The guide took us to great spots, and even though it was my first time snorkeling, he taught us patiently, which made me feel at ease!

ガイドのお兄さんが良いスポットに連れて行ってくれますし、初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、丁寧に教えてくれるので、その辺りも安心でした！

The guide was very polite and shared interesting stories, which made it easy to relax. Since it was a cave, there were a few places where I almost hit my head, but the guide always informed us properly, so I only bumped my head once.

ガイドさんがとても礼儀正しく、それでいて面白い話をしてくれるので気楽に過ごせました。鍾乳洞なので頭を打ちそうな場所も何箇所かあったのですが、毎回きちんと教えてくれるので1回しか頭を打たずに済みました。

What was originally scheduled for the afternoon was moved to early morning due to the tide.

At first, I wasn't feeling very enthusiastic, but Takuma, our guide, really got us excited, and it turned into a very enjoyable morning activity!

The canoeing was also refreshing.

The mangrove kayaking was full of information about the mangrove forests that I had never known before, and it was a series of surprises!
The snorkeling was carried out safely while considering the schedule amidst sudden thunder!
I was captivated by the sight of fish that I had only seen in aquariums gracefully swimming right in front of me among the colorful coral reefs❣️
I was very impressed by the tour guide's deep-sea photography skills and their ability to answer any questions.

シュノーケリングは、突然の雷の中、スケジュールを考えながら安全に決行！
彩とりどりの珊瑚礁の中に水族館でしか見たことのない魚達が目の前に優雅に泳ぐ姿に目が釘付け❣️
添乗員さんの海深く潜り込んでの撮影技術や、何の質問でも答えてくれる情報通には感心しきりでした。

I had a wonderful time with a friendly guide. At 7 o'clock, there were still few people around, so I think it was more relaxed and enjoyable than later times. I'm also satisfied with the photos. This is a tour I can recommend to everyone!

I participated in a pumpkin tour early in the morning on Miyako Island for two days. The Pumpkin Cave was more impressive and mysterious than I expected. Keisan was very helpful, assisting me, who weighs over 100 kilograms, up the steep paths inside the cave, and he was always kind to the children, allowing us to have a wonderful time. When I informed them that snorkeling wouldn't be possible that day due to the children's stamina, they kindly rescheduled it for the next day (thank you!). The snorkeling the following day was led by Maashi-san, and we had a great encounter with turtles and saw many beautiful schools of fish, which made me feel enriched. I highly recommend this tour.

宮古島2日、早朝からパンプキンツアーに参加。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は、予想以上に大迫力&神秘的。
けいさんは、100キロ超の私もしっかりと、鍾乳洞の中の登り道も引き上げてくださり、子供にも常時優しく接して下さり、とてもいい時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
子供の体力から、シュノーケリングは、当日には出来ない旨をお伝えしたら、快く翌日への振り替えをしてくれました。(ありがとうございます。)
翌日のシュノーケリングも、まーしさんに連れて行って頂き、亀にもバッチリ遭遇し、キレイな魚の群れも沢山見れて、心豊かな気分になれました。
おすすめのツアーです。

For my son, who is usually quite timid, the deep water near the cave entrance and the enchanting darkness were initially quite terrifying, and he ended up crying a lot. However, thanks to the warmth of those around us and the bright and precise guidance from our guide, he was able to participate until the end without any issues. The inside of the cave was a very mystical space; I can't express it well, but it had a beauty unlike anything I've seen before, and it was a sight that purified my heart. The canoe ride to the site was also enjoyable, and thanks to our guide, my son was able to paddle well, making it a very happy experience for him. We truly appreciated this valuable experience.

As for my reflection, I wore a type of swimsuit that exposed my legs, and I noticed some scrapes afterward. If we go again, I would like to participate in leggings or clothing that covers the skin. My husband seemed to have a few scrapes on his palms as well. For those with sensitive skin, it might be a good idea to wear thin gloves while participating. I participated with glasses, but there is a moment at the end where you jump in, so those with glasses or contacts should be careful not to lose them. It seems better to participate with as little as possible. They provide life jackets and sturdy marine shoes, so even though I can't swim, it was not a problem at all. Since we participated with a child who requires a lot of attention, I decided not to bring a camera or smartphone for photos this time, but our guide took many pictures for us and sent the photo data via LINE on the same day (and for free! He even mixed in memorable photos of the surrounding flowers and scenery). I was very happy since I had given up on taking photos, and I’m grateful to have memories for my child.

If the opportunity arises, I would like to bring my son, who will be a bit older, and participate again. Thank you very much.

いつもビビリ腰な息子（低学年）にとって、洞窟入口近くの水深が深い場所や幻想的な暗さは、初めかなりの恐怖だったようで大泣きしてしまいましたが、周囲の方々の温かさと、ガイドしてくださるお兄さんの明るく適確な誘導で無事に最後まで参加することが出来ました。洞窟内はとても神秘的な空間で、、上手く表現できませんが、他では見たことのない美しさで、心が清められる光景でした。現地までのカヌーも、お兄さんのおかげで上手に漕ぐことができて、息子にとって、とても嬉しい体験となりました。貴重な体験をさせていただき、本当にありがとうございました。
私の反省ですが、脚が露出しているタイプの水着を着ていたので、終わってからいくつか擦り傷があることに気付きました。もしまた行くことが出来るならば、次回はレギンスなど肌が覆われた服装で参加したいと思います。主人は掌に擦り傷がいくつかあったようでした。皮膚がデリケートな方は、薄手のグローブなどして参加されてもよいのかもしれません。私は眼鏡で参加しましたが、最後にドボーン！と飛び込む場面があるので、眼鏡やコンタクトの方は無くさないようご注意ください。なるべく何も持たず身につけないで参加する方がよさそうです。ライフジャケットや丈夫なマリンシューズを貸してくださるので、私は泳げませんが全く問題ありませんでした。ウチは手がかかる子と一緒の参加だったので、今回は写真撮影は諦めてカメラやスマホを持って行かなかったのですが、ガイドのお兄さんが写真を沢山撮っておいてくださり、当日中にLINEで写真データをくださいました（しかも無料！周囲の草花や景色など思い出に残る写真も混ぜてくださいました）。写真撮影は諦めていたので、とても嬉しかったです^ ^子どもの思い出に残せてありがたいです。
機会があったら、もう少し成長した息子を連れて、また参加したいです。

I wasn't able to see sea turtles while snorkeling, but I thought the sea would be cold at the end of the year. However, it felt warmer underwater, and I was able to play with beautiful fish.

After snorkeling, we drove to see the limestone caves. I was able to get along well with other customers on the tour, and it was a great experience. I would like to participate again.

The tour instructor was charming and seemed to have moved from the Kanto region to Miyako Island, dreaming of the sea. I had a really enjoyable time.

It was a foreign captain. His Japanese was excellent, and he was a humorous guide, which made it enjoyable. On the previous trip, there was a private charter with a pet dog on board. There were seven adults and two children in our group, and we took turns enjoying the covered area of the boat and the open deck at the back. The Blue Cave is very beautiful!

外国人の船長さんでした。日本語がお上手で、ガイドもユーモアたっぷりで、楽しかったです。
前の便には、貸し切りで、ペットのワンちゃんも乗っていました。
私たちは、大人７名、子ども２名で、屋根つきの船内と、後ろのオープンデッキ？を交代で楽しみました。
青の洞窟、とても美しいです！

We participated as a family of four, with my first-grade daughter, fourth-grade son, and both parents.

It was a much more physically demanding experience than we expected, with a lot of swimming and movement, but it was an incredibly fun tour!

We started snorkeling at Shinjō Beach at 1 PM. The sea was so beautiful that it took my breath away, and we were able to see many fish and both large and small sea turtles!

The sea turtles showed no fear of people at all and came as close as about one meter, which left us a bit bewildered. Our guide, Taro, dove deep into the water to take a perfect family photo with the sea turtles!

Although my daughter isn't a strong swimmer yet and had some moments where she struggled, Taro kindly supported her, so she was smiling and enjoying herself the whole time. My son was also very engaged and participated actively, and the guide was great at keeping him safe while still having fun.

Next, we headed to Pumpkin Cave. Since we took a taxi to the meeting point, we were driven to the Pumpkin meeting spot by our guide's car (an additional 1,000 yen).

To get to Pumpkin Cave, we took a canoe from the beach. The guide explained how to operate the canoe, and it turned out to be surprisingly easy. My daughter rode with both parents, while my son went with the guide.

When we arrived at the entrance of Pumpkin, we swam inside. Once we stepped in, we were amazed by the untouched world of the cave, which felt like a different world!

Inside the cave, it was natural and rugged, making it challenging to enter and climb, but with the support of Taro and Kazuchan, both guides, my timid first-grade daughter and my heavier mother managed to get through!

On the way back, Kazuchan drove us to our hotel (an additional 1,000 yen). During the ride, he shared many recommendations for spots to visit, making the return trip really enjoyable. I'm already planning to go to one of those spots today!

Everyone we met during the tour was warm and friendly, making it a fulfilling day even with small children.

We are very grateful to our cheerful guides, Taro and Kazuchan, for making it such a fun day.

I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

小1女子、小4男子と、父、母の四人で参加しました。

思っていた以上にたくさん泳ぎ、体を動かすハードな内容でしたが、最高に楽しいツアーでした◎

午後13時、新城海岸にてシュノーケルからスタート。
とにかく海がキレイで感動しましたが、さらにたくさんのお魚さん、そして大小の海亀さんにも会えました！

海亀さんは、全く人を怖がるそぶりもなく、1mくらいの至近距離まで近づいてきてくれて、こちらが戸惑うほど。写真もガイドの太朗さんが海深くまで潜って、家族と海亀さんの集合写真をばっちり撮ってくれました！

娘がまだあまり泳げず、足を引っ張る場面がありましたが、ガイドの太朗さんが優しくフォローしてくれたため、娘も終始笑顔で楽しんでいました。
また、息子も常に前のめりで参加してましたが、楽しく相手をしていただきつつ、危ない場面では上手に注意もしていただき大変助かりました。

続いて、パンプキン鍾乳洞に向かいます。
我が家は集合場所までタクシーで来ていたので、パンプキンの集合場所へ、ガイドさんの車で送っていただきました。(別途1000円です)

パンプキン鍾乳洞までは、浜からカヌーに乗ります。
カヌーは、やり方をレクチャーいただき意外と簡単に操縦ができました。
娘は、父、母と3人で乗りました。
息子は、ガイドさんと一緒に乗せていただきました。

パンプキンの入り口につくと泳いで中に入りました。
中に一歩入ると、別世界で見たこともない手付かずの鍾乳洞の世界が広がっており、感動！

鍾乳洞の中は自然のままなので、入るのに苦労、登るのに苦労、とハードなポイントが満載でしたが、怖がりな小1娘、お尻が重い母も、太朗さん、そしてかずちゃんの二人のガイドさんに、フォローいただきなんとかクリアできました！

帰りは、ホテルまでガイドのかずちゃんに送っていただきました。(別途1000円)
帰りながら、おすすめのスポットをたくさんたくさん教えていただいて、本当に楽しい帰り道になりました。
早速、今日行ってきます！！

一緒に参加した方々もみなさん温かく、ハードながら小さな子連れでも大満喫の1日となりました。

爽やかすぎるガイドの太朗さんかずちゃんのお二人には、大変お世話になり、楽しい1日となりました。

〈SUP〉
In the calm sea without waves, enjoying the wind and forgetting about work was a luxurious moment... I signed up with that feeling, but the sensation of paddling and moving forward was refreshing, and I was desperately trying to maintain my balance while paddling. The instructor taught me patiently, so even someone like me, who is not very athletic, was able to stand on the board and enjoy it. I highly recommend it even for those who are not good at sports.

〈Snorkeling〉
I was able to swim with sea turtles, and both my wife and child were very moved. The sight of the blue damselfish sparkling in the sunlight was so beautiful that I could watch it forever. When my wife got seasick while snorkeling, the instructor wisely decided to return to shore early, which was a great help.

〈Pumpkin Cave〉
It was a grand adventure.
We paddled a canoe in the sea, entering a cave from the deep water where we couldn't touch the bottom and explored the cave. At the end, there was something from the pumpkin... This is something to enjoy after participating.
Wearing a life jacket means there's no worry about drowning, but it was still thrilling. My child’s eyes sparkled at the sights they had never seen before.

All the instructors were cheerful and attentive. The photos they took were sent to my smartphone on the same day. So quick!
I was truly amazed by how incredible these people are. Thanks to them, I experienced the best day ever. I am really grateful.

〈SUP〉
波のない静かな海で風を浴びながら仕事のことを忘れてボーっとする贅沢なひと時…そんな気持で申し込んだのですが、パドルを漕いで前に進む感覚が新鮮で必死にバランスを取りつつパドルを漕いでました。
インストラクターが丁寧に教えて下さったので運動神経が鈍い私でもボードの上に立って楽しむことが出来ました。運動が苦手な方でもぜひ。

〈シュノーケリング〉
海亀と一緒に泳ぐことができ、妻も子供もとても感動してました。ルリスズメダイが太陽の光でキラキラと輝く姿はとても美しくずっと見ていられます。
妻がシュノーケリングで波に酔ってしまった際、早目に岸に帰るようインストラクターが判断して下さりとても助かりました。

〈パンプキン鍾乳洞〉
大冒険です。
海でカヌー漕いで足のつかない深さの海から鍾乳洞に侵入し鍾乳洞を探検。最後にはパンプキンからの…。これは参加してからのお楽しみ。
ライフジャケットを着用するので溺れる心配はありませんがそれでもドキドキしました。
見たこともない景色に子供が目を輝かせてました。

インストラクターは皆さん明るくて丁寧。撮影して頂いた写真は当日にスマホに送信して頂けました。仕事早っ！
本当にスゴイ人たちだなぁと驚きました。お陰様で最高の1日を体験できました。本当に感謝しております。

I participated with my 9-year-old and 6-year-old children. The guide was very experienced in outdoor activities, and we felt safe throughout the tour! He was knowledgeable about wildlife and birds, and the kids were very curious and learned a lot. They had a wonderful experience seeing things they wouldn't normally see in everyday life, and they were so lively! I would like to request this again when we go to Iriomote Island. 😊

９才、６才の子どもと参加しました。
ガイドさんはアウトドア経験が豊富で、終始安心してツアーに参加することができました！
生きものや鳥類にも詳しく、子どもたちは興味津々でいろいろなことを教えていただきました。
普段の生活では見ることのできないものや、貴重な経験が出来て、子どもたちが生き生きしていました！

ツアー中はもちろん、送迎の時も色々と石垣島などについての説明してくれたので、楽しかったし、色々学べた。

The day of the sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour unfortunately started with quite a bit of rain. I wasn't very excited as I headed to the meeting place, but the sea was clear, and I was able to see sea turtles! Our guide worked hard to take photos for us, so I received some precious pictures that I couldn't have taken myself!

Also, the Pumpkin Cave was an unexpected activity, but it turned out to be a valuable experience. Despite the bad weather, it was a fun and memorable tour! Our guide, Yuto, was very kind and helped us get through the unexpected Pumpkin Cave tour successfully. I would love to visit Miyako Island again!

ウミガメシュノーケリングと、パンプキン鍾乳洞のツアーの日は、あいにく朝から結構な雨…。あまりテンションも上がらず集合場所に行ったのですが、海は濁ることもなく、ウミガメも見ることができました！ガイドさんが頑張って写真を撮ってくれたので、自分では撮れない貴重な写真をいただけました！
また、パンプキン鍾乳洞は、まさかのアクティビティでしたが！、こちらも貴重な経験ができ、天気が悪かった分、楽しさと思い出になるツアーでした！

I was recommended by a friend that if you're going to Miyako Island, you absolutely have to see this, so I booked the tour this time.

Since we go to the entrance of the cave by canoe, I recommend saving your energy for the return trip (laughs).

The tour guide, Kei, was very thorough in his explanations and took a lot of photos, making it a wonderful memory. I think it would be even better if you have an underwater camera.

This is an activity I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Miyako Island!

カヌーで鍾乳洞入口まで行くので、帰りの体力を温存しておく事を推奨します(笑)

It was a tour guide full of puns. While it wasn't laugh-out-loud funny, I appreciated their earnest effort to create a friendly atmosphere throughout the tour.

ダジャレ満載のツアーガイドでした。笑うほど面白くは無いですが、終始和やかな雰囲気を作ろうと懸命な姿勢に好感が持てました。

The infection control measures were in place, so I felt safe participating.

This time, we participated as a pair, and neither of us were good swimmers, plus it was our first time entering the ocean, so we were very anxious. However, the instructor guided us to the cave, which made us feel at ease.

After a while, we were able to swim without assistance, allowing us to slowly enjoy the underwater scenery and the cave. They took some amazing photos for us, and it seemed like there were no other customers around, so it felt almost like a private experience. We truly made wonderful memories. Thank you!

感染対策が取られていて安心して参加できます。

今回2人で参加しましたが、どちらも泳ぎは得意ではなくて海に入るのも初めてでとても不安でしたが、インストラクターの方が洞窟まで引っ張って行ってくれたので安心出来ました。
途中から補助なしで泳げたのでゆっくり海の中や洞窟を見て楽しむ事が出来ました。
めちゃくちゃ良い写真も撮ってくださり、また
たまたま他のお客さんが居てない時間だったようでほぼ貸切状態で本当にいい思い出ができました。

I participated in the 7 AM session. I attended with my child, and they seemed to really enjoy it and expressed a desire to go snorkeling again. The initial experience significantly influences whether they want to do it again, so I was glad we could have this experience here. It was early in the morning, and I almost thought we would be late, but the staff were very accommodating, and we had a valuable experience. If I have the opportunity to come again, I would like to use this service again to avoid any unpleasant experiences elsewhere.

朝7時の回に参加しました。
子どもと二人で参加しましたが、とても気に入ったらしくまたシュノーケリングやりたいと言ってくれました。
最初にどういう体験するかでその後もやりたいと言ってくれるかどうかはかなり変わるので、ここで体験できて良かったと思いました。
朝早くて危うく遅刻しそうになりましたが、丁寧に対応いただき、貴重な体験ができました。また来る機会があったら、他のところで変な思いをしたくないので再度利用したいと思います。

It was our first time snorkeling, and although the whole family was a bit nervous, our guide was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Along the way, we enjoyed fun conversations and admired beautiful fish, and before we knew it, we arrived at the Blue Cave! We were able to physically feel the wonderful mysteries of nature and see breathtaking views!

After that, we went sea kayaking! Paddling over the beautiful, vast ocean, we encountered stunning corals and fish, making it an absolutely amazing experience. My family and I talked about how we definitely want to do this again! I highly recommend it to everyone!

はじめての、シュノーケリングで家族皆緊張もありましたが、大変わかりやすく気さくにガイドしていただき、道中も楽しい話や綺麗魚を観ながら、あっという間に、青の洞窟へ！
素晴らしい自然の神秘を体で感じ、絶景をみることができました！
その後はシーカヤック！美しく広い海の上をカヤックで進み、美しいサンゴや魚達と会えて本当に素晴らしい体験の連続でした。次も必ずお願いしたいと家族皆で話をしていました！

The staff member was very friendly, and during the移動中, he talked about dialects and plants, which made it interesting and kept us entertained! The Pumpkin Cave felt like an adventure and was truly fun; we were able to take a lot of photos✨ It was a place I really wanted to visit, so it became a wonderful memory.
Although we encountered turtles while snorkeling, it was quite challenging to take photos, but the staff member persevered until the very last moment, and we were finally able to get some pictures! I was about to give up on getting any, so I was really happy at that moment❣️

担当のお兄さんのノリもよく、移動中も方言や植物などの話もしてくれて飽きず面白かったです！パンプキン鍾乳洞は探検のようで本当に楽しく、写真もたくさん撮ってもらえました✨行きたかった場所だったので本当に良い思い出になりました。
シュノーケリングは亀とは出会えたものの、写真は撮るのはかなり厳しそうな状況でしたが、お兄さんがかなりお時間ギリギリまで粘ってくれて最後には写真が撮れました！撮れないかなと諦めかけてたところだったので、あの時は本当に嬉しかったです❣️

We participated as a family of four, including a second-year middle school student and a fourth-year elementary school student. In the morning, we went to the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, we snorkeled at Alagusuk Beach. The Pumpkin Cave was truly mystical and worth visiting. Additionally, during the afternoon snorkeling, we were able to see sea turtles! We encountered them twice, which was surprising. The guide was also very courteous throughout, making it a fun experience.

中学2年と小学4年の子供を含む家族四人で参加させて頂きました。
午前中にパンプキン鍾乳洞に行き、午後はアラグスク海岸でシュノーケルというスケジュールでした。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は、本当に神秘的で、行く価値ありです。
また、午後のシュノーケルでも、ウミガメにちゃんと会えました！二回も遭遇できて、びっくりしました。

Although we moved by car three times, it was the best tour as they chose the perfect beach each time. At the Pumpkin Cave, we went snorkeling with sea turtles, and the three guides were kind and taught us various things during the SUP course.

車移動3回したものの、適した海を毎回選んでくれて最高のツアーでした。

Since I came to the island alone, I looked for a tour that could fill my schedule. It was far more enjoyable than I expected!

I had no idea that I could actually enter and climb in the limestone cave, so it was a pleasant surprise!

Also, since I would get wet, I couldn't bring my phone, but the guide took a lot of photos for me!

Surprisingly, it was quite physically demanding, but it was a fulfilling day!

1人で来島したため、取り敢えずスケジュールを埋められるツアーを探しました。期待より遥かに楽しかったです！

鍾乳洞はまさか入って登っていけるとは事前に知らなかったので、良い意味でのサプライズになりました！

また、水に濡れてしまうので携帯は持っていけなかったが、ガイドさんにいっぱい写真をとっていただきました！

意外と体力も消費しましたが、満喫な1日でした！

It was a bit harder than I imagined, but thanks to our guide, Kei, I had a safe and very enjoyable day! We saw many turtles and were shown various types of fish. At Pumpkin, with both the youngest and the oldest participants, we received support during challenging times, and I had an experience like no other! We took a lot of photos, and it became a wonderful memory! Thank you very much!!!

We gathered at 9:00 AM (Shinjiro Coast) and disbanded at 3:30 PM (Horarizumi Beach). Since I couldn't drive, I took a taxi in the morning, and for the transfers and to the hotel, I received shuttle service. It seems that taxis are hard to catch in Miyako Island, so it might be better to allow for extra time.

In the morning, we went snorkeling and encountered sea turtles and fish! I was amazed at how close I could see them. It was so beautiful. I personally have almost no swimming experience, and I could only put my face in the water by pinching my nose and closing my eyes, but I was glad I could see so much underwater.

I want to share some tips for beginners like me, as I got panicked and ended up drinking water or losing my sense of direction. 1) When clearing the fog from the snorkeling goggles, make sure to shake off the seawater well; I got a little water in my eyes at first. 2) If you laugh too much, gaps can form in the goggles, letting water in, so keep them a bit tighter. 3) Don’t overexert yourself while swimming to avoid gasping for air and inhaling water. 4) When you put your face in the water in a "attention" position and just kick your legs, you can move straight ahead more easily. 5) If you get too absorbed and keep your face in the water, you might not hear sounds, so occasionally lift your face to listen to the guide and check your position.

In the afternoon, we went to see the Pumpkin Cave. We kayaked to the entrance of the cave, and I think if you communicate with your fellow paddlers, you can make good progress (we almost got stuck a few times). The flow was: go through the entrance hole (you can't touch the bottom here) → see the pumpkin → get out of the water and climb up the cave → listen to the guide's explanation while exploring → dive from where we first climbed. Inside the cave, there were many other tour participants, and it was sometimes hard to find a place to step, but surprisingly it wasn't slippery, and I didn't fall or slip. It was cool, and I could feel the timelessness of nature; it was wonderful.

Regarding the pumpkin, here are some points to be careful about: 1) I think the path to the kayak and the sea is the maximum sunburn zone. Apply sunscreen generously. 2) When climbing the cave, a lot of water splashes on your face, which can be alarming, but try to stay calm, grab the rope, and climb slowly without rushing (I got a pretty bad scrape on my elbow because I panicked thinking, "I'm blocking the next person! Water on my face!"). It's better to take it slow or wear a rash guard. 3) When diving, I pinched my nose and closed my eyes as I fell. Since I was wearing a life jacket, I knew I would float eventually, so I stayed calm and waited until my face was out of the water.

I wrote a lot because I had quite a bit of anxiety, but I had fun from start to finish, was moved, and was very satisfied! Even though I can't swim, I gained confidence that I could do this much. If you have a real fear or trauma, that's a different story, but for those who are inexperienced and feel scared or anxious, I think it will surprisingly work out, so I recommend participating!

9:00集合(新城海岸)、15:30解散(保良泉ビーチ)でした。車の運転ができないため、朝はタクシー、間の移動とホテルまでは送迎していただきました。宮古島はタクシーが捕まりにくくなっているそうなので、時間に余裕を持った方が良いかもしれません。
午前はシュノーケリングで、ウミガメと魚に遭遇できました！こんなに近くで見られるんだ…と感動しました。とてもきれいでした。私自身泳ぎの経験がほぼなく、鼻をつまみ目を閉じないと顔を水につけられないレベルでしたが、たくさん水中を見ることができて良かったです。
パニくると水を飲んでしまったり方向が分からなくなって不安になるので、私レベルの初心者が気をつけた方がよいことを書いておきます。 ①シュノーケリングのゴーグルの曇り取りの時に海水をよく切らなかったせいで、最初少しだけ目に水が入ってしまったので、水はよく払っておく。②大きく笑うとゴーグルに隙間ができて鼻に水が入るので、ややキツめにしておく。③頑張って泳ぎすぎて息を切らして口から水を吸わないようにする。④気をつけの姿勢で顔を水につけて足だけバタバタしたら、早めに真っ直ぐ進めました。⑤夢中になってずっと顔を水につけていると音が聞こえなくなりやすいので、時たま顔を上げてガイドさんの声を聞き位置を確認する。
午後はパンプキン鍾乳洞を見に行きました。
カヤックで鍾乳洞の入り口まで行くのですが、同乗者と声をかけながら漕ぐと割と上手く進めることができるのではないかと思います。(数回座礁しかけましたが)
鍾乳洞は入り口の穴をくぐる(ここから足つきません。)→パンプキンを見る→水から上がって鍾乳洞を登っていく→ガイドさんの説明を聞きながら回る→最初登ったところからダイブ、という流れでした。鍾乳洞の中は他のツアー参加者も多く、足の踏み場に迷うこともありましたが、意外とすべりにくく、転んだり落ちたりはしませんでした。ひんやりしていて、悠久の自然を感じられて、素敵でした。
パンプキンについても、上と同様に気をつけるポイントを記載しておきます。①カヤックや、海までの道が最大の日焼けゾーンだと思います。日焼けを大げさに塗る。②鍾乳洞を登るとき、顔にかなり水がかかってビビりますが、できるだけ落ち着いてロープを掴み、焦らず冷静にのぼる。(次が詰まってしまう！顔に水が！と思って焦り、ひじにけっこう染みるすり傷ができました。落ち着いてゆっくり挑むか、ラッシュガードを着るといいと思います。)③飛び込むときは鼻をつまんで目を閉じて落ちました。ライフジャケットを来ておりそのうち絶対に浮くので、顔が水から出たと思うまで落ち着いてゆっくり耐えます。
かなり不安があったので色々書いていますが、最初から最後まで楽しかったし、感動したし、大満足です！泳げないけどここまでできたぞという自信にもなります。
本当に恐怖でトラウマがある場合は別ですが、経験なくて怖い、不安だという方でも意外となんとかなると思うので、参加してみることをおすすめします！

The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable participating. The beautiful sea and sky were all breathtaking! I was half worried about whether I could paddle the canoe, but there was hardly any wind, and it was just a wonderfully pleasant time. I also received many images for free. At 9 AM, we gathered at Shinjo Beach, surrounded by shallow waters and coral, where the waves were calm and perfect for swimming. During snorkeling, we were able to see small fish hiding among the corals, and to our surprise, we encountered three sea turtles just about four minutes after starting to swim! ^_^ It was a wonderful experience. Mao, our tour guide, shared various sightseeing knowledge with us, and he was warm and attentive to every detail. I would love to experience this tour again with my family.

朝9時に遠浅で珊瑚に囲まれた海は波も穏やかで、泳ぎやすいビーチ新城海岸で集合し、シュノーケリングでは珊瑚の陰に小さな魚を見ることもでき、泳ぎ始めて4分くらいでまさかのウミガメさん！(3匹)に会えました^_^
とてもいい体験でした。　
ツアーのマオさんからいろんな観光知識を教えて頂きました。暖かくて細かいところまで気を配りました。また家族と一緒にこのツアーを体験したいと思います。

The foreign captain who speaks fluent Japanese is an entertainer on par with Disneyland. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a wonderful smile. He provided explanations with a good tempo, sprinkled with jokes, much like a DJ. Steering the boat like a roller coaster, he turned left and right, and at times jumped between waves, making the experience exciting. Not only was he skilled at maneuvering the boat, but his attention and care for all the passengers were perfect. And the Blue Cave was a deeper blue than I had imagined! Although it was a cloudy day, the captain's words that it looked more beautiful than on a sunny day turned out to be true.

日本語ペラペラの外国人船長さんは、ディズニーランド級のエンターテイナー。受付時から、素晴らしい笑顔でのおもてなしでした。DJのようにテンポ良く、ジョークを散りばめた説明をしてくれます。ジェットコースターのごとく、右に左に舵を切り、時には波と波の間をジャンプして、エキサイティングに進みます。ボート操縦だけでなく、乗客全員への目配り、気配りも完璧。そして、想像していたよりも濃いブルーだった青の洞窟！当日は曇り空でしたが、晴れの日よりもキレイに見えるという船長さんの言葉はホントでした。
