The content was good, but I wanted to spend a little more time in Arashiyama. The bus meeting point was hard to find. I wish it could be made clearer. Even when I asked the staff at the bus meeting point, no one seemed to know about this company. This tour wasn't listed on the electronic bulletin board either. I had a really unpleasant experience from the morning.

内容は良かったのですが嵐山はもう少しゆっくりしたかった。
バスの集合場所が分かりづらいかった。
もう少しわかりやすくして欲しいです。
バスの集合場所に居る係員みたいな人に聞いても誰もこの会社の事をわからなかった。

グループ旅行でこの選択肢はありかも。5人以上なら、快適なアルファード選択でもバスツアーと変わらないお値段かと。
写真撮影ポイントで誰かのカメラで撮影はしてもらえるので、誰かが写真に写らないということもない。
また、運転手が専用ガイドになってくれるので、自分達だけで見て回るよりも、説明で時代背景なども分かりやすく旅が心に残ると思う。

The autumn leaves were stunning, and the scenery was so beautiful that even the driver was amazed. It was nice that he didn't talk too much but answered my questions accurately. At the end, he also shared some hidden spots in Kyoto, which was a lot of fun! Thank you very much!

This was our first time participating as a couple. There was indeed a lot of walking, but I think it's a great deal to be able to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama all in one day. The female tour guide was very kind, and her explanations were easy to understand, which was great.

初めての夫婦で参加させてもらいました。歩きは確かに多いのですが一日で稲荷大社、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山を観光出来るのはお得だと思います。添乗員の女性の方はとても親切で説明もわかりやすく良かったです。

This time, we traveled with my mother who has difficulty walking, along with relatives and children, so I requested a convenient way to move around. However, we received hospitality that exceeded our expectations, making our trip to Kyoto incredibly satisfying.

Within the limited time we had, we were carefully guided to Kiyomizu-dera, had lunch, and then visited Kinkaku-ji and Sanjusangendo. Despite the year-end crowds, we were taken to an inexpensive and delicious soba restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely lunch.

What made this trip truly special was seeing my mother so happy, creating wonderful memories for our family. If we have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely like to request your services. Thank you very much!

今回は足の悪い母親、親戚、子供たちでの旅行だったため、まとめて移動できると気軽な気持ちでお願いしましたが、期待以上なおもてなしをいただき、大満足の京都旅となりました。
限られた時間の中で、清水寺、ランチを挟んで金閣寺、三十三間堂と全て丁寧にガイドもしていただきました。
年末の混雑の中、お昼も安価で美味しいお蕎麦屋さんに連れて行っていただき、ゆっくりランチをすることができました。

Upon arrival, we received a phone call, and the driving was careful. They flexibly suggested sightseeing spots considering our visiting hours, and even included unexpected stops. As a result, we were able to finish on time, and all the members were very satisfied!

到着時に電話連絡も頂き、運転も丁寧、拝観時間を考慮して観光スポットを臨機応変に提案、突発の立ち寄りも含め、結果、時間通りに終えることができメンバーも大満足でした！！

I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted, including Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and the bamboo grove in Arashiyama! It took about from 9 AM to around 5:30 PM. If I had gone alone, I wouldn't have understood the buses and trains very well, so I think it was efficient to have someone guide me. The day flew by.

About 80% of the visitors were foreigners, and there were few Japanese people. The guide's explanations were in English first and then in Japanese. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were. It was great that the guide worked hard to explain everything. I walked about 17,000 steps in one day.

伏見神社、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山の竹林など行きたいところはほぼ行けました！
朝9時くらいから17時半くらいまでかかりました。
1人で行ったらバスや電車などよくわからないので効率よく、まわってもらえたと思います。1日があっという間でした。
８割は外国の方で日本人は少なかったです。
ガイドさんの説明も英語が最初でその後日本語でした。
外国の方が多くて驚きました。
ガイドさんが一緒懸命説明してくれてよかったです。1日で１万7000歩位歩きました。

A Long-Awaited Trip to Kyoto
I participated in this tour because I wanted to explore efficiently.
I've been coming to Kyoto since I was little, but this was my first time joining a tour.
I thought the guide's explanations and advice were very good.
When I informed them that I would be going my own way in Arashiyama, they kindly accepted, and I am very grateful for that.
I was a bit selfish, and I truly appreciate all the help I received. My first trip with my son was wonderful.

The autumn leaves taxi tour in Kyoto was truly a wonderful experience. During the autumn season, many places in Kyoto do not have available parking, so I highly recommend the taxi tour.

This time, I was upgraded from the reserved Serena to an Alphard, which was very comfortable.

I wanted to visit famous spots for autumn leaves in the outskirts of Kyoto, so I went to Rurikoin and Hōsen-in. When I received a confirmation call during the reservation, I was informed that Rurikoin requires a lottery application in advance, which was very helpful.

Although the peak of the autumn leaves had just passed, I still enjoyed it thoroughly. The reflection of the maple leaves on the lacquered table on the second floor of Rurikoin was enchanting, and I truly felt, "I'm glad I came." Next time, I want to visit again during the peak season and fully enjoy this "upside-down autumn leaves" experience.

At Hōsen-in, the admission fee included matcha, providing a calming moment along with the beautiful garden.

The stories about Kyoto's history shared by the driver were also fascinating, and my overall satisfaction with the tour was absolutely perfect.

京都の紅葉タクシーツアーは、本当に素敵な体験でした。紅葉シーズンの京都は駐車場が使用不可の場所も多いため、タクシーツアーが絶対おすすめです。

今回、予約していたセレナからアルファードにアップグレードされて、大変快適でした。

京都郊外の紅葉の名所を訪れたいと思い、瑠璃光院と宝泉院を回ったのですが、予約時に確認のお電話を頂いた際に、瑠璃光院は事前に抽選申込が必要だと教えてもらえて助かりました。

紅葉のピークは少し過ぎていたけれど、それでも十分楽しめて、瑠璃光院2階の漆塗りの机に映るモミジのリフレクションは幻想的で、「来てよかった」と心から感じました。次は紅葉の最盛期にもう一度訪れて、この“逆さ紅葉”をまた空間ごと堪能したいと思います。

宝泉院では拝観料にお抹茶が付いていて、庭園とともに心落ち着くひととき。

ドライバーさんから聞いた京都の歴史のお話も興味深く、ツアー全体の満足度は文句なしでした。

今回のツアー参加人数が少なかった事もあり、色々と雑学含め説明してもらい、一味違うツアー体験できました。

Due to the drastic temperature changes over the past few days, some of the places we had planned to visit had already passed their peak for autumn leaves. However, we were able to enjoy the fall foliage without getting caught in crowds by visiting alternative locations recommended by our driver. He was also considerate of my condition, being nine months pregnant, which allowed me to spend the day comfortably and safely. There were cushions provided in the car as well.

Our driver, Mr. Suzuki, was very knowledgeable and explained everything well, making for a very enjoyable seven hours. Additionally, due to the vehicle allocation on that day, we were upgraded to a beautiful Alphard, which was extremely comfortable. I would love to visit again during cherry blossom season.

この数日の寒暖差の激しさで、予定していた場所では紅葉の見頃が過ぎてしまった所もありましたが、運転手さんのおすすめの代替提案の場所をめぐり、混雑にも巻き込まれずに紅葉を堪能することができました。妊娠9ヶ月のわたしのことも気遣ってくださり、無理なく安全に過ごすことができました。車内にはクッションも用意してくださっていました。
運転手の鈴木さんは知識が豊富で説明もお上手で、とても楽しい7時間となりました。
また当日は配車の関係で車両をアップグレードしていただき、綺麗なアルファード大変快適に過ごせました。また桜の時期にも行きたいと思います。

During the busy autumn foliage season, I wanted to explore efficiently, so I used a chartered taxi for 7 hours.

The places I wanted to visit were Kiyomizu-dera, Rokuharamitsu-ji, Zenrin-ji, Ginkaku-ji, Kinkaku-ji, and Myoshin-ji. They even made a lunch reservation for me along the way, and not only was the movement smooth, but I was also very satisfied with the tour thanks to our driver Matsui, a former bus guide, who provided commentary during the trip.

I received advice for sightseeing after we parted ways and the following day, which allowed me to visit Byodoin by train on the same day.

I highly recommend taxi tours during busy periods, especially for groups. Additionally, the phone support when confirming reservations and meeting spots on the day was very kind.

Since our sightseeing destination was far from the city center of Kyoto, we used a taxi. I accidentally booked a driver who was guaranteed to be fluent in English, and I was wondering if they thought I was a foreigner while I waited. The driver occasionally mixed in some English while guiding us to our requested location. It was a fun trip filled with laughter. Thank you very much!

I requested this service to make effective use of the two hours I had before and after the memorial service. We started at Shoren-in Temple's Shogunzuka Daibutai, which is difficult to access without a car, and then visited the Keage Incline, Neziri Manpo, Nanzen-ji Temple's main gate, and Ninenzaka. The driver was very considerate, thinking about drop-off locations to avoid parking fees, and even showed us the stone walls of Toyokuni Shrine on the way to Kyoto Station. I really appreciated the excellent service.

法事の前後に2時間強の時間があり、有効に時間を使うために依頼しました。車でないと行きにくい青蓮院将軍塚大舞台から始まり、蹴上インクライン、ねじりまんぽ、南禅寺大門、二年坂と回りましたが、駐車場代がかからないよう乗降場所を考えてくださり、京都駅までの途中に豊国神社の石垣を見せてくださるなど、サービス精神にあふれたドライバーさんでした。大変お世話になりました。

It was a rainy day, but we visited the classic spots in Kyoto: Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama's Togetsukyo Bridge, and Tenryu-ji. These are definitely must-see items. The guide was also a polite and kind woman, which was great. I highly recommend it.

It was my first time participating in a solo trip to Kyoto. With the influx of tourists coinciding with the autumn foliage season, everywhere was crowded with people. Joining this bus tour allowed me to sightsee very efficiently. The guide was easy to talk to, and I think it's highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto. Next time I go, I definitely want to participate in a different tour.

The end time is stated to be around 5:30 PM, but when I participated, it was a busy time with many tourists, and it was 6:40 PM. I would like the tour company to specify the actual end times based on the last three years during busy tourist seasons in the future.
