I participated without any training, but thanks to our guide Mr. Mitsuhashi's appropriate pacing and the enjoyable conversations with the other participants, I was able to see Jomon Sugi safely. It was a very fulfilling day.

何もトレーニングもせずに参加しましたが、ガイドの三橋さんの適切なペース配分、同じく参加した方々との楽しい会話のお蔭で無事に縄文杉を見ることができました。
とても充実した一日でした。

I used it for the first time with eight colleagues from work, and the cruising with the captain making unique puns was the best!

The shop is also close to the city center, and it has changing rooms, showers, and a space for hair dryers, making it very comfortable. They provide necessary items like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The staff members were very friendly, and this was the first time I experienced such attentive service on a snorkeling tour, having participated in many before. I was also happy that they found sea turtles and took many beautiful photos.

I would love to visit again when I come to Miyako Island! Thank you very much.

It was a challenge for a couple in their 65s to try clear kayaking, but we had an amazing time without any worries. The young staff's thoughtfulness and friendliness eased my wife's tension, as she can't swim. The beauty of the underwater scenery and surroundings was certainly great, but the service of receiving edited photos and drone videos on our way back is truly recommended.

水中や周りの景色の素晴らしさはもちろん良かったのですが、写真やドローンでの動画を編集して帰りにいただけるサービスは本当におすすめです。

We participated as a couple. We were able to take many wonderful photos with the Scorpio constellation and the Milky Way perfectly captured. The time spent taking pictures in various poses under the starry sky became a lifelong memory. I'm really glad I signed up for this tour. The position of the stars changes depending on the season, the moon's position, and the time of day, so I would like to request another tour at a different time! Thank you very much!!

On the way to the snorkeling point, the fun talk from the handsome staff eased my anxiety about not being able to swim. The weather was perfect, and both I and the children of other participants were well taken care of, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. We encountered many sea turtles, it felt like a sea turtle festival! On the way back, we received information about delicious places in Miyako, which was very thoughtful. This became the best memory of my trip. One thing I found concerning was that the drainage in the shower room was poor, but other than that, everything was fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful time.

お天気も最高で、泳げない私や他の参加者のお子さんもきちんとフォローしていただき、安心して楽しむことができました。海亀とも沢山出会えて、まるで海亀祭り♩

The guide's stories were so interesting that time flew by! The night breeze felt nice, so I think it was more comfortable than the daytime kayaking. I definitely want to use this service again if I have the chance!

At Shinjo Coast, I encountered two sea turtles in the shallow beach where I could touch the bottom. I was able to swim right next to them and got some great photos, which made for wonderful memories.

However, we finished in one hour instead of the planned two hours. I did see some beautiful small fish, but if I could wish for more, I would have liked to see a larger school of small fish in a coral-rich area during the remaining time.

新城海岸は、遠浅のビーチで、底に手がつくほどのところで、２頭のウミガメに出会えました。すぐそばで泳ぐことができ、写真もバッチリ撮ってもらえて、良い思い出になりました。
時間的には予定の2時間ではなく、１時間で終了。
綺麗な小魚も少し見れましたが、欲を言えば、残りの時間で、サンゴの多いところで、もっとたくさんの小魚の群れも見れたら良かったなあと思いました。

I participated in a guided tour of Shiretoko Five Lakes this time. The guide was very professional and patiently explained everything, providing explanations in English after finishing in Japanese. Shiretoko Five Lakes is beautiful and very comfortable to walk around. I highly recommend it and give a thumbs up to the guide! It was an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to visiting Shiretoko again next time.

這次參加了知床五湖的導覽行程，嚮導非常專業、有耐心的講解，講完日文後會再用英文講解一次。知床五湖很美，走起來也很舒適，非常值得推薦，也給嚮導一個讚！非常難忘的行程，期待下次能再去知床旅行。

First of all, the instructor's personality is really great!

In my group, there were two instructors, one male and one female. I arrived a bit later than the scheduled time, but they welcomed me warmly. The snorkeling location required a car ride, and they provided various topics to talk about during the drive, making it a fun journey. The garlic shrimp restaurant they recommended was absolutely delicious...!!

My group had two participants from abroad, and the instructors frequently communicated in English, so it's also recommended for international visitors. During snorkeling, I was able to see sea turtles up close✨. I think I saw about five or six in total, not just one. Additionally, they guided us to a spot where lots of small fish live, and they took photos with a GoPro! They even gave us those photos for free at the end of the tour! (About 60-70 pictures in total). Of course, it was also fine to take my own photos and videos during the tour. However, the photos taken with the GoPro were truly exceptional✨.

Overall, it was a fantastic tour!! I definitely want to do it again✨✨.

私の会ではインストラクターさんは男女計2人で、自分が少し到着が予定時刻より遅れてしまったのですが、快く迎えてくれました。
シュノーケリングの場所へは車での移動になるのですが、車内でもさまざまな話題を提供していただいて、楽しくお話ししながら移動することができました。
お勧めしていただいたガーリックシュリンプ屋さんがとてもおいしかった...!!
自分の会は外国の方との2グループ参加だったのですが、外国の方とも英語でコミュニケーションを頻繁に取っていたため、外国の方でもお勧めです‍♀️‍♂️
シュノーケリングは、間近でウミガメさんをみることができました✨
しかも1匹じゃなくて5-6匹くらい合計で見た気がします。
さらにはプラスアルファとして小さいお魚がいっぱい住んでいる場所も案内していただき、GoProで写真撮影してくださいました！
その写真もツアーの最後に無料でくださいました！(計60-70枚ほど)
もちろんツアー中に自分で写真・動画を撮るのもOKでした。
けどやはりGoProで撮ってくださった写真は格別でした✨

とにかく、とてもいいツアーでした！！
またリピートしたいです✨✨

I participated in the Kerama snorkeling half-day tour.
The meeting place was easy to find.
They provided towels and showers on the boat.
The travel distance to the snorkeling points was quick, and the sea breeze felt nice.
Since there was one staff member for every four people, it felt safe.
I was able to see turtles.

Although they said we would move to two points, we only went to one in the end... I'm dissatisfied.
I had reserved parasailing, but on the day of, I was told it couldn't be done. With calm weather and no wind, why couldn't we do it? I was envious seeing others do it at different locations. If it wasn't going to happen, they should have contacted us by the day before.

The slide and diving from the boat were free.
There were options for riding the banana boat, jet ski, and more. Even though it was just a few minutes, they charged over 3,000 yen, which feels like a scam... No one would participate in that. I think if they lowered it to around 1,500 yen, more people would join.

They took photos for us, which we could download afterward.
I enjoyed snorkeling with a wetsuit and fins, and I felt they were attentive to safety.

慶良間シュノーケル半日ツアーに参加しました。
集合場所は分かりやすかったです。
船内でタオルとシャワーを貸してくれました。
ポイントまでの移動距離も早いし海風が気持ち良かったです。
4人に1人のスタッフがついてくれるシュノーケルでしたので安全でした。
亀を見ることができました。

ポイントは2箇所移動すると言っていたのに、終わってみれば1箇所のみ。。不満。
パラセーリングを予約していましたが、当日受付で出来ないと言われた、、風もなく穏やかなお天気でなぜ出来ない⁉︎他の店舗でやっているのを見て羨ましかった。やらないなら前日までに連絡するべき。

船上での滑り台や飛び込みは自由でした。
オプションでマーブルやバナナボート、ジェットスキー乗車などありました。数分のくせに3000円以上をとる悪徳商法…誰も参加しませんよね。せめて1500円くらいにしたら多くの人が参加すると思いますが。

写真を撮っていただき、その後ダウンロード。
ウエットスーツにフィンを付けてのシュノーケルを楽しみ、安全に気を遣っている思いました。

It was a three-hour tour, but we moved slowly while listening to the guide's explanations, so it felt like no time at all!
We explored the mysterious lake, enjoying the chirping of birds, the blue sky, the greenery of the trees, and the tranquility of the lake… it was such a wonderful time. There were traces of brown bears everywhere, and I was reminded that this is indeed their habitat.
They also lend you binoculars, so you can see the distant mountains, waterfowl on the opposite shore, and flowers. I highly recommend it!!

３時間という行程ですが、ガイドさんの説明を聞きながらゆっくりと進むので、あっという間でした！
神秘の湖を巡り、鳥のさえずり、青空と木々の緑と湖面の静けさ…とても素敵な時間です。いたる所にヒグマの痕跡もあり、ここはヒグマの生息地なんだと改めて実感。
双眼鏡も貸していただけるので、遠くの山々や対岸の水鳥や花々も見ることが出来ます。ぜひ、おすすめです！！

I took the bus to the meeting point for the canoeing, but I ended up being much later than expected. I apologize for the inconvenience, but they were very kind and accommodating. The tour was explained in detail, and it was really interesting. Since this time was a tour during high tide, I would like to participate during low tide next time.

The snorkeling was very comfortable. The instructor helped pull me along, so I was fine even when I got tired later on. The Blue Cave was very beautiful, and the surrounding sea was truly lovely. After the tour, there was a shower available, and it was great that I could use shampoo as well. Also, the welcome drink was served at the café above, and it was much better than I expected.

カヌーの集合場所にバスで向かったのですが想像以上に遅れてしまい、ご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、とても親切に対応していただきました
ツアーも詳しく説明してもらい、とても面白かったです。
今回は満潮時のツアーだったので、次回は干潮時に参加してみたいと思います

スノーケルはとても快適でした。インストラクターの方に引っ張ってもらえたので、後半疲れても大丈夫でした

あと、ウェルカムドリンクは上のカフェで飲めて、想像よりしっかりしててとてもよかった

I was able to see the beautiful sea. The weather on the day of the tour was cloudy and sunny, but I was satisfied to see sea turtles and fish. There were a few people who got seasick, so I recommend taking medication if you are prone to seasickness. Also, we headed from Yomitan in the morning, but there was traffic, so I recommend allowing extra time for the trip.

きれいな海の中を見ることができました。ツアーの日は曇り、晴れの天候でしたが、ウミガメや魚も見ることができ満足でした。　船酔いしている方が何人か居たので、船酔いしそうな方は薬飲んで行くことを勧めます。また朝集合時間に読谷から向かいましたが渋滞するので余裕を持って行くことを勧めます。

The day before our visit to Miyako Island, it had been rainy. However, on the day of our reservation, we were greeted by a beautiful starry sky and wonderful staff. We took a taxi, and they welcomed us with flashlights, so we felt no anxiety even in the dark meeting place. We were able to see many stars and the Milky Way with the naked eye, but the photos sent to us the next morning sparkled with several times more stars than we saw in person, which was truly moving. The kind photographer even took care to ensure we had a taxi for our return. It became a wonderful memory.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to the photographer, who is beautiful inside and out.

前日までは雨天だったという宮古島。予約の日はとてもきれいな星空と素適なスタッフさんが迎えてくれました。タクシーで行きましたが、フラッシュライトで合図しながら出迎えてくださり、暗い集合場所でも不安はありませんでした。肉眼でもたくさんの星と天の川を仰ぐことができましたが、翌朝送っていただいたお写真には、肉眼で見た星々の数倍も煌めいており感激致しました。帰りのタクシーの心配もしてくださるようなお優しいカメラマンさんでした。素適な思い出になりました。

I participated with my 7-year-old daughter. It was her first time at the ocean, her first snorkeling experience, and her first time in a canoe, so I was worried about how it would go. However, thanks to the very reliable staff, we truly enjoyed ourselves from the bottom of our hearts, and my daughter has repeatedly said she wants to go again.

I also joined tours with other companies, but the staff here were more attentive and always kind, taking care to observe all participants and providing support without being intrusive, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. They were also very kind to my daughter, and I truly appreciate it.

The phantom island was beautifully like paradise, and the mangroves offered a wonderful tour that allowed us to experience the nature of Okinawa. I would love to rely on your services again when I come back to Ishigaki.

娘にとって初めての海、そして初シュノーケル、初カヌーと全てが初めてで、大丈夫かなと心配していましたが、とても頼りになるスタッフのみなさんにお世話になり、本当に心の底から楽しめましたし娘も楽しかったまた行きたいと何度も言っています。

他社のツアーにも参加してみましたが、こちらのスタッフの方々の方が丁寧で常に優しく気をかけてくださり、ちゃんと参加者全体を見て動き、付かず離れず見守ってくださっているなと感じ、大きな安心感がありました。
娘にも大変親切にしてくださり本当にありがとうございました。

I went kayaking for the first time. The weather was great that day, with clear skies, and the lake was so transparent that I could see all the way to the bottom. I had never seen such a clear and beautiful lake before, and it was a wonderful memory as I was able to feel the nature around me.

初めてカヤックをしました。
行った日は、とても天気が良く快晴で湖の下まで透き通って見えました。
こんなに透き通って綺麗な湖は見たことがなかったし、自然を感じられてとても良い思い出になりました。

Waking up at 3 AM, the long trek on the cart path, the tough mountain climbing, and finally seeing the size of Jomon Sugi was truly moving. Even though it was beyond the fence, I was overwhelmed by its presence, having lived there since ancient times. All my fatigue disappeared, and I was just so glad to have come.

We were part of a group of about eight people, including a veteran guide full of love for Yakushima and a newcomer who had moved to Yakushima. At first, the walking pace felt a bit fast, but considering the long journey and the frequent breaks, the time management was excellent.

The guide's stories about Yakushima's nature and history were very interesting.

朝３時起き、長いトロッコ道、キツイ山登り、その先に会えた縄文杉の大きさに感動でした。柵の向こうだけど、太古の昔からそこに生き続けている存在感には圧倒されました。疲れも吹っ飛び、ただただ、来れて良かった。
屋久島愛に溢れたベテランガイドさんと屋久島に移住した新人ガイドさんと参加者の人達８人くらい？のグループでした。最初は歩くペースが早い気もしましたが道のり長いし、休憩もこまめに取るためで、時間配布としては申し分なかったです。
屋久島の自然や歴史等のガイドさんの話がとても面白かったです。

Wow, I never expected to meet so many sea turtles up close like this! It was a tour that greatly exceeded my expectations, and I was absolutely, incredibly satisfied! I'll leave the details of the tour to the photos and other reviews, but here’s some information about the departure point (Shinjō Coast).

■ Meeting Time
Depending on the sea conditions on the day of the tour, you might receive a call the day before requesting a change. I had my time changed from 11:00 to 09:00.
■ Meeting Place
The meeting place is the light van parked in the parking lot.
■ Parking
There are both free and paid options (2,000 yen/day), but the free parking was full by 08:30.
■ Changing Rooms
There are three changing rooms each for men and women, which are public shower rooms as well. Since the storage shelves are high up, it's convenient to bring a waterproof bag (a plastic bag is fine) and a hook.
■ Shower Room
This is shared with the changing rooms. You can use the shower (only water?) for 100 yen for 5 minutes.
■ Toilet
The toilet is in the same building as the changing room/shower room.

To make the most of your time, I recommend wearing your swimsuit when heading to the tour departure point.

参加前の期待値を大幅に超えた、大大大満足のツアーでした！
ツアーの内容は写真と他のレビューにお任せするとして、ここではツアー出発地（新城海岸）の情報を少しお伝えします。

■集合時間
ツアー実施日の海の状況によって、変更を依頼する電話が前日にかかってくることがあります。
自分は11:00→09:00に変更になりました。
■集合場所
駐車場に駐車している軽のバンが集合場所です。
■駐車場
無料と有料（2,000円/日）がありますが、無料駐車場は08:30の時点で満車でした。
■更衣室
公設？のシャワー室兼用の更衣室が男性用、女性用とも3室ずつあります。
物置き用の網棚が高い位置にあるので、防水バック（レジ袋でOK）とフックを持っていくと便利です。
■シャワー室
更衣室と兼用です。
100円で5分間シャワー（水のみ？）が使えます。
■トイレ
更衣室/シャワー室と同じ建物にあります。

時間を有効に使うためにも、参加時は水着を着てツアー出発地に向かうことをお勧めします。

It was my first time in Okinawa in about four years. The weather was better than the forecast ☀️, and the conditions in the sea were great, so I had the best half day! I was grateful to meet the colorful fish of Okinawa again. The staff were all friendly and very pleasant, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. I will use your services again!

The first half was rainy, but it was sunny when we arrived at Jomon Sugi! I was incredibly happy!
I had hardly done any mountain climbing before, but with the kind advice from our guide, I was able to return safely.
It was really fun!
I fell in love with Yakushima. I will come again!

I participated with my 79-year-old mother and three other family members. The explanations were thorough, and all the staff were cheerful and attentive. In the end, they edited the photos and videos with music, and my 79-year-old mother was very happy and enjoyed it a lot. Everyone, including myself, felt satisfied and glad that we participated during the drive home.

最後には写真、動画のデーターをちゃんと音楽も付けて編集してくださり、79歳の母もとても楽しかったと満足していましたし、私を含め全員が帰りの車の中で、参加して良かった。

The weather forecast was completely rainy, so I participated without much expectation, but as we approached Cape Hedo, the sky suddenly cleared up, and the views from the two observation decks at the cape were amazing. Just seeing this scenery is worth it.

The rock formations at Obayashi Ishiyama are unique and not easily found elsewhere, and from the observation deck, we could also see Cape Hedo, which was breathtaking.

And above all, the taste of the sashimi at the port for lunch exceeded my expectations—it was incredibly delicious!

However, the tour guide spoke too quickly, making it hard to hear, and there was little explanation about the flow after getting off the bus or about the restrooms. It was disappointing that I had to ask again after getting off to understand. I would have appreciated some advice about walking a bit ahead. Also, when we went to the store, the conversation was mostly with the staff, which was awkward. I hope they can prioritize customer interaction a bit more and be more accommodating.

The scenery was fantastic, and the Okinawa rail was super cute, but if the tour guide had been more attentive, it would have made for an even better trip.

天気予報は完全に梅雨空で　あまり期待しないで参加しましたが　辺戸岬近づくと急に晴天になり　岬の2つの展望台が景色最高でした
この景色見るだけでも価値があります

大林石山も他ではあまり見ることができない奇岩怪石と展望台からも辺戸岬がみられ絶景でした

それと何と言っても　昼食の港食事の刺身の味が期待以上でした　めちゃ美味かった！

ただ添乗員の説明が早口で聞こえづらく　バスを降りてからの動線や　トイレの説明少なく　降りてからもう一度聞かなければわからないのが残念でした　　少し先頭で歩くとかアドバイスが欲しかったです　　お店にいくと店スタッフとばかりの会話も見苦しかったです　もう少し客の対応を優先すること考えてもっと寄り添ってください

景色が最高で　ヤンバルクイナもめちゃ可愛かったですが　添乗員の気配りがもっとあればより最高の旅になりましたよね

We signed up as a senior couple. It's a shame not to enjoy the beautiful sea of Miyako Island. However, since we weren't confident in our physical strength, we had given up on diving or swimming, but the transparent canoe allowed us to have a very relaxing time and we were extremely satisfied.

We quickly got used to paddling. We were thrilled to see colorful fish gathering around the coral reef through the transparent bottom of the boat.

Most importantly, we were able to take many photos with our smartphones and drones, and in the end, we received a wonderful video, creating the best memories.

The sea is affected by the weather, so safety is well considered. Honestly, I was worried about the impact of a typhoon, but I received a message that it was a safe bay not affected by the open sea. I think they change locations depending on the weather, which was reassuring.

シニアの夫婦で申し込みました。せっかく海のキレイな宮古島なのに海で遊ばないのはもったいない。でも、体力に自信がない夫婦でしたので、潜ったり、泳いだりはできないと諦めていましたが、こちらの透明カヌーは、とてもゆったり遊べて大満足でした。
漕ぎ方もすぐに慣れました。珊瑚礁に集うカラフルな魚も透明な船底から見られて感激しました。
そして何より、スマホやドローンでたくさん写真を撮ってもらって、最後は、ステキな動画をいただき、最高の思い出になりました。
海は天候によって左右されるので、安全をきちんと考えられています。正直、台風の影響があるかと心配していたのですが、外海の影響を受けない安全な入り江と言う連絡がきました。天候によって場所を変えているのかなと思います。そういう点でも安心でした。

I visited at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. I was blessed with good weather and had a great time. The transparency was incredible. When you place your phone on the clear bottom of the kayak to take a video, it turns out beautifully. Thank you to all the staff!

The stories about Shiretoko and the flora and fauna were very interesting. We discovered various things, including deer, insects, small animals, bear tracks, and claw marks, and I enjoyed learning about them. I don't think I would have noticed them on my own.

知床や動植物に関しての話がとても興味深く、鹿をはじめ昆虫や小動物、クマの足跡や爪痕など色々なものも発見されて、教えていただき楽しめました。一人では気付けなかったと思います。

I was able to swim with sea turtles! My friend, who was a bit anxious about swimming, seemed to really enjoy it as well. The instructor was friendly and cool, and he took a lot of photos that I couldn't have captured myself.

I was able to encounter a sea turtle right at the beginning! I was so moved, as I never expected to see one up close. I had mistakenly thought it was a tour to see coral reefs, and when I mentioned that, they kindly guided me to observe the coral reefs as well. I was very satisfied!! The person who joined me couldn't swim, but the handsome guide pulled him along on a float and checked on his condition regularly, so he was able to enjoy it without any worries. The rental of wetsuits and amenities like shampoo were also very helpful. They also recommended delicious local restaurants and sightseeing spots, so I recommend participating on the first day of your trip.

開始すぐにウミガメに遭遇できました！
こんなに近くで見れるとは思わず、とても感動しました。珊瑚礁も見れるツアーと勘違いしており、その旨を伝えると珊瑚礁の観測にも案内してくださいました。大満足です！！一緒に参加した彼は泳げませんでしたが、イケメンガイドさんが浮きで引っ張って下さったり、適宜体調も確認していただき不安なく彼も楽しめていました。
ウエットスーツの貸し出し、シャンプーなどアメニティ類も使用でき助かりました。
地元の美味しいご飯屋さんや観光スポットも教えてくださるので、旅行初日に参加をお勧めします。
