The guide's stories were wonderful, and I was able to deeply understand the nature and history of Eastern Hokkaido. The misty Lake Mashu was disappointing, but I was convinced that it was okay to come back after hearing that even Emperor Showa's companions tried multiple times and failed to see it clearly.

ガイドさんのお話が素晴しく、道東の自然と歴史を深く知ることができました。霧の摩周湖はザンネンでしたが、昭和天皇ですらお付きの人が何度もトライしてダメだったとのお話で、また来ればいいと納得。

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be cloudy and we managed to proceed. Asahiyama Zoo was small and easy to explore, and it was enjoyable. I also enjoyed the Blue Pond.

心配していました天気もなんとか曇りで進みました。旭山動物園はこじんまりとして見学しやすくてたのしかったです。青い池も楽しみました。

The tour on July 19th started with cloudy weather and rain in the forecast. I thought, "This is the worst," as I got on the bus, but our tour guide, Wan, brightened my mood! He was very friendly and kind, and his talks were enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face and worked hard for us without showing any displeasure. Thanks to him, it turned out to be the best tour.

He mentioned that he loves the phrase "ichigo ichie," but I couldn't help but say, "Let's meet again!" The tour itself was a fun experience, but I was very satisfied thanks to Wan. Thank you very much!

7/19日のツアーでしたが朝から曇天で、天気予報では雨。「最悪」と思いながらバスに乗りましたが、そんな気分を晴れにしてくれたのが添乗員のワンさん！　とても気さくで優しくて、トークも楽しかったです。嫌な顔もせずいつも笑顔で、私たちのために一生懸命動いて下さいました。おかげで最高のツアーとなりました。
「一期一会」が大好きな言葉とおっしゃいましたが、私は思わず「また会いましょう！」と言ってしまいました。
ツアー自体も楽しい企画でしたが、ワンさんのおかげで大満足です。本当にありがとうございました。

I had mentioned when making the reservation that I wanted to go to Kamuy Kotan, and when the driver picked me up, he asked why I wanted to go there. I explained that it was a location featured in Golden Kamuy, and he suggested that I also check out the Kitachin Memorial Museum afterward. When I visited, I found that it was a museum related to the 7th Division, with plenty of materials connected to Golden Kamuy. Additionally, the guided tour by a Self-Defense Force member (who resembled Nikaido, but probably was an Ogata fan) was tailored for Golden Kamuy fans. After the Kitachin Memorial Museum, the driver adjusted the order of the places I wanted to visit according to the time and weather, and he even took me to a limestone cave that wasn’t on my original itinerary during the extra time. I was very well taken care of and was able to enjoy my time to the fullest. I didn’t ask the taxi driver’s name, but I am very grateful.

神居古潭に行きたいということは予約時に伝えてあったのですが、迎えにきてもらった時に神居古潭に行きたい理由を運転手さんに聞かれ、ゴールデンカムイに出てきた場所だからと説明したら、それならこの後北鎮記念館も見てみたらと提案してもらえました。行ってみたら第7師団の資料館ということでゴルカムに関連する資料がたくさんあり、しかも自衛官（何だか二階堂似、でも多分ご本人は尾形推し）による館内案内がゴルカムファン用の仕様でした。北鎮記念館の後も、運転手さんには行きたいと考えていたところを回る順序を時間と天気に合わせて調整してもらったり、余った時間で予定に入れてなかった鍾乳洞まで連れていってもらったり、とてもよくしてもらって、時間いっぱい楽しむことができました。タクシーの運転手さんのお名前をお聞きしなかったのですが、大変ありがとうございました。

The observation deck at Mount Hakodate was very crowded, but the driver guided us to a spot where we could easily see the night view, allowing us to enjoy it efficiently. On the way back, we stopped at several sightseeing points, so the next morning, we were able to drive around those places and take family photos. I think it's great for sightseeing in a short amount of time. 😊

函館山の展望台は人で大変混雑していましたが、ドライバーの方が夜景の見やすい場所を案内してくれたので、効率よく夜景を見ることができました😊帰りに観光のポイントを何か所かまわってくれたので、翌朝、その場所を車でまわって、家族写真を撮ることができました。短い時間での観光にはとても良いと思います😊

I thought that 10,000 yen for 30 minutes was expensive, but I was convinced. Since it was in the evening, the temperature was still comfortable, but I imagined it must be really tough for the rickshaw pullers during the hot daytime. They explained the streets to us and were considerate of the uneven surfaces. It became a wonderful memory of my trip. Thank you very much.

30分で1万円は高いかなと思っていましたが、納得でした。夕方の利用だったためまだ過ごしやすい気温でしたが、日中の暑い時は俥夫さんは本当に大変だろうなあと思いました。街並みについて解説してもらい、段差等にも配慮いただきました。旅のよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

At that time, I didn't go to Lake Shikotsu because the wind was strong, but I experienced canoeing on the river. The river was very beautiful, and paddling on the water was a fun summer activity. On the day, we had a canoe experience with several groups led by one instructor, but since I was in a young group, the pace was fast. Instead of enjoying my first canoeing experience, there were several moments where I was desperately paddling to keep up. I know it's partly my lack of stamina, but I would prefer if we could go at a more moderate pace instead of matching the faster ones. Alternatively, if young people could be grouped together, I think it would have made for the best summer memory.

当時は風邪が強く支笏湖には行きませんでしたけど、川の方でカヌーを体験しました。
川はとても綺麗で、水の上をカヌーで進むのは夏のアクティビティでは楽しかったです。
当日はインストラクター1人に何組かでカヌー体験をしたんですが、若いグループに入ったので進むペースが早く、はじめてのカヌーを楽しむというより、置いていかれないように必死に漕ぐ場面が何度かありました。
体力がない私も悪いのですが、ペースが早い人に合わせるのではなくて、中間くらいのペースでお願いしたいです。
それか、若い人は同じグループにするかをして下されば、夏の最高の思い出になったと思います。

When you came to pick me up, it was raining and I only had a parasol, but I really appreciated that you had an umbrella ready for me. We went to a place where we could enjoy ourselves even in the rain (the Nanae Town Historical Museum). At Kijihiki Plateau, it was foggy and we couldn't see the scenery, but I hope to have a chance to go back someday. When I took a sightseeing boat at Onuma Park, the weather cleared up and it got really hot, but when we returned to the car, you had cooled it down, which was very comfortable. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness in various situations. If I have the chance to go to Hakodate again, I would like to ask for your help.

迎えに来て下さった時に雨が降っていて日傘しか持っていなかったのですが、傘をちゃんと用意して下さりとても助かりました。
雨が降っていても楽しめる場所(七飯町歴史館)に行きました。きじひき高原は霧がかかっていて景色は見えませんでしたが、いつかリベンジしたいと思います。
大沼公園で遊覧船に乗った時は晴れてきてとても暑くなり、車に戻ると車内を冷やして下さっていてとても快適でした。
いろんな場面でお心遣いをいただいて本当にありがとうございました。
また函館に行く事があればお願いしたいです。

I was planning a solo trip to Kushiro to visit places like Lake Mashu and Lake Akan, but there was no public transportation available. I had reserved a rental car, but I found this tour at the last minute and switched to it. The places I wanted to visit were all included in the tour, and the tour cost was more economical than the rental car. I enjoyed spotting the Kushiro Wetlands and the red-crowned cranes from the bus window. The nature in Hokkaido truly offers an extraordinary experience that you can't enjoy every day. Unfortunately, I couldn't see anything at misty Lake Mashu, but according to the guide, it's rare for it to be clear.

I walked around Lake Akan for about two hours, so I was able to rest on the bus on the way back. While it was hot when I left Honshu, I was able to enjoy the cool weather in Kushiro. It's not a place I can visit frequently, considering I had to take two flights to get here, but I'm satisfied that I was able to visit a place I've always wanted to see.

釧路への一人旅で摩周湖や阿寒湖などを回ろうと思いましたが、公共交通機関はなく、レンタカーを予約していましたが、直前でこのツアーを見つけて切り替えました。行きたいことろがツアーにまとまっていたし、ツアー代もレンタカー代よりもお得に済みました。社窓から釧路湿原やタンチョウを見つけながら楽しめました。やはり北海道の自然は普段味わえない非日常です。あいにく霧の摩周湖で何も見えませんでしたが、ガイドさんによれば晴れる事のほうが稀のようでした。
阿寒湖で2時間くらい歩いていたので帰りはバスで休んでこれました。
出発するとき本州は暑かったに釧路では涼しく過ごせました。飛行機を２つ乗り継いでくるくらい何度も来れる場所ではないのですが、一度は行ってみたい場所だったので来れて満足です。

It was my first bus tour, and thanks to the guide, I was able to hear many interesting stories, which made it very enjoyable! I appreciated the recommendations for souvenirs and meals, as well as learning about various things in Hokkaido. I definitely want to use this service again!

It was a day blessed with good weather, allowing us to fully enjoy the great nature of Hokkaido. At the Usuzan Ropeway, we had plenty of time to explore the summit and visit the bear ranch. Thanks to the efficient guide and the friendly driver, we had a wonderful time.

天気に恵まれて北海道の大自然を満喫できた1日でした。有珠山のロープウェイでは山頂を散策してからクマ牧場を観る時間もたっぷりとありました。テキパキとしたガイドさんと感じのいい運転手さんのおかげで楽しい時間を過ごせました。

The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun. It was efficient without lunch. I was able to have a light snack at Farm Tomita. The guide was friendly and pleasant as well.

I wanted to take my time at Asahiyama Zoo, and this product made that possible.

The guide from Chuo Bus was very knowledgeable, and the content was excellent. The driver also prioritized safety, which made me feel secure.

Having only three participants on a large bus felt quite luxurious, but one of the participants disrupted the atmosphere, which was unfortunate for the guide and a bit disappointing. There's nothing we can do about that, but I enjoyed my first visit to Asahiyama Zoo despite the heat.

However, entering from the East Gate and gathering at the West Gate allows for a downhill viewing experience (climbing back up is tough), which I believe is due to parking arrangements.

参加者3人と言うそれでいて大型バスはなんとも贅沢でしたが
参加者の1人が雰囲気を壊す方でしたので
ガイドさんが気の毒なのと
遮るので残念でした。
こればかりはどうしようもないが
初めての旭山動物園、暑さに負けずに
楽しめました。

ただ、東門から入り西門の集合の方が
下って見学ができるので　(また登るのは辛い)駐車場の関係かと思われます。

It was a one-day tour without meals, but overall I was very satisfied. First of all, there were very few foreign tourists, mostly Japanese. The bus driver was very safe and the ride was comfortable, with a pleasant driver. The highlight was Shikisai no Oka; the flowers were beautiful and I was moved. I wished we had a bit more time there. I was surprised to see that Farm Tomita had far more tourists than when I visited about 30 years ago. The day went almost according to schedule, and I had a fun day. There were other tours that were a bit cheaper, but I was glad I chose this one.

食事なし１日ツアーでしたが全体的には大変満足でした。まず外国人客が少なくほぼ日本人でした。バスの運転手さんも安全運転でとても乗り心地良く感じの良いドライバーさんでした。一番良かったのは四季彩の丘ですお花が綺麗で感動した。滞在時間がもう少し欲しかった。ファーム富田は３０年位前に行った頃よりはるかに観光客がいてびっくりした。ほぼスケジュールどうりで楽しい１日を過ごせました。他にもう少し安いツアーもありましたがこちらにして正解でした

It was really hot in Hokkaido.
When I returned to the car after the tour, it was so cool! I'm glad I chartered a taxi!
Thinking about coming back to a hot rental car...

It was perfect for senior couples to enjoy sightseeing without any stress or waste!

The lavender I was looking forward to was in full bloom, and I was very satisfied. I was able to enjoy the snacks I purchased while on the move, which allowed me to spend more time exploring. It was a hot day with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees, but the air-conditioned bus made it easy to efficiently visit the tourist spots, which was a relief physically. I was anxious about participating alone for the first time, but the seats were assigned in advance, which made me feel at ease. It would have been even better if we had an additional 15 minutes at Farm Tomita. I appreciate that both the driver and the guide greeted us with smiles throughout the day, making it a pleasant experience.

The Blue Pond was a lighter color than I expected, but the weather was nice and it was very beautiful. I've been to Farm Tomita several times, and during this season, the scent of lavender is truly soothing. The purple colors also vary by type, so it's visually pleasing and enjoyable as well. Additionally, the croquettes available at Shiki no Sato were delicious.

青い池は思っていたより薄い色でしたが、天気が良くとても綺麗でした。
ファーム富田は何度か行ったことがありますが、やはりこの時期はラベンダーの香りに癒されます。紫の色も種類によって違うので視覚的にも癒され、楽しめます。
あと、四季の里で頂けるコロッケが美味しかったです。

I honestly had too much time to spare at Lake Akan for two hours. It was hot, and there was no place to cool off; the café-like spot we entered had no air conditioning. The guide kept talking non-stop. I wanted some time to quietly enjoy the view from the window. The clear view of Lake Mashu without fog was a relief.

阿寒湖2時間は正直時間を持て余した。暑かったせいもあるが涼むところもなく、入った喫茶店ぽいところは冷房がなく。
ガイドさんはずっと喋りっぱなし。静かに窓からの景色を見る時間も欲しかった。
霧のない摩周湖が綺麗にみられたのが救い。

I made a reservation thinking it would be convenient to combine travel from Asahikawa Airport to Furano with sightseeing. Unfortunately, the weather was not great on the day, but it was good that we had a private taxi, which allowed for flexibility.

In other reviews, it was mentioned that it’s fine to consult about sightseeing plans even without deciding them until the day of the trip. However, the driver we had seemed to be not very knowledgeable about Furano at all. While he took us to the recommended spots without any issues, when I asked about local dining options and other recommended tourist attractions, he could hardly provide any answers. I was hoping for a bit more guiding knowledge for tourists.

旭川空港から富良野までの移動と観光を兼ねられて便利だと思い、予約しました。
当日はあいにくの天気でしたが、貸切タクシーなので融通が効いて良かったです。

他の方の口コミでは、当日まで観光のプランを決めずにいても相談できるので大丈夫とありますが、今回担当いただいた運転手さんは富良野に全く詳しくない方のようでした。
希望したおすすめスポットには問題なく連れて行っていただきましたが、周辺のグルメや他のおすすめ観光地をお伺いしたところ、ほとんど全くと言っていいほどお答えいただけなかったので、もう少し観光客用にガイドの知識もあることを期待していました。

The guide was very kind. Driving on the mountain roads was a bit scary, but I had a lot of fun experiencing various things in different places.

ガイドの方がとても優しかった。山道の運転は少し怖かったですが、色々な場所で色々な体験ができて、すごく楽しかったです。

We visited during the day with our family of four (two brothers aged 10 and 6) before watching the night game at Escon.

First, we went out to Lake Shikotsu for a commemorative photo with the magnificent scenery as a backdrop. However, there were some waves, so we later enjoyed ourselves on the Chitose River.

The beautiful emerald green Chitose River had a gentle current, and the kids were thrilled to experience the fun of steering their own boats! As we had plans for the evening, it was also a relief for us parents not to get too worn out. (On the Chitose River, you can also enjoy peering into the clear bottom.)

The soft serve ice cream from Iwase Farm, recommended by our guide, and the cheese potato mochi we had while looking at the lake were exceptional and very soothing! (I was glad we didn’t eat at the airport!)

We also received videos of fish swimming underwater, and they provided a complete set of rain gear, boots, and life jackets for the kids free of charge. It was truly attentive service. I felt that we should have taken more time to relax at Lake Shikotsu; I highly recommend it!

エスコンでナイター観戦日の昼間に家族4名(10歳、6歳の兄弟)で伺いました。

始めに支笏湖に出て雄大な景色をバックに記念撮影、ただやはり波があり、その後は千歳川で楽しみました。

綺麗なエメラルドグリーンの千歳川は流れが穏やかで、子ども達は自力で操縦する楽しさを体験できとても盛り上がっていました！夜予定があったので親としても腕がバリバリにならずに済んだのも助かりました。(千歳川だと透明な底を覗き込むのも満喫できます)

湖を見ながら食べた、ガイドのお兄さんオススメの岩瀬牧場のソフトクリームと、チーズいももちも格別で癒されました！(空港で食べなくて良かったと思ったほど笑)

水中を泳いでいる魚の動画も頂いたり、子供用の上下合羽と長靴、ライフジャケットも一式無料で貸して頂けたり、至れり尽くせりです。もっと時間をとって良かったなと感じた程、支笏湖のんびり出来てオススメです！

I was able to receive useful information about tourist attractions. Although I couldn't see the lavender as it was too early in the season, I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery with a variety of blooming flowers. I also indulged in potatoes and asparagus.

I participated hoping to see the drift ice, but it was disappointing that I couldn't due to unexpected weather conditions. However, I enjoyed the prison, jail, and the Drift Ice Museum. It was fun to freeze the towel at the Drift Ice Museum.

流氷目当てで参加しましたが、まさかの天候の事情で見ることできなかったのが残念でした。
ですが監獄、刑務所、流氷館は楽しめました。
流氷館でのタオルを凍らすのが面白かったです。

I heard from the person in charge that there was a lack of understanding regarding the distance and time constraints, and they were flexible in accommodating last-minute changes to the schedule, allowing us to enjoy more sightseeing than planned.

距離感が分からず時間に余裕がない事を担当の方から聞き時間を前倒しするなどの直前になってからの時間変更にも柔軟に対応していただき予定以上の観光が出来ました。

At night, we could only go up by bus or taxi, which was very helpful! It was very easy to depart and return from the hotel! I had a very meaningful time with a lot of support.

I needed an umbrella because of the rain. The bus had audio guides available through earphones, so I wasn't bored. I enjoyed nature, including a visit to the crater from the Usuzan Ropeway. At the optional Bear Ranch, I was able to see bears of different ages and felt a connection with the bears that were around my age. Their sleeping姿 and the way they ate snacks while lying down were both amusing and brought smiles to my face. The meals, including seafood and meat, were delicious.

雨で傘が必要でした。バスの中はイヤホンを使用しての案内があり、退屈しませんでした。有珠山ロープウェイから噴火口見学できるなど自然満喫です。オプションのクマ牧場では年齢別のクマを見て自分と同じくらいの年代のクマに親近感が持てたり、寝ている姿や寝ながらおやつを食べる姿が、おかしくもあり笑顔になりました。お食事も海産物、お肉など美味しかったです。
