I was very satisfied as I was able to efficiently visit many sightseeing spots. However, I wish I had a little more time at Tomita Farm. Since this tour doesn't include lunch, I wanted to buy something at the farm, but it was crowded and I didn't have time for that, so I think it's better to buy a proper lunch before getting on the bus. Although there wasn't a guide, the female tour attendant was wonderful. She also provided information about gourmet spots in Sapporo, which was helpful. If you want to explore a lot efficiently, I recommend this tour.

効率良く沢山の名所観光ができ、大変満足しました。ただ富田ファームはもう少しだけ時間あったら良かったなぁ。このツアーお昼ついてないのでファームで買いたかったけど、混んでてその時間もなかったので、バス乗る前にしっかりお昼を買って乗り込んだ方がいいと思います。ガイドさんはついていませんが女性の担当添乗員さんが素晴らしかったです。札幌市内のグルメなども教えてくれて、助かりました。たくさん効率良く周りたいなら、オススメです。

This tour is quite intense, with no time for lunch, so preferences may vary. For someone like me who enjoys long drives in my own car, this tour was perfect. The lavender fields in Furano, the Blue Pond in Biei, and the Shirahige Falls all offered stunning views. July is probably the best season, but late June had fewer tourists, allowing for a more leisurely visit. Although the time spent on the bus is longer, the refreshing scenery from the windows typical of Hokkaido made the experience enjoyable. I think it's ideal for those who can't take a long vacation and want to see several attractions in one day.

このツアーは昼食時間も無い、ハードな内容で好みが分かれると思います。
普段から自分の車で長距離ドライブを楽しんでいる私にはピッタリのツアーでした。
富良野のラベンダー畑、美瑛の白金青い池、白ひげの滝どれをとっても最高の景色でした。7月が最高の季節でしょうが、６月後半はまだ観光のお客さんが少なくゆっくり見学できました。
バスに乗っている時間の方が長いツアーですが、北海道らしい車窓から眺める
景色も爽快で楽しく過ごせました。
長期休暇が取れず、１日で数か所観光したい方に最適と思います。

I used to visit Hokkaido often with the Adult Holiday Club, but it had been a while due to the pandemic. The schedule was just right. I met a Japanese marsh deer at Lake Akan! Thank you for the wonderful time.

I was able to see the wonderful nature of Lake Mashu, which is often said to be shrouded in mist, without any fog. I also enjoyed the hot springs, and I am very satisfied. I plan to use this service again.

よく霧がかかっていると言う摩周湖が霧もなく、素晴らしい大自然を見ることができました。温泉にも入ることができて、大満足です。また、利用させていただこうと思います。

Since it was the height of the lavender season, I was worried about traffic even on a weekday. There was indeed a parking lot traffic jam at the Blue Pond, but I was dropped off along the way and was able to enjoy sightseeing without waiting. At Shikisai no Oka and Tomita Farm, they also taught me how to get around and knew about back roads and hidden flower fields, allowing me to take great photos in places with hardly any other tourists. They provided various explanations during the trip, making it a fun experience. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

ラベンダーシーズン真っ只中だったので、平日とはいえ渋滞が心配でした。青い池はやはり駐車場渋滞がありましたが、途中で降ろしていただき、待たずに観光できました。四季彩の丘や富田ファームも周り方を教えてくださったり、裏道や穴場の花畑をご存知だったりして、他の観光客がほとんどいない所でいい写真も撮れました。道中いろいろご説明もいただいて、楽しく過ごせました。またの機会がありましたら利用したいと思います。

It was not just a means of transportation; I learned a lot about Hokkaido from the bus guide. I was able to enjoy my time on the bus without getting bored. I would like to participate again!

I was glad to efficiently visit the spots I wanted to see. I think it depends on the driver, but there wasn't much hospitality, like simple guidance from inside the car or having someone take photos for us. If that had been included, it would have been perfect!

I understood that there would be some time constraints on the bus tour, but 90 minutes at Asahiyama Zoo was too short.

The animals are not always in easily visible spots, so while we were searching for them, time kept slipping away, and there were animals we couldn't see, which left the kids feeling disappointed.

The all-you-can-eat melon was delicious!

バスツアーなので、ある程度時間制限がある中で楽しまないといけないのはわかってはいましたが、
旭山動物園の９０分は短すぎました。

動物も常に見やすいところにいる訳ではないので、「どこ？どこ？？」と探してるうちにどんどん時間がなくなってきて、見られなかった動物もあり、子どもたちは残念そうでした。

メロンの食べ放題は美味しかったです♪

I used a chartered taxi for 5 hours, departing from Asahikawa Station at 9:30. Upon arrival at Asahikawa Station, I was welcomed with a sign at the ticket gate, making it easy to meet up.

It was nearly 30°C that day, but we were able to efficiently visit the Patchwork Hills in Biei, the Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and the lavender fields in Furano in a taxi with air conditioning, resulting in a very satisfying trip.

The benefits of requesting a chartered taxi instead of using a rental car are as follows:
- You can relax from the fatigue and tension of driving and focus on sightseeing.
- When returning to the parking lot from tourist spots, the interior of the car is not stuffy, so you don't expend unnecessary energy.
- A knowledgeable driver can select the best route based on the day's traffic conditions, which can help avoid congestion.
- The driver provides various sightseeing information and can suggest schedules, allowing for a smooth tour of the attractions.

I believe a chartered taxi is also recommended for those traveling with children. Biei and Furano do not have well-developed public transportation, making it challenging to visit spontaneously, so please consider choosing a chartered taxi as an option for your travel destination.

旭川駅9:30出発で5時間貸切利用しました。
旭川駅到着時には改札でボードを持ってお出迎えいただき、スムーズに合流できました。

当日は30℃近い暑さでしたが、冷房の効いたタクシーで美瑛のパッチワークの丘、青い池、白ひげの滝、富良野のラベンダー畑を効率よく回ることができ、大満足の旅行となりました。

レンタカー利用ではなく貸切タクシーをお願いするメリットは以下の通りです。
・運転による疲労や緊張から解放され、観光に集中できる
・観光地から駐車場に戻ってきたとき、車内が蒸し風呂状態になっていないため、体力を消耗せずに済む
・地の利を得たドライバーが当日の交通状況に合わせて最適なルート選定をしてくれるため、渋滞を回避できることもある
・ドライバーがいろいろな観光情報を教えてくれて、スケジュールの提案もしてくれるので無理なく観光地を回れる

貸切タクシーはお子さん連れの方にもオススメできると思いました。美瑛や富良野は公共交通機関が充実しておらず、ふらっと行くにはハードルが高い場所ですが、ぜひ貸切タクシーを選択肢に入れて、旅行先に選んでみてください。

It was my first time taking the bus and I didn't know the location. The kind bus staff helped me! I felt at ease. The bus was cool, and it was a good trip.

On the middle day of the three-day weekend, with clear skies and lavender in its best season, I participated thinking there would be quite a crowd and delays. However, thanks to the quick thinking of the driver and tour guide, we were able to switch the order of visiting the Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, and Tomita Farm, allowing us to stay on schedule.

I appreciated that they allocated more time for our stay at Tomita Farm.

In the morning, I was advised to buy rice balls from a convenience store near the hotel for lunch, which turned out to be a great decision!

Also, the tour guide provided accurate advice, such as suggesting to use the restroom at a different location to avoid the crowd, which allowed us to enjoy our time without waiting.

Despite it being high season, we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and purchase local gourmet food.

The kind tour guide stood in an easy-to-find spot to guide us, ensuring that the nearly full bus of passengers could find the boarding location, and even encouraged passengers to take photos. They were attentive to the situation inside the bus as well.

The wonderful drivers skillfully navigated narrow roads and crowded parking lots to take us to the sightseeing spots safely.

I had a very enjoyable time visiting various places. Thank you!

三連休の中日、快晴、ラベンダーのベストシーズンという状況で、かなり混雑や遅れが見込まれるかなと思いながら参加しましたが、運転手さんと添乗員さんの機転で、青い池＆白ひげの滝と富田ファームの順番を入れ替えてくださったことで、どこも時間通りに回ることが出来ました。
富田ファームの滞在時間を長めにとってくださったことがありがたかったです。

朝、お昼はこのホテル近くのコンビニで買った方が良いとのアドバイスでおにぎりを買っていきましたが、大正解でした！

また、ここのトイレは混むのであっちで入った方がよいなど、添乗員さんの的確なアドバイスのおかげで、待たずに楽しめました。

ハイシーズンにも関わらず、風景を楽しみつつ、写真を撮り、その場所のグルメを購入する時間も十分あってよかったです。

ほぼ満席の乗客を観光地まで連れていきつつ、暑い中、乗車場所が分かるようにわかりやすい場所に立って案内したり、乗客の写真撮影にお声がけくださったり、車内の状況にも心を配っていただいた、優しい添乗員さん。
とても細い道や混雑した駐車場でも、すごいテクニックと安全運転で観光地にお連れくださった素敵な運転手さんたち。
とても楽しく色々なところを回ることができました。

I was guided to a recommended lavender field before reaching my first choice, Tomita Farm. I was also taken to a direct melon shop, where I could enjoy delicious melons that were cheaper than those typically found at tourist spots. The driver was very gentle and a wonderful person. I'm really glad I made this request! Thank you very much!

The Kushiro Wetlands can be seen from the train window. The time for sightseeing at each lake is just right. Lunch break is at the last Lake Akan, which lasts about two hours. The Marimo Ramen, featured in magazines, was delicious. If you want to take a cruise on Lake Akan or spend a bit more time there, you can return to Kushiro on a slightly later bus instead of taking the Pirika. A nice souvenir after the tour is the rare Marimo Yokan, which makes for a great gift.

釧路湿原は車窓。それぞれの湖での下車観光の時間はちょうど良い時間です。お昼休憩は最後の阿寒湖で。２時間ほどあります。雑誌にも掲載されたことのあるまりもラーメン美味しかったです。もし阿寒湖のクルーズに乗りたい場合やもう少し阿寒湖で過ごしたい場合はピリカ号で帰ってくる代わりに少し遅い出発の路線バスで釧路に戻れます。　ツアー終了後の気持ちのプレゼント　マリモ羊羹が珍しくてナイスなお土産です

We were discussing visiting the Blue Pond, Farm Tomita, and Ningle Terrace, and I appreciated that you asked about our plans for tomorrow. You suggested taking a taxi today since transportation can be challenging, and you provided helpful information that the Norokko train stops at Lavender Farm Station during this season, making it easy to reach Farm Tomita by train and walk from there.

You also took us to various places as much as possible, and in just six hours from our hotel in Asahikawa, we were able to visit:

- Ken and Merry Tree
- Takumakan (which wasn’t on our original plan, but I’m glad we went!)

We were guided by a veteran guide who made the experience enjoyable, and there were many laughs in the vehicle. Although there are time constraints due to the tour, the guide provided us with highlights and recommendations for souvenirs and local cuisine before we got off at each stop, allowing us to see everything efficiently. I realized that participating in a tour can be beneficial, as we received explanations and information that we wouldn't have heard if we had gone on our own.

ベテランと思われるガイドさんに楽しく案内していただき、車内で何度も笑いが起きていました。
ツアーなので時間に制約はありますが、各所の見所やおすすめのお土産・グルメなどのポイントを降車前に教えてくださるので、効率良く見て回ることが出来ました。個人で行くと聞けないような解説や情報を教えていただけるので、ツアーに参加してみるのも良いものだなと思いました。

I took a taxi to Mount Hakodate. The ropeway and bus were crowded, so the taxi was comfortable. Also, the driver told me about a hidden spot for the night view, and I was able to see the night scenery perfectly. The driver was very kind and even took pictures for me. I was very grateful.

I participated with my mother. We were overwhelmed by the full bloom of the lavender and the power of the Blue Pond. The driver ensured safe driving, and many of us, including my mother and me, were sound asleep during the trip. The tour guide was a man, and his consideration and explanations were wonderful. We were able to visit various places consistently, and I would like to use this bus tour again.

This time, I had many places I wanted to visit in Asahikawa, Biei, and Furano, and I wanted to cover them all in one day, so I requested a private taxi. When I made the reservation, I wasn't sure how many hours I should book to visit all these places, and since I wasn't familiar with the area, I sent an email asking for guidance on time allocation. I was relieved to receive a prompt response. Additionally, I appreciated the confirmation call the day before. It was unfortunate that it rained on the day, but the driver was very courteous throughout. I was happy to receive various information! Although we ended up going about an hour over the reserved time due to the number of places and the time spent at each location, I was very satisfied that we managed to visit all the places I wanted to see. I truly appreciate the kind approach of wanting to ensure we visited everything. Thank you for a wonderful time!

今回旭川、美瑛、富良野と自分の行きたい場所が沢山あり、それを1日で全部回りたかったのでこちらの貸切タクシーをお願いしました。予約の際この箇所を全部回るには一体何時間の貸切で予約をしたらいいのか？と、土地勘もないため時間配分の目処が立たず質問のメールを送らせて頂きましたが、すぐにお返事が来たので助かりました。又、前日にも確認のお電話を入れて下さりありがたかったです。当日は雨天だったのが残念でしたが、ドライバーさんが最後まで丁寧に対応して下さいました。色々な情報を教えてもらえて嬉しかったです！回る場所が多いうえに1箇所にかかる滞在時間や道の混雑状況などにより最終的には予約時間よりも約1時間オーバーでしたが、行きたい場所を全て回って下さって大満足でした！『せっかくだから全部回って欲しい』と優しく対応して下さり本当に感謝しております。素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

The attention to detail and thorough explanations from the tour guide, along with the kind demeanor and safe driving of the bus driver, were all excellent.

Since the tour did not include lunch, purchasing onigiri at the convenience store in the meeting hotel was the right choice. The tour destination had long lines and tourist prices...

The lavender might have been a bit early, but it wasn't overly crowded, which I thought was just right. I was a bit moved to see the Shirahige Waterfall for the first time!!

The Ningle Terrace tour was very fulfilling.

If I have the opportunity again, I would love to participate once more.

We were blessed with great weather, and the beautiful scenery of Biei completely healed both my body and soul. I personally appreciated the practicality of having lunch on our own as well. I participated on Tanabata Day, July 7th. The guide, Mr. Isobe, a true Hokkaido native, shared enjoyable and very informative stories. His calm voice was also pleasant to listen to. With nearly 30 years of experience, his professionalism was truly refreshing. Driver Takahashi was also kind. I was impressed by the way he talked about the cat at Iwase Farm, expressing sympathy when it was startled by the bus engine. It was my first time at Asahiyama Zoo, and I found the animals to be very close, allowing for great photos even without a telephoto lens. It was a fun trip.

ガイドの磯部さん、生粋の道産子さんの話は楽しく、とても参考になりました。
また、静かな声で声もいい。
30年近くのキャリアでいらっしゃると思いますが、プロの仕事ぶりはそれは気持ちのいいものでした。
高橋ドライバー、この方も優しいのです。
岩瀬牧場にいた猫が、バスのエンジンをかけて驚いた時に、それは可哀想なことをしたなぁと話している姿が印象的でした。
旭川動物園も初めてでしたが、動物との距離がとても近く、望遠レンズではなくても写真が取れました。楽しい旅となりました。

I used the service for two consecutive days, and it was reassuring to have the same driver. Since they were experienced, the information provided was appropriate, and it was nice that they didn't talk too much. The time management was also good, and I was able to enjoy myself thoroughly.

Since it was my first time in Hokkaido and I couldn't drive, I used this tour. I'm glad I was able to visit places like the Blue Pond and waterfalls that I definitely wouldn't have been able to reach on my own.

It was indicated that there was no guide, but there was one. The conversation was enjoyable.
The Herb Garden Furano did not have a herb garden; it was just a drive-in with food and a souvenir shop.

The guide and driver were very accommodating, and I had a great time.

However, I felt that the duration from 8 AM to around 3 PM was quite long, and it might be better to have a shorter course. In particular, I found the stop at Lake Kussharo to be less appealing. On the other hand, I believe everyone would be interested in the sightseeing boat at Lake Akan, so it would be better to allocate time effectively for that, which would also reduce the guide's explanation workload.

ガイドさん、運転手さん、対応がよく楽しい時間を過ごせました。

ただ、朝8時～夕方15時位と、時間が長いので、もう少し短時間のコース設定でもよいのではと思いました。
特に屈斜路湖での停車場所はあまり魅力的ではないと感じます。
逆に、阿寒湖の観覧船は皆さん興味があると思いますので、うまく乗れるような時間配分にしたほうが、ガイドさんの説明の手間が省けてよいと思いました。

The Shikotsu Lake and Toya Lake course has other options, but this course includes a sightseeing boat on Shikotsu Lake (additional charge), where you can see Ezo chub and columnar jointing through a glass-bottom boat, which was great.

支笏湖、洞爺湖コースは他にもありますが、こちらのコースは支笏湖遊覧船（別料金）があり、グラスボートでエゾウグイや柱状節理をみたりできるので良かったです。

I used this service for the first trip with my elderly mother, who has difficulty walking. From the time of booking to the day before, and even on the day of the trip, we received thoughtful care, including guidance at tourist spots, photo opportunities, and being taken to recommended lunch places.

We also stopped by shops and supermarkets that weren't on the itinerary to look for seasonal asparagus. It was a comfortable trip that we could enjoy even without walking much, and my mother, who was worried before going out, said that she would like to go again if it's like this.

I had given up on seeing the lavender because I thought it was too early, but I was happy to see that it was just starting to bloom. I would like to request this service again if the opportunity arises.

予約時から前日の連絡、当日も観光地での案内や写真撮影、おすすめの昼食場所に連れていってくださったりと、細やかな心遣いをいただきました。
また旬のアスパラガスを求めて、予定になかったお店やスーパーも立ち寄っていただきました。
たくさん歩けなくても楽しめる快適な旅で、出かけるまで心配していた母も、これならまた行けると話しています。
ラベンダーは早すぎと諦めていましたが、薄っすら色づいていたのでうれしかったです。

The tour progressed on time, and I was able to return earlier than expected, making it a satisfying experience!
