From what I observed, it seems that you can visit the famous spots in Kyoto in just one day. However, the guidance is in English. If you have a bit of listening ability, I definitely recommend it. It's also a great learning experience with new discoveries. Thank you, Maria. Please guide me to another place next time.

見まわしたところ、京都の有名処を1日で回れるのはこれだけのようです。

I participated with my elementary school daughter. Despite the crowds during Golden Week, we were able to efficiently visit four places, which left us very satisfied. The traffic wasn't a major concern either.

Since there was a limit on the time spent at each location, I did feel a bit torn, but it was a tour that connected to what we want to do next time.

More than half of the participants were from overseas, and the guide explained everything in English, making it feel like we were on an international trip. It was also helpful that explanations were provided in Japanese (laughs).

I recommend this for beginners in Kyoto sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

小学生の娘と二人で参加しました。GWの混み合う中でしたが、京都初心者には効率良く4箇所も回れて、大満足です。渋滞も気になる程ではありませんでした。
1箇所の滞在時間に限りがある為、後ろ髪引かれる思いはありましたが、次回はこうしようと次に繋がるツアーでした。
参加者の半分以上海外の方で、ガイドの方も英語で説明され、海外旅行に来たかと勘違いしそうなレベルでした。日本語でも説明頂いたので、助かりました(笑)

Family trip with two elementary school children and parents
We were picked up in front of the hotel, communicated the places we wanted to visit, and had a great time exploring! We also left lunch up to the driver, who introduced us to excellent Japanese cuisine.
Additionally, since we had a little extra time, we were taken to a place that wasn't originally on the itinerary.
The explanations at each sightseeing spot were also fantastic!

It would have been impossible for our family to have such a fulfilling sightseeing experience during Golden Week on our own, so it was definitely the right decision to ask for help. We will absolutely request this again next time!

This time, it was my first visit to Kyoto in over a decade. With COVID finally settling down, it was a long-awaited family trip, and I wanted to explore as much as possible! However, I thought it would be unavoidable to deal with crowds, so I chose the bus tour from LIMON. This was a great decision. It was an unusually hot day, but I was able to cool off on the bus while enjoying the guide's entertaining stories, and we visited many famous spots, which left me very satisfied. My son, who is in the first year of middle school, was also very interested as he could listen to explanations in both Japanese and English. I would recommend this tour to students as well.

Additionally, I was impressed by the attentive service, such as collecting trash on the bus and offering to take photos at tourist spots. I'm grateful to LIMON! (I want to go on a tour with JEWEL again… Good luck!)

今回、十数年ぶりの京都でした。
コロナがやっとおさまり、家族旅行も久しぶり、せっかくなら、あちこち回りたい！しかし混雑は避けられないと思い、LIMONさんのバスツアーを選びました。
これが大正解。尋常ではない暑さでしたが、バスで涼みながら、ガイドさんの楽しいお話も聞けて、名所も沢山回れて、大満足です。
中1の息子も、日本語と英語の説明を聞けて、興味津々。学生さんにもおすすめしたいツアーでした。

他にも、車内のゴミ集めや、観光スポットでの写真など、よく声をかけて頂き、サービスが行き届いていると感心しています。LIMONさんに感謝！

I utilized the busy two days of Golden Week from May 2nd to 3rd. On the first day, we met at the Kyoto Bus Terminal, and with a lot of luggage, we comfortably traveled as a family of four in a Serena. We were guided to temples and gardens in the desired Shugakuin area. The explanations were excellent, and they taught us efficiently, even taking family photos at various spots, making for a relaxing and fulfilling day. The soba restaurant for lunch was also fantastic. In the evening, we were taken to our hotel near Kiyomizu-dera, and the next morning, we visited Kiyomizu-dera at 6 AM when it was less crowded. After that, we were picked up at 9 AM and leisurely visited Ninna-ji and Myoshin-ji, and after having a parent-child rice bowl, we were guided to Tenryu-ji, the Bamboo Grove, and Nonomiya Shrine in Arashiyama, despite the crowds during Golden Week. I was surprised by the number of foreigners in the town, but they managed a schedule that would have been impossible with a rental car, allowing us to fully enjoy our holiday. Our previous family taxi trip to Nagasaki in the fall was good, but this time it was even more fulfilling. I would like to use this service again.

5月2日から3日までのゴールデンウィークの混んでる2日間利用しました。初日は、京都バスターミナルで待ち合わせし、荷物も多くゆったりとセレナで家族4人で、希望の修学院方面の寺社やお庭の案内をしていただきました。説明がすごく上手で、手際よく教えていただき、スポットで家族写真も撮っていただき、のんびり充実した1日でした。お昼案内のそば屋さんも最高でした。夕方清水寺付近のホテルまで送って頂き、翌朝6時開門の、空いてる時間に清水寺参拝した後、9時に迎えに来ていただき、仁和寺と妙心寺をゆっくり拝観し、親子丼を食べた後、ゴールデンウィークで混雑していましたが、嵐山の天竜寺、竹林、野々宮神社を案内して頂きました。町並みに、外国人が多いのに驚きましたが、レンタカーではとても無理なスケジュールをこなして頂き、休日を堪能できました。前回秋の長崎タクシー家族旅行もよかったですが、今回さらに充実していました。また利用したいです。

I came from Hokkaido. I knew that most of the participants would be foreigners because I read experiences in advance, but there were indeed many.
This was the only bus tour that allowed us to visit four famous spots in one day, so I signed up.
It was May 1st, and even though it was a holiday, the roads were surprisingly clear since it was a weekday, and we arrived at Kyoto Station safely at 5:10 PM, even though the initial announcement was around 5:30 to 5:45 PM.
The guide provided information in both English and Japanese, and their language skills were amazing.
I made a mistake at the meeting point in Arashiyama and had to call the guide for directions, which caused me to be cutting it close on time. I truly felt that participating in this tour was a great decision.

北海道から来ました。外国人の方が大半なのは、事前に体験談を読んだのでわかっていましたがほんとに多かったです。
一日で、4名所を回れるバス観光は、このツアーしかありませんでしたので、申し込みました。
5月1日でしたが、連休とはいえ平日だったせいか道路も意外と空いており終了時間は、当初5時30分〜45分頃とのアナウスでしたが、5時10分に無事京都駅に到着しました。
ガイドさんの案内は英語と日本語の両方でされており、語学力すごいです最高でした。
嵐山で、集合場所を間違って、ガイドさんに電話して、案内していただき、時間ギリギリになり迷惑をかけてしまいました。本当にこのツアーに参加して良かったと思いました。

During the cherry blossom season, Kyoto is overflowing with tourists, so I requested this sightseeing taxi to take my elderly family members around. Unlike buses, we didn't have to wait in line for transportation, and we were able to go to the places we wanted to visit, which was very helpful! Since there were many of us, they arranged for a jumbo taxi instead of a Serena, allowing us to sit comfortably, and my parents, who have difficulty walking, were very grateful. 桜の季節、観光客で溢れている京都で、高齢者を連れて観光するのにこちらの観光タクシーを頼みました。

I was able to board smoothly at Kyoto Station on time. The suggested sightseeing route was a bit rough, but I was satisfied. I visited Enryaku-ji, Shisendo, and a temple associated with Murasaki Shikibu, and finally went to Nishiki Market before being taken back to my hotel. I am grateful for the service. I would definitely like to use it again on my next opportunity.

I thought that 80% of the participants were foreigners, so I assumed it was for international travel. I didn't expect to be able to converse in English while sightseeing in Kyoto.

This is my fourth time using Koshin Taxi, including one arranged by a friend. Thanks to K's wonderful driving and guidance, our sightseeing in Kyoto exceeded expectations once again. This time, I brought along an American couple, and they highly appreciated K's guidance, expressing great joy at being able to thoroughly enjoy Shisendo and Enkoji. They took many photos, creating great memories. K is very knowledgeable, and other tourists even asked for permission to listen to his explanations as well. Not only did we drive around, but we also passed through cherry blossom avenues, willow-lined paths, and residential areas, which were a feast for the eyes. We participated as a couple on April 5th. We were informed in advance that most of the bus passengers were foreigners and that the guide's announcements would prioritize English, which made us feel a bit blue. However, the attentiveness of our guide, Maria, was wonderful, and she frequently checked in with us at the sightseeing spots, making it a memorable experience. We will use this service again if we have the opportunity. Thank you, Maria.

4月５日に夫婦で参加しました。バスの同乗者が、ほぼ外国人の方でガイド案内も英語優先になると事前に伝えられ、少々ブルーな気分になりました。しかしガイドのマリアさんの気配りが素晴らしく、観光地でも度々声掛けをしていただき楽しい思い出となりました。また機会があれば利用します。マリアさんありがとう。

We were able to go to the desired route, but the guide mentioned that they would make a group reservation for us to enter Kinkaku-ji, and they asked for the children's ages. Even though I told them my child is a middle school student, they immediately asked my child, "How old are you?" to confirm. Since the answer was the same as mine, the guide chuckled a bit.

I felt very uncomfortable about that interaction, especially since I wasn't lying as a parent. Even after returning from the trip, I am still filled with unpleasant feelings about that response. I have never experienced such treatment with other tour companies.

希望のルートへは行けましたが、金閣寺へ入館する為ガイドさんが団体申し込みをしてくださるとの事で子供の年齢を聞かれ親が中学生ですと伝えて居るのにその側ですぐさま子供に年齢は幾つ？と言い確認しておりました。
親と同じ答えなのでガイドさんはクスッと笑っておりました。
親が嘘を言ってるわけでもなくお伝えしたのに、旅行から帰ってからもあの対応に不愉快な気持ちで一杯です。
他のツアー会社でもこの様な扱いはされた事がありませんでした。

It was a sightseeing trip with four aunts, and the driver was very kind and took many photos, which became great souvenirs of the trip. I was very satisfied with using the sightseeing taxi.

おばさん四人の観光でしたが、運転手さんが、親切で沢山写真を撮ってくれ　旅の良いみやげになりました。観光タクシーを利用して大変満足しました。

The tour guide was approachable, very kind, and it was great. There are set meeting times at each sightseeing location, but they pass relatively quickly, so I think it's best to confirm any places you definitely want to visit in advance (including regular shops and many stalls, which can be confusing!).

添乗員の方が接しやすく、とても親切で良かったです。各観光場所で集合時間が決まっているのですが、わりとすぐに経つので必ず行きたい場所などは事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思います（普通のお店を含め屋台なども沢山あるので迷ってしまいます！）

This was my first time sightseeing in Kyoto with my wife, and it was a one-day bus tour for us after 40 years. We arrived at the meeting place an hour early and waited for the guide to check in. Even 15 minutes before the start, no one had arrived at the designated meeting point on the map (Hachijo-guchi Bus Terminal).

In a hurry, I called the emergency contact, and they asked if there was anyone in a yellow happi nearby. Looking around, I spotted three people in yellow happi about 30 meters away, so I went over. A large number of participants had already gathered there. However, there was no sign for "Veltra," and the staff with "LIMON" written on their backs were checking in. You might think, "It’s just 30 meters away, how could you not find it?" but when you're in an unfamiliar place, it's hard to spot something even if you're close to the indicated location on the map. I might be being a bit unreasonable, but the tour schedule ended up being significantly delayed by over an hour, causing us to miss our dinner reservation, and we had to leave the tour during the last sightseeing stop in Arashiyama, unable to participate in the bus ride back to Kyoto Station.

I walked over a kilometer from JR Saga-Arashiyama back to JR Kyoto Station on my own. I even paid for train fare that wouldn’t have been necessary if I had returned with the tour. Other participants on different days have also commented that they wished they had been informed of the final disbanding time during the tour.

Above all, if you are conducting sightseeing tours every day, you should plan the sightseeing schedule with more flexibility! Since "Veltra" is used by many people around the world, I let my guard down and failed to manage the risk of lost time. Unfortunately, my initial impression of the tour's potential was confirmed by the error at the meeting point.

I don't think I will be able to participate again, but I hope our disappointment leads to improvements for future participants, allowing everyone to enjoy a better sightseeing experience in Kyoto!

今回は初めて京都観光をする妻と私は40年ぶりの京都1日バスツアーでした。
最初に集合場所に1時間前に到着しガイドの点呼を待っていました。15分前になっても誰も地図の集合場所（八条口バス乗降場）には来ませんでした。
あわてて緊急連絡に電話すると近くに黄色いハッピの者はいませんか？と言われて見渡すと約30ｍ離れたあたりに黄色のハッピの方が３名見えたので行って見ました。既に大勢の参加者が集まっていました。しかしそこには「ベルトラ」の表示はなく「ＬＩＭＯＮ」と黄色のハッピの背中に書かれたスタッフが点呼していました。結果で見ると「たかが30ｍぐらいの離れた場所ぐらいわかるだろう」とおっしゃるでしょうが、初めて訪れる土地で、自分は案内地図の示された場所にピンポイントにいれば少し離れてもなかなか見つけられないものです。甘えているかもしれませんがツアーのスケジュールも最終的には大幅に1時間以上遅れ夜の食事処の予約に間に合わなくなり最後の嵐山観光の途中でツアーを離れてツアーバスでの京都駅解散まで参加できませんでした。
1㎞以上歩いてＪＲ嵯峨嵐山からＪＲ京都駅に自分で戻りました。
ツアーで戻れば必要ない電車賃も払いました。
このツアーの別日の参加者の方もコメントされていましたが、ツアーの途中案内で最終解散時間を連絡してほしかったです。
なにより毎日観光ツアーしているのなら観光時間スケジュールをもっとゆとりをもって組むべきでしょう！
世界中のたくさんの方が利用しているＶＥＬＴＲＡ”なので、私もつい安心してロスタイムの危機管理ができていませんでした。
ツアーの始まり（集合場所）の誤差からツアーのポテンシャルが低そうな予感が当たってしまい残念でした。
この先、何度も参加はできないと思いますが「私共の残念」がこれからのツアー参加者様達に改善されて皆様がより良い京都観光ができますように！

I was able to efficiently visit various tourist spots just by taking the bus. There were many international visitors, and I had a great time. The weather was also perfect, making it the best day. The guide's explanations were good as well.

バスに乗るだけで色々な観光地を効率よく行く事ができました。海外の方も多く、楽しめました。天気にも恵まれ、最高の1日でした。ガイドの方の説明も良かったです。

Two-thirds of the participants were from overseas. Everyone gathered on time, and I felt they were participating in line with Japanese customs. It was great to visit popular spots like a school trip. I admired the tour guide's English skills. It was fun and also a good opportunity to study English!

3分の2が海外からの方でした。時間も守って集合して、日本事情に合わせて参加していると思いました。修学旅行のように人気スポットをまわれてよかったです。添乗員さんの英語力を尊敬しました。英語の勉強にもなって楽しかった！

The guide was doing their best, but the advertising content and pamphlet were unhelpful.

1️⃣ The ending time is incorrect. When I asked the operating company, Limone, they said the scheduled end time was 17:25. However, in the explanation from Veltra, it states 17:00. By the way, when I participated, we ended around 18:20. The day before, it was said to be 18:45. During busy periods, it seems that delays can be this significant. I wish this had been explained at the very beginning. The guide also did not mention this point.

2️⃣ Whether you include tickets for Kiyomizu Temple and Kinkaku-ji or not, there are inconveniences. If you do not choose the lunch option, you can only go buy tickets after seeing the lunch option participants seated at the restaurant.

Also, if you do not choose it, you cannot enter with the group, so during busy periods, it becomes quite difficult to buy tickets on your own.

3️⃣ It seemed like a tour aimed at foreigners, with English being the main language. This was not mentioned in the explanation.

ガイドさんは頑張っていらっしゃいましたが、
広告内容、パンフレットが不親切です。

1️⃣終了時間が間違ってます。
催行会社リモンさんに伺ったところ17:25終了予定とのことでした。ベルトラさんの説明には、17:00解散とあります。
ちなみに、わたしが参加した時は解散は18:20ごろでした。前日は、18:45だったそうです。混んでいる時期はこれくらい大幅に遅れるとのことでした。一番最初に説明して欲しかったです。この点はガイドさんも説明されてませんでした

2️⃣清水寺と金閣寺のチケットを込みにした場合もしなかった場合も不便が生じます。
ランチオプションをつけなかった場合は、ランチオプションの人がレストランに着席したのを見届けてからしか、チケットを買いに行けません。

また、つけなかった場合は、団体と一緒に入れないため、繁忙期には、自分でチケットを買いに行くのが大変になります。

3️⃣外国人向けツアーのようでほぼ英語がメインでした。そんなことは説明に書いてなかったです

1. There was no prior notice regarding the tour for foreigners!
2. The expected final arrival time of the tour was not aligned between Veltra and L LIMON.

①外国人向けツアーとの事前案内がなかった！
②ツアー最終到着予定時刻がveltra様とL LIMON様間で整合が取れていなかった。

非常に価値のあるツアーで、日本のすべてのゲストにお勧めします。ガイドの名前はトシだったと思いますが、彼は知識が豊富で、ユーモアがあり、英語も上手でした。たくさんのことを学び、将来またこの体験を繰り返したいと思います。

It was a very valuable tour and I would recommend it to all guests of Japan. Toshi (I believe that was the name of the guide) was knowledgeable, humorous, and spoke English well. I learned a lot and would like to repeat the experience someday in the future.

At the end of March, I took a one-day bus tour. Fushimi Inari Shrine was crowded, but I was able to visit. However, the next stop, Kiyomizu-dera, was delayed by an hour due to bus congestion, and we arrived in Arashiyama at 5 PM. I only saw the bamboo grove, which was really disappointing. If congestion was expected, I wish they had considered skipping one sightseeing spot. The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable, which was the only satisfying part. Also, lunch was all pre-prepared, and there wasn't much time, so I couldn't even have a beer. I think I won't book a bus in Kyoto again.

3月末に1日バスバイクをしました。伏見稲荷神社は人が多かったですが見学できました。しかし次の清水寺はバスが混雑で動かす予定より1時間遅れそして嵐山に着いたのは5時　　見たのは竹林だけ　　すごく残念で仕方ない混雑が予定されているなら見学地を一つ削るとか工夫が欲しかったです。添乗員さんはすごく優しく詳しかった。そこだけは満足あと昼食はすべて作り置きで時間も少なくビールも飲めなかった。京都のバスはまあ予約しないと思う。

I was surprised by the number of foreign travelers participating, which was more than I expected. Since the guide's language was primarily English, it was a very good experience, especially for children (elementary school students). I felt like I was traveling abroad while being in Kyoto, which was a great bonus!!

想像以上に外国人旅行者の参加が多く驚きました。ガイド言語も基本的には英語だったので、特に子供（小学生）にとって非常に良い経験となりました。京都にいながら海外旅行をしている気分を味わえて得した気分です!!

We used the service for two consecutive days on a family trip. (It may depend on the timing, but) the same tour guide accompanied us! It was a long journey, but they were with us at every location, providing explanations about history and guiding us to dining places. Everything was flexible and smooth, truly perfect. During the tourist season, places can get crowded, and I was worried about how my elderly family members would manage sightseeing and moving around on their own, but I was impressed that we could leave everything to them, avoiding the hassle of constantly checking our phones for directions!

The day before our meeting, we received a confirmation call, which was reassuring. They also responded quickly to sudden changes in the meeting location, and I felt a strong sense of "customer focus" in everything they did. It was our first family trip, and thanks to everyone at Koshin Taxi, it became a lifelong memory! Thank you very much. I would like to use your service again when I visit Kyoto!

家族旅行で2日連続利用。（タイミングにもよるかもしれないが）同じ添乗員さんがついてくださいました！長丁場でしたが全ての箇所で同行してくださり歴史の説明や、食事処への案内など全てが臨機応変且つスムーズで本当に完璧でした。観光シーズンだと各所混雑で自力での観光や移動は年配の家族には負担が大きくどうしようかと思っていましたが、全てお任せができるので、道検索などでのスマホと睨めっこしての観光じゃないことに感動しました！

It had been decades since I last visited Kyoto. I was with people from various countries, but it didn't bother me at all, and I was able to participate at my own pace, which was great. It's easier to join a sightseeing bus than to drive ourselves to the tourist spots!

I don't think I could have visited so many tourist spots in one day on my own! Even though it was an English-based tour, they explained everything in Japanese as well, so I had no trouble at all and was able to create wonderful memories. 自分ではこれだけたくさんの観光地を、1日で回ること出来なかったと思います！英語ベースのツアーですと言いながらも、日本語でもちゃんと説明してくれるので、困る事は一つもなく、とても良い思い出を作る事ができました。今回、お昼付きのツアーでしたが、お昼の御膳も美味しくてお腹いっぱいの大満足でした！他の旅でもまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました！
