It was a fun tour visiting various places in Furano. Not only did our guide, Mr. Ito, explain the locations, but he also shared a lot of trivia about the history and current situation of the towns we passed through during our travels, which made for an enjoyable time.

At the souvenir shop, there were many other groups as well, and I was worried about making it back in time for the meeting, but that too became a good memory.

富良野の色々な場所を回る楽しいツアーでした😆。
添乗員の伊藤さんの場所の説明だけではなく、移動の時に通る街の歴史や今の状況など、たくさんの雑学を話して頂き、それも楽しい時間でした😆。
お土産を買う施設では他の団体さんもたくさんいらっしゃり、集合時間に間に合うか心配もありましたが、それも良い思い出です。

Despite it being Saturday, I was able to efficiently visit many places in just one day. The weather was nice, and the blue pond was very beautiful and impressive. The lavender fields in Furano were also great. There were many solo travelers, which made it a comfortable experience.

土曜日にも関わらず1日でとても効率良く廻る事が出来ました。
天気が良かったので、青い池がとても綺麗で印象的でした。富良野のラベンダー畑も良かったです。1人参加の方も多かったので居心地が良かった。

I joined this tour because I can't drive. We were able to visit two main lakes in one day, and the time allocation was just right. The meals were also very delicious.

I would like to move the departure time one hour earlier and extend the stay at the location to four hours. I couldn't see everything. I want to take my time to see the polar bears and seals.

出発時刻を１時間早め、現地の滞在時間を４時間にしてほしい。全て見ることができなかった。ホッキョクグマやアザラシはゆっくり見たい。

Thanks to the driver, I was able to see everything efficiently despite the huge crowds on the day. I made great memories. Thank you very much.

On the day of the visit, it was raining heavily, and although I had made a reservation to see the night view of Mount Hakodate, the situation seemed bleak as I thought I would hardly be able to see anything. Then, the driver called in advance to suggest that there might be a chance to see it, even if we were a bit late. I thought it was impossible due to the heavy rain, but the driver kept checking the rain cloud radar and said, "You'll be able to see it in about 10 minutes..." Amazingly, despite the rain, the fog cleared, and a vibrant night view spread out before us. It was truly a professional skill. On the way back, the guidance for the illuminated landmarks was exquisite, and I was genuinely moved. I can only express my gratitude.

当日は雨が激しく降り函館山の夜景のために予約はしていましたがほぼ見ることはできないだろうとの悲観的な状況でした。
するとドライバーさんから事前に電話があり予約時間から見られる可能性があるからと、少し遅れての提案あり。
雨は激しく無理と思っておりましたところが雨雲レーダーを逐一チェックされ「あと10分で見ることができるから…」と
なんとなんと雨にも関わらずガスが一掃され鮮やかな夜景が眼前に拡がりました。
まさにプロの技、帰路においても名所のライトアップの案内が絶妙で、本当に感動モノでした。感謝しかありません。

I felt that it might have been a bit early for the season, but it met my expectations. The tour guide was witty and engaging, making it a fun tour.

The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing, but it was quite hot for June, which was tough. However, the lunch at the hotel was delicious, and the view from the window was great.

天気が良くて、景色は、最高でしたが、６月にしては、暑くて大変でした。
ただ、ホテルの昼食は、おいしくて、窓からの景色もよくて良かったです。

I was satisfied with the detailed explanations about Hakodate's history and local issues that you wouldn't typically learn from regular sightseeing. Although it was a one-hour course, we actually enjoyed it for about an hour and a half.

函館の歴史や地域の問題など、普通の観光ではわからない事を、詳しく説明してくださって満足です。
1時間コースでしたが、実際は1時間30分くらいで十分楽しめました。

I had only been to Hokkaido on group tours organized by travel agencies. I searched for a bus tour to visit my grandchild in Sapporo and decided to join this tour.

I was moved by the scenery at places I visited for the first time, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Mount Usu.

The journey from the ropeway to the observation deck was quite challenging for my husband and me, as we are over 70, but it was absolutely wonderful and has left a lasting impression on me. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. My grandchild in Sapporo said to come again. While I'm still healthy, I would like to join another Beltora tour.

いつも旅行会社の団体ツアーでしか北海道行ったことがありませんでした。札幌の孫に会いに行き、何かバスツアー🚌検索していてこのツアーに参加させて頂きました。
支笏湖、洞爺湖、昭和新山、有珠山初めて行くところばかりでその景色に感動しました😊
ロープウェイ🚡から降りて、展望台迄の道のりは、70過ぎの私達夫婦には大変でしたがもう素晴らしくて目に焼き付いています。このツアーに参加して本当に良かった。札幌の孫から又来てねとの事。元気な間に又ベルトラツアーに参加したいと思います。

The bus driver and guide were wonderful. It was my first time stepping foot in Hokkaido, and I truly thought it was a lovely travel destination. Although the schedule was a bit tight, I was glad that we could visit all the places I wanted to see. I went with the understanding that the flowers might be a bit early for the season, but I was moved by the magnificent nature of Hokkaido.

若干タイトなスケジュールでしたが、行きたい場所を全て周る事ができ良かったです。

You can efficiently visit tourist spots that are difficult to reach without a private car or rental car in just one day. The bus guide's assistance is excellent. Pirika is a tour that I can recommend to everyone, whether traveling solo or in a group.

自家用車やレンタカーが無いと行きづらい観光地を1日で効率よく回れます。
バスガイドさんのご案内が最高です。
ピリカは、一人旅、グループ旅行問わず、皆さんにオススメできるツアーです。

It would have been better if we could have stayed longer in each location, but the bus takes us efficiently. The bus guide provided various explanations and even sang songs, which was very nice. I wanted to take a walk to Bokkē at Lake Akan, but it seems a brown bear had appeared a few days ago, so the walking trail was closed.

各地でもう少し滞在時間が長ければもっと良かったですが、バスで連れて行ってくれるので効率が良いです。
バスガイドさんがいろいろ説明してくれたり、歌を歌ってくれたりと、とても良かったです。
阿寒湖ではボッケまで散策したかったのですが、数日前にヒグマがでたらしく、散策路は閉鎖されていました。

Despite the worries about the weather, we had a wonderful trip enjoying the Shakotan Peninsula from Yoichi! We went well over our planned schedule and, indulging ourselves, stopped by Seicomart. The trip for the two of us in our old age turned into a day filled with fun first experiences and became the best memory. Thank you, Ikuta Taxi!

お天気が心配な中、余市から積丹半島満喫旅が出来ました♪予定を大幅にオーバーして、わがままにも、セイコーマートまで寄っていただき、初老２人旅は、楽しい初体験にまみれ最高の想い出の一日になりました。

Wherever I went, it was too early to enjoy the flowers. I guess it won't be good until July. If that's the case, I should have gone on a tour where I could eat sea urchin.

どこにいっても、花を鑑賞するには、早過ぎました。7月にならないとだめですね。
そんなことなら、ウニを食べられるツアーにすれば良かったです。

The driving was rough, and the attitude was unfriendly. Even when I said "please" and greeted them, there was silence... I at least wanted them to greet me back. Their outfit looked like casual wear, and since they smoked a cigarette during the break and got back in the vehicle right away, the smell of smoke filled the car. The guide, although not completely fluent in Japanese, did their best to explain, which was nice. The time spent at Asahiyama Zoo was too short, so I think it might be okay to skip the Seven Stars tree.

運転が荒くて、愛想が悪かったです。
お願いしますと挨拶しても、無言…
せめて挨拶くらいはして欲しかった。
服装も普段着みたいな格好で、休憩の際タバコを喫煙されてすぐに乗車されるため、タバコの匂いも充満しました。
ガイドのお兄さんは日本語がまだ完全ではないながらも、一生懸命説明してくださり
よかったです。
旭山動物園の滞在時間が短過ぎてたので、セブンスターの木は、特に省いても良いかなーと思います。

The zoo was nice, but I thought the slopes throughout the park might be tough for the elderly. I think it would be even better if they could allow for a more relaxed schedule. I believe it will be quite sweaty once June arrives. I opted for a plan without lunch, but I had to wait quite a while after buying the meal ticket, so I was cutting it close for lunchtime.

動物園は良かったのですが、園内は坂道ばかりで年寄りにはきついかなと思います。
もう少しゆったり回れる時間配分にしてもらうと更にいいと思います。
６月に入ったら汗だくになると思います。
昼食無しプランにしたのですが、食券を買ってかなり待たされたので昼食時間ギリギリでした。

It was great to see polar bears and seals up close, as well as Giraffe-san. I recommend the soft serve ice cream from the vendor outside the main gate. I was very satisfied to see the Blue Pond and Shiraito Falls.

This was my first trip to Hokkaido, so I signed up for this tour. Among the 18 participants, only my husband and I, along with another couple, were Japanese. The foreign participants were also very respectful of manners, making it a very comfortable experience. I was grateful for the attentiveness of both the guide and the driver.

In the hotel lobby where we gathered, there were several other tour guides from the same company, making it difficult to find our tour guide. I had to ask about three people to locate them.

初めての北海道旅行でしたのでこちらのツアーに申し込みしました。
参加者が18名の内日本人は私達夫婦ともう一組のご夫婦だけでした。外国の方もマナーを守っておられてとても快適に参加できまし。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも色々と気を配っていてありがたかったです。

集合場所のホテルロビーで同じ会社の別のツアーガイドさんが何人がいたので参加ツアーのガイドさんを見つけるのが大変で3人ほど声をかけました。

I would like to make the following comments:
1. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. Especially at Lake Toya, since there is a lunch break, it might be tough, but if we had a little more time, I would have liked to take a sightseeing boat ride.
2. I understand that the toilet breaks are necessary, but before lunch at "Mushroom Kingdom," the guide recommended "mushroom soup," which I tried. However, the miso soup at lunch by Lake Toya was also "mushroom soup." I think there is room for reconsideration regarding the location and timing of the toilet breaks.
3. The guide from Chuo Bus was pleasant and friendly, just like during the half-day course I participated in last year (2024). I really felt their professionalism.

以下コメントさせていただきます。
①支笏湖、洞爺湖の滞在時間をもう少し取ってもらいたかった。
　特に洞爺湖は昼食時間があるので、厳しいのかと思いますが、
　もう少し時間があれば、観光船への乗車をしたかったです。
②トイレ休憩の関係もあるので、致し方なしと思いますが、
　昼食前の「きのこ王国」でガイドさんから「きのこ汁」を進められたので、
　食したのですが、洞爺湖の昼食の味噌汁も「きのこ汁」でした。
　トイレ休憩の場所と時間は、再考の余地ありと思いました。
③中央バスのガイドさんは、去年(2024年)参加した半日コースの時も、
　今回の時も感じが良く、親近感を持って接してくれるところは、
　さすがにプロだと思いました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but it was great that they took us by bus. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and we had a very meaningful time. Personally, I really enjoyed the bear ranch! It was adorable to see them catch cookies!

あいにくの雨でしたが、バスで連れて行ってくれるのはよいことです。
ガイドさんもドライバーも感じのよい方々で大変有意義な時間を過ごせました。
個人的にはクマ牧場が楽しかったです！

The weather was favorable, and each lake was very beautiful. The bus guide shared various stories throughout the trip, which were very interesting. We had about two hours at Lake Akan, but after having a meal and exploring the area, we barely had enough time. Considering it was a precious opportunity to enjoy the hot springs, I thought it would be difficult to fit everything in without cutting something out (the day-use hot springs are paid, and there are rental towels available).

天気に恵まれて各湖はとてもキレイでした、バスガイドさんは、終始いろんな話をしてくれてとても興味深かったです
最後の阿寒湖は2時間ほどあったんですが、食事と周辺散策すると、ほぼ時間が足りなかった、せっかくの温泉なので少しそちらもと考えると、何かを削らなくては難しいと思った（日帰り温泉は有料で貸しタオルも有）

It was a fulfilling day! The number of participants in the tour was fewer than I expected, but it was great to visit various places rather than going around individually. Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful. I initially didn't have high expectations for lunch, but it turned out to be really luxurious and delicious. If I have the opportunity to come again, I would like to try other tours as well!

ツアーに参加した人数は思っていたより少なかったですが、あちこち個人でまわるよりいろんなところに行けたのはとても良かったです。支笏湖はとても美しかったです。昼食は、はじめはそんなに期待してなかったのですが、本当に豪華で美味しかったです。また来る機会があれば、他のツアーにも参加してみたいと思います！

I stopped by the four shops because they had different souvenirs. Just be careful about running out of time at the end.

The timing of the trip was a bit early.
The hamburger for lunch was very delicious.
It rained lightly in the afternoon, but overall it was enjoyable.

午後に小雨でしたが概ね楽しかったです。

It was a very enjoyable bus tour.
At Asahiyama Zoo, we were able to see the polar bear's feeding time. If we had a little more time, we could have seen the feeding times of various animals—what a shame!

Shirahige Falls was also beautiful.
Our tour guide, the charming Ayaki, was fun.

It was great to efficiently visit the main tourist spots from Asahiyama Zoo to Furano and Biei. The guide who accompanied us (Chinese, I couldn't catch their name) provided a clear and easy-to-understand explanation in polite Japanese, and we also enjoyed the experience of having a simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese, which made us feel like we were abroad. On the way back, we even encountered a red fox by chance. I plan to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

旭山動物園から富良野～美瑛方面主要観光スポットを効率よく回れてとても良かったです。添乗してくれた方（中国人、名前聞き取れなかった（涙））のガイドも丁寧な日本語で分かりやすく、またひとり同時通訳で英語、中国語と３か国語のガイドで海外の気分も味わえました。帰りの道では、偶然キタキツネにも遭遇しました。機会がありましたらまた利用しようと思います。

I was able to efficiently cover a route with quite a distance. Thank you to the driver for safe driving. The guide also provided detailed explanations, which were wonderful. The time allocation for sightseeing was just right. During the journey, I was amazed by the quick alerts about the red-crowned cranes, foxes, and deer we encountered (laughs). I enjoyed both the sightseeing and the views from the car window.

かなり距離のある行程を効率よく回ることができました。運転手さん安全運転ありがとうございました。ガイドさんも詳しく説明してくださり素晴らしかったです。観光の時間配分もちょうどよかったです。道中、丹頂鶴、キツネ、鹿などが居ると素早く教えてくれて察知能力にびっくり(笑)観光も車窓からの景色も楽しむことができました。
