Since it's a tour involving nature, seeing whales depends on luck. However, fortunately, we were able to enjoy it. The staff were bright, fun, and kind, which was great. I think it's rare to see a whale jump like in the promotional photos, but if you encounter a whale, you can still have a decent time.

自然が相手のツアーなので、鯨が見られるのは、運しだいです。
しかし、幸い、堪能することができました。
スタッフの皆様も明るく・楽しく・親切で良かったです。
イメージ写真のように、鯨のジャンプを見ることは稀？だとは思いますが、鯨で出会えれば、そこそこ楽しめますね。

It was a beautiful day, and the hour flew by in no time. I boarded the bus after taking measures against the cold, and the warmth blowing from the floor by the window was very comfortable. Thank you for explaining the history in a fun and easy-to-understand way, from the past to the present. The view was outstanding, especially since there was no ceiling. It was an interesting experience to have tunnels and signals passing just above our heads, full of thrills. I would love to try a different course if I have the opportunity again.

お天気の良い日で、あっという間の１時間でした。寒さ対策をしてバスに乗り込みましたが、窓際の足元から暖房が吹き出ていて心地良かったです。
歴史から現在の姿まで楽しくわかりやすくお話をしてくださりありがとうございました。
天井がないだけあって見晴らしは抜群。
トンネルや信号が頭上すれすれを通っていくのは面白い体験でスリル満点でした。
また、機会があれば違うコースを体験させていただきたいです。

I think it was a boat with about 60 people. Since it was a weekday in January, I thought there would be a lot of empty seats, but there were quite a few participants, almost full. It might depend on the day, but it was quite rocky. There were moments where it felt like a roller coaster going up and down, and people were exclaiming "Wow!" I took motion sickness medicine, but I still felt quite nauseous. Some people were down for the count.

We had a hard time spotting whales, but the boats were communicating with each other, and we got a message from a boat that found them, which led to applause from everyone! The whales were far away, so we couldn't see them as they appear in magazines, but we were able to see small sprays of water and the tails and backs coming out of the sea.

They were small, but since it's rare to see them with the naked eye, it was quite satisfying. The staff also uploads photos taken with an amazing telephoto lens camera online.

60人ぐらいの船だったと思います。1月の平日なので空きが多いかと思いましたが、結構満席に近いぐらい参加者がいました。
日によるのかもしれないけど、だいぶ揺れます。ジェットコースターのように上から下への瞬間もあって「おお～」という声が。酔止めを飲んだのですが、かなり酔いました。ダウンしている人もいました。
クジラはなかなか見つけられなかったのですが、船同士で連絡しあってるとのことで見つけた船から連絡があり、一同拍手に！
クジラは遠くにいるので、雑誌等の写真でみるような姿は見えません。小さく塩を吹いたり、海から出ている尾ひれや背中を見ることができました。
小さいですが、めったに肉眼でみることはできないので、満足感はあります。
スタッフの方が、すごい望遠レンズのカメラで撮影した写真をネットに上げてくれます。

It was our first time snorkeling for both of us, but the time flew by and it turned out to be a fulfilling day! Our guide, Hina, provided us with detailed information about marine life, and we even got to see a sea snake! I would like to use this service again when I come back to Ishigaki Island next time!

2人も初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、あっという間に時間が過ぎ充実した日になりました！
担当してくださったひなさんは海の生物について詳しく教えてくださり、ウミヘビも見ることができました！
次回石垣島に来た際も利用したいと思います！

During my 3-night, 4-day stay in Sapporo, I used this tour for a quick morning outing. It was really great to easily visit various sightseeing spots in a place I wasn't familiar with, especially with the snow piling up! Our guide, Mr. Ishihara, was very warm and reassuring! The driver was also very courteous! At one point, I lost a ticket and caused some trouble, but they kindly reassured me not to worry, which I truly appreciated! Everyone was very satisfied. I will definitely use this service again!

3泊4日札幌滞在の際、午前中でサクッと回れるツアーとして利用させていただきました。
慣れていない土地で、雪の積もる中、色々な観光地を楽に巡れて本当によかったです！
ガイドの石原さんが、とてもあたたかく安心でした！運転手さんも丁寧な方でした！
途中、チケットを紛失したりご迷惑をおかけしましたが、気にしないで、大丈夫、と優しく対応していただき、本当にありがとうございました！みんな大満足です。また利用させていただきますね！

They cover the most famous temples in Kyoto and while the tour guide doesn't speak english, she was very patient and helpful! Overal a great tour for the price!!

I was able to enjoy the trip on a large boat without getting seasick. The schedule included about an hour of searching for whales on the way there, an observation time of about an hour, and I think the return trip took around 40 minutes at the fastest. We went out to the front deck to observe the whales.

大きな船で船酔いもせずに楽しく見て帰ってこれました。
スケジュールも行きがクジラを探しながら１時間程度で、観察も１時間程度、帰りは早くて４０分程度だったように思います。

I went for the crane watching tour with Mr. Shuta. It was a wonderful experience. He was well prepared and provided telescope and binoculars. He was experienced in pointing out various wildlife along the route and finding good spots to view cranes at the right timing. Thank you.

Thanks to the crew's patience in searching, we were able to see two whales! We were also very lucky to witness them jump (breach)!

It was drizzling, but we were able to enjoy ourselves without getting wet. When we entered and exited the water, it was thrilling, and the kids were excited about an experience they rarely get to have.

小雨の中でしたが濡れることもなく楽しめました。水に入る時、上がる時は迫力があり子どもも滅多にできない体験に興奮していました。

I knew that the Olympic Museum at Okurayama was closed, but I was disappointed that the lift was also not operating, so I could only go to the souvenir shop. I wished they had allowed us to leave earlier than planned to extend our time at the Shiroi Koibito Park.

Even so, everything is compactly arranged, and they also take care of your carry-on luggage, so I recommend it if your flight is in the late afternoon or later on the last day. If you're cutting it close, getting stuck in traffic can be a hassle. I saw about three groups leave early at the market.

大倉山でオリンピックミュージアムが休業は知ってたけどリフトまでやってなかったのでお土産屋さんにしか行けず残念でした。
そこで予定通りの時間滞在するより早目に撤収して白い恋人パークの時間を伸ばして欲しかったです。

それでもコンパクトにまとまってるしキャリーケースも預かってくれるので最終日に飛行機が夕方遅く以降ならおすすめです。
ギリギリだと渋滞にハマると大変。
市場で3組くらい離脱してました。

It was my first experience. When crossing the Rainbow Bridge, the wind was a bit cold, but the weather was very nice, and everything felt like a dream. However, I couldn't hear the guide's audio at all. Please raise the volume a little more. The person sitting next to me was a local from Tokyo, so they explained various things to me.

ただガイドの音声が全然聞こえませんでした。もう少し 音量を上げて下さい。
お隣に座った方が 東京が地元の方だったので その方にいろいろ説明をしてもらいました。

We really loved our guide. She was so happy and friendly. She took the time to take pictures for us. We would definitely recommend the service to our friends.

I participated in several bus tours for the first time. Although I didn't have much time to spare, I was able to enjoy fulfilling moments at each destination. However, I didn't have a very good impression of the guide from the beginning. I believe that a bus tour relies heavily on the guide. Since the other tours I participated in were very good, I left feeling a bit disappointed on the last day...

But the content of the tour was good. If possible, I wish they could reduce the number of places visited so that we could enjoy each location a bit more leisurely.

初めてバスツアーをいくつか申し込んで参加しました。
時間の余裕はあまりないですが行く先々では充実した時間が過ごせました。
ただ.....最初からガイドさんにあまりいい印象を受けませんでした。
バスツアーはガイドさんあってのものだと思います。
他で参加したツアーがとても良かっただけに最終日ちょっと残念な気持ちで帰りました...

でもツアーの内容は良かったです。
可能ならば、行く場所の数を減らして一つの場所でもう少しゆっくり楽しめたらなぁと思いました。

I used this tour on the last day of my trip (late November 2025). The tour departs from Sapporo Station at 8:30 AM and arrives back around 1:30 PM. Both the driver and the guide were Japanese. It was a weekday, and there were about six participants, all of whom were Japanese.

The bus was large and red, making it easy to avoid getting lost at tourist spots. The interior was warm, and there was no need for jackets. Large luggage (like rolling suitcases) could be stored in the bus's luggage compartment. Upon boarding, we received disposable earphones, which we plugged into the sockets near our seats to listen to the tour guide. The explanations were very clear, providing insights into both the tourist sites and the history of Sapporo. By the way, it seems you can listen in Japanese, Chinese, and English (if I remember correctly).

First, we viewed the former Hokkaido Government Office from the bus as we headed to the Okurayama Jump Stadium. The visit lasted exactly one hour. After the guide's explanation upon arrival, we had free time. We took the lift to the observation deck, where we could leisurely enjoy the beautiful scenery and see where the athletes actually start. One hour was sufficient for this.

Next, we went to the Shiroi Koibito Park. The visit here also lasted one hour. If you take your time to look at each part of the factory tour, it might cut into your shopping time. We moved through the factory tour quickly and then chose our souvenirs. It might be tight on time to see the entire process of the large mechanical clock outside, but it's beautiful, so I recommend at least taking a quick look. It might also be a good idea to check out souvenirs online in advance.

Then we headed to the Sapporo Outer Market. Since we moved smoothly, we had about an hour and a half here. The guide provided a map of the entire market and discount coupons for some shops. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were fewer people, allowing us to explore comfortably. There are many places to eat, as well as shops selling vegetables and seafood, all lined up on either side of the road. It felt like we made a complete loop.

Overall, the tour was tight, but we enjoyed each stop sufficiently. The driver was very careful, and even though I was with a child who tends to get car sick, we were completely fine. The guide was warm, kind, and thorough, making the conversation enjoyable. I made wonderful memories on the last day of my trip. Thank you very much.

After the tour ended, I was able to catch the Rapid Airport train departing from Sapporo Station at 1:34 PM, which allowed us to arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare (our flight from New Chitose Airport was scheduled for 5:30 PM). Just for reference.

旅行最終日に利用しました。（2025年11月下旬に利用）8時半札幌駅出発、13時半頃札幌駅到着のツアーです。運転手さん、ガイドさんともに日本人の方です。利用日は平日、利用者の方6名ほど。全て日本人の方でした。
バスは赤くて大きく、観光地での乗り間違いなどがなさそうな感じのバスです。
車内は暖かく上着は入りません。
大きな荷物（コロコロ）はバスの荷物入れに入れてもらえます。
乗車とともに使い捨てのイヤフォンをもらい座席付近にある差し込み口に刺して利用します。イヤフォンで観光ガイドを聞きながら進んでいきます。説明はとてもわかりやすく観光地と合わせて札幌の歴史なども教えてくれます。ちなみに日本語、中国語、英語（だったかな）などでも聞けるそうです。
まずはバスの中から北海道庁旧本庁舎を見ながら大倉山ジャンプ競技場にいきます。見学時間はピッタリ1時間。到着後ガイドさんの説明があった後は自由時間。リフトに乗って展望台に上がりキレイな景色や選手が実際にスタートする場所などをゆっくり見学できます。1時間で十分でした。
次に白い恋人パークへ。こちらも見学時間１時間。工場見学は一つ一つをじっくり見ると買い物の時間が短くなると思います。工場見学をさらっと見ながら進み、お土産を選ぶという流れで動きました。外にある大きなからくり時計が動く工程を全て見るのは時間的に厳しそうですが、キレイなのでちょっとだけでもご覧になるのをオススメします。あらかじめお土産をインターネットでチェックしていくのもいいかもしれません。
次に札幌場外市場へ。スムーズに回れたのでここでは1時間半ほど時間が取れました。ガイドさんから市場全体の地図と一部店舗で使える割引券がもらえます。平日だったせいか人が少なくゆったり回れました。お食事ができるところ、野菜、海鮮などたくさんのお店が道路を挟んで両端にあります。ぐるーんと一周まわるような感じです。

全体的にタイトにまわりますがそれぞれ十分楽しめました。
運転手さんはとても丁寧な運転をしてくれます。車酔いしやすい子供と一緒でしたが全く大丈夫でした。ガイドさんも暖かく親切、丁寧な方でお話も楽しかったです。
旅行最終日にとても良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

ツアー終了後、札幌駅13時 34分札発の快速エアポートに乗れたので空港にはかなり余裕を持って到着することができました。（千歳空港17時半発の飛行機の予定）参考までに。

It was a cold day for the ride, but I felt that experiencing the cold was one of its charms. The best part was the female guide, who was very polite, easy to understand, had a pleasant voice, and even made us laugh. The staff at the reception were also courteous, and I felt that everyone was kind. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to take the ride.

寒い日の乗車でしたが、寒さを体感出来るのも魅力のひとつとも思わせてもらえました。
1番良かったのがとても丁寧で分かりやすく、笑いもあり聞きやすい声の女性のガイドさんでした。受付の方も丁寧でスタッフの方々が優しい人ばかりだと感じました。
また機会があれば是非乗車したいと思います。

It was great that I could efficiently sightsee during the time between checkout and my afternoon flight. It was also convenient that they took care of my carry-on luggage.

It was the day after the Jomon Sugi tour, so I was worried about whether I could keep up physically, but it was such a fun tour that those worries disappeared. As a beginner with no mountain climbing experience, I appreciated the consideration given to that aspect. They warned us in advance about slippery stones and branches that could hit our heads, which made me feel safe. During the tour, we also did quizzes and learned a lot about Yakushima from their extensive knowledge, and I was laughing the whole time until we safely returned to the parking lot. I'm really grateful to Tsugimura-san for being our guide.

縄文杉ツアーの翌日でしたので、体力的に付いていけるか心配でしたが、そんな不安も吹き飛ぶほどの楽しいツアーでした。
山登りの経験もない初心者ですので、その辺りもお気遣いいただいたと思います。
滑りやすい石や、頭をぶつけそうな枝は事前に声掛けしてくださって、安心でした。
ツアーの道中もクイズをしたり、豊富な知識で屋久島の事を教えていただき、本当にずっと笑いっぱなしで無事駐車場まで戻りました。津曲さんがご担当くださって本当に感謝です。

I had the experience with six relatives in San Francisco. Everyone was impressed and said it was wonderful. Also, the guide's announcements were polite and enjoyable.

I went to Sapporo for a Mrs. concert. Since my flight was in the evening the next day, I searched online to pass the time and found this tour, which I booked. The autumn leaves at Okurayama were very beautiful, and the view from the observation deck of the ski jump was fantastic. The Shiroi Koibito Park was also a very cute place that was soothing, and the seafood bowl I had at the market was delicious. I came with my grandchild, and we made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

ミセスのライブで札幌へ。翌日夕方の飛行機なので、それまでの時間潰しにネット検索したら、このツアーを見つけ予約。大倉山は紅葉がとても綺麗だったし、ジャンプ台に上がっての見学も眺めが最高でとても良かったです。白い恋人パークもとても可愛いところで癒されたし、市場で食べた海鮮丼も美味しかったです。孫ときましたが、とても良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

The weather was clear and warm. They took care of our luggage at the office. The tour guides were all very kind. The guide was great at telling stories! I was in the front row when we dove, so I got excited and shouted when I saw the splashes hitting the windshield. Depending on the wind direction, you might get a little wet. It was an hour that flew by.

天気晴れ。気温も暖かい。事務所で荷物預かってくれました。添乗員の方もみんな親切でした。ガイドさんの話も上手！ダイブする時最前列だったのでフロントガラスに当たる水しぶきを見て興奮して叫んでしまいました。風向きによっては少しぬれるようですよ。あっという間の1時間でした。

Phanton Island really lives up to its name — it’s so unreal in its beauty. Snorkeling was fun, though the area we went to that day was just okay — we mainly saw corals, with not many fish or sea turtles around. Still, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience overall.

In the morning, I picked up my glass boat tickets and headed to Kabira Bay by bus. I was moved by the breathtakingly beautiful scenery! In the afternoon, I went snorkeling. The weather was perfect, the water clarity was high, and the corals were clearly visible. I was able to enjoy the colorful fish, and I was very satisfied. It was worth the effort to prepare and be in great shape for this experience.

午前中はグラスボートのチケットを受け取り、路線バスで川平湾へ向かいました。息をのむほど美しい光景に感動！ 午後からはシュノーケリング。天候にも恵まれ、透明度が高く、サンゴもくっきりと見えました。色とりどりの魚たちを楽しむことができ、大満足です。 体調を整え、万全の準備で臨んだ甲斐がありました。

In the morning, I spent time traveling from Huis Ten Bosch, so in the afternoon, I joined the course at the Confucius Temple and Glover Garden.

Thanks to the guide, I was able to hear various stories, which was great. I participated alone, but I was able to see everything smoothly. The time was shorter than I expected, and it felt busy.

My two girls had a lovely time. We were handed with the ride detail in English. Though the instruction during the ride is mostly in Japanese, we enjoyed the tour. The instructor was very interactive.

I live in Tokyo, but I had never visited the tourist spots, so it was refreshing. More than anything, the open air felt great, and we all screamed with excitement! My parents and my sister's family, who went with me, were also thrilled, so I would like to join a different course next time!

都内に住んでいますが、観光地を巡ったことがないので、新鮮でしたし、何より屋根がないのがとても気持ち良くて、家族みんなで絶叫しました！一緒に行った両親や姉家族も大喜びでしたので、また違うコースに参加したいと思います！

Since it was the day to return, I chose the morning sightseeing tour. I was really satisfied with visiting all the great places, and the driver and guide were excellent.

帰る日だったので午前観光を選びました。じいいところばかり回っていただいて凄く満足なのと、運転手さん、ガイドさんが良かったです。

The view from a high position was refreshing, and I was able to rediscover Tokyo's landmarks and streets. Without a roof, the 360-degree visibility was great, and there was a thrill when passing under the railway bridge. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and enjoyable. Next time, I would like to try a different course.

高い位置からの眺めは新鮮で、東京の名所や街を再発見できました。
屋根がないため、360度見通しも良く、鉄道橋下を通過する時はスリルもありました。
ガイドさんの案内も分かり易く楽しかったです。
次は、違うコースを乗ってみたいと思います。

You can reach the destinations by tram, but since I didn't have much time, I decided to join this tour. It turned out to be the right choice.
During the bus ride, the tour guide provides explanations about the places we visit, but the guide doesn't accompany us the entire time at the destinations, so it's mostly a self-guided experience.
I was scheduled to return home on an afternoon flight, so thanks to this tour, I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see.

訪れる先は路面電車でも行けたりしますが、あまり時間がなかったので、こちらのツアーに参加させていただきました。結果、正解でした。
移動中のバスの中でバスガイドさんが訪問先の説明をしてくれますが、訪問先ではずっとガイドさんが同行というわけではなく、ほぼセルフでの観光になります。
午後のフライトで地元に戻る予定でしたので、このツアーに参加できたおかげで行きたいところ全て周れました。
