It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling, and the instructor's explanations were easy to understand, making it a lot of fun!

It was great to be able to play at two different beaches. The food at the restaurant they recommended was delicious!

It's a natural occurrence, but I was disappointed not to see a sea turtle. However, I was thrilled to encounter other fish and clownfish!

I was also satisfied with all the photos taken! I just wish they could provide a few different sizes of life jackets.

The weather was nice, and I enjoyed the islands around Ishigaki. I think it's a great tour with excellent cost performance and time efficiency. However, due to my own lack of confirmation and time constraints, I was unfortunately unable to visit the star sand beach that I was looking forward to.

天気も良く、石垣周辺の島々を楽しむことができありがとうございました。
コスパ、タイパにも優れておりお得なツアーだと思います。
ただ自分の確認の仕方が悪かったことも有、時間的な制約で楽しみにしていた星の砂の海岸に行くことができず一つだけ残念でした。

I checked the weather and the moon phase (crescent moon) in advance, and it was worth signing up on a day with a clear forecast; the starry sky was absolutely stunning. I also encountered a surprisingly enthusiastic coconut crab, which allowed me to observe it closely, and I was really glad about that. I wanted to gaze at the stars forever. Thank you very much!

It was a cloudy day, but I participated in a calm and windless day. I was prepared for the possibility of getting wet, but there were no waves, and the ferry between Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island was comfortable without any rocking. Inside the ferry, there were also sales of simple rain gear or raincoats, so it seems you can purchase them on board depending on the weather.

During the Nakama River cruising, coinciding with high tide, we saw the mangrove forests along the banks of the river, which were so large that it was hard to tell if we were in a river or the sea. The guide provided detailed explanations about the types and characteristics of the mangroves while skillfully maneuvering the boat, and he made sure to stop at good spots for taking photos.

The water buffalo cart to Yubu Island was larger than I expected, and I didn't get wet here either. Depending on the weather, it seems you can participate in light clothing and sandals. The 90 minutes of free time, including lunch on Yubu Island, requires careful time management to see everything. We spent more time than expected waiting for our turn to touch the water buffalo, Louis, and unfortunately, we could only leisurely explore the butterfly garden. However, I was able to purchase a commemorative photo with Louis, so I was fairly satisfied.

Although it wasn't a day with a blue sea and blue sky, I had a very enjoyable time. Thank you!

曇り空の日でしたが風もなく穏やかな日に参加。もしかして濡れるかも？と覚悟していたのですが、波もなく石垣島と西表島行き来の船も揺れることなく快適でした。船の中には簡易雨具？レインコート？の販売もしていたので天候によっては船で購入も可能のようです。船を乗り換えての仲間川クルージングは、満潮と重なったこともあり川か海かわからないくらいの大きな川の両岸に生息しているマングローブ林を見学しました。その種類や特徴をガイドさんが船を操りながら事細かに説明してくれて写真撮影のポイントにもしっかり止まってくれました。由布島へ渡る水牛車は思ったよりも大きくて、ここでも水に濡れることはありませんでした。天候にもよるのかもしれませんが軽装サンダル履きでの参加可能です。由布島での昼食を含めての90分の自由時間は時間配分を考えないと全部回ることができません。私達は水牛のルイ君に触るための順番に思ったよりも時間を取られてしまい他は蝶々園しかゆっくり回れず残念でした。でもルイ君との記念写真も購入できてまずまず満足です。青い海と青い空ではありませんでしたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Seeing the mangroves on Iriomote Island up close, riding a water buffalo cart across the sea to Yubu Island, and experiencing the old landscapes of Okinawa or Ryukyu that still vividly remain in the villages of Taketomi Island… These were all things I had wanted to see and experience for a long time!

The blue sky and white clouds, the clear sea extending to the horizon, and the wild appearance of plants that are sold as houseplants in Tokyo were all breathtaking sights. The explanations from the female guide during the mangrove tour were easy to understand and very good. The water buffalo cart tour allowed us to feel the cute and resilient nature of the island, as well as the relaxed flow of time. The beautiful bougainvillea blooming in the red-tiled village and the sound of the sanshin were wonderful.

The day we participated was very hot, but we were able to visit three islands in one day without any time loss, and the guidance was smooth and stress-free. Our hotel provided pick-up and drop-off service both ways, and I truly felt that joining the tour was a great decision! It can be quite challenging to arrange everything and hit the key points of sightseeing if you're not familiar with the area.

I would like to join another tour with Veltra in a different location. Thank you for the enjoyable experience!

西表島のマングローブが群生している川を間近で見る事、由布島で水牛車に引かれて海を渡る事、古い沖縄？琉球？の原風景が今も色濃く残る竹富島の集落…
どれも、ずーーーと昔から見たい！体験したい！と思っていた事でした。
青い空と白い雲、沖まで続く澄んだ海、東京では観葉植物として売られている植物の野生の姿、どれも感動的な光景で、マングローブ遊覧での女性のガイドさんの説明もわかり易くとても良かった。
可愛く逞しく、そしてのんびりした時間の流れを感じる事が出来た水牛車観光も島でしか体験出来ないこと、美しいブーゲンビリアの咲く赤瓦の集落と三線の音色が素晴らしかったです。

参加日はとても気温が高く暑くて大変でしたが、1日で3島も巡れて時間のロスなど全く無くストレスフリーでスムーズに案内して頂き、私たちの宿泊していたホテルは行きも帰りもホテルまで送迎もしてくれて、やはりツアーに参加して良かった！！とつくづく思いました。
慣れていないと手配もポイントを押さえての観光も大変ですから。

また別の地でもベルトラさんのツアーに参加したいです。楽しい体験をありがとうございました！

Due to time constraints for returning to Ishigaki Island, I chose this tour instead of the three-island tour that included Taketomi Island. I was disappointed not to visit Taketomi Island, but I was still very satisfied.

During the transfer from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island, I was able to sit in a premium seat (second floor) for an additional 500 yen after boarding. There are indoor seats available, but the outdoor seats offer a beautiful view of the blue sea, and the breeze felt amazing. Premium seats may be limited on some boats, but I recommend them if you have the option.

After arriving at Iriomote Island, we first enjoyed a Nakama River cruise. The scenery seems to change significantly depending on the tide. When I participated, it was close to high tide, but I would like to see the scenery during low tide as well.

The highlight I was most looking forward to was the water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island. It was my first time riding one, and I was surprised at how much it swayed. In contrast, the return trip was quiet, and it seems that the personality of the pulling water buffalo comes through.

I think this tour offers various experiences depending on the timing of your participation.

石垣島へ戻る時間の都合で、竹富島を含めた3島めぐりではなく、こちらのツアーを選択。竹富島へ行けなかったことは残念でしたが、それでも大満足でした。
石垣島から西表島への移動では、乗船後に500円の追加でプレミアムシート（2階席）に座れました。室内シートもありますが、屋外シートの方が海の青色がきれいに見え、風も最高に気持ち良かったです。プレミアムシートがある船は限られているかもしれませんが、もし選択できるのであればオススメです。
西表島到着後、まずは仲間川クルーズ。潮位によってだいぶ景色が異なるようです。私が参加したときは満潮に近い時間帯でしたが、干潮時の景色も見てみたいと思いました。
最も楽しみにしていたのは由布島への水牛車。初めて乗りましたが、こんなに揺れるものかと驚きました。一転、帰りは静かで、どうやら牽引する水牛の個性が出るようです。
参加するタイミングによって、様々な感じ方ができるツアーではないかと思います。

On the day I participated, there were a few clouds, but I was still able to see many stars. The guide had a wealth of knowledge about astronomy and provided many explanations, allowing me to relax while contemplating the stars! The canoeing was also easy since we paddled in a calm area. I would love to join again when I visit Iriomote! The next day, I participated in a tour with the same Iriomote Nature School that included canoeing, waterfalls, and snorkeling, and that was also fantastic. Thank you!

参加した日は少し雲がありましたが、それでも沢山星が見れました。
ガイドの方の天体への知識量が多く、沢山解説してくださったので星に思いを馳せながらゆったり過ごせました！
カヌーも流れが穏やかな場所を漕ぐのでキツくはなかったです。
また西表に行ったら参加したいです！
翌日に同じ西表自然学校さんでカヌーと滝、シュノーケリングのツアーにも参加したのですがそちらも最高でした。ありがとうございました！

I used this service for a trip with my sister's family in October. Since I was unfamiliar with the area during another trip and had to rush around without knowing the bus routes, this time I chartered a taxi and was able to fully enjoy my time. The driver was warm and shared information about the sights, food, buildings, and Okinawan history on the way, which kept the kids entertained and well-behaved until we reached the Churaumi Aquarium. Upon arrival, the driver informed us about the aquarium's features, the beach, and the dolphin show schedule. It was such a relaxing experience. The driver also advised us about crowded areas in advance, allowing us to postpone some places we planned to visit to the next day. We spent a leisurely day at the Churaumi Aquarium, played a lot, and I felt a bit guilty for falling into a deep sleep on the way back.

We were dropped off at the hotel, and the kids really warmed up to the driver, saying they felt sad to say goodbye. I definitely want to use this service again next time. Thank you very much.

10月に妹家族と旅行に利用しました。別の旅行で土地勘がなく、バタバタと移動したり、バスがわからなかったりだったので、今回はタクシーをチャーターさせていただき、時間いっぱい満喫させてもらいました。暖かいドライバーさんで、行き先まで、観光や食べ物、建物、沖繩歴史など話をしていただき、子供達も楽しんで美ら海水族館までいい子にしてました。到着すると美ら海水族館の説明からビーチ、イルカのショーの時間まで教えててもらいました。ただただ楽をさせてもらいました。混雑してるところなどを前もって教えてもらい、行こうと思ってた所も翌日にまわして、１日美ら海水族館でゆっくりして、たくさん遊んで、申し訳ないくらい帰りは爆睡してしまいました。
ホテルまで送迎してもらい、子供たちもすっかりドライバーさんに懐いて
さよならが寂しかったと言ってました、次回も必ず利用したいです。

I was staying at a hotel in Naha City, so I was looking for a day trip tour that would allow me to visit distant sightseeing spots.

The two key points that made my decision were that it included the must-visit Churaumi Aquarium and that I could enjoy drinks while looking at the ocean at the Hoshino Resort café.

Since it was a tour, it was definitely more economical than renting a car and going individually, and the duration of the stay was just right, allowing for an efficient visit.

The bus was clean and comfortable.

Although the meeting time was early, I was able to enjoy the scenery from the window or relax and sleep on the way to Churaumi Aquarium.

The stay at Churaumi Aquarium was two and a half hours. I leisurely watched the whale sharks and enjoyed some taco rice while looking at the ocean from a food truck.

I prioritized taking my time to see the whale sharks, so I didn’t watch the dolphin show, but I think planning in advance how you want to explore can lead to a more fulfilling experience inside the aquarium.

You can also go to the beach from the aquarium, so you can experience the daytime ocean in Okinawa there.

At Ryukyu Village, I was able to see the Eisa dance during the scheduled time, and I enjoyed looking at the traditional houses and the Eisa performance.

I admired the scenic spot of Manzamo and relaxed at the Hoshino Resort café, choosing my favorite seat to enjoy the ocean view or go out to the beach.

The only time to have a proper meal is at Churaumi Aquarium, so it’s better to eat well there. Since food other than drinks is prohibited on the bus, it’s advisable to eat enough to avoid getting hungry.

It was a full-day tour, but the duration at each spot was just right, so there was no rush or excess time, which was perfect.

The guide's approach was just right, making my memories of the Okinawa trip even more enjoyable and rich.

Whether you’re struggling with travel planning or regardless of having a license, I highly recommend this comfortable tour.

那覇市内のホテルに連泊していたので、日帰りでも遠方の観光名所を巡れる日帰りツアーを探していました。

絶対欠かせない、美ら海水族館が入っていたことと、星野リゾートのカフェで海を見ながらドリンクが飲めるこの２つがポイントが決め手でした。

ツアーなので、レンタカーを借りて個人で行くよりも断然お得ですし、滞在時間もちょうど良いので効率よく回れました。

バスの車内も綺麗で快適でした。

朝早い集合ですが、美ら海水族館までは車窓からの景色を楽しんだり、寝たりとゆっくりと過ごせました。

美ら海水族館は、2時間半の滞在です。
ゆっくりとジンベエザメを眺めて、キッチンカーがでていたので、海を見ながらタコライスを食べたりと、食も楽しめました。

ジンベエザメをゆっくりとみることを優先していたので、イルカのショーは見ていませんが、事前にどんなふうに回りたいのか考えておくことで、より充実した館内めぐりができると思います。

水族館から浜辺にも行けるので、日中の沖縄の海をここで体験することもできます。


琉球村では、エイサーが見れる時間帯だったので、ゆっくりと昔ながらの家やエイサーを見ることが出来ました。

万座毛の景勝地を眺め、星野リゾートのカフェでは好きな席で海や眺めたり、浜に出たりとのんびり出来ました。

しっかりとご飯を食べるタイミングは、美ら海水族館のみなので、ここでしっかりとご飯は食べた方が良いです。
車内は、飲み物以外は禁止なので、お腹が空かないようにしっかりと食べたほうがよいです。

1日使ったツアーですが、それぞれがちょうど良い滞在時間なので、バタバタすることも、時間が余ることもなくちょうどよかったです。

ガイドツアーさんの距離感もちょうど良く、沖縄旅行の思い出がより楽しく濃厚となりました。

旅行の計画に困ったり、免許の有無に関わらず、快適でおすすめです。

When I consulted at the reception in the morning, I was informed that it was possible to leave the tour midway, so I went directly to the hotel on Kohama Island from Ohara Port without returning to Ishigaki Island. It's a great point that you can leave the tour midway. Also, during the sightseeing on Iriomote Island, they took care of my luggage on the boat, which made it easy to enjoy the tour.

The weather was cloudy, but I was thrilled to see the crested serpent eagle from the mangrove boat tour. The water buffalo and botanical garden on Yufu Island were also full of tropical vibes, making for a very enjoyable experience.

朝の受付時に相談したところ、途中離脱が可能とのことでしたので、最後に石垣島には戻らず、大原港から定期船で直接小浜島のホテルに向かいました。
ツアーですが途中離脱ができるのは良い点です。また、西表島観光中は荷物を船で預かっていただいたので楽に観光できました。

天気は曇りでしたが、マングローブの遊覧船からカンムリワシを見ることができ感動しました
由布島の水牛や植物園も南国感満載でとても楽しい体験でした。

My first visit to Ishigaki Island was inspired by a TV show where I saw people riding water buffalo carts to Yubu Island, and I thought it looked interesting, so I immediately signed up for this tour.

The mangrove cruise on the Nakama River in Iriomote Island was guided by a woman who shared fascinating information about the types of mangroves and their species in a relaxed manner. The pleasant weather made the experience even better.

During the bus ride from Nakama River to the water buffalo cart, the driver's jokes kept us entertained, making the journey enjoyable.

On the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, we learned that unlike deer, water buffalo horns do not grow back once they are broken, while the woman guiding the buffalo sang with a sanshin. It was an unexpected and wonderful experience. The water buffalo I rode had a large rear and was strong, living up to my expectations and making it the best experience.

初めての石垣島、たまたまテレビで由布島へ水牛者に乗って渡るのを見て、面白そうだと思ってすぐにこのツアーに申し込みました。
西表島での仲間川のマングローブ遊覧はガイドが女性の方で、マングローブの種類や種のことなど、ゆっくり面白く話をしてくれました。天気に恵まれたこともあって気持ちよかったです。
仲間川から水牛車への移動のバスでは運転手の方のジョークが利いていて、飽きることなく楽しく移動できました。
由布島へ渡る水牛車では、水牛の角はシカと違って折れたら生えてこないことなどの話を聞きながら、水牛を操る女性の方が三線で歌ってくれました。予期してなかったこともあっていい体験ができました。乗った水牛はおしりが大きくて引っ張る力も力強く、期待を裏切らず最高でした。

I was able to swim with sea turtles for the first time! They were friendly, and I could touch them and get close, even see them breathe. I also saw Nemo, and I thoroughly enjoyed the waters of Miyako Island! The staff provided attentive guidance and allowed for just the right amount of free time. I would have loved to participate longer, but I had a great time spending about an hour in the water! Shinjo Beach is the best! 😊

初めて海亀と泳げました！人慣れしていて触れたり近づけたり、息継ぎを見れたり。ニモも見れたし、じっくり宮古島の海を堪能できました！丁寧な声掛けと、適度な自由時間。体力的にまだまだ参加したかったけど、1時間ほどじっくり海に入れて楽しかったです！新城海岸最高ですね＾＾

The explanation at the initial meeting point was very polite and easy to understand. However, I rode the water buffalo cart three times, and each time I was in the back seat... There was no consideration for that at all. Well, it's fine since all I could see was the back of the water buffalo, but it was amusing. The advantage of being in the back seat is that I could take pictures of the water buffalo carts coming from behind!

I participated with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old. The kids wanted to see the starry sky and coconut crabs, so we joined a tour that seemed to fulfill all their wishes.

Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour, but we were encouraged by our guide's words that rain increases the chances of encountering wildlife. The tour took place in a jungle with no streetlights. Wearing the provided rubber boots and holding flashlights, we started the adventure.

We were able to meet the long-desired coconut crabs, and the excitement of the kids reached its peak during our adventurous journey! On the way back, despite the rain and cloudy sky, the starry sky revealed itself, and we were able to see the Milky Way.

Thanks to the guide's attentive support, we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

5歳と3歳を連れての参加でした。こどもが星空とヤシガニが見たい！とのことで全てが叶いそうなツアーに参加。
当日はあいにくの雨でしたが、雨は生き物に出会える確率が高くなるとのガイドさんのことばに励まされました。
ツアー場所は街灯ひとつもないジャングル。貸し出しの長靴をはき懐中電灯を手に、ツアーはスタートしました。
念願のヤシガニにも出会え、冒険のような道中にこどもたちのテンションも最高潮でした！
帰り道では雨・曇り空で見えないと思っていた星空も顔を見せ、天の川を見ることができました。
ガイドの方のきめ細やかなフォローもおかげで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

I was alone, but I was very satisfied! It was really helpful to have the aquarium tickets included, as I didn't have to worry about checking the bus and Yui Rail schedules or looking for parking.

I participated in a stargazing and night safari tour in Ishigaki Island during my trip from the Kansai region. The tour involved traveling by car with a guide to the coastal area where the coconut crabs live, and we explored the surroundings while discovering the main coconut crabs, insects, and plants with the guide's explanations.

At first, we had difficulty spotting the coconut crabs, but in the end, we were able to find two, which was a valuable experience. We also saw some rare plants that closely resemble those from a popular pirate anime and large insects. The beautiful starry sky and the sound of the waves were truly moving.

Although this was just a small part of the many attractions Ishigaki Island has to offer, it was a very fulfilling time for us! Ishigaki Island really is… "wonderful!"

関西圏からの旅行で石垣島の星空&ナイトサファリツアーに参加しました。
ツアーはガイドと共に車でヤシガニの生息エリアの海岸まで移動し周辺を散策しながら、メインのヤシガニや昆虫、植物などをガイドの解説と共に見つけるツアーでした。
ヤシガニは最初はなかなか発見できませんでしたが、最終的には2匹発見でき、貴重な経験が出来ました。
他にも人気海賊アニメに登場する実に似た珍しい植物や大きく育った昆虫‥。そして綺麗な星空と波の音‥もう感動の連続でした。
ツアーでは数多くある石垣島の魅力のごく一部の体験でしたが、私達にとっては非常に充実した時間でした！
やっぱり石垣島は‥「素敵やん❗️」って感じです！
追伸‥野生のアンミカモドキの出現にはご注意下さい‥笑

At first, I was scared to get into the sea since it had been a while, but I was able to swim by holding onto a float. Our guide, Yamachan, was very kind and taught us patiently. I think even beginners can experience this with peace of mind. We were able to see many sea turtles up close, and it was adorable to watch them eating! They also showed us a spot where we could see Nemo, and we got to see his cute appearance! They took many wonderful photos, and it became a great memory. Thank you so much, Yamachan!

I participated in this tour because I wanted to visit Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island in one day. At first, I considered renting a car and going on my own, but I decided to join this tour because it seemed like a hassle and would take too much time.

The boat ride through the magnificent mangroves made me feel very elegant. Until now, I thought mangroves were just a type of tree, but I learned here that they refer to a group of plants that grow in coastal areas where freshwater and seawater mix.

On the bus to Yufu Island, which I would have just passed by if I were on my own, there was an explanation about the island, and I was glad I chose the tour for this reason.

I was amazed by the strength of the water buffalo during my first experience riding in a water buffalo cart. While we enjoyed the leisurely pace of the water buffalo, I also thought it must be hard work for them, and felt a bit sorry for them.

Walking around Yufu Island, surrounded by nature different from the main island, while seeing trees and flowers I had never seen before was wonderful.

On Taketomi Island, we took a bus to the beach. I heard that star sand can be found there, but it seemed quite difficult to collect, so I gave up.

Taketomi Island had beautiful townscapes surrounded by red roofs and flowers, which were very lovely.

Overall, I thought it was a good tour that allowed us to efficiently visit many places in a short time, but I wondered if it would have been even better if we could have gone further north.

1日で西表島、由布島、竹富島に行きたくて、このツアーに参加しました。
初めはレンタカーを借りて自力で行くことも考えましたが、自力で行くには手間や時間が大変そうなので、こちらのツアーに参加することに決めました。

大自然のマングローブの中での遊覧船はとても優雅な気持ちになりました。今までマングローブとは木の名前だと思っていましたが、淡水と海水が入り交じる沿岸に生育する植物郡の総称だとここで初めて知りました。

個人で行くとただ通りすぎるだけの、由布島に向かうバスでも島の説明がありこの点もツアーにしてよかったと思いました。

初めての水牛車は水牛の力強さに驚かされました。水牛のマイペースさにいやされて、私たちは楽しかったのですが、水牛にとっては大変な重労働、気の毒かな？とも思いました。

由布島は本島と違った大自然の中、初めて見る木や花などを見ながらの散策が最高でした。

竹富島ではバスに乗りビーチに行きました。
星の砂が取れるらしいのですが。取るのはなかなかむずかしそうなのであきらめました。

竹富島は赤い屋根と花に囲まれた美しい町並みがとても素敵でした。

総合的に短い時間で効率的に回れるよいツアーだと思いましたが、北の方にも行けたらさらによかったかな？と思いました。

First of all, I was extremely satisfied with the water buffalo cart and the interaction with the water buffalo! The water buffalo are sensitive to heat, but I was moved by their effort to cross the sea, and I was surprised at how intelligent they are! The guides hardly needed to direct them; they managed to start and stop on their own! It's hard to convey this in words, so you should definitely go and experience it for yourself!

The lunch was just the right amount, and I was able to enjoy the botanical garden and souvenir shops without any rush. It seems that it's good to wear clothes that can get wet during the summer, but since I went in October, wearing short sleeves and shorts was perfectly fine! Please make sure to visit!

まず、手っ取り早く大満足だったのが水牛車、そして水牛さんとの触れ合いでした！
暑さには弱い水牛さん達ですが、頑張って海を渡る姿には感動しましたし、何より水牛さん達が非常に賢くて驚きました！先導員さん達もほとんど誘導する事なく、自力で発車から停車まで頑張ってくれますよ！文字じゃ伝わりづらいので実際に行ってみてください！
お昼ご飯もちょうどいい量でしたし、無理なく植物園やお土産屋さんを見ることができました
夏場は濡れてもいい格好が良いらしいですが、10月にいった身としては半袖半ズボン私服で全然okでした！ぜひ行ってみてください

I would like the guide's stories to be more positive, and I would prefer to reduce the number of destinations and extend the stay at one location.

してほしいのと、目的地を減らして、
1カ所の滞在時間を長くしてほしい。

Initially, I had booked the canoe mangrove tour and the Blue Cave snorkeling.

On the day of the tour, I was informed that the Blue Cave was rough, and they asked if I could change to Osaki instead.

I was really looking forward to the Blue Cave, so I was disappointed, but I understood it was a safety decision.

They mentioned I could switch to stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), so I decided to give it a try.

As a result, it turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience, and I am very grateful to the two instructors, Misaki and Karino.

First of all, the clarity of the water and the schools of fish at the snorkeling spot we changed to were incredible; it felt like being in a giant aquarium. I was also thrilled to encounter a huge sea snake.

One of the other tour guests became unwell, but thanks to the staff's teamwork, the flow of the tour was not interrupted, and they provided perfect care for the person who was feeling ill.

After the snorkeling tour, Misaki introduced me to a great lunch spot. It was fantastic!

In the afternoon, the handsome Karino was our instructor.

He was very good at teaching, and everyone quickly learned how to operate the SUP.

We had a fun time exploring the mangrove river.

It was clear that both instructors truly loved nature, and more importantly, they were professionals who ensured the safety and enjoyment of their guests.

I don't know if it was just a lucky coincidence or the company's culture, but I am definitely planning to return when I visit Ishigaki Island again.

当初予約は、カヌーマングローブツアーと青の洞窟シュノーケリングでした。

当日の連絡で青の洞窟は荒れてるので大崎に変更しても？との事でした

青の洞窟が以前から楽しみで残念でしたが、安全上の判断と言う事ですので、そこは了解しました

カヌーをサップに変更出来ますよ？

というので、サップに挑戦してみました。

結果、思わぬ最高の体験になりインストラクターのお二人

ミサキさんとカリノさんには大感謝

先ずは変更したシュノーケリングの海岸の透明度と魚群が凄くて、まるでそこは水族館の大水槽にいるようでした。
巨大なウミヘビにも出会え大感動。

他のツアー客さんの中に具合の悪くなった人が出たのですが、スタッフ同士の連携で、ツアーの流れが途切れず、具合悪い方へのケアも完璧でした。

シュノーケリングツアー終了後に、ミサキさんにランチの場所を紹介して頂いて。そこが又最高！

My foreign husband visited Okinawa for the first time, and it was my first visit in 10 years! There were many places I wanted to go, but due to the heat and travel fatigue, we narrowed it down to two locations. We went to Churaumi, so most of the 7-hour course was spent on the round trip and at the aquarium, but we were able to take commemorative photos at a spot overlooking Kouri Island and the bridge, which became a wonderful memory!

On the other hand, I used a cashback campaign, but the response was not smooth, which was frustrating. (The only communication was a message stating that phone inquiries were not possible.) Since the driver was from a different company, I couldn't find out how the cashback would be processed when I asked in the car, and since I couldn't make inquiries by phone, I had no choice but to wait... For that reason, I would give it a 2-star deduction. However, the tour itself was very convenient, so I recommend it!

外国人の夫は初沖縄、私は10年ぶり！
行きたい所はたくさんあったのですが、暑さと旅の疲れで、2箇所に絞ってお願いしました。
美ら海へ行ったので7時間コースのほとんどは往復と水族館の滞在で終わってしまいましたが、古宇利島や橋を見渡せる場所での記念撮影にも応じてくださり、大変いい思い出になりました！
一方、キャッシュバックのキャンペーンを利用しましたが、スムーズな対応がされずヤキモキしました。（対応は電話不可のメッセージのみ）
ドライバーさんとは別会社のため、どのようにキャッシュバックが行われるのかを車内で尋ねても分からず、電話での問い合わせが出来ないので待つ事しかできず…
その点では⭐︎マイナス2でした。
ツアー自体はとても便利でしたのでお勧めします！

Since I had extra time than planned, I made a reservation the day before and participated alone. I recommend this for those without transportation who want to visit the main tourist attractions on the island.

Regarding the Churaumi Aquarium, I felt the time allocation was satisfactory, but for those who want to have a proper lunch or take their time exploring the exhibits, it might not be enough. You can see the dolphin show!

In my personal opinion, instead of ending at American Village, it might be nice to change the location to a place where you can enjoy the sunset and take beautiful photos.

予定より滞在時間が余ったため、前日に予約して1人で参加しました。足が無い人で、本島の観光名所をとりあえず回りたい人にはおすすめです。
美ら海水族館については、私は満足な時間配分だと思いましたが、昼食をしっかり取ったり、館内をじっくり見たい人には足りないかもしれません。イルカのショーは見れます！
個人的な意見ですが、最後はアメリカンビレッジではなく、夕日が落ちるまでじっくり見れる場所に変更しても綺麗な写真が取れて良いのではないかと思いました。

Second visit to Ishigaki Island.
Last year, I only went to Taketomi Island, so this year I participated in a tour of Iriomote Island and Yufu Island.
When I actually went, I found that the water buffalo cart station and the mangrove cruising boarding area were far from the port. If I had gone on my own, I would have needed a rental car or taxi, so the hotel shuttle and bus tour to the site were smooth, and it was great not having to buy tickets myself! The stories from the bus driver and the cruising staff were entertaining! On Yufu Island, perhaps due to the season, there were fewer flowers and the lunch bento was not great, but above all, crossing with the sound of the sanshin and feeling the wind on the water buffalo cart was the best!
I also got to interact with the water buffalo, Ruikun, and he was super cute!

2度目の石垣島
昨年は竹富島オンリーだったので
今年は西表島と由布島ツアーに参加しました。
実際行ってみると港から水牛車乗り場や、マングローブクルージングの乗り場までが遠く、個人で行ったならレンタカーやタクシーが必要になるので、ホテルの送迎から現地までのバス観光がスムーズで自分でチケットを買う必要もなく良かった!バスの運転手の方やクルージングのスタッフの方の話が面白かった！由布島では季節のせいか花々が少なくランチのお弁当がイマイチだったけど、なんといっても三線の音色と風を感じて渡る水牛車は最高！
水牛ルイ君とも触れ合えてめちゃ可愛かったです。

The sea of Miyako Island is truly amazing. It was emerald green and crystal clear, just the best. The guide, Yamachan, was friendly and made it easy to join the tour with peace of mind! I was able to take pictures with sea turtles and see clownfish, and I'm really glad I participated!

さすが宮古島の海。エメラルドグリーンで透き通っていて最高でした。
ガイドのやまちゃんが気さくに話しかけてくれて、安心してツアーに参加出来ました！
ウミガメと一緒に写真も撮れて、クマノミも見れて、参加して本当に良かったです！

We had some anxiety on our first trip together, but since we were participating in an event in Okinawa, we decided to hire a private car instead of joining a package tour. The car was spacious and comfortable, which was great. Our driver was a Chinese gentleman who spoke Japanese fluently and was very kind. His ability to maintain a comfortable distance while being helpful was appreciated, and he quickly took photos for us, which we were grateful for. I knew Shuri Castle was under reconstruction, but it was still a bit disappointing to see it in that state. We were able to visit many attractions, including the Himeyuri Monument and Pineapple Park. Thank you very much.

初めてのふたり旅で不安もありましたが沖縄でのイベントに参加する目的でしたのでパックツアーではなく、個人でこちらの貸切ハイヤーをお願いしました。
車は広くてゆったり乗れて良かったです。
運転手さんは中国人のかたでとても日本語が流暢で優しいかたでした。
運転手さんの付かず離れずの距離感も心地よく、写真もサッと撮ってくれてありがたかたったです。
首里城は再建中とはわかっていましたがやはり工事中は少し残念でした。ひめゆりの塔、パイナップルパークなどをまわり盛り沢山の観光ができました。

On October 12, my spouse and I participated in the tour. The mangrove cruise had staff who provided detailed and easy-to-understand explanations, allowing us to truly appreciate the nature of Iriomote Island.

The water buffalo cart to Yubu Island was just as satisfying as I had seen in magazines. I could hear the sound of the seawater as the buffalo stepped through the shallow waters, accompanied by the sanshin and Okinawan folk songs, while enjoying the color of the clear sky and the leisurely flow of time. On Yubu Island, there were subtropical plants, butterflies, gelato, and more; 90 minutes, including meals, felt insufficient.

After the island tour, we returned to Ishigaki Island Terminal at 3 PM. Since we had a shuttle service to our hotel, we were able to relax until dinner, which was great.

Lastly, I was very impressed by the well-maintained restrooms at the places we visited in Ishigaki Island. Thank you very much.

　10月12日に夫婦二人で参加しました。マングローブクルーズはスタッフの説明も丁寧でわかりやすく西表島の自然に感じることができました。
　由布島への水牛車は雑誌等で見ていた通り、大満足しました。水牛が浅瀬を一歩一歩進む時の海水の音と三線と沖縄民謡　晴天の空の色、ゆったりとした時の流れを感じることができました。由布島では、亜熱帯植物　蝶々　ジェラート等々　食事を含めた90分では足りないくらいでした。　
　二島巡りで15時から石垣島ターミナルへ帰港。ホテルまで送迎付きだったので夕食までのんびりとした時間も取ることができ良かったです。
最後に石垣島に来て立ち寄った所のトイレの手入れが行き届いていて大変感動いたしました。
