I received very kind and attentive service, which made for a fun and beneficial sightseeing experience. When I made the reservation, I thought I had rented a car for four people, so I was worried it would be cramped with four of us, but it turned out to be a spacious three-row seat vehicle, allowing us to travel comfortably. I was also very grateful for the flexibility in discussing the sightseeing locations, timing, and preferences. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to use this service. I realized that for sightseeing in Kyoto during the autumn leaves season, a chartered taxi is definitely the way to go.

The president of our business partner came to Japan from overseas, and since there was some free time between client visits, we decided to do some sightseeing in Kyoto. I wasn't confident in my ability to guide, and since the president is elderly, we requested an English-speaking driver, and Mr. Suzuki guided us.

Considering our wishes (a visit to Fushimi Inari Taisha was a MUST, and lunch around Gion at 11:30), he took us to hidden gems that even we, as Japanese, didn't know about. When we visited Fushimi Inari Taisha and Kinkaku-ji, he provided detailed explanations at key points, and the president of our business partner was so satisfied that he said he would bring his wife on his next visit to Japan.

If I have the opportunity to come to Kyoto with my family, I would like to ask Mr. Suzuki to guide us as well.

海外から取引先の社長が来日し、顧客訪問の合間の時間があったため、京都へ観光することに。私自身が案内できる自信がないのと、取引先の社長が高齢であったため、英語が話せるドライバーさんを指定し、鈴木様にご案内頂きました。

我々の希望（伏見稲荷大社訪問はMUST、11時30分から祇園あたりでランチ）を考慮していただき、日本人の我々ですら知らない穴場に連れてってくださり、また伏見稲荷大社や金閣寺を訪問した際も、要所要所で詳しく解説頂いき、取引先の社長も次回は妻を連れて来日すると、満足して帰国されました。

It seemed to be mainly a tour for foreigners, but they provided guidance in Japanese at key points, allowing me to enjoy it until the end. There was also plenty of free time, so I was very satisfied that I could use a taxi to explore places not included in the itinerary.

主に外国人向けのツアーだったようですが、要所要所で日本語での案内もしてくれたので、最後まで楽しむことが出来ました。
自由時間も多かったので、タクシーを利用してコースにないところを観光することも出来て大満足です。

It was a bus tour that took us around various sightseeing spots for the day. I was very satisfied because we were able to visit all the places I wanted to go. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and they were very kind, even taking photos for us. It was a great trip.

I requested a private tour for myself and my two elementary school children. Originally, we had planned for 5 hours, but due to the driver's extensive knowledge and wonderful consideration, we extended it by 2 hours. Based on the congestion situation, he helped us decide the order of our visits, allowing us to navigate efficiently.

Since it was our first time using a private taxi, I thought the driver would just take us around, but he accompanied us, providing various explanations and even recommending delicious restaurants, which made the experience incredibly enjoyable. My son became very attached to our guide, Matsui, and said, "I want to ride in Matsui's car again when we come back to Kyoto!" We had a fantastic time. Thank you very much!

小学生の子供2人とわたしとでお願いしました。元々5時間の予定でお願いしていましたが、知識が豊富でいらっしゃることと、気遣いが素晴らしくて2時間延長させていただきました。混雑状況などから、行く順番を決めてくださり効率的に回ることができました。

I chose this tour because I wanted to efficiently visit the main sightseeing spots in Kyoto in a short amount of time. The bus was clean, and the guide was very kind and attentive, which was great. If we had gone on our own, we wouldn't have been able to visit as many places, so it was really beneficial. The lunch was also in a nice location and delicious. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to efficiently visit the main attractions.

It had been several decades since my last school trip to Kyoto, so I wanted to participate in a tour of the classic sightseeing spots. The guide's explanations were clear and attentive, and I appreciated their consideration throughout the tour.

The bus driver was also very pleasant, which made it easy to enjoy the itinerary without any worries. Since I opted for lunch, we had a meal at Kiyomizu-dera, where the tempura was crispy, and I enjoyed traditional Japanese dishes like dengaku and yudofu.

We arrived at Kyoto Station on time for our return, which was great as it didn't interfere with my plans for the rest of the day. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

修学旅行以来、何十年ぶりの京都でしたので、王道観光地巡りをしたくて参加しました。ガイドさんの説明はわかりやすく、気配りも行き届いていました。
またバスの運転手さんも感じが良くて安心して旅程を楽しめました。
昼食付きにしたので、清水寺で食事をしたのですが、天ぷらはサクサク、田楽や湯豆腐など和食を堪能しました。
帰りも時間通りに京都駅に到着したので、そのあとの予定にもひびかずよかったです。

I participated with my mother, who has difficulty walking. I was very satisfied that we could visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. The tour was aimed at international guests, but most of the participants were Japanese. Our guide, EIKO, was great with her explanations and even took personal photos for us, which was very thoughtful! Since it was just the right season for school trips, I was glad that lunch was included as well. I would love to join again if I have the opportunity.

足の悪い母と参加しました。1日でいろんな観光地に行けて大変満足しました。ツアーは海外のお客さん向けですが、日本のお客さんがほとんどでした。ガイドのEIKOさんの説明や個人的に写真を撮ってくれるなどのお気遣いも良かったです！ちょうど修学旅行シーズンだったので昼食も付けておいて良かったです。また機会があれば参加したいです。

This tour was aimed at inbound tourists, but it seemed challenging for the guide since there were mostly Japanese participants. I thought it was a great plan to visit the main tourist spots in Kyoto. Despite being tight on schedule, we had enough time to enjoy the sights, and I was very satisfied. I had been to these places before, but I made new discoveries and had a fun day.

京都の主要な観光地を巡って、大変良い企画だと思いました。タイトでありながらも十分に観光できて大満足でした。今まで行ったことあったけど、新たな発見もあり、楽しく過ごせた1日でした。

We went sightseeing with two children and four adults. We made a reservation because we were anxious about taking the bus. It was quite crowded, but it was great that we could get close by taxi. I've been to Kyoto many times before, but it was very interesting to hear about spots I didn't know and their explanations. Since we had a one-year-old and a two-year-old, we were unsure about where to go, but thanks to the guidance we received, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing with peace of mind.

I was unable to make it to the meeting time due to a train delay. I was considering canceling and was almost ready to give up. However, thanks to the guide's quick thinking, I was able to join at Fushimi Inari and participate in the entire itinerary without any issues. I can only express my gratitude. The guide was easy to understand, and each part of the tour was impressive.

This time, I participated with a friend from Miyagi. We were able to visit famous tourist spots within a limited time. However, there were a lot of people everywhere, but the tour's yellow flag stood out, so we didn't get lost. We walked quite a distance, and by the time we reached Arashiyama, my legs were exhausted, but I was glad to see the wonderful sights of Kyoto.

Our tour guide, Maria, explained everything clearly in both English and Japanese. She was very friendly and considerate of each participant, which was great. Maria is the best!!

有名な観光地を限られた時間で行く事ができました。ただ、どこに行っても人がたくさんでしたが、ツアーの黄色い旗が目立って迷子にならずに済みました。結構な距離を歩いて、嵐山に行った時には足がくたくたでしたが、京都の素晴らしい観光地をみる事ができて良かったです。

It was a bus tour, so I was able to visit multiple spots without worrying about travel time. The bus ride was really comfortable. Our guide, Maria, was always attentive to my mother's condition as she uses a cane. Thank you very much.

The bus tour goes by in a flash at each landmark, and today was no different. The price is reasonable, but since we drove from Kanagawa, we could enjoy sightseeing without worrying about parking, which is definitely a plus of the bus tour. If you have the guide in the photo, there's a 120% guarantee you won't go wrong! I hope this is helpful.

金額はそれなりですが、神奈川から車で来たので中日は駐車場を気にせず、観光が出来るのは、やっぱり、バスツアーです。

It was very good to visit the main tourist spots with a guide, allowing us to make effective use of our limited time. The lunch menu was also satisfying.

主な観光地を、ガイドさんについてもらって、限られた時間で有効的に回れて、非常に良かった。昼食も満足できるメニューだった。

I participated in a tour with my parents in their 70s. The guide was very attentive, and they kindly took many great photos of the two of us. We were able to see and walk around famous spots in just one day, and they returned home very happy and satisfied.

It was hard to understand which bus to take! If the goal is to teach Japanese manners while sightseeing, I would have liked to see the guide apologize to everyone for being 15 minutes late. Also, I was surprised that while Japanese people tend to sit in the same spot once they take their seats, foreigners do not. The guide was very dedicated and tried hard to communicate in Japanese, and I felt a bit sorry for participating as a Japanese person, but it was fun. Next time, I want to study English and join!

日本のマナーとか教えたりしながら観光をする事が目的だとすれば、出発時間15分遅れて来たら、皆に一言謝る姿勢なども伝えてほしかった！また、1度座席に座れば、同じ場所に座るのが、日本人だが、外国の人は、そうではないのにびっくりしたのが、大きすぎて、ガイドも日本語で、がんばって接してくれていて日本人が一緒に参加して申し訳なかったですが、楽しかったです。今度は、英語を勉強してきて参加したいですね！

I visited Kyoto with my 2-year-old son. Since it was a holiday, everywhere was crowded. Although we made reservations without a plan, they suggested a zoo and an aquarium that would be enjoyable for a 2-year-old, while also considering my desire to do some sightseeing. They organized a plan that accommodated both of our needs.

During the drive, they provided various explanations and suggested lunch options. When we happened to not have a lunch reservation, they even waited in line for us while we stayed in the taxi, providing exceptional service. I felt like a VIP.

I truly appreciated it. I plan to visit Kyoto again next time, and I intend to request their services once more. Thank you very much.

無計画で予約をしましたが、2歳の子供の楽しめそうな動物園や水族館を提案してくださり、その中でも少しでも観光したいという私の思いも汲んでプランを組み立てて案内してくださいました。
運転中もいろいろ説明をしてくださったり、お昼ご飯を提案してくださいました。たまたま昼食の予約が取れずにいると、私たちをタクシーの中で待機させてくれている間に順番待ちまでしていただき、至れり尽くせりのガイド。気分はまるでVIP。
本当にありがたかったです。

I had a really great time. The tour guide was very kind, and while the walking was a bit fast, I understand it was necessary due to the crowds. However, I did get tired at the end in Arashiyama, and it was quite challenging for me to reach the bamboo grove (partly because it was hot...). I think it would be even better if we could split into two groups near the parking area: one for shopping and the other for exploring the bamboo grove. Thank you for your help. I would like to join a different tour again. Thank you, Maria!

It was a very enjoyable route that covered everything in one day. If I had to move around on my own, I would have been too tired to enjoy it. The English guide was easy to understand, and they also included explanations in Japanese, which made it a lot of fun.

The railroad crossing in front of Fushimi Inari Taisha was closed for over 30 minutes due to a JR issue, which disrupted our itinerary. However, aside from that, it was an enjoyable trip. If it weren't for the trouble, we might have had a bit more time to proceed with the other parts of our schedule. That was beyond our control, though. There were both foreigners and Japanese people, so the guide provided information in both English and Japanese. The guide was Japanese.

伏見稲荷大社前の踏切がJRのトラブルにより30分以上閉じた状態が続き、旅程通りに進めることができなかったがそれを除き、楽しい旅行となりました。
トラブルさえなければもう少し時間に余裕を持って他の工程を進めることができたのかもしれません。
それは不可抗力ですが。
外国人、日本人どちらもいたのでガイドさんは英語と日本語でガイドしていました。

Since we walk a lot, we appreciated being looked after and having someone check on us multiple times. Although we were the only ones from Japan, we were able to participate enjoyably.

I visited places that can only be accessed by car, and at each location, it was almost like having the place to myself. I truly appreciated the beauty of Kyoto once again.

I traveled to Kyoto with my elderly parents and younger sister, making it a group of four. We wanted to visit Enryaku-ji, Ohara, and Shimogamo Shrine, so we requested a sightseeing taxi for seven hours. Our driver, Matsui, was knowledgeable and had excellent conversational skills. Most importantly, he was very considerate towards my father, who has difficulty walking. We invited him to join us for lunch, but he said, "Since this is a family trip, I’ll let you enjoy it privately," and mentioned that he had brought his own lunch. While I believe the compatibility with the driver plays a role, I highly recommend Matsui. I think you can enjoy sightseeing that exceeds the price you pay.

高齢の両親と妹との4人での京都旅行でした。
延暦寺→大原→下賀茂神社を周りたく、7時間で観光タクシーをお願いしました。
ﾄﾞﾗｲﾊﾞｰの松井さんは知識も話術も巧みで、何より歩行に不安な父に対しての気配りが抜群でした。昼食もお誘いしましたが「せっかくの家族旅行なので水入らずで」との事で昼食はご持参されているとのことでした。
ドライバーさんとの相性ももちろんあると思いますが
松井さん、おすすめです。
お値段以上の観光が出来ると思います。
