I had a great time participating! The tour guide, Kazuchan, led us with care and shared knowledge and information about nature, making me feel like I learned more about the charm of Miyako Island than I could have on my own.

At first, I wasn't used to canoeing, but I gradually got the hang of it and enjoyed it. The Pumpkin Cave is a mystical spot where you can truly feel the greatness of nature. At the end, there was a moment where we jumped off a rock to return, and I hesitated at the unexpected leap, but once I did it, it felt refreshing and added a bit of thrill to the tour!

The afternoon snorkeling was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea and fish watching, and there was plenty of time, so I was very satisfied! Lastly, I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle and even swim with it, which was moving. The tour guide took many photos underwater and sent them to us later, so I have beautiful memories that I couldn't have captured myself! Thank you, Kazuchan!

Overall, the tour company provided smooth guidance for equipment explanations and fittings, and they communicated well about meeting points and prior arrangements, making it a reliable tour company that I would like to use again.

カヌーは最初は慣れませんでしたが段々コツを掴んで楽しめました。パンプキン鍾乳洞は神秘的で自然の凄さを感じる事ができるスポットです。最後、岩から飛び込んで帰る場面があり想定外の飛び込みに躊躇しましたがやってみるとスカッとしてスリルも若干味わえるツアーです！
午後のシュノーケルはとても綺麗な海と魚鑑賞を楽しめて時間もたっぷりあったので満足出来ました！最後にラッキーな事に海亀も見れて一緒に泳ぐ事もできて感動しました。海の中でもツアーガイドの方が沢山写真を撮っていただき後で送ってくれるので自分じゃ取れない素敵な写真も記念になりました！かずちゃん有難うございました！
ツアー全体的に道具の説明や装着などもスムーズに誘導いただき、待ち合わせ場所や事前連絡もしっかりいただるのでまた利用したいと思う安心出来るツアー会社です。

I thoroughly enjoyed the nature of Iriomote Island with canoeing and trekking! My daughter and I participated together, and although I had some concerns about our physical stamina, the support from our guide was excellent. We were able to enjoy conversations about the nature of Iriomote and local life while happily climbing up to the waterfall. We savored handmade soba while admiring the scenery, and at the base of the waterfall, we jumped in and swam with everyone who participated. I’m really glad I joined and had such a fulfilling day! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

カヌーにトレッキングに西表の自然を満喫しました！娘と2人での参加で、体力に若干不安がありましたが、ガイドの方のサポートが素晴らしく、西表の自然の話から暮らしの話など、会話を楽しみながら楽しく滝上まで登ることができました。景色を眺めながら手作りのお蕎麦をいただき、滝つぼでは参加した皆さんと一緒に飛び込んだり泳いだり、1日たっぷり楽しむことができて本当に参加して良かったです！

I couldn't go on the adventure course that I was looking forward to, but I had a great time using the strength of the waves to jump over them and ride them. Our guide, Hamachan, was also great! I will definitely participate again!

I tried canoeing for the first time, and it was easy! My mother and I were able to ride together, so we had a fun experience chatting while paddling. The instructor was also kind and attentive!

I decided to participate based on the words snorkeling, Hatoma Island, and Barasu Island, and it was a great decision. Despite the approaching Typhoon No. 14 after the previous one, the morning was calm, and we were able to land on Barasu Island, fulfilling a long-held wish. I was amazed by the beauty of the coral reefs in the morning. Following the staff's lead made me feel at ease. For lunch, we landed on Hatoma Island. It was unfortunate that we couldn't explore the island due to the high number of COVID cases, but I was glad to experience Hatoma Blue. In the afternoon, we went to pick up the next group at Uehara Port and then headed to a different point. I was happy to encounter a sea turtle this time. Meeting Nemo was also fantastic, but I started to feel seasick around the fourth point as the waves picked up.

シュノーケリング、鳩間島、バラス島、このワードで参加を決めましたが大正解。台風後、また、１４号接近するなかの参加。午前中は、波も静かでバラス島にも上陸でき念願叶いました。午前中は珊瑚礁があまりにもきれいで驚き。スタッフの先導でついていくスタイルだと安心します。昼は鳩間島に上陸。コロナが多数でたこともあり島の中は見学できなかったのが残念でしたが鳩間ブルーにも出会えたし良かったです。午後組を一度迎えに上原港まで迎えに行き、また、違うポイントへいく。今度は海亀に出会えて嬉しかった。ニモにも会わせてくれて最高でしたが４ポイント目辺りから波が出てきて船酔いしてしまった。

We participated as a couple in our 30s! The hotel pick-up and the explanation of the rental equipment were smooth, allowing us to join without any confusion.

The guide had extensive knowledge, and the information about the names and descriptions of plants and animals was very helpful. They also provided thorough explanations about dangerous creatures and locations, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves!

After a good amount of activity with canoeing and trekking, the Yaeyama soba we had at the top of the waterfall was exquisite! The snack of mochi wrapped in the leaves of the sweet flag was also delicious.

It was a cool day in late September, so it was a bit chilly when we jumped into the waterfall pool, but the fun outweighed that, so it was totally bearable (laughs).

ホテルへの送迎も貸し出し機材等の説明もスムーズで迷うことなく参加することが出来ました。

ガイドさんの知識も豊富で動植物の名前や解説がためになりましたし、危険な生き物や場所の説明もしっかりして頂き安心して楽しむことができました！

カヌー→トレッキングでひとしきり動いた後、滝の上で頂いた八重山そばは絶品！おやつの月桃の葉の柏餅も美味しかったです。

9月下旬の涼しい日だったので滝壺に飛び込んだ時は少し寒かったですが楽しさの方が勝っていたので全然耐えられました（笑）

On my first trip to Miyako Island, I experienced the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling. I was able to enjoy many experiences that can only be had in Miyako Island, and the instructors were kind, making it a fulfilling time. I was also very satisfied to encounter a turtle while snorkeling, making it a wonderful day.

宮古島でしかできない体験がたくさんでき、インストラクターさんも親切で満喫できました。

It was my first time kayaking, but the river was wide, so I felt safe while riding! If I have the chance, I would like to try a different time slot as well.

初めてのカヤックでしたが、川幅も広いので安心して乗ることができました！

Originally, I had signed up for the SUP @ Mangrove and snorkeling tour at Barasu Island, but due to poor conditions around Barasu Island, I received an inquiry the day before asking, "Would you like to cancel? Or switch to another tour?" Since I was already there, I decided to book the trekking and SUP @ Mangrove tour, and that turned out to be a great decision! The instructor, Matsuko, had only been there for a few months, but she was very knowledgeable about Iriomote Island. She shared many interesting tidbits during our travel, including stories about the road construction that was halted and a simulator game at the wildcat museum.

After arriving, we all moved to the point with a simple mountain climb. Along the way, she introduced us to the flora and fauna of Iriomote Island. Coincidentally, there were four couples participating, including my husband and me: a couple who were masters of remote islands, a chatty couple from Kansai (Shikoku), and a calm yet friendly couple. Everyone was very approachable, and we became close through activities like diving. My usually quiet husband seemed to have a lot of fun, adding his own flair during the dives and really enjoying himself. At the end of the activities, the remote island master couple recommended a dining spot, which we promptly visited. The other couples also enjoyed hearing stories about different remote islands from them. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories, instructor Matsuko, and to all the couples! Enjoy the rest of your trip!

Oh, and about the clothing: I thought I would be wearing a wetsuit over my swimsuit, so I wore my swimsuit, but the equipment provided included only a helmet, shoes, and a jacket. Everyone else was dressed in T-shirts or rash guards over their swimsuits, and shorts or leggings. I didn't have those, so I ended up wearing pajamas (short-sleeved & relaxed fit) over my swimsuit, which felt quite silly and embarrassing, especially since it would be captured in photos (though it could make for a funny story). I think it would be wise to consider your outfit if you participate!

もともと、SUP@マングローブとバラス島上陸のシュノーケルツアーを申し込んでいましたが、バラス島周辺のコンディションが悪く、「キャンセルしますか？別のツアーにしますか？」の問い合わせが前日にありました。折角なのでトレッキングとSUP@マングローブでツアーを申し込んだ所、それがもう大正解！インストラクターのマツコさんはまだ来て数ヶ月との事でしたが、西表島の事をよくご存知で、道路工事が途中で中断してしまった話や、ヤマネコの博物館(？)のシュミレーターゲームの話などなど、移動中に小ネタを沢山話してくれました。到着後、皆でポイントまで簡単な山登りをしながら移動。途中、西表島の動植物についても紹介してもらいました。たまたま参加していたメンバーが、私達夫婦を含めて4カップル。離島マスター夫婦、お喋り関西人夫婦(四国)、穏やかだけど気さくに話せる夫婦、とメンバーも皆親しみやすく、飛び込みを始めとしたアクティビティを通じて仲良くなりました。普段寡黙な主人も相当楽しかったようで、飛び込み時にアレンジを加えたり、凄く楽しんでいました。アクティビティ終わりには離島マスター夫婦からおススメの食事処を教えてもらい、早速訪ねてみました。他の夫婦達も離島マスター夫婦から別の離島の話を聞いたりして楽しんでました。本当に最高の思い出をありがとうございました、インストラクターのマツコさん、それぞれの夫婦の皆さま！残りの旅を楽しんでください！

そうだ、あとは、服装ですが、私は水着の上からウェットスーツを着用すると思ったので、水着を着て行ったのですが、装備として渡されるのは、ヘルメットとシューズとジャケットのみなので、皆は水着の上にTシャツやラッシュガード、下はスパッツにハーパンのような格好でした。私はそれらの用意がなかったので、水着の上からパジャマ(半袖&リラコ)を着用して臨みましたが、大分ダサくて恥ずかしかったですし笑、写真にも残ってしまうので(ネタにはなりますが笑)ご参加される際は、格好を考えたほうがいいかもなって思いました。

I had to reschedule my plans to the next day due to the typhoon, but I managed to go! The water clarity was exceptional, and the colors of the coral and fish were truly beautiful; it felt just like an aquarium, but this is the real deal, right? (laughs) The only disappointment was not being able to see a sea turtle. The staff were great, and I had a wonderful time. I would love to do this again. Thank you!

Due to the typhoon's impact, we could only go snorkeling, but the visibility was excellent and we were able to see many fish. Despite the pressure from the participants, our guide, Rick, found a turtle and even took photos for us. Thank you to Rick and all the staff!

台風の影響でシュノーケリングのみになりましたが、透明度も非常に良く魚も沢山見る事ができました。

I wanted to relax and heal my daily fatigue by seeing the beautiful sea, so I planned a trip to Ishigaki Island with my boyfriend. After researching various options in advance, we decided to make reservations on-site. We ended up drinking in the city center and didn't make a reservation until the last minute on the day of. Despite it being a same-day reservation, the staff called us right after we booked and kindly explained what to bring and the flow of the day.

I had no experience with SUP, but they patiently taught me how to paddle and ride, and I had a great time. Afterward, they recommended a local restaurant, allowing us to enjoy our evening as well. Since it was likely a beginner's course, I thought I would like to try a more challenging course next time I visit Ishigaki Island. Ishigaki Island is amazing!

綺麗な海を見て、日頃の疲れを癒したいと思い、彼氏と計画した石垣島旅行。
事前に色々調べた結果、現地で予約して行こうと言うことになりました。
中心街で飲んだくれて前日まで予約せず、結局当日になってからギリギリで予約しました。
当日の予約だったにもかかわらず、予約してからすぐにスタッフの方が電話を下さり、持ち物や来てからの流れを丁寧に説明していただきました。
SUP未経験でしたが、漕ぎ方、乗り方等を丁寧に教えてくださり、非常に楽しめました。
また、終わった後に地元在住のスタッフさんのオススメのご飯屋さんを教えてもらい、その日の夜も楽しむことができました。
おそらく初心者向けのコースだったので、次回、石垣島に行く時はもう少し難易度の高いコースに参加したいと思いました。

I had a hard time deciding which tour company to choose among many options, but I decided on Windmill based on their high ratings and the reviews I read. After participating, I can confidently say that choosing this tour was the right decision!

★ About the tour
- I managed to handle canoeing even though it was my first time!
- The trekking was steeper than I expected, so it might be difficult for small children.
- Playing in the water at Pinai Sara Falls was truly refreshing! The view from the top of the waterfall was breathtaking, and we were lucky with the weather, making it the best experience. It was worth the effort to walk through the subtropical forest. It’s still quite hot even in late September.

★ About Windmill
- Since there were only three small groups, I felt secure and not neglected. They paid attention to everyone and checked in with us.
- The guide was polite and kind. They had extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna of Iriomote Island, which made it enjoyable.
- The guide took many photos with their smartphone and sent them to us via AirDrop or LINE after the tour. Since there were many water spots, it was really helpful not to have to take out my own phone.
- You can use the shower room after the activities. Of course, it’s not as clean as a hotel, but it was tidy.

If I have friends going to Iriomote Island, I would recommend this without hesitation! Thank you very much.

★ツアー内容について
・カヌーは初めてでもなんとかなりました！

・トレッキングは思っていたよりも険しかったので、小さいお子さんには難しいかもしれないです。

・ピナイサーラの滝つぼ遊びは、本当に気持ち良かったです！滝上から見る景色も絶景で、お天気にも恵まれ最高でした。亜熱帯の森を頑張って歩いた甲斐がありました。９月中〜下旬でもまだまだ暑いです。


★風車さんについて
・３グループの少人数だったので放ったらかしにされることなく安心できました。全員のことをよく見て声掛けしてくれます。

・ガイドさんの対応が丁寧で親切でした。西表島の動植物の知識も豊富で、楽しかったです。

・ガイドさんのスマホでたくさん写真を撮ってくれて、ツアー終了後にはAir dropかLINEで送ってくれます。水場が多く自分のスマホ出しづらいのでこれはすごくありがたいサービスでした。

・アクティビティ後にシャワー室を使用できます。もちろんホテルのような綺麗さではないですが、清潔感はありました。


西表島に行く友人がいたら迷わず進めます！

I love the outdoors, so the trekking with a good workout, the elegant canoeing, and the experience of swimming in the waterfall basin were thrilling and the best I've ever had! The guide was kind to both adults and children, providing lots of encouragement that kept us entertained throughout. The photos and videos taken during the tour were wonderful and have become precious memories of my trip. When I visit Iriomote Island again, I would love to learn more about the island's charm. I heard that the probability of seeing sea turtles is about 40%, but I was surprised that I was actually able to see them. I was able to see them from quite a close distance, which made for a valuable experience. Also, thanks to our guide, Kei, I was able to take many photos in a wonderful location, creating the best memories.

ウミガメが見れる確率は４割ほどとの話でしたが、実際に見れることができてびっくりです。
かなり近い距離で見ることができて、貴重な経験になりました。
また、ガイドをしていただいたケイさんには、素晴らしいロケーションでたくさんの写真も撮っていただき、最高の思い出になりました。

I made a reservation for the morning of the day. They contacted me right away, and I had a great time canoeing, creating wonderful memories. Surprisingly, my clothes got soaked, so I think wearing swimwear for the lower half would be better.

当日の朝、予約しました。すぐに連絡をくれ、楽しくカヌーでき、いい思い出になりました。
思いのほか、洋服がビショビショになったので、下半身は水着がいいと思いました。

Since it was right after the typhoon, I couldn't go to a place where I could see the sun sinking on the horizon, but I was able to enjoy a beautiful view near the bottom of Ingyamarine Garden. The sea was calm, and the sunset sky was incredibly beautiful, creating a blissful moment in the flow of time. Instructor Kei was very kind and provided thorough guidance. I was also very happy that he took photos of each participant. This trip was to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary, and the two-shot of us kayaking with the red sunset behind us became a wonderful commemorative photo. I am very satisfied. Thank you, Kei.

台風直後だったので水平線に沈んで行く太陽を見れる場所屁は行けなかったのですがインギャーマリンガーデンの下あたりの大変景観の良いところで出来ました。海は静かで夕焼け空は大変美しくゆったりとした時の流れの中での至福の一時でした。インストラクターのケイ君
にも丁寧に指導していただきました。また一人一人、参加者全員の写真を撮っていただき大変嬉しく思っています。今回は結婚29周年を祝う旅行だったのですが、赤い夕日を背にカヤックに乗ったツーショットは素敵な結婚記念の写真になりました。大満足です。ケイ君、有り難うございました。

The hotel pick-up was very helpful, and they provided all the necessary equipment (shoes, life jackets, backpacks, waterproof bags, portable toilets, etc.) for free. I was able to securely store my valuables and change of clothes in a locker beforehand, so I could participate in the activities feeling light and at ease. The guide was friendly, and I heard many enjoyable stories, making the activity time fly by.

The kayaking and trekking were both very fulfilling, and it turned out to be a fun and wonderful day. I'm really glad I came to Iriomote Island! Thank you very much.

ホテルへの送迎にもきていただき、必要な装備(靴、ライフジャケット、リュックサック、防水バッグ、携帯用トイレ等)全て無料でお貸しいただけるので、とても助かりました。貴重品や着替えなどは事前にロッカーに預けることができたので、安心して身軽な状態でアクティビティに参加することができました。ガイドさんも親しみやすく、たくさんの楽しいお話が聞けて、アクティビティの時間もあっという間に過ぎました。
カヤックとトレッキングもとても充実した内容で、楽しく素敵な一日になりました。西表島に来れて本当によかったです！ありがとうございました。

I didn't receive any explanation about the fish. The photos were sadly not very good...
However, at the points we visited, I was able to see turtles and enjoy the beautiful surface of the sea, which was amazing!

お魚に関しては何にも説明して貰えませんでした。写真も悲しいくらい上手じゃなく…
でも、回ったポイントでは亀を見られたり綺麗な海面を拝めたり、最高でした！

The phantom island was truly wonderful, living up to its name. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stunning views with some breaks of sunshine along the way. The sea was more beautiful than in Hawaii or Guam.

The afternoon marine sports were a lot of fun for my high school son and middle school daughter, as well as for us, a couple in our fifties! There was a heavy rain at one point that almost brought our spirits down, but the staff kept things lively and fun during that time, which made it enjoyable. The rain stopped quickly, and we resumed the activities! The staff really went all out to ensure we had a great time, creating wonderful memories. Everyone was kind and had a pleasant demeanor. Thank you so much!

As for what to bring, I forgot to pack drinks, so those participating in the future should be careful! (There are no vending machines near the departure point, so you can't buy anything.)

幻の島はその名に負けないくらい素晴らしかったです。天気が心配でしたが、途中晴れ間も見え、絶景を楽しめました。ハワイよりもグアムよりもきれいな海でした。
午後のマリンスポーツも、高校生の息子や中学生の娘はもちろん、私たちアラフィフ夫婦もとても楽しめました！途中大雨が降ってしまいテンション下がりそうになりましたが、スタッフさんがその間を楽しく明るく盛り上げてくださり、楽しめました。すぐに雨も止み、アクティビティ再開！とにかくスタッフさんが全力で楽しませくれたので、とても良い思い出となりました。みんな親切で好感の持てるステキな人たちでした。本当にありがとうございました！
持ち物として、飲み物を忘れてしまったので、これから参加される方は気をつけて下さい！(船が出航する付近では自販機などもなく、買えません)

This time the sea was rough, so we couldn't go snorkeling, but we were able to do the mangrove kayaking! We received various explanations and were able to take photos, making it a very enjoyable experience.

いろんな説明していただいたり、写真も撮っていただけてとても楽しい体験となりました。

This is an incredibly fulfilling tour where you can enjoy the ocean and then go on an adventure in a limestone cave! Unfortunately, snorkeling was affected by rain, but the water was clear and very beautiful. It seems that since Miyako Island has no rivers, the seawater doesn't get muddy even when it rains.

The Pumpkin Cave is accessed by canoe from the sea, and climbing up and exploring the spacious interior with a flashlight was full of adventure and really fun. It was also lovely that we had to bow twice when entering and exiting.

海の中を満喫した後、鍾乳洞を冒険しにいける超充実したツアーです！
シュノーケリングはあいにくの雨でしたが、海の中は澄んでいてとても綺麗でした(^^)
宮古島は川などが無いので、雨が降っても海水は濁りにくいみたいです。

パンプキン鍾乳洞はカヌーで移動して海から入るんですが、上までよじ登ったり中も広く懐中電灯で照らしたりと、冒険感満載ですごく面白かったです。
出入りの際は二拍一礼を必ずする所も素敵でした。

ガイドのゆうまさんも丁寧で楽しくガイドして下さり、終わったあとは、ツアー参加して本当良かったー！って改めて思いました！

I was finally able to go out recently and planned a trip to Okinawa for the first time in a while. It was my first time participating in an island tour, and the pickup was smooth, which I thought was great. In particular, I was very impressed by the underwater scenery I saw during the snorkeling tour. On the day of the tour, I also asked at the beach to try the banana boat as an option, and my companions and I ended up falling into the sea, which was a lot of fun. I think the strength of the tour is that you can go to the islands without worrying about transportation or meals, so I believe it was a really good tour.

最近ようやく外出ができるようになってきて、久しぶりに沖縄旅行を計画して来てみました。
初めての離島ツアー参加でしたが、ピックアップもスムーズで、とてもよかったと思います。特に、シュノーケルツアーで見た海中の景色がとてもよく感動しました。当日、ビーチの方にお願いしてオプションでバナナボートにも挑戦しましたが、同行者とともに盛大に海に落ち、非常に楽しかったです。移動や食事の心配なく離島に行けるのがツアーの強みだと思うので、とてもいいツアーだったと思います。

We participated in our honeymoon. It was our first time in Miyako Island, and we were worried about the weather since a typhoon was approaching, but we were able to enjoy clear skies without any issues.

When we stood in front of the limestone cave, we were moved by the power of nature and its history. The staff were friendly and shared various stories with us, providing detailed explanations about the cave, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Both my husband and I were extremely satisfied.

新婚旅行で参加しました。初めての宮古島で台風が近づいていることもあり、天気が心配でしたが無事に晴天で迎えることができました。
いざ、鍾乳洞を目の前にすると自然の力と歴史に感動しました。スタッフさんも気さくな方でいろいろお話ししてくれたり、鍾乳洞について詳しく説明してくれてより一層楽しむことができました。夫婦共に大満足でした。
