At first, I thought it was just my imagination, but since I've been using Veltra for my overseas travels, I was surprised to find that we were the only Japanese people on this domestic tour. Because of that, I felt like I was abroad and really enjoyed the bus tour.
The content was perfect! It was much more efficient than going around on my own, and I had no complaints about the highlights we visited! When traveling individually, I often don't understand much about the area, but with the tour, I was able to learn, and it felt like we arrived at our destination in no time while having fun during the journey. Even though it was a tour, they allowed us to spend our time freely, which I was very satisfied with.

最初気のせいかと思ったのですが、海外旅行でもベルトラさんにお世話になってるので国内も参加したらまさかの日本人が私たちだけだった。なので、海外にいるような感じでバスツアーを楽しめました。
内容は、完璧です！個人で回るより効率よくしっかりと見どころを回ってくれるので不満はありません！個人だとその土地のことよくわかりませんが、ツアーだと知ることができ移動中も楽しくあっという間に目的地に着いた感じです。ツアーといっても自由に過ごさせてくれるので、そこもとても満足です。

I requested a tour from Naha Airport to about five sightseeing destinations (such as Naminoue Shrine, Shuri Castle, and American Village) and then to my hotel. It was a five-hour plan, but since we had plenty of free time for shopping at Kokusai Street and American Village, I was able to shop to my heart's content, visit cafes, and take bathroom breaks.

At Shuri Castle, the kind driver provided detailed explanations about the history, which was very educational.

Taking a taxi means no worries about getting lost, no concerns about luggage, and it's easy to navigate the hills, providing a sense of security. I especially recommend it for elderly people and those with children.

那覇空港から、5か所ほど観光目的地（波の上宮、首里城、アメリカンビレッジなど）を回って、宿泊先のホテルまでお願いしました。5時間のプランでしたが、ショッピングできる国際通りやアメリカンビレッジはゆっくり自由時間をいただいたので、買い物も思う存分できて、カフェによったり、トイレ休憩もできました。
首里城では、親切なドライバーさんが歴史のことも詳しく説明してくださったので、大変勉強になりました。
タクシーですと、道に迷うこともなく、荷物の心配もなく、坂道も楽々で、安心感があります。特に高齢の方やお子さんづれの方にはお勧めです。

It was my first solo trip to Okinawa. I wasn't quite sure where to go or the distances between tourist spots, so I boldly chose to charter a taxi by myself. It turned out to be the right decision; the driver helped me plan visits to places near the Churaumi Aquarium, which was my top priority, and I ended up visiting more places than I expected! Being alone allowed me to relax without any worries about others or concerns about infection, and I enjoyed my adult solo trip in a comfortable car. The driver was kind and it was a great experience. If I do some research and decide on places I want to visit in advance, it might go even more smoothly. I would love to use this service again!

ひとり旅、初めての沖縄でした。
どこに行ったらよいかも今ひとつわからないこと、観光地ごとの距離感もわからなかったので、思い切って1人でタクシーチャーターを選びました。
実際選んで正解でした、時間の中で1番行きたかった美ら海水族館を軸に近くで行けるところをドライバーさんが考えてくれて、思っていた以上にあちこち行けました！
1人だから気兼ねもなく、感染の心配もなく、ゆったりした車で大人のひとり旅を楽しめました。ドライバーさん優しくてとてもよかったです。ある程度調べて行きたい所を決めておくともっとスムーズかもしれません。また利用したいです！

It might be a bit too packed. Ideally, it would be great to finish by around 6 PM... However, the content was fulfilling.

やや盛り沢山すぎるかも。
18時ごろまでに終了するのが理想的なのですが・・・
充実した内容ではありました。

I was able to return safely despite the rainy weather. Thanks to the guide and the bus driver.

The Yanbaru Forest and the Oishi Rock Mountain were impressive. Climbing the mountain wasn't particularly difficult, but you need to be careful because the footing is poor. I thought it would have been perfect if it hadn't rained.

In the end, we had to change buses due to some trouble, but that also became a good memory.

Next time, I want to explore a different course.

天候は雨降る中無事帰ってくることができました。
ガイドのお姉さん、バスの運転手さんのおかげです。

やんばるの森、大石林山など見応えありました。山登りは、特に辛いこともないですが、足下悪いので気をつける必要はあります。雨が降ってなければ最高と思いました。

最後は、バスのトラブルで乗り換えが必要になりましたが、それもいい思い出となりました。

今度は違うコースで見て回りたい。

I received a very polite explanation over the phone the day before, which made it easy to understand and feel reassured about participating. I quickly got the hang of stand-up paddleboarding, and it was a lot of fun. Although we couldn't go snorkeling due to the wind, we enjoyed sightseeing on Yufu Island, which was also very enjoyable.

前日のお電話でもとても丁寧に説明していただきわかりやすく安心して参加できました。初体験のサップもすぐに乗れるようになり楽しかったです。シュノーケリングは風の影響でできなくなり、由布島観光になりましたがとても楽しかったです。

The weather was cloudy, which was unfortunate, but since we could freely set our sightseeing locations, we enjoyed a custom course. A spacious vehicle was provided, making our sightseeing comfortable. The driver was also very kind and accommodating.

天気は曇っていてあいにくでしたが、見学場所は自由に設定できるのでオリジナルコースを楽しめました。
車内がゆったり目の車が配車されたので快適に観光できました。
ドライバーさんも親切に対応してくださいました。

We participated as a three-generation family. The content was just right, but it was a hassle that we had to go to the hotel next door to the one we were staying at.

3世代家族で参加しました。ちょうど良い内容でしたが、宿泊していたホテルの隣のホテルまで行かないといけなかったのが面倒でした。

I participated during the year-end and New Year, and I made unforgettable memories with my family that were very enjoyable. I am thinking of using your services again, and I look forward to it at that time.

The staff member took us to a spot where we could see sea turtles, and it was so much fun swimming with them. They were swimming really close to us, and we were able to take pictures together, which made for a great memory of Miyako Island. Since it was my first time participating, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't swim freely. There were also many beautiful tropical fish around.

The meeting point was a bit hard to find, so I hope they can provide more detailed information. The shower was available for a fee. I participated in October, and the water temperature was warm enough that a wetsuit wasn't necessary.

担当のお兄さんが、ウミガメがいそうな場所に連れて行ってくれ、たくさんのウミガメと泳いでいる感じで楽しかった。本当にすぐ近くで泳いでいて、一緒に写真も撮ってもらえたので宮古島の最高の記念になりました。初めての参加だったので、自由には泳げなかったのが少し残念。他の熱帯魚もたくさんいてとてもきれいでた。
集合場所が少しわかりにくいので、詳しく連絡をもらえるといいなと思います。シャワーは有料でした。10月参加でしたが、海はまだボデースーツはなくてもいいくらいの温度でした。

I thought it would be tiring to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots in Okinawa in one day by renting a car, so I signed up for a day tour. The bus guide provided clear and thorough explanations about the municipalities we passed through, which were very interesting, so I wasn't bored at all during the travel time. I was also grateful for the ample time spent at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. It was a fun and fulfilling day!

レンタカーを借りて1日で効率よく沖縄の観光名所を巡るのが疲れると思って、日帰りツアーに申し込みました。
バスガイドさんが途中通る市町村の話などもわかりやすく、丁寧にたくさん説明してくださいました。とても興味深い内容だったので、移動時間も全然退屈ではありませんでした。
沖縄美ら海水族館の滞在時間も十分だったので、ありがたかったです。楽しくて充実な1日でした！

I was looking forward to snorkeling in the Blue Cave, but I received notice the day before that it was canceled due to strong winds. I was hesitant, but the SUP experience turned out to be the right choice.

We got to see the mangroves up close during the Nakagawa River cruise in Iriomote Island, and the kids, who were initially reluctant, ended up loving it.

They are already asking to go again.

The instructor recommended a restaurant, and we were seated right away, but I noticed there was a line of people waiting.

I was given the name of a delicious restaurant.

青の洞窟シュノーケリングを楽しみにしていたのですが、前日強風のために中止との連絡が有り迷ったのですが、サップ体験は正解でした。
西表島の仲間川遊覧で見たマングローブを触れるほど近距離で見れたし、最初は嫌がっていた子供達がハマりました。

また行きたいとせがまれています。

インストラクターの方おすすめのお店、入店して直ぐ席に着けましたが気がつくとお待ちの列・・

美味しいお店を教えていただきました。

I was able to fully enjoy my day as promised with "efficient use of one day."

Everything I saw was fresh and the day flew by in no time.

If I have the chance to go to Ishigaki Island again, I would love to repeat the experience.

と、言うか見るモノ全てが新鮮で1日があっと言う間に過ぎてしまいました。

また石垣島に行く事が有ればリピートしたいです。

It was a day when the weather changed frequently, but I hoped for better weather and made a reservation on the day itself. We drove for about 30 minutes into the pitch-black mountains, with no lights at all. Armed with the borrowed boots and flashlight, we ventured into the forest. I was excited and nervous as I searched for animals and insects, but I couldn't find much that day. The guide found a coconut crab for us. There were also birds (name unknown) and geckos. It was a valuable experience to hear the sounds of the waves and see naturally formed caves. The weather is something we can't control, so we were able to see the starry sky peeking through the clouds, and at times, it was hidden by them. I hope to find more next time and see more stars! The guide shared various interesting knowledge along the way, which made it very enjoyable. I had a great time and would love to go again. Thank you very much.

天候がコロコロ変わる日でしたがお天気が良くなる望みを掛け当日に申込みました。30分位で明かりも何もない本当に漆黒の山の中へ車で移動。貸して頂いた長靴と懐中電灯を持って森の中へ入って行きます。ワクワクドキドキしながら動物や虫を探しましたが、この日はなかなか見つけることが出来ません。ヤシガニをガイドさんが探してきてくれました。鳥（名前不明）ヤモリもいました。自然に出来た洞窟や波の音を聞けたりと貴重な体験がいっぱい。天気は人の力ではどうしようもありませんので、雲の合間から星空が見れたり、雲に隠れたり。次はもっと見つかれば＆★見れるといいなー。ガイドさんのお話も道中からいろいろな知識を楽しく教えて頂きました。大変楽しかったです。また行きたいです。ありがとうございました。

I had a great time riding and interacting with the water buffalo for the first time, creating wonderful memories. The mangrove tour was also filled with nature and was very enjoyable. However, since the weather was cloudy, I thought it would have been even better if it had been sunny. I regret not being able to visit Taketomi Island because we had a company party in the evening during our company training trip, but riding the water buffalo while listening to the shamisen was truly a lovely experience. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

初めて水牛に乗ったり、水牛に触れたりすごく思い出が出来て楽しかったです。マングローブ遊覧もとても自然がいっぱいでとても良かったです。ただ天気が曇だったので晴れのほうがさらにいいなぁと思いました。今回会社の研修旅行できて夕方から会社のパーティーがあったので竹富島に行くことができなかったことが心残りですが、本当水牛に乗りながら三味線を聞いたりと素敵な体験になりました。また機会があったら行きたいです

I was picked up at Naha Airport and enjoyed lunch and shopping on the way to the hotel. Even though I arrived early at the airport exit, the driver was waiting with a name board. After taking me to my desired location, he came to pick me up immediately when I called, which made the experience really comfortable. Renting a car to explore at a leisurely pace is nice, but I also recommend chartered sightseeing taxis!

那覇空港に迎えに来ていただき、ランチ、ショッピングを楽しみながらホテルまで送迎して頂きました。空港出口に早めに到着したにも関わらず、運転手さんがネイムボードを持って待っていてくださり、また希望の場所へ連れて行ってくれた後は、電話をするとすぐに迎えに来てくれたので、本当に快適でした。レンタカーを借りてゆっくり周るのも良いですが、チャーター観光ハイヤーもおすすめです！

I have taken this ride several times in the past. It's a convenient course for exploring Ishigaki Island in a short time. Day trips from Naha are also possible (you can get off at the airport).
On this day, there happened to be a marathon event, which caused a delay of about 30 minutes due to stops along the way. We also took a detour, running through different rural roads than usual.
Unfortunately, the charm of Kabira Bay, known for its blue waters, was somewhat diminished due to the drizzly weather. The lunch included in the course was a healthy menu, which might be suitable for seniors.

過去にも何回か乗車しています。短時間で石垣島をめぐるには便利なコースです。那覇からの日帰り利用もできます（空港下車可能）。
この日はたまたまマラソン大会とぶつかり、途中停車で３０分ほどロスがありました。また迂回のため、通常とは異なる農道なども走りました。
なお小雨まじりの空模様だったので、ブルーが売り物の川平湾の魅力は残念ながら半減していました。コースに含まれる昼食は健康的なメニューで、シニア向きかもしれません。

I thought it wouldn't be great from the start, but it exceeded my expectations. The best experience until now was with the talented guide from Miyazaki Kotsu, who was a classic model of excellence. Even so, I thought it was impressive that they still maintain such a high standard today. This time, I must say, it's truly Okinawa; I doubt anything could surpass this. I take my hat off to Okinawa. I look forward to what lies ahead, overcoming history and current challenges. This was my first time in Okinawa, and I wish I had come sooner.

スタートからやるなと思っていたが、予想を超えた。今までの最高点は宮崎交通の歌の上手なガイドさん、昔ながらの模範的な、それでも今の評価でまだこんないい感じをと思っていたが、今回のはさすが沖縄か、まあこれ以上は無理でしょう。沖縄に脱帽です。歴史と現状を乗り越えての先に期待します。初めての沖縄、もっと早く来たかった。

Saturday, January 14, 2023, in the afternoon. It was a 3-hour voyage. We saw one whale and a mother and calf, plus one male. I was moved when the dark whale appeared. Thank you to the captain and all the staff.

2023.1.14土曜午後。3時間の航海でした。1頭のくじらと親子+雄1頭の3頭。黒々とした鯨が出てきた時は感動しました。船長とスタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

Unfortunately, the day we participated was rainy, so we couldn't expect to see the starry sky...
However, we were able to focus on exploring the jungle instead.

It was a surprisingly warm day for this season, so we were lucky to see about four coconut crabs!
We also spotted cute crabs and butterfly pupae, and to our surprise, we even saw glowing firefly larvae.
It was astonishing to see them glowing in the dark... I didn't know larvae could glow.
We were very grateful to our young female guide who worked hard to find the animals for us. Thank you!
Searching for animals together while shining our lights around was exciting and fun.

Experiencing a pitch-black forest with just one light to guide us is something that would be scary or dangerous without a reliable guide, so it became a very good experience.

私たちが参加した日はあいにくの雨で星空は期待できず…
でもその分ジャングル探索を集中して行ってくださいました。

この季節にしては暖かい日だったので
ヤシガニを４匹ほど見ることができてラッキー！
ほかにも可愛いカニや蝶のさなぎ、
驚いたことに蛍の幼虫も見ることができました。
暗闇の中で光ってる姿を見つけた時は驚きました…幼虫も光るんですね。
若い女性のガイドさんが一生懸命動物を探してくださってとてもありがたかったです。ありがとうございました！
みんなであちこちにライトを照らしながら動物を探すのも
冒険心をくすぐられて楽しかったです。

灯ひとつない真っ暗な森をライトひとつで進むなんて体験、
こういうしっかりしたガイドさんがいるツアーでないと
怖かったり危険だったりでできないのでとても良い経験になりました。

Originally, I had planned to go to Kouri Island, but it was raining on the day, so I decided not to go. I consulted with the driver, and we set a new destination. Without showing any displeasure, he kindly helped me decide where to go, and we ended up visiting a memorable place. During the drive, he shared various stories with me. He mentioned wanting to take me to recommended spots that aren't in guidebooks. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we couldn't go there, but I truly had a wonderful time. I feel that choosing a charter was definitely the right decision.

もともと古宇利島に行く予定だったのですが、当日雨が降っていて、行くのを断念。運転手さんと相談し新たな目的地を設定しました。嫌な顔ひとつせず、親身にどこに行くかの相談にのって下さり、思い出に残る場所に行けました。道中でも様々なお話をして下さりました。ガイドブックには載らないようなオススメの場所も連れていきたいといってくれました。じかんの都合で最終的にそこには行けませんでしたが、ほんとに楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。チャーターを選んで大正解だったなとしみじみ感じています。

The wind was strong, and the boat was splashing water, so the people sitting outside hurried inside. We were right to stay inside from the beginning! The mangroves of Iriomote Island were very educational. I was happy to see the crested serpent eagle (laughs). The ox cart was funny because the ox was in a bad mood and stopped partway. Lunch was a bento, and it was delicious! Given the season, it can't be helped, but I think we could have enjoyed it even more if the weather had been a bit better!

風強く、船も水しぶきが有り、外に座っていた人達は慌てて中に入ってきました。私達は最初から中にいて正解でした!西表島のマングローブはとても勉強になりました。カンムリワシに会えて嬉しかったです(笑)牛車は牛さんのご機嫌が悪く途中止まってしまったり面白かったです。ランチはお弁当です。美味しく頂きました!季節的に仕方ないですがもう少し天気が良ければもっと楽しく過ごせたと思います!

The weather was perfect, and I had the best sightseeing experience. I visited the graves of Taiwanese people without knowing the full story. I was able to learn about a sad history for the first time. Kabira Bay was truly beautiful, with fantastic weather and stunning views. There were sea turtles as well. The hamburger lunch was also very filling. I had a great time sightseeing!

天気に恵まれ最高の観光ができました。台湾人のお墓参りは全く事実を知らないまま行きました。悲しい歴史を初めて知る事ができました。川平湾はまさに、天気最高で素晴らしい景色でした。ウミガメもいました。ハンバーグランチもボリュームたっぷりでお腹いっぱいです。いい観光ができました!

There was no guide, but it was great that the tour conductor provided various sightseeing information. The submarine ride was changed to a different dinosaur park due to strong winds. I went on December 25, and it's good to have a jacket. Half of the participants were foreigners (from Asia). I would like to join this plan again in 10 years.

ガイドさんはいませんが、添乗員の方がいろいろ観光案内してくれてよかったです。
サブマリンは強風のため別の恐竜パークになりました。
12/25に行きましたが、上着があるといいです。
参加者の半数は外人（アジア）です。
10年後にまたこのプランで参加したいです。

Although the morning was a bit early, we arrived at Ishigaki Port with plenty of time and were able to check in smoothly without any rush. The boat was somewhat crowded, but I felt like we arrived at Iriomote Island in no time while dozing off and enjoying the view from the window. Upon arrival, a sightseeing bus was waiting for us, and we quickly set off for a mangrove tour. Along the way, the driver provided information and stories about Iriomote Island, which kept us entertained. During the mangrove tour, we were shown clusters of mangroves that you wouldn't see on the main islands, allowing us to experience a sense of the extraordinary.

After that, we boarded the bus again and moved to the water buffalo cart boarding area, where we leisurely crossed over to the neighboring Yubu Island on a water buffalo cart. It was nice that there were guides and performances of the sanshin (Okinawan musical instrument) during the ride.

Yubu Island felt like a botanical garden, and the butterfly breeding facility was particularly interesting. Additionally, the lunch bento was quite satisfying. On the way back, many people got off at Taketomi Island, but since this plan was to return to Ishigaki Island, we were able to return to Ishigaki Port with plenty of time to spare, allowing us to leisurely explore the area around Ishigaki Port. The shuttle bus was also appreciated.

朝が少し早かったのですが、石垣港に到着して受付まで余裕もあり慌てることなくスムーズにできました。
船は多少混雑していましたが、西表島まで座ってうとうとしながら車窓を眺めあっという間についた感じでした。西表島では観光バスが待っていてくれ、すぐにマングローブ遊覧に出発。途中、運転手さんの西表島の案内やエピソードの話もあり飽きることはありません。マングローブ遊覧も本州では見られないようなマングローブの群生を案内してもらいながら鑑賞し、非日常感を味わうことができました。
その後、再びバスに乗車して水牛車乗り場まで移動し、水牛車でのんびりと隣の由布島までわたりました。水牛車の中での案内や三線の演奏など楽しめるようにされていてよかったです。
由布島では島全体が植物園のようで、特に蝶の飼育舎が面白かったです。また、昼食のお弁当も十分満足のいくものでした。帰りは多くの方が竹富島で降りられたのですが、このプランは石垣島へ帰るプランだったので、石垣港に余裕をもって戻ることができ、石垣港周辺を見て回るなどゆっくりと過ごせました。送迎バスもありがたかったです。

The grove of Yaeyama palm trees was great. The guide's stories and songs, filled with love for Ishigaki Island, were wonderful. The hamburger for lunch was delicious!

八重山ヤシの林が良かったです。石垣島愛があふれるガイドさんの話や、歌も素敵でした。お昼ご飯のハンバーグが美味しかった‼︎

It was a tight schedule, but the explanations were thorough, so I was able to complete everything without hesitation. The ship was also cleaner than those of other companies, which was great!

過密スケジュールですが丁寧に説明頂けたので迷わず完遂出来ました。他社さんより船も綺麗で良かったです笑

I visited the Yaeyama Islands for the first time, and it was unusually sunny for January. The high-speed ferry was very comfortable, and I was able to enjoy the emerald sea. On Yubu Island, I rode a water buffalo cart for the first time in my life. The ride was pleasant, and there was a performance of the sanshin along the way, making it the best experience of this trip. Additionally, the Nakama River cruise on Iriomote Island was a valuable experience, as I was able to see the mangroves with my own eyes. It was cloudy on Taketomi Island, but I was drawn to the island's quietness and the slow passage of time. I would like to visit again when it's sunny.

初めて八重山諸島を訪れましたが、1月にしては珍しく晴れていました。
高速船はとても快適で、エメラルドの海を堪能することができました。
由布島では水牛車に人生で初めて乗りましたが、乗り心地がよく、途中の三線の演奏もあり、今回の旅の中で最高の体験となりました。
また、西表島での仲間川クルーズも、マングローブをこの目で見ることができ、貴重な経験でした。
竹富島では曇ってしまいましたが、島の静かでゆっくりと時間が流れている点に惹かれました。次は晴れた時に再訪問したいと思います。

On the day of the event, I was waiting in the hotel lobby, but when the scheduled time came, there was no pickup. I contacted the emergency contact and was told by the first woman I spoke to that there was no reservation! Until now, I had used Veltra for both international and domestic travel without any issues, and it was always very good.

In the end, I found out it was a mistake on the taxi company's part, and the driver arrived late. The substitute driver was kind and courteous, so I was able to enjoy my sightseeing. Although I felt nothing but frustration with the phone response, the driver was excellent, so I decided to give an average rating.

当日、ホテルロビーにて待っていましたが予定時間になってもお迎えが来ず緊急連絡先に連絡して最初に応対した女性から予約されていない！とのお返事。
これまでもベルトラさんで海外、国内利用させて頂いていてなんのトラブルもなくとても良かったのですが。
結局、タクシー会社の手違いだったとわかりドライバーさん遅れて到着。
代打のドライバーさんが親切丁寧でしたので気持ちよく観光することが出来ました。
電話応対に腹立たしさしか感じなかったものの、ドライバーさんが最高でしたので普通の評価にさせていただきました。
