I have been to Ishigaki Island several times, but this was my first visit to the Phantom Island. Since it was my dream to go snorkeling with my child, I requested a half-day course. When my 5-year-old was scared of snorkeling and waiting on the boat, a staff member named Kaori came over and talked with my daughter, which helped her get into the water. Thank you very much. All the staff members were cheerful and energetic, and we had a great time.

石垣島には何度かきたことあるのですが、初めて幻の島にいきました。
子供とシュノーケリングするのが夢だったので半日のコースをお願いしました。
5歳の子どもがシュノーケリングを怖がって船で待機していると、スタッフのかおりさんがきてくれて娘と話してくださり海へ入ることができました。ありがとうございます。
どのスタッフさんも明るくて元気な方ばかりで楽しかったです。

It was my first time snorkeling, but I felt at ease participating in the tour thanks to the attentive service. The guide had extensive knowledge about the fish we could see in the ocean, allowing me to enjoy searching for them while swimming. The caves were also mystical and wonderful. The guide took plenty of photos and videos, so I was able to look back and enjoy them later. If I have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to participate!

初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、丁寧な対応で安心してツアーに参加できました。
海でみえる魚の知識も豊富で、自分で泳ぎながら探して楽しむことができました。
もちろん洞窟も神秘的でよかったです。
写真や動画もガイドさんが沢山撮ってくださるので、あとで見返して楽しむこともできました。

I was able to see views that I can't see in Tokyo, and luckily, we had a great catch while fishing, making it a very satisfying experience. My child is saying they want to go again, so I would like to take care of this again. Thank you very much.

It was my first experience with SAP, but thanks to the guide's lecture, I was able to get on right away!
I also had a chance to snorkel in the crystal-clear sea and see various fish up close, which was an extraordinary experience!
It took quite a bit of physical effort, but I had so much fun during the tour that I forgot all about my fatigue!

We visited Miyako Island on a family trip. Thinking that there may not be many opportunities to travel with our children, I wanted to create some good memories, so I participated. Although we didn't see any turtles while snorkeling, I was amazed by the clarity of the water. Especially at the Pumpkin Cave, the energetic young man from Osaka taught us with great care, and his stories were entertaining.

My wife fell ill partway through, but if we have the chance, I would love to enjoy the Pumpkin Cave and kayaking again. It became a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family, and the memories with the young men who provided and supported such opportunities will also remain special. Thank you very much.

家族旅行で訪れた宮古島。子どもと一緒に旅する機会はもうあまり無いだろうと思いつつ、何か良い思い出づくりをしたいと思い参加しました。シュノーケリングではカメに会えなかったものの、水の透明さに驚きました。特にパンプキン鍾乳洞、カヤックでは元気の良い大阪のお兄さんが丁寧に教えてくれて、話も面白くて良かったです。
妻が途中で体調を崩してしまいましたが、機会があればまたパンプキン鍾乳洞とカヤックを楽しみに行きたいと思います。
私たち家族にとっても一期一会の経験となり、そんな機会を提供しサポートしてくれたお兄さんたちとの一期一会も思い出に残るものとなりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a very fulfilling activity. I was able to see a sea turtle up close, which I had always wanted to do, and the photos of the sea turtle that Kyo-chan took are so beautiful that I'm showing them off to various people. 🥺 My younger child couldn't snorkel well, but they let them ride on a float at one point, so my younger child was able to participate until the end! Kyo-chan kept the energy up throughout, and it was truly a fun time! Thank you very much!

We participated as a family! Our guide, Somatsu, taught us a lot about the history of Miyako Island and the Pumpkin Cave, and it was so much fun!! We even got to jump into the water from the cave, making it a very enjoyable tour!

If I have the chance to come back to Miyako Island, I would love to participate again!

I went to Okinawa without a plan and, in the midst of the chaos of searching for tours at the hotel, I found and participated in snorkeling.

Blessed with clear skies and a pleasant breeze on the boat, the spot we arrived at was breathtakingly clear blue. The underwater world I saw while snorkeling was like a different realm, filled with beautiful fish and coral reefs. The highlight was witnessing the graceful swimming of a green sea turtle, which was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The guides were very kind, explaining how to use the equipment and providing details about the spots. Above all, everyone was cheerful, which made it enjoyable.

I’m grateful that my wife and I participated. Thank you very much.

ノープランで沖縄にいき、ホテルでツアー検索というバタバタの中で見つけシュノーケリングに参加させてもらいました。

快晴に恵まれ船上の風も気持ちよい中、到着したスポットは、澄んだ青で感動ものでした。
シュノーケリングで見た海中は、たくさんの美しい魚と珊瑚礁と別世界。きわめつけはアオウミガメの優雅な泳ぎが見れ、これは一生ものでした。

ガイドの方々は、機材使い方やスポットの説明を親切にしていただきました。なにより、みんな明るいのが楽しくよかったです。

妻とも参加してよかったと、感謝しています。ありがとうございます。

I participated in a tour that included sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave. During the snorkeling, they pointed out spots where we could see sea turtles and fish, and I was able to see both! In Pumpkin Cave, they provided interesting facts along the way and guided us with care. I was guided by a very cheerful and energetic young man, which made the experience even better. Thank you very much. I hope to join again if I have the opportunity.

We participated as a family of three, including my fourth-grade son. The group was about half Western and half Asian, with roughly one-third each from China, Korea, and Japan. The staff were very attentive, providing assistance in both Japanese and English for each participant team.

The wave conditions were apparently good, as the boat hardly swayed while we visited three locations. My son, who is prone to seasickness, didn't feel sick at all and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Kerama Islands while also having ample swimming time. The boat was clean and equipped with a shower, changing room (spacious enough for two people to change together), and restroom. There was also a dry area, so we brought our backpacks with candies and a camera, taking photos in between swims. After finishing lunch, we had a break where we jumped off the boat and swam around, having fun playing with the diverse group of people on board.

For snorkeling, we swam in areas with coral tunnels, cliffs, and white paths between the corals (so perhaps the experience diving team on the same boat was more enjoyable?). We also spotted sea turtles and sea snakes. While the colorful coral and abundance of tropical fish were much more vibrant at Yaeyama Islands' Yonaha Maehama, where I had been before, the scenery during the cruise was beautiful as well (my son exclaimed that it looked like the island from Jurassic World!). The staff were all wonderful, and they took plenty of photos for us.

小４息子を含む家族３人で参加。欧米系が半分、残り半分アジア系で、中国、韓国と日本人が1/3ずつくらい。スタッフのみなさんも沢山いらっしゃって、参加者チームごとに日本語や英語で丁寧に対応してくれました。
ちょうど波の状態が良かったらしく、船はほとんど揺れずに３か所を周遊。酔いやすい息子も全く船酔いせず、慶良間のきれいな島々の景色を楽しみつつ、しっかり遊泳時間も取ってくれました。船にはシャワー、更衣室（子供と２人で入っても着替えられるくらい、案外広い）、トイレがあり、きれい。ドライエリアもあるので、リュックサックに飴玉やカメラも持って行って、泳ぐ合間は写真撮ったりしてました。ランチを食べ終わった後の休憩時間では、船から飛び込んで周辺を泳いだり、乗り合わせた多国籍な人たちとノリよくワイワイ遊んで楽しかったです。

シュノーケリングは、サンゴのトンネルや崖、サンゴの合間に白い道などがあるエリアを泳ぎ（なので、同じ船に乗っている体験ダイビングのチームのほうが楽しかったかも？）、ウミガメやウミヘビも観られました。カラフルさや熱帯魚の多さは前に行ったことがある宮古島の八重干瀬のほうがずっと色鮮やかで竜宮城的な感じがしますが、クルージング中の景色もきれいだし（息子はジュラシックワールドの映画の島みたい！とはしゃいでいました）、スタッフの方もみなさん良い方ばかりです。写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。

I participated in a half-day course in the morning for snorkeling and parasailing! The weather was great, and I saw three sea turtles, which made me very happy! The guide staff were cheerful and entertaining, making it a very enjoyable experience! I will definitely use this service again when I visit Okinawa!

We participated in the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Turtle Snorkeling tour with our family of six. Although we were all beginners in sea kayaking and snorkeling, the guide was very attentive, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy the tour.

It's rare for our family of six to take photos together, but we were able to capture wonderful pictures from underwater, creating lovely memories.

The coral reefs in Miyako Island are incredibly diverse, and if we had more time, we would have loved to explore them even longer.

If we have the opportunity to visit Miyako Island again, we would love to participate in this tour once more.

パンプキン鍾乳洞&ウミガメシュノーケリングのツアーに家族6人で参加させてもらいました。家族皆シーカヤックもシュノーケリングも初心者でしたが、ガイドのお兄さんが丁寧に対応してくれ、とても安心して参加でき、楽しいツアーでした。
家族6人での写真など滅多に撮れないけど、海中から素敵な写真を撮って頂き、ステキな思い出になりました。
宮古島の珊瑚礁はとっても種類が多く、もっともっと時間があればずーっとのぞいていたいほどでした。
また宮古島に訪れる機会があれば参加したいです。

The weather was great, and the visibility was excellent, making for very good conditions. 😊🎵
We went on a boat snorkeling trip 🤿 with three stops.
On the boat, the divers were below, while the snorkelers were above, which made for a perfect number of people. The staff were also very attentive, and it felt comfortable.
We visited near Maejima, near Kuroshima, and near Tokashiki Island, and there were plenty of fish 🐟, making it a fulfilling day.

A female instructor named Nira was in charge on the day of the activity. She provided thorough explanations about the activities, ensuring a safe and secure experience. She was very cheerful and shared various stories along the way to the cave, making the entire activity enjoyable!

熱帯雨林カヤックと青い洞窟シュノーケリングの旅程は、私たちの一日を非常に楽しいものにしました。朝、真琴さんが時間通りにホテルに迎えに来てくれました。最初のアクティビティは熱帯雨林カヤックでした。シュノーケリングショップのスケジュールは非常に効率的で、よく整理されていました。車の中で必要な情報をすべて記入しました。降りると、プロフェッショナルな川のトレッキングシューズとパドルが提供されました。そして、簡単なチュートリアルの後、旅が始まりました。私たちは3つのボートに分かれた6人で、若いガイドの翔太さんが先導してくれました。偶然にも、今日は彼の誕生日でした。お疲れ様です！途中、翔太さんはさまざまな地元の植物や動物、ユニークな風景を紹介してくれました。洞窟の中でカニを見たり、コウモリの音を聞いたりしました。カヤック中は、ルートの多くが木々のキャノピーに覆われていて、全体のツアーが非常にリラックスできて心地よいものでした。この小さな島で熱帯雨林の美しさを体験できたのは素晴らしかったです。

The itinerary of rainforest kayaking and blue cave snorkeling made our day extremely enjoyable. In the morning, Ms. Makoto picked us up at the hotel on time. The first activity was rainforest kayaking. I must say the snorkeling shop's schedule was highly efficient and well - organized. We filled out all the information in the car. After getting off, they provided professional river trekking shoes and paddles. Then, after a brief tutorial, the trip began. There were six of us in three boats, led by a professional guide named Shota. Coincidentally, this young guide was celebrating his birthday today. Thank you for your hard work!Along the way, Shota introduced us to various local plants, animals, and unique landscapes. We saw crabs in caves and heard the sounds of bats. During the kayaking, the route was often shaded by tree canopies, making the entire tour very relaxing and pleasant. It was amazing to experience the beauty of a tropical rainforest on such a small island.

If you visit Miyako Island multiple times, I definitely think you should see the Pumpkin Cave at least once. The tour content is great, but the staff's service was the best I've experienced among marine activities both domestically and internationally. My family of four all felt the same way.

After snorkeling, I was wondering if I would use up too much energy in the Pumpkin Cave, but afterwards, we were able to enjoy sightseeing at Higashi-Hennazaki, which was fantastic.

Also, a handsome staff member dove in and found my visible light-adjusting glasses that I dropped in the Pumpkin Cave within a few minutes, which became a memorable moment for us in Miyako Island. Thank you very much.

宮古島に何度も来る方は、パンプキン鍾乳洞は一度は見て置いた方が絶対に良いと思います。
ツアー内容も良いですが、スタッフのサービスが国内外含めて今までのマリンアクティビティの中で一番良かったと家族4人で参加しましたがみんな感じました。
シュノーケリング後のパンプキン鍾乳洞で体力使うかなーって思いながらその後、東平安名崎も観光できて最高でした。

あと、可視光調光メガネをパンプキン鍾乳洞で落としたのをイケメンスタッフさんが数分で潜って見つけてくれためっちゃカッコ良い姿が宮古島の私達の記念になりました。

It was a packed tour where I could experience various marine sports in Miyako Island all at once! The explanations were thorough, so even beginners will be fine. Stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling were amazing!! The instructors, Rin and Hinata, were very friendly and kept us entertained with various stories. Their teaching skills were excellent, and I was able to stand up on the paddleboard right away. During snorkeling, I even encountered a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied. I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island again!

It was an early morning tour, and we enjoyed paddling together as a parent and child. Since it was high tide and early in the morning, it wasn't too hot, and we had fun paddling. We only managed to catch a crab and a Pacific flying fish that were at the dock. I wonder if we could have seen more of the mangrove roots during low tide.

朝一のツアーでした、親子で力を合わせて漕ぐ楽しみがありました。
満潮時で、朝早かったのでそんなに暑くもなく楽しく漕げましたが、生き物は、カニとミナミトビハゼが船着場に居たので捕まえてみた位でした。
干潮時ならもっとマングローブの根元が見れたのかなぁと思います。

I participated in the tour in the afternoon. Since it was low tide, the roots of the mangroves were exposed, and it was fun to paddle through them. Our guide, Tomochin, introduced us to many animals in the tidal flats, and the kids were very satisfied. Thank you, Tomochin, for the wonderful time! Thank you for all the photos as well. If there's another opportunity, I would like to try canyoning next time.

午後からのツアーに参加しました。
ちょうど干潮のため、マングローブの根が現れており、その隣をすり抜けるように漕ぐ事が楽しかったです。

It was my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), but the explanations were clear, so I was able to get on right away. When I wasn't moving forward well, I received helpful advice. Although I was traveling alone, the instructor engaged in conversation with me, and I was able to enjoy the experience.

はじめてのSUPでしたが、わかりやすく解説してくださったためすぐに乗れました。上手く前に進めていない時にはアドバイスをくださりました。
ひとり旅でしたが、インストラクターの方は色々と話しかけて下さり、楽しむことができました。

It was a tour that both my second-grade son and my middle school son, as well as adults, could enjoy. The kayaking was beautiful with the dappled sunlight. After that, we were able to see many different types of fish in the Blue Cave. The water was clear, and we had a lot of fun. The tour guides were all friendly and kind. I would like to participate again when I go to Ishigaki Island.

その後の青の洞窟も色々な種類の魚がたくさん見ることができました。

We had a nice time with this organisation along with our friendly guide called Leon, he was very nice and helped us with the adventure and also give us information about the pumpkin cave!

In the morning, we traveled by sea kayak from the beach to a cave, and I was overwhelmed by the gigantic pumpkin-shaped stalactite cave that stood before me as we swam through the narrow entrance. It was a sacred place that only the chosen could enter, where we were able to purify ourselves with cold spring water and pay our respects. Nira, who truly loves Miyako Island, provided a thorough explanation and took photos for us. She was always attentive to safety checks and health assessments, and her cheerful yet reliable guidance was the best.

午前中はビーチからシーカヤックで洞窟まで移動して、泳いで狭い入り口を入ると目の前にそびえ立つ巨大なパンプキン型鍾乳洞に圧倒されました。ユタ様しか入ることができないという神聖な場所で冷たい岩清水でお清めしてお詣りすることができました。宮古島愛を感じるニラちゃんが丁寧な説明、写真撮りしてくれました。常に安全確認と健康チェックの心配りをしてくれて、キャピキャピだけど頼りになるニラちゃんのガイドは最高でした。

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and I enjoyed it. They cater to each person's skill level, so beginners can feel at ease. Most areas are shallow, so it's fine even if you can't swim.

I participated in a tour of the Pumpkin Cave and SUP. First, I was anxious about whether the pickup would be available until the morning of the previous day. In the end, it wasn't. I would have liked to be informed a bit earlier since there were location confirmations needed.

The Pumpkin Cave was much more beautiful inside than I had expected from the photos, although it was disappointing that there were too many tourists (it was too crowded inside). However, each feature was explained by the instructor, and I found myself captivated by the stories, spending quite a bit of time there. I would love to visit again when it's less crowded!

I was really looking forward to the SUP, but first, the sea wasn't as beautiful as I had hoped. Most of the time, it was just "Please sit down" and "Don't stray away from me," so I couldn't enjoy standing up, and everyone kept bumping into each other... This was the most disappointing SUP experience I've ever had. There was also a mishap where I dropped my GoPro, but thankfully it was found. However, since it fell early on, I have no photos at all (the photos sent to us were just a burst of shots). Other teams went a bit farther and were paddling while standing, but we were the only ones... It was really disappointing since I was looking forward to SUP the most. The instructor did their best, but I won't be using this service again.

まずは送迎が前日の午前まで、していただけるかわからないのが不安でした。結果、ダメでした。場所の確認などあるので、もう少し早くに知らせてほしかったです。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は、写真で見れるような所へちょっと行くのかなと思っていましたが、中がとても素敵で、ツアー者が多すぎるのが残念でしたが（中で混みすぎているので）１つ１つは、インストラクターの方が説明してくだる話をききいってしまうほどの時間でした。空いている時に、ゆっくりまた行きたいと思うほどの所です！
SUPは、とても楽しみにしていたのですが、まず、海が…それほど綺麗ではありませんでした。後は、ほとんど『座ってください』『私から離れないでください』ばかりで、立って楽しむことができなかった&みんな近づくからぶつかってばかり…こんな残念なSUPは初めてでした。GoProを落とすハプニングもあり、結果みつかって良かったですが、序盤で落とされたので、写真が全然ありません。（送ってこられた写真は連写で枚数があるだけです）他のチームはもう少し遠くへ行ったり、立って漕いでいたりしたのに私たちだけ…と思うとなんとも。私はSUPを1番楽しみにしていたので、とっても残念でした。インストラクターの方は頑張ってくださっていましたが、もうこちらを利用することはありません。
