed many activities until now. Since this trip had the perfect weather for swimming, I made a reservation through Veltra.

We started with snorkeling, then enjoyed activities like Pumpkin Hall and SUP. The guide who accompanied us was very friendly and taught us various interesting things, while also providing solid support on how to enjoy the activities. Thanks to that, I was able to have an experience that exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied.

宮古島へは今回で4回目
しかし、なかなかアクティビティを楽しむことはありませんでした。今回はせっかくまだまだ水着で入れる気候での旅行でしたので、ベルトラさんにて予約しました。
シュノーケリングから始まりその後、パンプキンホール、SUPへとアクティビティを楽しみました。
案内してくれた、ガイドの方はすごく感じよく、へぇーと思えるいろんなことを教えてくれたり、アクティビティの楽しみ方をしっかりサポートしてくれました。おかげで想像以上に楽しむことができ大満足でした。

I often do SUP, but this was my first experience with kayaking✨ My partner didn't paddle at all...

As for the limestone cave, I was immediately overwhelmed by the pumpkin-shaped stalactite as soon as I entered. Climbing up from there led to a mystical space that was indescribable. It truly is a wonderful place, just as a power spot should be. Since it was a tour, there were a lot of people, and I wish I could have taken my time to enjoy it more quietly...

During snorkeling, I was lucky enough to meet a turtle, which I had always wanted to see, and my excitement skyrocketed‼︎ I was also grateful for the beautiful photos taken♡ The fish and coral were stunning, so I went snorkeling again the next day at Shigira!

鍾乳洞は、入口から中に入るとすぐカボチャ型の鍾乳石に圧倒され、そこを登ると神秘的な空間で何とも言えない時間でした。パワースポットだけの事はあるとても素敵な場所でした。ツアーなので人も多く、もっとゆっくり静かに見たかったかなぁ...
シュノーケリングでは、運がイイのか念願だったカメに会え、テンションバク上がり‼︎写真も綺麗に撮って頂き感謝でした♡

I experienced a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) tour in the morning and a snorkeling tour in the afternoon. The SUP in the mangroves was very pleasant and enjoyable even for beginners.

For snorkeling, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to rough waves, but instead, we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle at Okisaki Beach. The instructor during the tour provided very clear explanations and also recommended nearby dining spots, which was very helpful for enjoying this new place!

午前中にサップ、午後にシュノーケリングのツアーを体験しました。マングローブの中で行うサップはとても気持ちが良く、初心者でも楽しめました。
シュノーケリングでは、波が荒いということで青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、代わりに行った大崎ビーチでは運良く海ガメに出会うことができました。ツアー中のインストラクターの方の解説がとても分かりやすく、周辺のおすすめの食事場所も教えていただき、初めての場所で楽しむためにとても参考になりました！

I had my first snorkeling experience in Miyako Island, and it was very impressive to encounter sea turtles and colorful fish. I was completely captivated by the beautiful ocean, which felt like a natural aquarium. I had a wonderful time, and it became a lovely memory.

I also visited the Pumpkin Cave. It wasn't as dark as I expected because there were lights, but I was surprised by the pitch darkness when the lights were turned off. The inside of the cave was very mystical, and the stalactites formed over a long period were beautiful. I heard that sometimes you can't enter depending on the tides and weather, so I was lucky to be able to go inside this time! Both experiences were precious opportunities to feel the beauty and mystery of nature. The guide's explanations and support were also excellent! Thank you!

宮古島で初めてシュノーケリングを体験し、ウミガメや色鮮やかな魚たちに出会えたことがとても印象的でした。自然の水族館のような美しい海にすっかり魅了されました。とても楽しい時間を過ごせ、素敵な思い出となりました。

また、パンプキン鍾乳洞にも訪れました。ライトがあったので、思ったより暗くはありませんでしたが、ライトを消した瞬間の真っ暗さに驚きました。鍾乳洞の中はとても神秘的で、長い年月をかけてできた鍾乳石が美しかったです。潮や天候次第で入れないこともあると聞き、今回中に入れてラッキーでした！どちらの体験も自然の美しさや不思議さを感じる貴重なものとなりました。

For the first time, I landed on Miyako Island at the request of my partner, who had never been to a southern island! I thought I would be completely satisfied with just the blue sea, blue sky, and delicious food, but we decided to experience some ocean activities as well and made a reservation.

On the day of our outing, we were blessed with good weather and were able to see a sea turtle as soon as we entered the water while snorkeling (very lucky!). There were also many beautiful fish, making it feel like we were inside an aquarium!

The subsequent sea kayaking tour to the Pumpkin Cave went smoothly due to the good sea conditions. It’s not often that you get to experience being in such a sacred and precious place. (It was harder than I imagined, though...) The guide was wonderful, and we had an amazing experience that felt like more than just half a day!

南の島に行ったことのないパートナーの希望で初めて宮古島上陸！青い海と青い空と美味しいゴハンだけでも大満足なつもりでしたが、せっかくなので海のアクティビティも体験しようという事になり予約いたしました。
当日はお天気にも恵まれ、シュノーケリングでウミガメさんにも海に入ってすぐに会う事ができ(とてもラッキー！)綺麗なお魚さんも沢山いて、水族館の水槽に入っているようでした！
その後のシーカヤックでパンプキン鍾乳洞へ行くツアーも海の様子が良く行く事ができました。
神聖で貴重な場所に自らの身をおける体験はなかなかできる事ではありません。(想像していたよりハードでしたが。。。)
ガイドさんも素敵な方で、半日だけとは思えない素晴らしい体験をさせていただきました！

I booked this tour because it was October (imagining Halloween pumpkins). I made the reservation the night before, and although the meeting time and duration listed on the website were slightly different, they contacted me right away, which was very helpful. For this tour, I rented a life jacket and marine shoes. For snorkeling, I also borrowed a snorkel and fins. It might be safer to wear a rash guard with sleeves up to the wrists and leggings that go down to the knees. I had a great time, so I would like to participate again. Thank you very much.

10月だったため(ハロウィンのかぼちゃをイメージ)こちらのツアーで予約しました。
前日の夜に予約したのですが、HPに掲載されている集合時間や所要時間と少し変わっても、すぐに連絡してくださり、助かりました。
こちらのツアーはどちらとも、ライフジャケット、マリンシューズをレンタルさせていただきました。シュノーケリングの方ではシュノーケルとフィンも借りました。
手首まで袖があるラッシュガードや10分丈のレギンスを下に着た方が安全かもしれません。
とても楽しかったので、また参加したいです。

I booked this trip with the intention of snorkeling at Barasu Island, but the mangrove tour in the morning was even more enjoyable than I expected! Our guide, Komugi, explained the ecology of the plants and animals in detail, making it not just visually enjoyable but also educational. I won’t go into details to avoid spoilers, but I highly recommend anyone visiting Iriomote Island to participate in the mangrove tour! By the way, I was torn between SUP and canoeing, and I chose the canoe!

As for Barasu Island, the weather was perfect, and it was truly beautiful. The surface of the water was so clear. During the tour, they also took photos for us, creating wonderful memories!

バラス島のシュノーケリングを目当てに予約しましたが、午前中のマングローブが想像以上に楽しかったです！ガイドのこむぎさんが植物や動物の生態を丁寧に説明してくださるので、目で見て楽しむだけではなく勉強にもなりました。ネタバレになるので詳細は伏せますが笑
ぜひ西表島に行く機会のある方はマングローブツアー参加して欲しいです！ちなみに私はSUPと悩んでカヌーにしました！
そして、本命のバラス島も天気に恵まれて本当に綺麗でした。海面がとぅるんとぅるん。ツアー中はお写真も撮ってくださり、とてもよい思い出になりました！

I used this service for a company trip. The guide was kind and taught us with great care, and even though I had no experience, I had a great time! I was able to observe creatures and plants that can only be seen in Okinawa. It was a very meaningful time! I am extremely satisfied!

I participated in the half-day pumpkin tour on October 15, 2024. I had no issues with my physical stamina, and I enjoyed the round-trip sea kayaking and exploring the limestone cave. Along the way, the guide shared various insights about Miyako's nature and the pumpkin limestone cave, allowing me to leave the tour not just having fun but also feeling a bit more knowledgeable. After the tour, I noticed that even the scenery I hadn't paid much attention to felt a little different.

This time it was just a half-day, but next time I want to choose a course that allows for a more in-depth experience. Thank you for your hospitality today!

2024年10月15日の半日パンプキンに参加しました。ガイドさんが気にかけていらっしゃった体力面は全く問題なく、往復のシーカヤック、鍾乳洞内の探検も楽しめました。道中、ガイドさんが宮古の自然や、パンプキン鍾乳洞について色々教えてくださり、ただ遊んで帰ってくるだけではなく、ちょっと物知りになってツアーを終えることができました。ツアー後は特に気にしていなかった風景も、ちょっと変わった気がしました。
今回は半日でしたが、次回はもっとじっくり楽しめるコースにしたいと思います。

The weather was great, and all the experiences, including sea kayaking, cave exploration, and snorkeling, were enjoyable and satisfying. Our guide, Tetsu-chan, taught us a lot about the culture and nature of Miyako Island, and he took many photos, creating wonderful memories. (I was especially thrilled with the photos taken with the clownfish and sea turtles.) The restaurant he recommended for lunch was also delicious. Thank you very much!

天候にも恵まれ、シーカヤック、鍾乳洞探検、シュノーケルのどれも楽しく満足のいく体験でした。ガイドのてっちゃんさんには、宮古島の文化や自然についていろいろと教えていただき、沢山写真も撮っていただき大変よい思い出になりました。（特に、クマノミや海亀と一緒の写真には感激しました。）昼食場所として教えていただいたお店も美味しかったです。どうもありがとうございました。

I was picked up at my accommodation, Hoshino Resort, and we went to Uehara Port where I greeted my guide. As a beginner in stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), I received a detailed lecture from the guide before the experience, which made me feel secure and allowed me to enjoy it.

Due to the timing, the water was shallow, and we occasionally got stuck, but I was still able to have a lot of fun as a beginner. Whenever I struggled to keep up with the team's pace, the guide actively supported me. They also introduced information about Iriomote Island, the local wildlife, and recommended restaurants along the way, which was helpful for my future stay on the island.

In the afternoon, we briefly disbanded at Uehara Port and went on a tour to Barasu Island. Similarly, before snorkeling, the guide provided a very detailed lecture. I felt a bit anxious since it had been a while since I last snorkeled, but I was able to enjoy the tour comfortably without any water entering my goggles or fogging up.

Throughout both the morning and afternoon, the guide took photos for us. In the morning, they used a very high-quality camera, and in the afternoon, the guide even dove underwater to take pictures, which we could never have captured ourselves. These photos became truly unforgettable memories.

After the tour, it seemed we could take a shower at the office, but we were kindly taken directly back to Hoshino Resort. From start to finish, I felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I am truly grateful to everyone involved.

宿泊先の星野リゾートまでお迎えに来ていただき、そこから上原港まで行き、担当ガイドとご挨拶しました。
サップ初心者でしたが、体験前に担当ガイドから詳しいレクチャーをしていただき、安心して楽しむことができました。
サップは時間帯的に水が干上がっており、時折座礁しましたが、初心者でも充分楽しめることができました。
チームのペースについていけない時は、積極的にガイドがサポートしており、また、西表島についての事や生き物、おすすめのご飯屋さんなど道中で紹介してくれ、これからの西表島を過ごすための参考になりました。
午後は一旦上原校で解散してバラス島のツアーに行きました。
同じようにシュノーケリング前には担当ガイドから大変詳しいレクチャーがあり、久しぶりのシュノーケリングで少し不安でしたが、ゴーグルから水が入ることもなく、くもりもなく大変快適にツアーを楽しむことができました。
午前午後とも担当ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくださいました。午前は大変画質の良いカメラで、午後はなんとガイドさんが水中に潜り、水中の中での写真を撮っていただけました。自分たちでは絶対に撮れない写真なので、本当に一生の思い出になりました。
ツアー終了後は、事務所でシャワーを浴びることもできたみたいですが、私たちはご好意でそのまま宿泊先の星野リゾート送っていただけました。初めから終わりまで、大変心地が良く、快適にツアーを楽しむことができました。皆さんには本当に感謝しています。

In the morning, I did SAP in the mangroves, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling at a beach recommended by the staff!

It was a full-day course, but there were breaks, so I didn't feel rushed, which was great. Although the weather was bad and the snorkeling at the Blue Cave was changed to a different beach, I was satisfied.

The meeting place was easy to find, and it was helpful that I could make a reservation even the day before. The staff members were different for the morning and afternoon tours. If you're in the city, they will pick you up at your hotel, making it convenient to return from the beach without needing to change. We used the shower room, which is about a 5-minute walk from the terminal. We were also taken to our destination by bus. There was no specific explanation, but I saw a notice indicating a fee of 500 yen per person. I paid at that time, but I wondered later if the hot shower was included in the tour. It's recommended to bring your own towels and amenities, but there was a hairdryer available.

Basically, there was one staff member per group, so they seemed busy with explanations, photo-taking, and escorting. However, the staff member was friendly and provided various explanations while guiding us, which made me very satisfied. It was my first time doing SAP, and I had a great time. The tour duration was long, which was very satisfying, but I thought children might get a bit bored or tired. They take group photos, which is a nice keepsake, but since there was only one staff member, the number of photos was limited.

I was informed the day before that the snorkeling location might change, and I could choose whether to participate. The sea was very beautiful, with few waves, making it easy to swim. I had done snorkeling several times before, but my partner was participating for the first time. They could join until the end since they could swim, but I thought it might be scary for those who aren't good swimmers or for anyone who might feel unwell during the activity. The staff generally checks on everyone, but they were at the front escorting us. However, if someone fell behind or if there was a delay, it could lead to panic, especially since there was no immediate ferry back to shore in case of an emergency. Most of the participants in our group were in their 20s and physically fit, so perhaps the staff didn't worry too much. Still, I think it would be good to have a bit more consideration since there was only one staff member.

I am very satisfied with the price and the tour content, and I was able to enjoy Ishigaki Island. There are various courses available, including half-day options, so I definitely recommend considering them.

午前中にマングローブでのSAP、午後はスタッフの方のおすすめの海でシュノーケルをしました！

一日のコースでしたが休憩時間もあり、時間に終われる感覚は無かったのでよかったです
天気が悪く青の洞窟でのシュノーケルが海へ変更になりましたが満足でした。

集合場所が分かりやすかったのと前日でも予約可能だったので助かりました、午前と午後のツアーで担当のスタッフの方が違いました。
市街地であればホテルまで迎えにきてくれるため、帰ります海に入ったまま帰ることもできるので便利です。私たちはシャワールームを利用させてもらいました。ターミナルより徒歩5分くらいの場所です、バスで目的地まだ送ってもらいました。特に説明はなかったので張り紙をみたところ1人500円の表示がありました。その際は支払いをしましたが、ツアー内に温水シャワーも含まれていた？かもと終わってから思いました。タオルやアメニティはないため持参をオススメします。ドライヤーはありました。

基本的に1グループにスタッフが1人だったので説明〜写真撮影、エスコートと忙しそうな印象を受けました。
しがし、スタッフの方は感じのよく色んな説明をしながらガイドをしてくれてとても満足しました。
初めてのSAPでしたが、楽しむことができました。ツアー時間も長く大満足、子供などはちょっと飽きてしまう？疲れてしまうかなと思いました。
グループごとに写真も撮ってくれるため記念になります。しかしスタッフは1人なので写真の枚数は限られます。

シュノーケルは事前に場所が変更になることを前日に教えていただき、参加するかを選べます。
海はとても綺麗で波も少なく泳ぎやすかったです
私は何度かシュノーケルをしていましたが、一緒に参加したパートナーは初めてでした。泳げないわけではないので最後まで参加することができましが、
泳ぎが得意ではない方や途中で体調不良を起こしてしまった人が居た場合怖いと思いました。
基本的にスタッフさんは声をかけてくれますが、1番前で道をエスコートしてくれています。しかし、後ろの様子や遅れが出た場合、何かあった際にすぐに陸地は戻れないパニックが生じた際に戻るフェリーがないなど万が一を考えた場合生命危機が高いのではないかと思いました。
私たちが参加したグループの方はほとんどが20代で体力もあり泳ぐことが出来ていたのでスタッフさんもそこまで気にかけなかったのかとも思います。しかし、スタッフさんが1人だからこそもう少し配慮があってもいいかと思いました。

値段とツアー内容、石垣島を楽しむことができてとても満足しています。半日コースなどニーズに合わせて様々なコースがあるのでぜひ検討してみてください

We participated as a family of four.
It was our first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but the environment at the tour location was calm, and the guide's explanations were concise and good.
There were times when we were delayed, but there was no atmosphere of rushing, and we were grateful for the patience shown to us.

The snorkeling location was changed due to the weather on the day, but the water was very clear, and even in deeper areas, the visibility was great, which made it enjoyable (though this can depend on the weather).
I had no particular complaints and had a great time. Thank you!

SUPは初めての体験でしたが、ツアー場所の環境が穏やかで、担当の方の説明も簡潔で良かったです
途中遅れる事もありましたが、焦らせるような雰囲気もなく、根気よくおつきあいいただけてありがたかったです

シュノーケリングは当日の天候により場所が変更になりましたが、透明度が高く、深いエリアでも視界が開けていて楽しめました（この辺りは天候次第ですが）

Unfortunately, the SUP was canceled due to the weather, but it was a very satisfying tour with the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling! The Pumpkin Cave required more physical activity than I imagined, with climbing up and down, making it the most memorable cave I've ever visited! It had some fascinating shapes. During snorkeling, I was able to encounter a sea turtle and see clownfish up close. The ocean was very beautiful, and I had a great time. Thank you for the guidance!

SUPは天候の都合で残念ながらできませんでしたが、パンプキン鍾乳洞とシュノーケリングで大満足のツアーでした！
パンプキン鍾乳洞は想像より体を動かし、登ったり降りたりして、今までで一番記憶に残る鍾乳洞でした！不思議な形をしていました。
シュノーケリングでは、ウミガメにも遭遇でき、隠れクマノミなどの魚も間近で見ることか出来ました。

Canoeing, Pumpkin Cave, and snorkeling were all so much fun! The day I experienced it was sunny, so I could see beautifully underwater, and I was very satisfied to see a sea turtle up close while snorkeling! The most enjoyable part was at Pumpkin Cave, where the excitement on the way there and the thrill upon arrival were incredible, providing a truly valuable experience! The tour guide explained everything in detail and concisely, and I learned a lot about the history of the place and marine life while enjoying the experience. カヌー、パンプキン鍾乳洞、シュノーケルすべて楽しかったです！
自分が体験した日は晴れていたのでとても綺麗に海の中が見え、シュノーケルの時にはウミガメを間近で見ることができ大変満足しました！
1番楽しかったのはパンプキン鍾乳洞で、鍾乳洞に向かうまでのワクワク感と着いてからのドキドキ感がすごく、とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました！

Iriomote Island Mangrove Canoe Tour
Yubu Island Sightseeing (Water Buffalo)

The weather was great, and the timing (October) was just right, so I really enjoyed it. You can choose between canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding, so definitely give it a try. During the sightseeing on Yubu Island, we landed while listening to Okinawan music on a water buffalo. Since this is an experience that can only be had on Yubu Island in the whole country, it was a valuable experience. I also got to take a lot of Instagram-worthy photos, which made me very satisfied. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

西表島マングローブカヌーツアー
由布島観光（水牛）

天気も良く時期（10月）もちょうど良い気候だったので、楽しめました。カヌーまたはSUPどちらも選択できるので、体験してみてください。由布島観光では水牛で沖縄音楽を聴きながら、上陸しました。水牛は全国で由布島でしか体験できない為、貴重な体験になりました。インスタ映えな写真もたくさん撮っていただき、満足です。また機会があれば参加したいと思います！

It was my first trip to Okinawa (Miyako Island)! I booked a tour after being told by an acquaintance who frequently travels to Okinawa that Pumpkin Hall is great. Unfortunately, the Pumpkin Hall tour was canceled, but both the SUP and snorkeling were fantastic! Thanks to our friendly guide, I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind.

It seems like the sea conditions were really good during this time, and I got to see the beautiful waters of Miyako Island, lots of fish, and even sea turtles, which was amazing! The guide took plenty of photos, making for wonderful memories. I hope to have a chance to revisit Pumpkin Hall someday.

初の沖縄（宮古島）旅行でした！
いつも沖縄旅行に行ってる知り合いにパンプキンホールいいよと教えてもらいツアーを予約しました。お目当てのパンプキンホールは中止になってしまいましたが、SUPもシュノーケリングもとても良かったです！優しいガイドさんのおかげで安心してツアーを楽しめました。
また、海の状態もすごくいい時期だったみたいで宮古島の綺麗な海とたくさんの魚、ウミガメにも会えて最高でした！！
ガイドさんがいっぱい写真を撮ってくれたおかげでいい思い出になりました。
いつかパンプキンホールリベンジ出来たらいいなと思います。

Due to the weather, I couldn't go to Barasu Island, but the canoe and water buffalo cart tour was very satisfying!

It's reassuring that they pick you up at Uehara Port for participation.

The staff were bright and friendly, making it enjoyable to participate in the tour even alone!

I was guided by Ayu for the canoeing, and she adjusted to each person's pace, so even beginners can feel safe! She also took wonderful photos, and after the tour, I received the data. It became a lovely memory even as a solo participant.

I was guided by Macchan on Yubu Island. During the transfer, he shared a lot of interesting facts about Iriomote Island, which was very educational!

I would like to join Pipi's tour again the next time I come to Iriomote Island!

天候影響でバラス島には行けませんでしたが、カヌー・水牛車だけでもとても満足なツアーでした！

またスタッフさんが明るくフレンドリーで、一人でも楽しくツアーに参加することができました！

由布島はまっちゃんにガイドして頂きました。移動中は西表島に関する豆知識をたくさん教えてくださり、とても勉強になりました！
