The sea was beautiful, and I was able to see turtles up close; it was truly amazing! It was my first time snorkeling, and I didn't know anything, but the explanations were very thorough, so I had a great time! They took many beautiful photos, which became wonderful memories. I also appreciated learning about the sea turtles and coral. Thank you! I would like to request this again when I come back to Miyako Island.

It was in the afternoon on the day of the walk, but I was worried about puddles since it had rained in the morning. However, I received a message from our guide, Ayano, via VELTRA about the rental of rubber boots, which made me feel relieved to participate. It seems that during the morning course, there was a bear sighting right after the start, so they couldn't go on the walk. In the afternoon, we were on a course that lasted just under three hours, and when we reached the area near Lake 4 (about an hour in), we received a report of a bear sighting and had to turn back. We were able to stroll along the deck walkway and see Lake 1, but I really wanted to complete all five lakes. Despite it being September, there have been bear sightings almost every day, and it seems there are too many this year. Weather and bear sightings are a matter of luck, so I would like to challenge this again someday. Our veteran guide, Ayano, was very friendly and made it a fun experience.

散策当日は午後でしたが、午前中に雨が降り水たまりなど心配でしたが、
事前にガイドの綾野さんからVELTRA経由で長靴の貸出の連絡が入り安心して参加できました。
午前中コースではスタート直後にクマ出没で散策できなかったようで、午後は3時間弱のコースで5湖4湖まできたところ（1時間ほどのところ）でクマ出没の連絡が入り引き返すことになりました。デッキの遊歩道を散策し1湖を見ることができましたが、5湖全部コンプリートしたかったです。9月にも関わらず、クマ出没がほぼ毎日で今年は多すぎるとのこと。
天気と熊の出没は運なので、またいつかチャレンジしたいです。
ベテランガイドの綾野さんはとてもフレンドリーで楽しかったです。

I was impressed by the beauty of the ocean and the first sea turtle I saw! A cool guy kindly taught me snorkeling from scratch, making it enjoyable even for beginners. He gave me poses for photos and recommended spots after the experience. He was very kind, and I definitely want to ask for his help again when I come back to Miyako Island!

The weather was perfect after the typhoon. Thank you for accommodating the sudden cancellations and changes to our plans, as we initially had a reservation on the day of the typhoon.

I had the opportunity to experience snorkeling. The staff provided thorough explanations, and they disinfected the masks properly, so I felt safe doing it. I would like to request this again if I have the chance.

This was the last leg of our whirlwind family trip to Sapporo. I was very satisfied that we could experience canoeing close to the airport within the time we had before our flight. Although there was some wind that day, our guide provided support, which made us feel at ease. In the full-course jungle area, we were able to see kingfishers flying close to the water's surface. It became a wonderful memory.

弾丸札幌家族旅行の最後の行程でした。
飛行機のフライトまでの時間で、空港から近いところでカヌー体験が出来てとても満足です。
当日は風があったけどガイドさんがフォローしてくれて安心でした。フルコースのジャングルエリアはカワセミが水面近くを飛んだりしているのを見れました。
とても良い思い出になりました。

The lunch curry is all-you-can-eat and delicious. You can also use the showers for free as much as you want. There are quite a few showers, so the waiting time is minimal. A local grandmother from Kuniyoshi drives the bus from the port to the accommodation, and it was great that she provided guidance along the way. However, there was a mix-up with the tour start time, which could have been a problem, but a young staff member quickly noticed the mistake and resolved it. Despite being in a very busy period, they treated us with care.

We went snorkeling, had a meal, and then spent about an hour playing on the beach, which was perfect for the kids.

昼のカレーは食べ放題で、美味しい。シャワー等も使いたい放題で無料。結構台数があるので、あまりシャワーの待ち時間は少ない。現地の国吉のおばあちゃんが、港から宿舎までバスの運転手をしてくれますが、ガイドしながらしてくれて良かったです。ただ、ツアーの開始時間を間違って伝えられて、やばいことになりそうでしたが、すぐにそのミスにスタッフの若い方が気付き事なきを得ました。かなりの多忙な期にも関わらず、丁寧に接して頂けました。
シュノーケリングをして、ご飯を食べて、その後１時間位、浜辺で遊べるので、子供にはサイコーでした。

This trip was planned around my child's wish to see a coconut crab, so we were thrilled to see the coveted coconut crab in person! The kids were super excited! We were lucky to encounter a large coconut crab as well, which made us very happy!

Walking through the dark forest felt like an adventure, and it was fun. Although some parts of the path were slippery and there were protruding rocks, the guides provided encouragement and matched our pace, allowing us to enjoy without any anxiety or fear.

The starry sky was incredibly beautiful and soothing. The explanations about the constellations were very educational. On the way back, we enjoyed quizzes about Ishigaki Island and even some spooky stories, making the tour fun from start to finish.

The guide's personality and storytelling were fantastic! This was the most enjoyable tour I've ever participated in. I will definitely join again when I come back to Ishigaki Island. Thank you!

今回の旅行は、子どもの「ヤシガニが見たい！」で企画した石垣島旅行でしたので、動画の中で見た憧れのヤシガニを生で見ることができ、子どもたちは大興奮でした！運良く、大きなサイズのヤシガニにも出会えて嬉しかったです！
真っ暗な森を歩いて行くのも、探検をしているようで楽しかったです。途中足場が滑りやすかったり、岩がせり出ている道もありましたが、細かな声掛けやゆっくりとペースを合わせていただき、不安や恐怖心もなく楽しむ事ができました(^^)
星空も最高にキレイで癒されました。星座の説明もしていただき大変勉強になりました☆
帰り路の車内でも、石垣島クイズやちょっと怖いホラー話も聞かせていただき、最初から最後までずっと楽しいツアーでした。
ガイドさんの人柄やトークも最高でした♪今まで参加したツアーの中で1番楽しかったです。

We participated as a family. My wife and children were very satisfied, saying they had never seen so many stars before. Next time, I definitely want to join in a different season!

I persuaded my daughter to participate. I wasn't confident in my physical strength, so I was considering retiring if necessary, but I still really wanted to see Jomon Sugi. The guide told us that once we reached the end of the trolley path and started climbing, if we couldn't go together, we should retire and head back. I was informed that there wouldn't be a bus after 5 PM. I couldn't keep up with everyone and dropped out at Wilson Stump, but my daughter suggested that since we were already there, we should go to Jomon Sugi together. We took photos at Jomon Sugi and then returned to the entrance of the trolley path where the guide was, and we walked back to the trailhead together, but it wasn't even 4:30 yet. I felt rushed and had a very unpleasant experience.

それでもやっぱり縄文杉を見てみたいと言う思いでした。
ガイドの方からちゃんトロッコ道が、終わり登りになると
一緒に行けないならリタイヤして帰るよう言われました。
帰りのバスが、５時過ぎるとないとの事、
皆さんの足についていけずウィルソン株で外れましたが、娘が、せっかくだから縄文杉に行こうと二人であとから行き
縄文杉で写真を撮ってまたトロッコ道の入り口にガイドさんがいて一緒に登山口まで帰りましたが、まだ４時３０分にもなっていませんでした。
急かされて、大変不快な思いになりました。

I found a tour that goes to Shiratani Unsuikyo for just half a day, starting in the afternoon, since my flight arrived in Yakushima before noon! Most tours start early in the morning, but this one began at noon and the trekking itself took just a little over three hours. I was able to return in the evening. I had a Jomon Sugi tour scheduled for the next day, so it was a great way to warm up my legs.

昼前に屋久島に着く飛行機だったので、午後開始で半日だけで白谷雲水峡に行けるツアーを探していて見つけました！
朝早いツアーが多いですが、昼スタートでトレッキング自体は3時間ちょっと。夕方には帰ってこれました。
翌日に縄文杉ツアーを入れていたので、いい足慣らしができました。

Since there were fewer participants on a weekday, I felt like I got a good deal!
I was also good at taking photos!

The tour guide was knowledgeable about the island's unique wildlife, and we were able to see frogs, the largest spider in Japan, a natural monument shell, a bagworm, and the coconut crab we were hoping to see. It was a very enjoyable night tour for animal lovers! Thank you for the valuable experience.

It was a long 10-hour journey, and I had to be mindful of things like early morning starts and restroom breaks along the way. However, for those who regularly hike or trek, the path was mostly gentle with wooden planks laid out, and the pace of the trek itself was slow. As a result, there was almost no damage during or after the hike, making it an enjoyable trekking experience. Thank you very much.

10時間という長丁場で、早朝からの始動と道中のトイレなどは気をつかいますが、それ以外は日頃、登山やトレッキングをしている人であれば木を敷き詰めた優しい道中がほとんどであり、またトレッキング自体のペースもゆっくりなので、登山中や登山後もダメージがほぼない楽しいトレッキングでした。

In the morning, we paddled through the magnificent mangrove nature on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and in the afternoon, we leisurely crossed to Yubu Island on a water buffalo cart to see subtropical plants. It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to enjoy various aspects of Iriomote Island.

The guide was very kind and provided detailed explanations, which helped us learn a lot about the island. We had a great time. Additionally, it was wonderful to have photos taken that I wouldn't have been able to capture myself.

If I have the opportunity to come to Iriomote Island again, I would like to stay overnight and participate in a night tour as well.

This trip to Ishigaki Island became the best memory. Thank you very much for providing such a fulfilling experience.

午前中はSUPでマングローブの大自然の中を進み、午後はゆったりと水牛車で由布島に渡って亜熱帯植物を見学し、色々な面の西表島を満喫できるとても充実したツアーでした。

ガイドの方にとても親切に説明をしていただけたため、島の詳細な情報等を知ることができ、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
また、自分では撮ることがでないような写真を撮ってもらえたことも良かったです。

次に西表島に来る機会があれば、一泊して、夜のツアーにも参加できればと思います。

You don't need to bring anything in particular; you can participate wearing a swimsuit or a swimsuit with a T-shirt on top. The staff will kindly teach you how to use the fins and snorkel, so even beginners can join the sea turtle tour with peace of mind. On the day of the tour, we were able to see three sea turtles! They also provide a lot of data, so I highly recommend it!!!

The Hakone Visitor Center is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Environment, and this time the guide was affiliated with a foundation. I believe it wasn't just for that reason, but they decided on the course considering our physical condition and the weather. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy a pleasant walk while listening to enjoyable explanations about Hakone's nature.

箱根ビジターセンターが環境省の管轄で今回案内人は財団法人所属でした。そのためだけではないと思いますが、こちらの体力や天候などを考えてコースを決めてくれました。お陰で楽しく箱根の自然の中で楽しい解説を聞きながら散歩できました。

We went by boat close to the Blue Cave and had a snorkeling and feeding experience. We made an early reservation because we heard that it looks better in the morning. It was the first time for our whole family to snorkel, but the guide was very kind and taught us well, so we were able to get in the water. On the day of our visit, the weather was great, and since it wasn't crowded, we could see everything very clearly. It was a truly valuable experience.

ボートで青の洞窟近くまで行き シュノーケルと餌付け体験しました。朝早い方が綺麗に見えると言う事で早い時間で予約しました。
家族全員シュノーケル初めてでしたが、ガイドさんも丁寧に教えてくださり、水に入れました。

My 5-year-old daughter had a great time with the Anpanman float, and my timid 4th grader forgot her fears and enjoyed herself thanks to the cheerful and fun attitude of the instructor! The beautiful sea, the fish, and the blue caves were amazing. It was great that it was very quiet at 7 AM. They took a lot of photos, leaving us with plenty of memories to cherish. The kids were smitten with the handsome instructor. Thank you very much!

5歳の娘もアンパンマン号の浮き輪で楽しめ、怖がりの小4娘も、インストラクターさんの明るく楽しいノリに怖さを忘れて楽しんでいました！キレイな海や魚、洞窟の青さ、最高です。朝7時はとても空いていて良かったです。写真も沢山撮ってくれて、思い出の記憶と共に記録も沢山残りました。子供達はイケメンインストラクターさんにメロメロでした。ありがとうございました。

The snorkeling experience guided by the tour guide provided a sense of security for families (one mother with two children). The curry for lunch at Reef Inn Kuniyoshi was just right for adults, but it was a bit spicy for children, so those with small kids might consider nearby dining options. The waiting and travel times were quite long, so the actual activity time felt very brief. The sea at Tokashiki was truly amazing.

ガイドさんがつくシュノーケル体験なので、子連れ（母1人子2人）のツアーは、安心感がありました。リーフイン国吉さんの昼ごはんのカレーは、大人にはちょうどいいのですが、子どもには辛めでしたので、小さいお子さまがいる方は、近くの飲食店という選択肢もあります。
待ち時間や移動時間が結構長いので、実質のアクティビティの時間があっという間でした。
渡嘉敷の海は、やっぱり最高でした。

Among the many tours that cover all five lakes of Shiretoko, I found and participated in a compact tour that visits two lakes. On the day of the tour, there were two groups with four participants. We were taught how to use binoculars and listened to a lecture at the field house before setting off. The pace of the tour was slow, and we occasionally stopped to learn about bear claw marks on trees, footprints, and droppings. These are things you would likely miss without the guide's explanations. Additionally, it's reassuring to have a guide when it comes to dealing with bear encounters. Fortunately, we did not encounter any bears, but we were able to see deer from the elevated walking path.

知床五湖すべてを回るツアーが多い中、二湖をコンパクトに回るツアーを見つけて参加しました。当日は２組４名でした。双眼鏡の使い方を教えてもらい、フィールドハウスでレクチャーを聞いた後、出発です。ツアーはゆっくりしたスピードです。時々止まり、クマが木につけた爪痕や、足跡、糞などを説明してくれます。これらはガイドに説明してもらわなければ見つけることはできないでしょう。また、クマに遭遇した時の対処についてもガイドがいると安心です。幸いにもクマには遭遇しませんでしたが、地上遊歩道の上からシカを見ることができました。

I have to say, I'm quite disappointed and I don't think I'll be using this service again. I hope this feedback helps improve their service.

We started our trip under uncertain conditions, not knowing if we could set sail until the morning of the day after the typhoon. In the end, we did go out, but there were many disappointing aspects.

First, we spent a couple of hours trying to find points near Kerama, but we had to give up on two locations due to strong winds and fast currents. I wasn't bothered by the natural conditions at all, but the problem was that there was no explanation given during that time! As a novice, I could only imagine that they were struggling to find a spot, but everyone was getting frustrated with the seemingly endless (and unexplained) drive on the water. The guy with the curly hair kept checking his appearance in the mirror inside the boat. I thought, if you have time for that, you should be explaining the situation to the customers.

Ultimately, we were able to dive in the waters near Chatan on the main island, but just before entering the water, the aforementioned guy's comment, "On the contrary, it's rare," was the final straw of disappointment. The only saving grace was that the captain was a decent person who took the time to explain the situation and apologize to each customer after we docked. I wanted to tell him, "The customers are watching."

On the way back, I noticed an Asian staff member sitting next to a Chinese woman and trying to flirt with her. I really wanted to tell him, "The customers are watching," as well.

In any case, there were several instances of insufficient explanations beyond what I've mentioned. I hope for better training for the young staff under a competent captain.

ちょっと辛辣なコメントになりますが、私はガッカリの連続でもう利用することはないですね。
これがサービス改善の一助になれば。

台風明けの利用で当日朝まで出航できるかわからないようなコンディションでスタート。
結果として決行になりましたが残念なことだらけでした。

まず慶良間付近など何回かポイントを探るも風が強い、潮が速いみたいな理由で二か所断念。
この時点で出港から2時間が経っていました。
それは自然のことなので全く気になりませんが、問題はそこまで全く説明なしだったこと！
素人からすると停めては再発進しての繰り返しで、ポイント探しに難航してるんだろうなぁと想像しつつ、終わりの見えない（理由の説明がない）海上のドライブ？に皆、辟易としていました。
パーマくるくるの兄ちゃんは船内の鏡チラチラ見ながら身だしなみチェック。
そんな時間あるならお客さんに状況説明しろよと。

最終的には本島北谷付近の海域で潜れたのですが、海に入る間際に前述の兄ちゃんの「逆にレアですよ」の一言が残念の決定打に。
唯一の救いは船長がまともな方で、停泊してからお客さん一人ひとりに状況説明して謝られていたこと。
お客さんは見てるんですよー、と教えてあげたい。

帰りの船内ではアジア系のスタッフさんが中国人の女性の横に座り込んでナンパしてましたね。

とにかく説明が不十分なのが上記以外にもところどころありましたね。
まともな船長による若いスタッフ教育に期待します。

It was my first experience with sea kayaking, and it was amazing. The guide was friendly, and I had a great time. Don't forget to apply plenty of sunscreen! You will need to drive to the Blue Cave in your own rental car, so please be careful about that.

シーカヤック初めての体験でしたが最高でした。
ガイドさんも気さくな感じで楽しめました。
日焼け止めをたっぷり塗ることを忘れずに！

Before moving to another prefecture from Kagoshima, we went to Yakushima to create some memories. My youngest child is in elementary school, and I applied for a guide with the mindset that if it didn't work out, I would just have to accept it. As expected, from quite early on, my child was in full "I don't want to walk" mode. I thought the Jomon Sugi would be impossible.

However, the guide was amazing. Not only did he share a wealth of knowledge, but he also encouraged the kids, held their hands, and calculated just how long we could rest. I never realized that being a mountain guide required such physical strength, intelligence, and kindness. I truly respected him.

In the end, we were able to see the Jomon Sugi, and despite crying a lot, my child managed to reach the goal on their own feet. As a family, we were more moved by the guide's performance than by seeing the Jomon Sugi. The kids loved him so much that they said they wanted to go back to Yakushima to see him again. It became a wonderful memory.

The children seemed to find the tramway path much tougher than the mountain trails. It's strange that while adults find the unmarked paths and stairs more challenging, the kids prefer those paths and climb them with ease.

鹿児島から他県に引越す前に屋久島に思い出作りに行きました。1番下の子は低学年の小学生。無理なら残念だけどあきらめるつもりでガイドを申し込みました。案の定、かなり序盤から歩きたくないモード全開。縄文杉は無理だなと思っていました。
しかし、ガイドさんが素晴らしく、いろんな知識を披露してくれるだけでなく、子ども達を励ましてくれて、手を繋いでくれて、ギリギリどのくらいなら休憩してていいのか計算してくれて…。山岳ガイドがこんなに体力と知力と優しさが必要な職業だとは思わず、本当にただただ尊敬しました。
結果、縄文杉に出会えて、ボロボロに泣きながらも子どもも自分の足でゴールできました。家族みんな縄文杉を見たことよりも、ガイドさんの仕事ぶりの方に感動しました。子ども達もガイドさんに会いにまた屋久島に行きたいと言うほど、大好きになりました。すごくいい思い出になりました。

子どもは登山の道より、断然トロッコ道の方がきつそうでした。大人は道なき道や階段の方がきついのに、子どもはそんな道の方が好きでサクサク登って行くのは不思議でした。

We participated as a couple over 60 years old. During snorkeling, I felt that the instructors were attentive to our safety, with two of them accompanying us. My friend lacked confidence in swimming and felt scared due to the waves, but they took the time to help her get accustomed to the water and encouraged her. In the end, she enjoyed the Blue Cave with a big smile. When I expressed my desire to dive, they allowed me to take off my life jacket and dive. I made bubble rings and took photos at angles that made it look like I was inside them, and I received all the photos via AirDrop.

For stand-up paddleboarding, they scheduled our time considering the typhoon's impact on the waves and the tides, allowing us to enjoy it without worry. We started paddling from a beautiful, less crowded sandy beach that felt like a private beach. Even towards the end, we relaxed by the shore, picking up pieces of coral that had washed ashore and listening to stories about the goats they keep.

Although snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding required moving to different locations, both were in the best waters. I truly felt that choosing B Nature was the right decision. I believe they can help you find the best times and ways to enjoy your experience based on your preferences.

60を超えた2人で参加しました。シュノーケルの時はインストラクターが2人ついてくださり安全に配慮して下さっていると感じました。
私の友達は泳ぎに自信がなく、波に揺られたことで恐怖感を持ってしまいましたが、時間をかけて水に慣らしたり励まして下さいました。最後には満面の笑顔で青の洞窟を満喫しました。私は潜ってみたくて相談したら、ライフジャケットを脱いで潜る許可を下さいました。バブルリングを作って、さらにその中にいるかのような角度で写真を撮って、エアドロップで全ていただきました。
supでも台風が発生していることから波に影響されずできそうな時間帯や潮の満ち引きを考えてスケジュールを組んでいただき、安心して楽しめました。プライベートビーチのような人の少ないところでとても綺麗な砂浜から漕ぎ始めました。終わりかけの時も波打ち際で、流れ着いた珊瑚のかけらを取ったり、飼っている山羊の話を聞いたりしてのんびり過ごすことができました。
シュノーケルとsupをするのは場所を移動しますが、どちらも最高の海でした。
本当にBネイチャーさんを選んで良かったと思いました。相談次第でより楽しめる時間帯や楽しみ方をを考えていただけると思います。

I participated alone.
I joined the guided tour because I was scared of brown bears.
In the morning, we explored the Shiretoko Five Lakes. I was nervous since a brown bear had been spotted the day before, but I was able to complete the tour safely. The Five Lakes with Rausu-Dake in the background were beautiful.
For lunch, we drove to a nearby shop at a roadside station and had some free time to eat.
In the afternoon, we walked through the primeval forest. We were able to enter areas that can only be accessed through the guided tour, where we observed Shiretoko's unique vegetation and wildlife.
The guide's explanations were very clear, and they answered questions in a friendly manner, which made it enjoyable.
I would like to use this tour again when I come to Shiretoko next time!

ヒグマが怖いためガイドツアーに参加しました。
午前は知床五湖の散策でした。前日にヒグマが現れたとのことだったのでドキドキしてましたが、無事ツアーを完遂できました。羅臼岳をバックにした五湖は美しかったです。
お昼は車で移動し、道の駅付近のお店で自由にとりました。
午後は原生林の散策でした。ガイドツアーでしか入れない場所を入ることができ、知床の独特な植生や野生動物を観察できました。
ガイドの方の解説がとてもわかりやすく、質問にも気さくに答えてくださり、楽しかったです。
次回知床に来たときも、利用したいと思います！
