I was concerned about the incorrect information regarding the pickup during the reservation, but I participated anyway. The guide provided a thorough explanation of the nature of Iriomote Island, showed great care for safety during the trekking, and quickly provided the tour photos, allowing us to have a wonderful time. Additionally, I appreciated being able to enjoy lunch in a scenic location after the tour.

予約時の待ち合わピックアップについて、間違った案内がありどうなることかと思って参加しましたが、ガイドの方の丁寧な西表島の自然に対する説明やトレッキング中の安全への心配り、ツアー写真の素早い提供など楽しい一時を過ごすことができました。また、ツアー後の昼食も景色の良い場所でゆっくりと楽しめたことも良かったと思います。

It was a tour at 1:40 PM, and thanks to our guide, we were able to see sea turtles! After that, we also encountered Nemo and Dory, and I was truly moved by the beautiful sea! It was my first experience with snorkeling, but I was able to enjoy it without any anxiety. My fifth-grade son is already captivated by Okinawa. When we go to Okinawa again, I would like to request this tour! Thank you, guide!

その後ニモやドリーにも逢えて本当に綺麗な海に感動！シュノーケリング初体験でしたが、不安もなく楽しく体験できました。小5の息子はもう沖縄の虜です。また沖縄に行く際はこちらにお願いしたいです！ガイドさんありがとうございました。

Due to the timing of the tides, we experienced 16 types of marine sports in the morning and an afternoon snorkeling tour at Ishinai Reef. There were many young couples, and they really enjoyed trying out activities like the banana boat and other marine sports. The snorkeling in the afternoon was well-organized; after returning to the port for lunch, we split into groups to head to either Ishinai Reef or the Blue Cave. I thought this system was convenient and effective. The snorkeling at Ishinai Reef was accessible from the boat and I believe both beginners and intermediate participants can enjoy it fully. The coral reefs and variety of fish were abundant and very beautiful!

潮の干潮時間の都合で、午前中16種のマリンスポーツ体験、午後石西礁湖シュノーケリングツアーでした。若いカップルさんが多く、バナナボートやマリンスポーツにガンガン、トライして楽しんできました。午後のシュノーケリングは一旦、港に帰ってお弁当を食べた後、午後から石西礁湖に行く人や青の洞窟に行く人に分かれて再編成して出発になるシステムは便利で良いと思いました。石西礁湖シュノーケリングはボートからのエントリーで初心者から中級の人が充分楽しめると思います。サンゴ礁や魚の種類が豊富でとてもきれいでした！

I was guided by someone named Yuya. Their smile was wonderful, and they provided interesting facts that were educational as well. I would love to have them guide me again. The tour itself was also very satisfying. Thank you very much.

I received an email the day before the reservation stating that there is a parking fee of 1,000 yen. It also mentioned that prescription goggles would cost an additional 1,000 yen. I have done snorkeling with other tours from Veltra, and they did not charge extra for prescription goggles. If there is an additional fee, I believe it should be clearly explained at the time of booking.

As for the tour itself, I was able to see sea turtles, and the SUP was fun, so overall, I was satisfied.

予約日の前日にメールが来て、駐車場代1000円かかります。度付きのゴーグルは1000円かかりますとの事でした。シュノーケリング、他のベルトラのツアーでしましたけど、度付きのゴーグルは、別料金取られませんでした。別料金取るのなら、予約の段階できちんと説明すべきではと思います。
ツアー自体は、ウミガメも見れたし、SUPも楽しかったし、満足のいく物でした。

If you're going to Miyako Island, I definitely want to visit the Pumpkin Cave, so I joined a tour! The day before, I received notifications about changes to the tour start time and important notes, so I was well-prepared.

I was surprised at how physically demanding it was (moving to the beach, paddling the canoe, swimming a bit to enter the cave, climbing the rocks), but thanks to our guide, Keikun, it was enjoyable from start to finish! I was able to take a lot of photos as well. Interacting with other participants in the same tour was fun, and I'm really glad I joined.

宮古島に行くならパンプキン鍾乳洞には絶対行きたいと思っており、ツアーに参加しました！
前日の午前中には、ツアー開始時間の変更や注意事項の連絡をいただき準備はバッチリでした。

意外と体力がいる内容(ビーチまでの移動、カヌーを漕ぐ、少し泳いで鍾乳洞内に入る、岩場を登る)で驚きましたが、ガイドのけいくんのおかげで終始楽しかったです！
写真も沢山撮って貰えました。
同じツアーの参加者さんとの交流も楽しく、本当に参加して良かったです。

They informed me the day before that the boat was confirmed, as well as alternative access methods via another boat. I was very surprised by the detailed follow-up through phone and email before the event.

On the day of the event, everything was prepared, including shoes, bags, and drinks, so I had no anxiety about participating. The guide, Hoshi, answered all my questions, took plenty of photos and videos, and was very entertaining, which was great.

The soba for lunch was delicious, and the snacks during the break were also tasty.

This became my favorite memory from the trip. I would love to join a tour with Kazaguruma again when I come back to Okinawa.

参加の前日に船が決行したことや、別の船でのアクセス方法を連絡してくれた。参加前から電話とメールで細かいフォローがあり非常に驚いた。
当日も、靴や鞄や飲み物など全て用意されていて、参加への不安は何もなかった。ガイドのほしさんも、質問したら全て答えてくれて、写真も動画もいっぱい撮ってくれて、話も面白くてすごくよかった。
お昼のそばも美味しかったし、休憩中のお菓子も美味しかった。
この旅行の中での1番の思い出になりました。
また、沖縄に来たら風車さんのツアーに参加したいと思えました。

I was guided by Mr. Uno. He shared not only stories about nature, animals, and plants, but also about human life within that context, considering the historical background. It was very interesting to learn about the history of the people of Iriomote Island, which once existed as a coal mining area, distinct from nature. The story about malaria was particularly insightful, as it pertains to a history not found on the mainland, and there were many moments that made me think, "I see."

During the long journey, he shared many stories about flora and fauna, and it made me reflect on how humans, like plants and animals, are part of nature and how we can find ways to coexist and support each other within our environment. Both the nature and the stories have become unforgettable memories. I would like to come back to learn more. Thank you very much.

ガイドの宇野さんに案内して頂きました。
自然の話、生き物の話、植物の話はもちろんですが、その中で生きてきた人間の生活の話を時代背景を踏まえて教えて下さいました。
かつて炭鉱として存在していた、自然とはまた違った西表島の人の歴史を知ることができてとても興味深くお話を聞かせて頂きました。マラリアのお話も、本土では無い人の歴史ですので、なるほどなぁ、と思うところが多かったです。
短くない道中、動植物のお話も沢山して下さり、動植物と同じように人も自然の一部として、環境と支え合う道をなんとか見つけれたら、と考える1日でした。
自然も、お話も、忘れない思い出になりました。また学びに伺いたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I traveled to Miyako Island for the first time with my friends. Canoeing, snorkeling, and the Pumpkin Cave were amazing! Our guide, Marcy, was kind to all five groups of guests, providing us with camera opportunities, Miyako Island quizzes, and recommendations for shops. He was a humorous and reliable guide! I definitely recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Miyako Island! ♪(≧∀≦)

初めて宮古島を友達と旅行しました。カヌーやシュノーケリング、パンプキン鍾乳洞は最高でした！
ガイドはんのマーシーさんは5組いる御客さん皆んなに優しく、カメラ撮影や宮古島クイズ、おすすめの店紹介などして下さりユーモアで頼もしいガイドさんでした！

I had heard that getting to the top of Pisainara Falls is quite challenging, but with the guides checking on us and allowing breaks, we were able to trek more energetically than I expected.

The various explanations during the trekking and canoeing were easy to understand and very educational. Also, the casual conversations were enjoyable (laughs).

The handmade rice balls we ate at the top of the falls were delicious!

Swimming in the pool at the base of the falls after sweating felt really refreshing.

Next time, I definitely want to request other tours with Monsoon! I will visit Iriomote Island again when I feel tired from work!

ピサイナーラの滝の滝上に行くのはけっこう大変だと聞いていましたが、私達の様子を見ながら休憩を入れたりしていただき、思っていたより元気にトレッキングすることができました。
トレッキング中やカヌー中のさまざまな説明もわかりやすくてとても勉強になりました。また、雑談も楽しかったです(笑)

滝上で食べた手作りのおにぎりもとてもおいしかったです！

汗をかいた後に滝壺で泳いだのがまたとても気持ちよくてよかったです。

次回はぜひ、モンスーンさんで他のツアーもお願いしたいと思いました！
また仕事に疲れたら西表島に行きます！

I participated in the sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour. As soon as I entered the water, I encountered a sea turtle, and I saw a total of four! According to the instructor, that was lucky. It was adorable to see them eating seaweed. We even took pictures together, which was the best part!

In the afternoon, we went to Pumpkin Cave by canoe. The inside of the cave was more mystical than I had imagined, and I was very moved! It was fine even if I couldn't swim! Thank you for the wonderful tour!

海亀シュノーケルとパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーに参加しました。海の中に入ってすぐに海亀に会えて、全部で4匹も見られました。インストラクターのお姉さんいわくラッキーだとのこと。海藻を食べている様子が可愛かったです。一緒に写真も撮れて最高でした！

午後はカヌーでパンプキン鍾乳洞へ。洞窟の中は思っていた以上に神秘的でとても感動しました！泳げなくても大丈夫でした！素敵なツアーをありがとうございました！

We participated as a couple. After enjoying canoeing through the mangroves, we worked up a good sweat hiking, and the Okinawa soba we had at the summit was the best! It was a bit chilly in October, but playing in the waterfall allowed us to return to our childhood. On the way back, we also enjoyed the nature leisurely in the canoe. The guide's stories were very interesting, and I learned a lot about Iriomote Island, which made me fall in love with it. I'm grateful for all the photos and videos taken. They also provide shoes and backpacks, so as long as you have a swimsuit and comfortable clothing, you can join in.

カヌーを漕いでマングローブを堪能した後は、登山でしっかり汗を流して、頂上で食べるソーキそばは最高でした！
10月で少し寒くなる時期でしたが、滝壺での水遊びは童心に帰ることができました。帰りもゆったりカヌーで自然を満喫できました。
ガイドの方の話がとても面白く、西表島のことをたくさん知ることができ、西表島が大好きになりました。写真や動画もたくさん撮っていただき、感謝します。靴もリュックも貸していただけるので水着と動きやすい服装さえあれば参加できます。

Canoeing through the jungle was a lot of fun! The guidance from Gakki was very polite and cheerful, and it was really great. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

The weather, luck, and our guide (Keikun and Yuseikun) all contributed to an amazing experience! The full-day course with pumpkin kayaking, snorkeling, and SUP was like a club activity, but the rewards were significant for the effort we put in.

パンプキン・カヤック+シュノーケリング+SUPの丸1日コースは部活並みでしたが疲れたぶん得られるものも大きかったです。

I went to Kerama for the first time. I thought it might be a bit tiring with a large group, but they were considerate, and we could snorkel as much as we wanted during the waiting time. It was a lot of fun, but later I saw the photos taken for us online and realized that other people had quite a few pictures taken on the boat, which I didn't know at the time. Unfortunately, we didn't have a single photo taken, so that was disappointing. It would have been better if everyone had equal opportunities for photos.

初めて慶良間に行きました
大人数でちょっと疲れそうだなと思っていましたが、配慮されていて待ち時間は好きなだけシュノーケリングができます。
とても楽しかったのですが、あとで撮っていただいた写真がネットで見れて、他の人は船の上で結構写真を撮ってもらえていたことをその時初めて知りました。
私たちは一枚も撮ってもらえていなかったのでそれが残念です。
平等に写真の機会があると尚よかったです。

The waves were high, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but the sea kayaking was thrilling and fun. The snorkeling was also great, as the instructor, Macchan, explained various things and helped us discover different fish. I forgot the name, but I even got to hold a rare sea cucumber. I'm glad I could have such a variety of experiences.

波が高くて、青の洞窟には行けなかったけど、シーカヤックは、スリリングで面白かったです。シュノーケリングも、インストラクターのまっちゃんが色々、説明してくれたり、お魚を色々発見してくれて、良かったです。
名前は忘れたけど、珍しいナマコにも、会えて手に持たせてもらいました。色々な経験が出来て良かったです。

My first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) was a wonderful experience thanks to my guide, Moepi! I learned not only how to ride the SUP but also interesting facts about the types of mangroves, corals, and various spots. The time was filled with various activities, including yoga on the SUP, making it very fulfilling! Moepi really energized the group, and I was able to connect with other participants, making it the best experience ever! I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki and do this again!

初めての石垣島、初めてのsupでしたが、ガイドのもえぴちゃんと一緒に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！supの乗り方はもちろん、マングローブの種類や珊瑚、その他スポットでの豆知識と、sup上のヨガなどさまざまなコンテンツがあり非常に充実した時間を過ごせました！
もえぴちゃんが盛り上げてくれて他の参加者の方とも交流することができ、最高の体験ができました^_^

It was a challenging environment with strong winds and rough waves for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but thanks to the instructor Q-chan, who taught us in a clear and thorough manner, I was able to stand on the board and had a great time. Additionally, while surfing the waves, Q-chan gave various instructions, which allowed me to actually ride the waves. I truly had a fulfilling experience. When I go paddleboarding in Okinawa again, I plan to book here next time. I'm definitely coming back!

風が強く波も荒れるといった難しい環境の中でのSUPでしたが、インストラクターのQちゃんが丁寧にわかりやすく教えてくれたため、ボードに立つことができ、すごく楽しめました。
また波乗りする際もいろんな指示を出してくれたので、実際に波に乗ることもできました。
本当に充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
また沖縄でSUPやるときは、次もここで予約しようと思いました。リピート確定です！

I have been interested in sunset SUP for a long time, and I finally made it happen with a friend! Our guide, Keikun, taught us carefully and took a lot of photos, allowing us to create the best memories with my friend! ^ ^ Even after the sunset, we could stargaze and relax on the SUP, which was really fun!

以前からサンセットsupに興味があって友人と2人でやっと実現出来ました！ガイドをしてくれたけいくんが丁寧に教えてくれて、写真もたくさん撮ってくれて、友達と最高の思い出作れました！^ ^サンセットが終わってもsupの上で星見たり、ゆったりできるので本当に楽しかったです！

I'm glad we were able to do it safely despite the not-so-great weather! We enjoyed a relaxing time paddleboarding at a beach that we wouldn't normally reach. Carrying the board from the parking lot to the beach was a bit of a distance, which might be tough for women. I think the scenery would have been even better if the weather had been nice!

天気があまりよろしくない中、無事に行うことができてよかったです！
普段では辿り付かないようなビーチでのSUPでゆったりとした時間が流れていました。
乗るためのボードを駐車場からビーチまで運ぶのが、少し距離があり女性にはキツイのかなという感じでした。
天気が良ければ更に良い景色だったのかと思います！

My first canoe experience was enjoyable because the waves were calm! The Pumpkin Cave was great with activities like climbing and jumping! It was impressive to see a place that has been formed over many years. 😊

I was disappointed to hear the day before that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the wind, as we were supposed to do stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling there at Kabira Bay. However, we had an amazing experience at the snorkeling spot we went to instead, where we saw four sea turtles! It turned out to be the best tour without any issues. Our kind guide, Saito, took a lot of pictures for us, and the hamburger and spam rice balls he recommended were incredibly delicious! Thank you so much! I received a lot of information and now I want to visit Ishigaki Island again, and I would love to join a tour with a specific request! I really appreciate everything. It was an incredibly fun time! ✌️

川平湾でサップ＆青の洞窟シュノーケルのはずが風の影響で青の洞窟に行けないと前日連絡がありガッカリしていましたが、代わりに行ったシュノーケルポイントでウミガメを4匹も見れる貴重な体験ができ、全く問題なく最高のツアーになりました。
優しいガイドの齊藤さんが沢山写真も撮ってくれたし、教えてもらったハンバーガーもスパムおにぎりもめっちゃ美味しかった！本当にありがとうございますまだまだ沢山情報をもらったので、また石垣島に行きたいと思ったし、指名してツアーに参加したいぐらいです！お世話になりました。最高に楽しい時間でした✌️

The weather wasn't great, but the waves weren't too high, and there were moments of sunshine, which was nice. The coffee shop on Hatoma Island had a great location, and I was able to relax comfortably. The tour guide, Iizuka, was kind and attentive, which was very good. We also encountered sea turtles, and at the end, we received a commemorative photo. I would like to use this service again. It was a great trip.

天候がイマイチでしたが、波も高くなく又時々晴れ間が出てくれたので良かったです。鳩間島のコーヒー屋さんもロケーションが良くて落ち着いて休憩出来ました。ツアーのガイド（イイヅカ）さんも親切丁寧で大変良かったです。ウミガメも遭遇出来ましたし、最後は記念の写真も頂けました。又利用したいと思います。

I used this tour to visit the Kerama Islands for the first time! I had been to Okinawa twice before and always thought the sea was beautiful, but participating in this Kerama Islands tour really raised my expectations! The weather was clear that day, and the water clarity was incredible! The instructor mentioned, "Today the visibility is high," and they were absolutely right; I was very impressed. The highlight for me was snorkeling with the turtles, which happened towards the end of the snorkeling session, and I was so happy about it. Just when I thought I might not see any, two turtles appeared, and I was thrilled! I was so focused on my friend turtle that I didn't even notice when they called me (laughs). Additionally, the curry rice for lunch was even more delicious than I expected, and while there were extra charges for the sea activities, they were fulfilling and fun. The time flew by, and I wanted to stay longer, so I definitely want to participate again!

このツアーを利用して初めて慶良間諸島に諸島に行きました！沖縄には過去2回来たことがあり、いつも海が綺麗だな〜と思っていたのですが、今回の慶良間諸島ツアーに参加してみて、その綺麗レベルが上書きされました！当日晴れていたこともあって、海の透明度が凄かったです！インストラクターの方が「今日は透明度が高いです。」と仰っていましたが、本当にその通りで、とても感動しました。そして1番の目玉にしていた、カメさんとのシュノーケリングも、シュノーケル終盤に実現され、とても嬉しかったです。見れないかなと諦めていた時になんと2匹のカメが現れてくれてテンションが上がりました！友人カメさんに集中しすぎて、私の呼びかけに気づかないほど（笑）また、それ以外にも昼食のカレーライスも想像以上に美味しかったですし、海のアクティビティも別途料金はかかりますが充実していて楽しかったです。あっという間の滞在時間でまだまだ居たいと思ったので、また参加したいと思います！

It was a three-generation participation. I was worried about my 6-year-old grandchild, but they charged ahead, and the grandparents were the ones struggling to keep up. It was my first experience with canoeing, but somehow I managed. When we fell into the waterfall pool, I was drenched in sweat, but it felt amazing. Even in my 60s, I was fine. Surrounded by nature, I forgot about the daily rush and enjoyed the sounds of water and cicadas. Thank you to the instructor for being kind and interacting with my 6-year-old grandchild. This was an activity I would definitely recommend when visiting Iriomote Island.

I signed up for this plan because it allows me to visit both Tokashiku Beach and Awa Island Beach.

At Tokashiku Beach, we participated in a snorkeling tour. The instructor provided flotation devices, which made it easy for those who are not confident swimmers to join in. I appreciated the explanations about the fish we saw. We were able to see a variety of colorful fish and sea turtles in the beautiful ocean.

At Awa Island Beach, we had free time. Following recommendations, we took a banana boat to a deserted island. We were able to rent the snorkeling gear we used at Tokashiku Beach, so we enjoyed snorkeling on the deserted island as well. Here, we also saw many corals and fish, which was a lot of fun.

Overall, it was a very satisfying tour. If I were to mention an area for improvement, it would be that it was difficult to get to Miejyo Port without a rental car. It took about 20 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop, so I think having a shuttle service would have been helpful.

「とかしくビーチ」と「阿波連ビーチ」の両方に行けるということでこのプランを申し込みました。

とかしくビーチではシュノーケリングツアーを行いました。インストラクターの方が持つ浮きに掴まることもできるので、泳ぎが苦手な人も安心して参加できると思います。見えた魚の説明があったこともありがたかったです。きれいな海で色とりどりな魚やウミガメを見ることができました。

阿波連ビーチでは自由行動でした。オススメされたということもありバナナボートで無人島まで向かいました。とかしくビーチで使用したシュノーケリングセット一式はそのままレンタルすることができたので、無人島でもシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました。こちらでも多くのサンゴや魚を見ることができ、とても楽しかったです。

総合的に見てとても満足いくツアーでした。改善点をあげるとしたらレンタカーがないと三重城港に行くのが大変だったことです。最寄りのバス停からも徒歩で約20分かかるため、送迎があれば良かったと思いました。

Since it was a small group, it was easy to move around, and thank you for taking so many photos＾＾ I ended up with full-body muscle soreness, and I really think the half-day course was perfect… haha.
