Thank you for boarding with a good heart despite the 10-minute delay in arrival. The water flow was calmer than I expected, so I was a bit disappointed since I brought a large towel hoping to get splashed more. The boatman was sweating a lot while steering the boat, and his witty storytelling made me laugh. I regret not removing the roof cover when the boatman suggested it. Next time, I would like to board again after the typhoon or in autumn when the maple leaves change color. Thank you very much.

10分遅れの到着でしたが、心を良く乗船してくださってありがとうございました。
水流が思っていたよりも穏やかでもっと水をかぶることを期待して大きなタオルを持って行ってたので少し残念でした。
大汗をかいて船頭さんが操船されていて軽妙な語り口に笑わせてもらいました。
船頭さんから提案があった時に屋根のシートを外しておけばよかったと後悔してます。
次回は台風明けかモミジが色ずく秋にまた乗船したいです。

I checked out of a hotel within walking distance of Fukue Port Ferry Terminal and boarded right away. We arrived in about 30 minutes and landed at the Kirishitan Cave. Inside the cave, it was spacious with a very high ceiling, and light was streaming in. The echoes resonated, and you could definitely tell that there had been masses for the faithful here. I was very moved. After that, I was able to leisurely tour the southern part of the island and its beautiful churches. I was also able to check in early at the hotel and relax in the hot springs. It was great to move quickly and have a relaxed experience.

福江港フエリーターミナルに徒歩圏のホテルをチェツクアウトして、すぐに乗船しました。30分ほどで到着し、キリシタン洞窟にむかい上陸しました。洞窟の中は広く、とても天井が高く、光が差し込んでいました。残響がひびき、確かにここで信徒のミサがあつたのがわかります。とても感動しました。その後島南部と美しい教会をゆつくり観光できました。ホテルにも早めにチェツクインできて、温泉でゆつくり暖まりました。素早く移動できて、余裕のある行動ができてよかつたです。

I traveled from Tokyo to Fukue Island by plane, then went to Kamigoto, exploring the historical sites and churches of the Hidden Christians. Given the theme of my trip, I really wanted to visit Hirado and the outer sea, and this high-speed ferry arrives at Sasebo Port in under an hour, making it easy to travel to Hirado. Once I arrived in Hirado, I was able to enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace. Sasebo Port is within walking distance to JR Sasebo Station, and I headed to Hirado from the bus terminal at Sasebo Station. I was moved by the view while crossing the Hirado Bridge.

東京から、飛行機で福江島にいき、それから上五島に行き、潜伏キリシタンの史跡と教会巡りの旅をしました。旅のテーマから、どうしても平戸と外海を訪ねたかつたのですが、この高速船が1時間以内に佐世保港に到着するので、平戸まで楽に移動できて、平戸に着いてから、ゆつくり観光できました。佐世保港はJR佐世保駅まで徒歩で移動でき、佐世保駅のバスターミナルから平戸に向かいました。平戸大橋を渡るときの観望に感動しました。

I bought the tickets directly from Nomo Shipping at the same price, but since I had also requested a tour from Veltra, I applied for both together. The green sleeping cabin had four beds in one room, but I was the only one there, so I could use it comfortably. The crew members were polite, and it felt a bit luxurious, making for an enjoyable sea trip. (The weather was good, so I didn't feel any rocking at all.)

野母商船さんで直接チケットを買っても同じ値段っだったのですが、他にもベルトラさんにツアーを頼んでいたので、一緒に申し込みました。
グリーン寝台で1つの部屋に4ベッドなのですが、自分１人しか居らずのびのび使えました。　船員さんも丁寧な物腰で、ちょっと豪華な客船気分で、楽しい船旅ができました。(天候が良いのもあり揺れは全く気になりませんでした)

I took the trolley from Saga Station to Kameoka Station, and then traveled by bus from Kameoka. There were taxis waiting at Kameoka Station, but they are reservation-only, so if you wish to travel by taxi, you need to make a reservation in advance at Saga Trolley Station.

During the river descent, three boatmen took turns talking to us, and the hour and a half flew by.

One point I would like to see improved is the requirement to print the voucher. Other tour companies allow for voucher-less check-in, where you can simply provide your name at the reception. It feels like a hassle to have to print the voucher and then also write the representative's name and address on paper at the site, making the process feel redundant.

トロッコに乗って嵯峨駅から亀岡駅へ、亀岡からはバスにて移動しました。
亀岡駅にはタクシーも待機していましたが、予約制なのでタクシー移動を希望の方はトロッコ嵯峨駅にて事前予約が必要です。

川下り中は3人の船士さんが交代制でお話くださり、1時間半強があっという間でした。


1点、改善いただきたいのはバウチャーを必ず印刷していかなければいけないというところ。
他の催行会社はバウチャーレスなので、名前を受付でお伝えするだけでチェックインができるようにしてほしいです。バウチャー印刷の上、現地でも紙に代表名、住所等書かなければいけないので手続きが二度手間のように感じます。

The weather was nice, and there was enough space to sleep, so I was able to spend my time very comfortably. Thanks to the reservation, I was able to board without rushing.

天気も良く、寝るスペースもあってとても快適に過ごせました。よやくしたおかげであわてず乗車できました。

On the last day of Golden Week, I thought it would be crowded, but it was actually very empty, and I was able to ride as planned without any wait time. I've ridden it many times, but the beauty of the scenery changes with each season, and I really enjoyed it.

GW 最終日で、混雑してるかと思いきや、すごくすいていて、待ち時間なく予定通りに乗れました。何回も乗った事がありますが、やはり季節毎の景色の素晴らしさがあって、とても楽しめました。

The story from the boatman was enjoyable, and the 1 hour and 40-minute river cruise was a very pleasant early summer experience. Since we had a reservation, we were able to enjoy the sightseeing smoothly as planned.

船頭さんのお話も楽しく、１時間４０分の川下りはとても楽しい初夏のひとときでした。予約していたので、スムーズに予定通りの観光が楽しめました。

I was able to stop by the port's ticket office the day before my travel date and get my boarding pass issued. I recommend this for those who don't want to feel rushed before boarding on the day of travel.

利用日の前日に港の窓口に立ち寄り、乗船券を発券してもらうことが出来ました。当日、乗船前に慌てたくない人にはおすすめ。

At the boarding window at Nagasaki Port, I communicated my reservation details, and they issued my boarding pass immediately. Although I couldn't select my seat in advance, the process was very smooth.

長崎港の乗船窓口で予約内容を伝えたら、すぐに乗船券を発行してくれました。事前に自分で座席指定は出来ませんが、とてもスムーズでした。

By using the Jetfoil service, you can take a free shuttle bus to Arikawa. There are very few buses, so I definitely recommend it for those heading to Arikawa.

I took both the ferry and the jet foil. The ferry takes time, but it's not a problem if you're with someone. You can lie down and freely go up to the deck. I enjoyed the boat trip. The jet foil saves time, but you have to stay seated. There are slight vibrations, and since I get motion sickness easily, I took some motion sickness medication. The tickets specify seats, but it seems you can sit wherever there are empty seats.

フェリーとジェットフォイルと両方乗りました。
フェリーは時間がかかりますが、連れがいれば問題無し。横になれるし、甲板にも自由に上がれる。船旅を楽しめました。
ジェットは、時短は出来ますが、シートに座ったまま。微細な振動があり、酔いやすい私は酔い止めを飲みました。チケットには座席が指定されていますが、空席が多ければ自由に座れるようです。

Since it was my first time using it, I was a bit nervous, but I was relieved that I could exchange my ticket when I stopped by the port terminal the day before, so I was able to board with peace of mind on the day. The boat was very comfortable.

It has been 10 years since the Tokyo Skytree was completed.
In this milestone year, I decided to go out and visit.

Although the sky was unfortunately cloudy, I enjoyed the 360-degree view of the sky along with school trip students. I really wanted to see Mount Fuji.

Thinking back, I enjoy the views from observation decks in various places while traveling, but this time it was local.
Being in a familiar place, there were many landscapes I recognized, and I found myself glued to the window, making it hard to move. It felt more like observing than sightseeing!
This is the unique enjoyment of a local observation deck.

I would like to visit again in different seasons and times.

スカイツリーが出来てから10年が経ちました。
節目の年、これがきっかけで、今回は出掛けてみました。

あいにくの曇り空でしたが、修学旅行生に交じって、
天空の景色を360度たのしく眺めました。富士山見たかったなぁ。

思い起こせば、旅先でも各地の展望台から眺めをたのしみますが、
今回は地元。
やはり知った場所だと、あちこち馴染み深い風景があり、
ついつい窓に張り付いてしまい、なかなか歩みが進みません。観光というより、観察状態！
地元の展望台ならではの楽しみです。

季節、時間を変えてまた訪れたいです。

The weather was favorable, making for a pleasant river ride. The boatmen were lively in their chatter, and it seems the water level was just right, lasting about an hour and a half. Towards the end, my shoes got wet, but perhaps because of the nice weather, they dried quickly, which was also a good experience. It's best to board in clothes that you don't mind getting wet, no matter where you sit. Lastly, the boat's food stall appeared, and it was a lot of fun.

Next, I want to go during the autumn foliage season.

天候にも恵まれて、気持ちの良い川下りでした。
船頭さんたちのしゃべりも軽快で、水量の加減のようですが、１時間半くらいでした。
最後の方で靴まで濡れてしまいましたが、季節が良かったのかすぐに乾いて、それも良い体験でした。
どの席に座っても濡れても良い格好で乗船するべきですね。最後に、船の屋台が登場してとても楽しかったです。

次は紅葉の季節に行きたいです。

The weather was just right, neither too hot nor too cold, making it a pleasant experience. The boatmen provided explanations and engaged in enjoyable conversations while rowing. Their teamwork was excellent, and even while casually chatting, they seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, which was reassuring.

One downside was the narrow spacing between people, and the seating had almost no cushioning, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the scenery comfortably. Since the duration was relatively long, maintaining that position was quite tough. The couple behind us kept murmuring about it quietly, which was a bit unpleasant. For those with back pain, it might be a good idea to bring a small cushion.

暑くも寒くもなくちょうど良い気候で参加できました。
船頭さんたちは漕ぎながら説明と
楽しいお喋りをしてくれます。
チームワークもよく何気なくお喋りしながらも
経験も豊富で熟知してらっしゃる感じで安心できました。
難点は人と人との間隔が狭く
座るところもクッション性がほぼないので
ゆったりくつろぎながら景色を楽しめないところでしょうか…。
時間もわりと長いのでその体勢が結構辛いです。
後ろのご夫婦がそれをずーっと小声でブーブー
言っていたので、そこは気分が悪かったです。
腰痛もちの人などは小さい座布団を持参するといいかもしれません。

My first visit to Tokyo Skytree was smooth since I purchased a date-specific entry ticket through Veltra on a weekday. The weather was also favorable, and the view was spectacular. I definitely recommend going up to the observation corridor. Additionally, taking photos on the glass floor was a memorable experience.

I am prone to seasickness, but there was no rocking, so I was fine. The seats are reserved as well. I could see the islands from the window, and before I knew it, we had arrived.

船酔いしやすいのですが、揺れもなく、大丈夫でした。
席も指定席なんですね。
窓から、島々も見えて、眺めているうちに着きました。

It was wonderful to go down the Hozu River during the fresh green season. Thanks to the excellent commentary from the boatman and the desperate steering from the new boatman, we thoroughly enjoyed the hour and a half river ride. We stayed at Yunohana Onsen, and on the way back, we returned to Arashiyama by river, then after disembarking, we also visited the Monkey Park, making for a fulfilling weekend. It's convenient that you can purchase boarding tickets in advance from the website.

新緑の季節に、保津川下りができて最高でした。船頭さんの絶妙なトークに、新人船頭さんの必死の舵取りのおかげで、一時間半の川下りを存分に楽しめました。湯の花温泉に泊まって、帰りに川下りで嵐山まで戻り、下船後、モンキーパークにも行って、充実した週末を過ごしました。あらかじめサイトから乗船券を買っておけるのは便利です。

I took the high-speed ferry from Narao to Fukue for the first time.

There is a free shuttle bus from Arikawa Port that runs according to the ferry schedule, making the transfer easy.

The ferry was not crowded, and we arrived in Fukue in no time. I would like to use it again.

奈良尾から初めて高速船で五島福江へ行きました。

有川港からは乗船時間に合わせて無料のシャトルバスが出ているので、移動自体は楽でした。

船内も乗客はあまりおらず、あっという間に福江に到着しました。
また利用したいです。

The ferry from Ojika Port to Sasebo Port departs at 7 AM, so I made an effort to wake up early and was the first to check in at the terminal. However, there was no announcement, and I almost ended up being the last to board. When checking in, if there are no announcements, I would appreciate it if you could clearly communicate that. Please keep in mind that the passengers are not only locals but also tourists.

小値賀港から佐世保港へのフェリーは、朝7時の出航なので、頑張って早起きして、ターミナルで一番で受付したのに、案内放送がなくて、危うく一番最後の乗船になった。受付時に、案内放送をしないなら、その旨きちんと伝えて欲しい。利用客は、地元客ばかりではなく、観光客も利用することを念頭において欲しい。

Near the Udon no Sato, there is the Arikawa Port Terminal, and from here, you can take a ferry to Ojika Island, which allows for easy access to Nozaki Island. Before boarding, there was a boarding announcement from a female staff member.

うどんの里のすぐ近くに、有川港ターミナルがあり、ここから、小値賀島への便を利用すると、小値賀島から野崎島への移動がすぐできるので、利用しました。乗船前には、女性スタッフから乗船案内がありました。

The weather was quite nice, and it felt good. The boatmen provided enjoyable explanations, which was great. Although the river was swollen from the rain the day before, we didn't get as wet as we thought we would. We had a lot of fun navigating close to the rocks; it was thrilling yet stable.

お天気もまずまずで、気持ちが良い日でした。

前日までの雨で増水していましたが、思ったほど濡れる事もありませんでした。
岩の横ギリギリを通ったり、スリリングだけれど安定感のある川下りでとても楽しめました。

I visited teamLab after a long time, and since it was Saturday, there was a long line to get in. However, because I reserved my ticket through Veltra, I was guided to the front of the line for priority entry. This time, a new garden area had opened, and I was able to experience a moment of extraordinary beauty surrounded by plants!

久々のチームラボに行ってきたのですが、土曜日ということもあり入場待ちの長蛇の列でしたがベルトラで予約したチケットは優先入場だったので列の最前列へ案内していただけました。
今回新たにガーデンエリアがオープンしており植物に囲まれひとときの非日常を体験できました！

I was picked up at the airport by a cute Hello Kitty taxi (there are only a few of them), which really boosted my spirits (^o^).

The five-hour course included the airport → Kyoda Road Station → Kouri Island → supermarket → hotel in Motobu. The kind female driver was very accommodating, even responding politely to my request to take a picture of the white flowers I saw earlier. She took me to a large local supermarket where I was able to buy unique Okinawan ingredients, allowing me to enjoy Okinawan cuisine every day (since it was a self-catering accommodation).

Why didn't I give it the highest rating? It was because of the downpour during the rainy season, which forced us to give up on visiting Nakijin Castle ruins ^^; I will definitely ask for this service again next time and seek a do-over!

かわいいキティちゃんのタクシー(数台しかない)で空港に迎えに来てくれて、テンションアップ(^o^)

５時間コースで、空港→許田道の駅→古宇利島→スーパー→本部のホテル。
親切な女性ドライバーさんで、「さっき見た白い花の写真を撮りたい」なんていう要望にも丁寧に対応してくれました。
スーパーも地元の大きな店に連れて行ってくれて、沖縄独特の食材を買うことができたので、毎日沖縄料理を楽しめました(基本自炊の宿なので)。

なぜ最高の評価にならなかったか?
それは梅雨のスコールのような雨で、今帰仁城跡観光を断念したから^^;
次の機会にはまたお願いして、リベンジします❢

Since we were on board for over an hour, please ensure that the power supply for mobile devices and other equipment is arranged. Since it was a weekday, there were few passengers, so I wasn't worried about COVID-19 infection. I was concerned about being out at sea, but it was a clear day with almost no wind, so there was no rocking, and I felt safe on board.

１時間以上も乗っているので、携帯等の電源環境の整備をお願いします。
平日でしたので、乗船者は少なかったのでコロナ感染は気になりませんでした。
外海なので心配しましたが、殆ど風の無い晴天でしたので揺れも無く安心して乗船していました。

I used this service to travel to Fukue Island during my sightseeing in the Goto Islands. I arrived at Fukue Island just after 9 AM, which allowed me to participate in the bus tour starting at 9:40 AM. At first, I wasn't sure what to do, so I went to the terminal early. The ticket counter opened at 7 AM, where I showed my voucher and exchanged it for a ticket. Boarding starts around 7:30 AM, so it doesn't strictly mean you need to be at the counter by 7:10 AM as the guide suggests. I think it's fine to have breakfast at the hotel and arrive in time.

I inquired via email about the luggage I could bring for my overnight stay in Fukue, and it seems they are lenient with sizes similar to carry-on luggage for airplanes. The ticket was over 8,000 yen at the counter. It seems to vary by season, but I was glad to buy it cheaply in advance through VELTRA. It's a bit pricey, but since you can arrive in about an hour and a half and join the bus tour, I recommend it.

五島福江島観光で島への移動に利用しました。福江島着が9時過ぎで、9時40分からのバスツァーにちょうど参加できるようになっています。最初は勝手がわからず早めにターミナルに行きましたが、7時に窓口がオープンし、そこでバウチャーを見せて、チケットと交換します。乗船は7時半頃からなので、ガイドにあるように7時10分までに窓口と言う訳でもない感じです。ホテルで朝ごはんを食べてから間に合うように行けばよいと思います。
福江で一泊するために持ち込み荷物のことをメールでお聞きしましたが、飛行機の機内持ち込みサイズくらいは大目に見てくれるようです。
チケットは窓口では8000円を超えてました。時期にもよるみたいですが、事前にVELTRAさんで安く買えて良かったです。少々お高めですが、1時間半程度で到着でき、バスツァーに参加できるので、お勧めです。

It was an average amount of water, and the river descent lasted about 1 hour and 40 minutes. The weather was nice, and there was a pleasant flow with occasional thrills, and we saw many wild monkeys. Toward the end, a food stall boat was docked, allowing us to enjoy some snacks and have a great time.

平均的な水の量だったそうで1時間40分程の川下りでした。お天気もよく心地よい流れと時々のスリルがあり、野生のサルも沢山見れました。
終盤に屋台船が横付けされ、ちょっとした飲食もでき楽しい時間でした。

I have never boarded a ship normally, so I can't tell the difference, but I think I was able to board at a low cost without any particularly troublesome procedures.

普通に乗船したことがないので違いがわかりませんが、特に面倒な手続き等なくお安く乗船できたと思います。
