It was great; I went early in the morning and stayed until around noon. Coincidentally, the guide had the same name as me (though the kanji was different).

I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't enter Saijo-otake due to the impact of the typhoon after arriving. It might be unavoidable, but they did adjust the tour time for Saijo-otake flexibly. At the Gangala Valley, the guide provided thorough explanations, which was very good. During the transfer, the bus guide also shared various information about Okinawa, which I enjoyed.

斎場御嶽に着いてから台風の影響で入れないことが分かり残念でした。仕方ないことかもしれませんが。ただ、斎場御嶽のツアー時間を短くするなど臨機応変に対応はして下さいました。
ガンガラーの谷ではガイドさんが丁寧に説明して下さり、とても良かったです。
移動の最中はバスガイドさんが色々沖縄のことについて説明してくれたためそれも楽しめました。

The Eisa performance at Okinawa World was very powerful and provided a fun time. The limestone cave was quite large and impressive.

Also, since it had just rained, the Sefa Utaki was very slippery, and I walked down the slope quite slowly. They do lend you shoes, but I think it's important to wear shoes that are less slippery.

The guide in the car provided a lot of explanations, and I was really glad to learn things that I wouldn't have known if I had gone on my own.

おきなわワールドのエイサーはとても迫力もあり、楽しい時間でした。鍾乳洞はとても大きく見応えのあるものでした。
また斎場御嶽は雨上がりだったため、とても滑りやすく、帰りの坂はかなりゆっくり歩いてきました。くつも貸してくれますが、しっかり滑りにくい靴をはいて行くのが大切だと思います。
車中ガイドさんがたくさん説明をしてくれて、個人で行くとなかなかわからないことまで知ることができ本当に良かったと思います。

I wanted to visit not only the Shiratani Unsuikyo, which is said to be the setting for Princess Mononoke, and the moss-covered forest, but also Taiko Rock! I searched for various tours and ended up booking this one, which takes you to Taiko Rock at a reasonable price. The guide was a seasoned veteran with extensive knowledge, sharing enjoyable and thought-provoking stories about life. They also shared various snacks and garlic, which gave us a boost of energy—thank you! This tour offers an early morning option, and we chose that. There were few climbers, allowing us to take our time and enjoy taking photos on our way to Taiko Rock. The moss-covered forest was mystical, and the morning light created a fantastical atmosphere that was captivating. And then, Taiko Rock! There were steep slopes along the way, and combined with the muscle soreness from the previous day, it was tough, but reaching the top was breathtaking! According to the guide, the views are better in the early morning. Indeed, the early bird catches the worm!

もののけ姫の舞台となったと言われている白谷雲水峽、苔むす森だけでなくどうせなら太鼓岩も行きたい！といろいろなツアーを探しましたが太鼓岩まで行けてお値打ちなこのツアーを申し込みました。 ガイドさんもガイド歴が長い大ベテランさんで知識も豊富(楽しくそして人生も考える深い話でよかったです)、そしてお菓子やニンニクなどいろいろ食べ物(パワーでましたありがとうございます)も分けてくださいました。 こちらのツアー、早朝コースもあり私たちは早朝コースを選択しましたが、登山客が少なくゆっくりと写真をとりながら太鼓岩を目指すことができました。 苔むす森、神秘的で朝の光が幻想的な雰囲気をかもし出し魅力的でした。 そして、太鼓岩!道中急な坂があり前日の筋肉痛と重なり大変でしたが登りきり絶景でした！ ガイドさん曰く、早朝の方が眺めがいい確率が高いとのこと。まさに早起きは三文の徳ですね!

In the Valley of Gangala, you walk through nature and hear explanations about how ancient locals lived in that area. It was a very interesting story, and I had a great time spending half a day there.

ガンガラーの谷は自然の中を歩いて大昔の現地の人が、その場所で生活していた状況などの説明を聞きます。とても興味深い話で楽しく半日過ごせました。

I have participated in this tour several times, and I think it’s very worthwhile because it’s efficient and inexpensive. Since Sefa Utaki is on a mountain path, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes instead of sandals. Women especially need to be careful, as it can be quite difficult if it rains. At the Valley of Gangala, the guide provided detailed explanations, and it was really fun. Although it rained like a typhoon, the rain made the trees and leaves vibrant and beautiful. Since Okinawa has sudden rain showers, I think it’s better to prepare for the possibility of rain. I want to go again.

こちらのツアーには何度か参加していますが、効率も良く安いので大変お得だと思います。斎場御嶽は山道なので、サンダル等ではなく歩きやすい靴で行くのが良いと思います。特に女性は気をつけないと雨が降ったら大変です。ガンガラーの谷はガイドさんが詳しく説明してくれて、すごく楽しかったです。台風みたいな雨だったのですが、雨のおかげで木や葉っぱが生き生きしてきれいでした。沖縄はスコールがあるので、雨が降るかもしれないと準備して行ったほうが良いと思います。また行きたいです。

My stay this time was only for one day. I didn't have enough time to reach Jomon Sugi, so I enjoyed hiking to Shiratani Unsuikyo (Taiko Rock). The weather was clear with not a single cloud in the sky at the summit. It was unusually good weather for Yakushima, but it was fantastic.

今回の滞在は１日だけでした。縄文杉までは時間的に余裕がなかったので、白谷水雲峡(太鼓岩)までの登山を楽しみました。山頂に雲ひとつかからない快晴でした。屋久島らしからぬ好天でしたが、最高でした。

The entrance to Saijō Utaki is about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot. I arrived at the entrance right at 9 AM when it opened. The guide who was accompanying the bus does not provide a tour, so I explored on my own.

Since it was just before opening, there were few other tourists, allowing for a peaceful visit. After going up the Ujōguchi, I soon reached Ufugūi, where the path splits into two. If you want to see Yuinchi, please continue straight. If you turn right, you will reach Sangūi, which has a triangular space. From here, you can see Kudaka Island and feel the energy from the sea, the sacred rocks, and the Gajumaru trees.

Near Ujōguchi, there is a steep path leading to the Uroka (purification area), but be careful as it is quite steep and could take you over an hour, exceeding your sightseeing time before returning to the bus.

At the entrance to the Gangala Valley, you will be called together with other tour participants while waiting at the cave café. There is a dedicated guide here. First, there is an explanation of the tour, and free salted barley tea (in a water bottle) is provided. The tour lasts about 1 hour and 20 minutes, so if you don't have a drink, it's best to pick one up here to avoid heatstroke.

The guide provides explanations in a polite and well-paced manner. They are from Tokyo but have moved to Okinawa and seem to have studied well. In the Ikiga Cave, you proceed into the dark cave with a lamp. The rugged feel of the rocks and the sight of a river flowing inside the cave reminded me of the Amano Iwato Shrine in Miyazaki. I felt that this is where humans sense the source of life.

Please be sure to climb the tree terrace located towards the end of the course. You can see the hill where the bones of the Port of Nakagawa people from the Paleolithic era were excavated.

The exit is on the Okinawa World side. There will be guidance from the guide, but I think it's best to familiarize yourself with the route to the parking lot where the return tour bus stops.

斎場御嶽入口は駐車場から徒歩で5分ぐらいのところにあります。
ちょうど開場の９時、入口に到着。バスに添乗していたガイドさんは案内してくれませんので、自分の足で観光します。

開場間近なので他の観光客も少なく心静かに見ることができました。御門口（ウジョウグチ）を上がってしばらくすると、大庫理（ウフグーイ）に当たりますが、ここで道が二手に分かれています。寄満（ユインチ）を見たい人はまっすぐ進んでください。右手に曲がると三角形の空間がある三庫理（サングーイ）へ出ます。久高島を望め、海、磐座（いわくら）、ガジュマルからのパワーを感じられる所です。

御門口の近くにウローカー（みそぎ場）への坂道がありますが、かなり勾配が急なので、そこに行ってしまうと観光時間（バスに戻るまでの時間）の１時間を超える可能性がありますのでご注意ください。

ガンガラーの谷は、入口の洞窟カフェで待っていると、他のツアーの人たちと一緒に呼び出されます。ここは専用のガイドさんがいます。まずはツアーの説明があるのですが、無料の塩入麦茶（水筒入）が案内されます。ツアーは約１時間２０分かかりますので、飲み物を持っていない人は、ここで必ずピックアップし、熱中症にならないようにしたほうが良いかと思います。

ガイドさんが丁寧かつテンポよく説明してくれます。東京都出身だそうですが、沖縄が気に入って移住したそうで、よく勉強しているなと思いました。イキガ洞はランプをもって暗闇の洞窟を進んでいきます。岩のゴツゴツした感じや洞窟内を川が流れる様子が宮崎の天岩戸神社に似ています。こういうところに人間は、生命の源を感じるのだと体感しました。

コースの最後の方にあるツリーテラスはぜひ登ってください。旧石器時代の港川人の骨が発掘された「港川フィッシャー遺跡」の丘が望めます。

出口は、おきなわワールド側です。ガイドさんからも案内がありますが、帰りのツアーバスが停車している駐車場までは道順をしっかり把握してから歩いた方が良いと思います。

I was able to visit a sacred site in the southern part of Okinawa, which healed both my tired mind and body. I especially enjoyed the Valley of Gangala, as the guide provided a lot of interesting information.

沖縄の南部の聖地へ巡れて日ごろの疲れた心身共にいやされた。
特にガンガラーの谷はガイドさんがいろいろ案内してくれたのでとても楽しめました。

You can't get around this efficiently in half a day using public transportation. The cost performance is excellent. I would like to participate again.

公共交通機関で行くと半日でこんなに効率よくは回れません。コストパフォーマンスは最高です。また参加したいです。

I used this tour because I can't drive. I was surprised by the guide's thorough explanations. We heard a lot of interesting information, from the history of Okinawa to contemporary topics. Before I knew it, we arrived at our destination while listening to the guide's stories. It was a tour of the Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley, and I had a fulfilling time without any wasted moments. Additionally, at Gangala Valley, we participated in the tour to explore (it seems you can't visit without a guide). The guide here was also wonderful and very attentive.

車が運転できないためこちらのツアーを利用しました。びっくりしたのがガイドさんの丁寧な説明。沖縄の歴史から現代の沖縄の話題と盛りだくさんで興味深く聴かせていただきました。ガイドさんの話を聞いているうちにあっという間に目的地へ到着。斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷のツアーでしたが無駄なく充実した時間を過ごせました。また、ガンガラーの谷ではツアーに参加する形で見学。（ガイド付出ないと見学できない模様）。こちらも至れり尽くせりの素晴らしいガイドさんでした。

I went to Taiko Rock.
Since it was my first time trekking, it was quite challenging.
For those who are aware of their lack of exercise, it seems that bringing trekking poles makes it easier.

Many people at Shiratani Unsuikyo go without a guide, but I often found myself wondering where to walk, so I think beginners should definitely hire a guide for peace of mind. You can also learn a lot from their stories.

Since it was early in the morning, there were few people passing by, and I could walk leisurely. On the way down, I started to encounter many people, so I got the impression that a lot of people start around 9 AM. I'm glad I left early, as I was able to enjoy Taiko Rock all to myself.

The guide was dressed lightly in a T-shirt and shorts, but I bumped my legs against rocks quite a bit, so I think wearing long pants or tights would have been better. Yakushima is full of rocks, so it can be quite painful. Since I was in the mountains, I probably didn't need a hat. Just wearing a hat made me feel quite hot, and I ended up taking it off at the end.

太鼓岩まで行きました。
トレッキングは初めてなので、けっこう大変でした。
運動不足を自覚している人は、ストックを持って行くと楽だそうです。

白谷雲水狭はガイドをつけてない人も多くいますが
どこを歩いたらいいの？と思うことが度々あったので
初心者はガイドを付けた方が安心です。お話も色々聞けて勉強になります。

早朝だったので、すれ違う人も少なくゆったりと歩けました。
下山の時には、たくさんの人とすれ違うようになったので
9時頃に出発の人が多いのかなーという印象です。
朝早く出たので、太鼓岩が独り占めできてよかったです。

ガイドさんはTシャツ半ズボンという軽装でしたが、私は足をあっちこっちに
ぶつけたので、長ズボンかタイツでよかったとおもいます。
屋久島は岩だらけなので、結構いたいです。
山の中だったので、帽子はいらなかったかな。帽子被るだけでけっこう暑く感じて、最後は脱いでいました。

I participated in the tour and rated it 8 out of 10. The weather was rainy and unstable due to Typhoon No. 9, but they came to pick me up at the hotel. Since it was my last day, I was able to load my suitcase onto the bus, and they took me to the airport on the way back, which was great.

I arrived first at Sefa Utaki. Since it’s a popular spot, I thought I wouldn’t be able to take my time, but since I was the first one there, there were few other tourists, and I could explore at a leisurely pace.

By the time I arrived at the Valley of Gangala, the weather had deteriorated, and it was pouring rain with poor footing, but the scenery of the limestone cave, which we entered with lanterns, the giant banyan tree, and the natural beauty and mystery of Okinawa were wonderful.

The 1 hour and 20-minute guided tour was very enjoyable for both adults and children. I don’t think you can have such experiences often.

The bus guide's explanations were very clear, and the drivers were kind people, which was nice. Thank you very much. I would like to participate in the tour again the next time I visit Okinawa.

8／10参加させていただきました。台風９号の影響で雨が降ったりやんだりの天気でしたが、ホテルまで迎えに来てくれ、滞在最終日だったのでそのままキャリーケースをバスに積み、帰りは空港まで送ってくれるのでよかったです。
斎場御嶽には一番乗りで到着しました。人気スポットなので、ゆっくりできないかな〜と思っていましたが、一番乗りだったので、他の観光客も少なくゆっくり巡ることができました。
ガンガラーの谷に着いた頃には天気が崩れてしまい、足元が悪くスゴい豪雨でしたが、ランタンを持って入る鍾乳洞の景観、巨大ガジュマルの木、沖縄の自然と神秘素晴らしかったです。
1時間20分の専門ガイド付きツアーで、大人も子どももとても楽しめました。なかなかこういう経験はできないと思います。

ツアーのバスガイドさんの話もとてもわかりやすく、運転手さんも優しい方々でよかったです。ありがとうございました。また次回沖縄に行った時はツアーに参加させていただきたいと思います。

It was a cool, rainy day. The guide had a bright smile that lit up the bus, which was very comforting. Due to the rain, fewer people participated in the visit to Sefa Utaki, so they increased our time at Okinawa World. I appreciate the flexible schedule changes. The cost performance was great, and I was very satisfied.

雨降りの日で涼しい日でした。ガイドさんはバス内をパッと明るくするような笑顔いっぱいの方で癒されました。斎場御嶽見学が雨の影響で参加する人が出ず、その分沖縄ワールドの時間を増やしてくれました。臨機応変の予定変更に感謝です。コスパもよく大満足です。

After finishing the morning Hato Bus Tour, I joined the second bus tour in the afternoon. The building where the reception was held was a bit hard to find, but I noticed that there were many foreign participants, which made it feel international. The bus was spacious and comfortable. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and although the first Hato Bus Tour overlapped with the Imperial Palace visit, it was a blessing. It was great to see various attractions compactly, including Odaiba, Fuji Television, the National Diet Building, Kasumigaseki, Ginza, and Marunouchi. On the way back, we passed by La Maison du Chocolat, and after finishing lunch in the basement of the reception building, I expressed my gratitude to those who helped us explore. I was able to stop by without any issues. The iced chocolate drink and the limited-time chocolate were delicious, creating wonderful memories. (^ - ^)/

朝のはとバスツアーを終えてお昼より二回目のバスツアーでした。受付があるビルが少し分かりにくかったですが外国人の方々も参加していらしてインターナショナルだな、と思いました。バスはゆったりしていて居心地が良かったです。ガイドさんのお話も楽しくて一回目のはとバスツアーと皇居見学が被ってしまいましたがありがたいことですね。お台場、フジテレビ、国会議事堂、霞ヶ関、銀座、丸の内などコンパクトにいろいろ見て回れるのが良かったです、帰り道にラ・メゾン・デュ・ショコラの前を通ったので終わってお昼を受付のあるビルの地下でいただいたあといろいろ探してくださった方々に感謝しまして、無事に寄れました。アイスチョコレートドリンクと期間限定のチョコが美味しくて素敵な思い出が出来ました。(^-^)/

This time, I chose the bus tour in southern Okinawa again, which was great last time.

Since I had participated once before, I understood the flow of the tour and was able to manage the time at each sightseeing spot well, allowing me to enjoy the tour thoroughly.

I revisited Seifa Utaki, and it was still a mystical place. The weather was nice, making it even more humid.

I arrived before the entrance time, so there was a bit of a wait, but they had a fan with a water hose that sprayed mist, which was nice because it was hot, but it helped cool us down a bit.

At Okinawa World, we entered the limestone cave. The guide mentioned, "It's not that cool," but it was definitely much cooler than outside, and we could enjoy both the scenery and the coolness.

Additionally, the girls enjoyed taking commemorative photos in traditional Ryukyu clothing.

I think it made for a great memory.

Overall, the price was reasonable, and although the entrance fee for Okinawa World is an additional personal expense, the content was enjoyable enough.

今回も前回良かった沖縄南部バスツアーを選択しました。

一度参加しているので、ツアーの行動の勝手も分かっているので、各所の見所の時間配分もちゃんと出来ツアーを十分に楽しめました。

再訪したせいふぁ～うたき（斎場御嶽）ですが、やはり神秘的な所で、天気も良かったので益々じめっとしていました。

入場時間前に到着していたので、少し待ち時間がありましたが、扇風機に水のホースが付いたもので、ミストをまいて貰えたので、暑かったですが、それなりに涼めて良かった。

沖縄ワールドでは、鍾乳洞に入り、ガイドさんが「それ程涼しくはないですよ」って言ってはいましたが、やはり外気より大分温度が低く、十分な景観と涼むことができました。

また、女子達は、琉装を着て記念撮影を楽しんでいました。

良い記念になったと思います。

全体的に料金もリーズナブルで、別途、沖縄ワールドの入場料は、個人負担ですが、十分楽しめる内容です。

A tour that allows you to visit both Sefa Utaki and Okinawa World at once! It's a great deal, and the guide's detailed explanations are worth more than the price, so I highly recommend it!

I requested a guide for the Shiratani Unsuikyo. Two housewives in their 50s, who are classmates, participated, and I challenged myself with trekking for the first time. It was very helpful that we took breaks at good times while taking photos along the way. The descent was tough as my knees started to hurt, but it was worth it to reach the mossy forest! The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and they took really great photos with excellent techniques. Thank you very much!

白谷雲水峡へガイドをお願いしました。50代主婦2人同級生で参加、私は初トレッキング挑戦、途中いいタイミングで写真撮影しながら休憩を取ってくださったのでとても助かりました。下りは膝が痛くなりたいへんでしたが苔むす森まで行った甲斐はありました！

Good tour. Well organized aaaaaaasaaaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddddddttttttttttfffffggggg

I suddenly had a business trip to Naha, and feeling frustrated, I decided to book a hotel on my own and enjoy a day by myself the next day. However, since I can't drive and it's hot, I was wondering what to do when I saw this tour that I had wanted to try for a while, so I quickly made a reservation.

There weren't any other women participating alone, but there were a few men who were also attending alone, and I had no problem enjoying myself. I especially recommend the Gyokusendo Cave. Being in nature and soaking in the negative ions blew away the fatigue from work.

仕事で急に那覇出張になり、くやしいので自力でホテル取って、翌日1日一人で楽しもうと思っていました。とはいえ車運転できないし暑いしどうしようかと思っていた時にこのツアーを見て前から行ってみたかったので早速予約。
女性1人参加は他にはおられませんでしたが、男性1人参加の方もちらほら居てなんら問題なく楽しむ事ができました。特にガンガラーの谷はすごくオススメです。自然に触れてマイナスイオン浴びれて仕事の疲れも吹き飛びました。

It was a great tour for someone like me who doesn't have a rental car. The price was also cheap! It's a shame the weather was bad. I would like to participate again.

The half-day bus tour was much cheaper than a taxi, and I was very satisfied. Visiting Sefa Utaki and Okinawa World for 1,700 yen was a great deal. It was a bit hot, but they took me to the airport, which was fantastic.

半日のバスツアーでタクシーより全然安くて大満足でした。斎場御嶽にいって、沖縄ワールドで1700円はお得です。少し暑かったけど、空港まで送ってくれて最高でした。

I participated alone, but I was able to enjoy sightseeing comfortably on a large tour bus. The tour guide taught us various things about Okinawa and even sang Okinawan folk songs, making for a fun time. I'm really glad I joined.

１人参加でしたが、大きな観光バスでゆったり観光出来ました。
添乗員さんが沖縄について色々教えてくれたり、沖縄民謡を歌ってくれたりと、楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

I participated alone, but I had a great time. Since I'm not familiar with the geography of Okinawa, I thought it would be difficult to visit both Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley on my own, but the bus tour made it very easy to get there. Both places were mystical and really wonderful.

Despite the heavy rain forecast due to the typhoon, I came to Yakushima to meet the kodama (tree spirits) of the Mononoke Forest. The moss, wet from the rain, sparkled beautifully and was truly wonderful! The guide brought a kodama doll, and it felt as if the real ones were there. I felt as if my heart was cleansed, and I left with a refreshed spirit. If you get the chance, I definitely recommend visiting!

台風による大雨予報の中、もののけの森のこだま（木霊）に逢いたくて、屋久島にやって来ました。
雨に濡れた「苔」は、キラキラ輝いて、とても素敵でした❣️
ガイドさんがこだま（木霊）の人形を持って来てくれたのですが、本物がいるみたいでした
なんだか、心が洗われたように、スッキリした気持ちになりました。

My first visit to Yakushima was for trekking and diving. I heard that it was the setting for "Princess Mononoke," which is one of my favorite Studio Ghibli films, so I decided to go.

I chose the moss-covered forest half-day course. The staff at the accommodation mentioned that we would arrive quickly, but as a trekking beginner, I thought it might be better to save Jomon Sugi for another time.

On the day of the trek, I received a call from the person in charge. I was excited and nervous since it was my first time, but the guide was wonderful. We talked about the course and shared casual conversations, creating a homely atmosphere, so I quickly felt comfortable. The guide was in his 70s, but he was a veteran who climbed swiftly! He provided detailed guidance, and I was glad I could keep up with him.

The reserved course was truly amazing, and I felt like I could climb it over and over again. There were huge cedar trees that rivaled Jomon Sugi, and the sound of the river was very soothing. The course was full of highlights until we reached the moss-covered forest, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you.

On the last day, I had a trekking reservation, and I wanted to make it to the ferry on time, so I asked to go to the souvenir center at a certain time. They kindly accommodated my request, which was a great help. Thank you. However, it might have been because I was the only one that day.

初めての屋久島で、目的はトレッキングとダイビングでした。
ジブリが大好きでもの○け姫でも舞台とされてるとのことで行ってみました。

コースは苔むす森、半日コース
宿のかた曰く直ぐについてしまいます、
なんて言われましたが、トレッキング初心者なので縄文杉はまたの機会でいいかもと思ってました。

当日前に担当の方より連絡があります。
初めてでワクワクドキドキ緊張してましたが、
ガイドの方が大変良くて、コースの話や世間話しをして頂きアットホームな雰囲気だったので直ぐに仲良くなりました。
高齢で70代過ぎの方でしたが、ベテランの方でサクサク登られます！w
さらに細かなガイドをして頂けます。
ガイドさんになんとか付いて行けて良かった…

予約のコースは本当に最高で何度でも登りたいって思えます。縄文杉に負けないくらい大きな杉があり、川のせせらぎが心地良かったです。
苔むす森に辿りつくまで見所満載のコースで満喫出来ました！！

最終日にトレッキングを予約していたので、フェリー時間に間に合うように何時にはお土産センターへ行きたいなどとワガママを聞いて頂き、大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。
ただ、その日は私だけだったからかも知れません。

Saijō Gushikawa was truly a mystical place, despite its seemingly ordinary setting. Is this what is called a power spot? Also, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the performances at Okinawa World. It was fun.

斎場御嶽は、何気ない場所柄ながらも、本当に神秘的な所でした。
こういった場所がパワースポットと呼ばれるのでしょうか。
また、沖縄ワールドの踊りの場では、じっくり鑑賞させてもらいました。
楽しかったです。
