It was very good. It's a small aquarium where even small children can have fun. The view of the Skytree is also very beautiful!

I used the round trip between Fukue Port and Narao Port.
It's fast! It doesn't sway!
Even I, who usually gets seasick, was fine.
We arrived before I could get seasick (laughs).

福江港⇔奈良尾港を往復で利用しました。
早い！揺れない！
船酔いしがちな私も大丈夫でした。
酔う前に着きます(笑)。

Today, there is no wind and the view from the observation deck is great, making it refreshing to look down at Sapporo city below. Due to the elevation difference, my ears popped while descending in the ropeway.

The return trip from Arikawa to Sasebo had many passengers, and the second-class seating was a bit crowded, so I paid the designated fee to change to a reserved second-class seat.

The three-hour boat journey became much more comfortable.

You can also use the onboard WiFi.

有川から佐世保までの復路は、利用客も多く2等客席は少し混雑気味でしたので、スタッフさんに指定料金を支払って2等指定に変更してもらいました。

3時間ちょっとの船旅が一気に快適になりました。

On the outbound journey, I traveled from Sasebo to Arikawa in a second-class cabin.

There weren't too many passengers, so there was plenty of space and it was comfortable.

往路は佐世保から有川まで、2等客室でした。

利用者もそれほど多くなく、十分なスペースが有り快適でした。

Compared to other similar activities, the price was reasonable and I had a great time. I was worried about seasickness, but the waves were small and I didn't feel sick at all.

他の同種のアクティビティと比較しても価格も手ごろで十分に楽しめました。
船酔いも心配しましたが、揺れも小さく全く酔いませんでした。

My first visit to the Goto Islands was unfortunately on a rainy day, but the rocking of the boat wasn't too bothersome. I didn't bring any drinks, so I thought about buying something on board, but there were no vending machines. I spent my time watching the television installed on the ship.

初めての五島列島はあいにくの雨天で残念でしたが、船の揺れは気になる程ではありませんでした。
飲み物を持参しなかったので、船内で購入しようと思いましたが、自販機などはなかったです。
船内に取り付けられたテレビを見て過ごしました。

The elevator walls had comparisons between New York, Tokyo, and Sapporo, along with various interesting trivia, which was quite fun.

途中のエレベーターの壁もニューヨークや東京と札幌を比較してあったり、色々な豆知識ご壁にあったりで面白かったです。

During our trips to Okinawa, we usually moved around by rental car, which was fine for just the two of us. However, since we now have a small child, we planned this trip with a focus on staying at a resort hotel.

While we had the image of moving around by rental car in Okinawa, we decided to go without a rental car this time since we planned to spend more time at the hotel. On the last day, we reserved a charter taxi to take us from the hotel to the Churaumi Aquarium and two other locations before heading to the airport.

The taxi driver was kind, and we were able to enjoy our last day without any worries. The best part of using the charter taxi this time was that everything was easy. With a rental car, there’s the hassle of picking it up and returning it, searching for parking, and wanting to minimize wasted time on a trip with limited stay. However, with the charter taxi, there was no wasted time at all.

Additionally, during our taxi rides, we learned a lot of insider information about Okinawa that we wouldn’t have known while using a rental car, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We plan to go to Okinawa again next year, and it seems we will stick to staying at a resort hotel like this time, so I would like to use a charter taxi again. Thank you very much.

沖縄旅行は毎回レンタカーで移動していましたが、夫婦2人であれば問題ありませんでしたが、子供が産まれてまだ小さいので、リゾートホテル滞在を基本に今回の沖縄旅行を計画しました。
沖縄はレンタカーで移動するイメージがあるのですが、ホテルに滞在する時間が長くなる計画でしたのでレンタカーの予約は無しで沖縄に行きました。
今回、最終日だけ貸切タクシーを予約して、ホテル〜美ら海水族館〜その他２ヶ所〜空港まで送って頂く順番で利用致しました。
タクシーの運転手の方も優しく、私どもも気を使う事なく最終日を楽しめました。
今回の貸切タクシーを利用して良かった点は基本的に全てが楽でした。
レンタカーの時は借りる返す際の手間、移動しても駐車場を探して停めての手間、滞在時間が限られている旅行では無駄な時間は減らしたいと思いますが、貸切タクシーでは無駄な時間はありませんでした。
また、タクシーでの移動中も沖縄のコアな話など、レンタカー利用時では知り得なかった情報を沢山教えて頂き、最高に楽しめました。
また来年も沖縄に行く予定ですが、今回と同じくリゾートホテル滞在が基本になりそうなので、また貸切タクシーを利用したいと思います。

First of all, I was glad that we could visit many places. The handling of the meeting point by the new guide was somewhat lacking. I felt a bit sad that even though I arrived early, my check-in was delayed. I hadn't particularly thought about it before, but it made me realize that veterans might be better at this kind of handling.

The course was excellent, and I received advice that it would be better to purchase lunch in advance for the Churaumi Aquarium in the afternoon, which allowed us to enjoy the experience smoothly. It was disappointing that our stay was cut from 3 hours to 2.5 hours, possibly due to traffic. It’s quite spacious, so it might be unavoidable. Everyone who heard the meeting time was disappointed.

I am always very satisfied with Veltra, no matter when or where I go. I would appreciate it if the guides could confidently entertain travelers.

I used this service for my return trip from Goto (the outbound trip was by air). The seat selection method is similar to that of an airplane, so if you have preferences, you can ask at the counter. If you want to disembark quickly, the aisle seats on the first floor are convenient. Although it's a high-speed ferry, I felt that the speed wasn't that remarkable.

五島からの復路で利用しました（往路は空路）。飛行機と同じような座席の指定方法ですので、希望があれば窓口で聞いてもらえます。早く下船したい場合は１階の通路側が便利です。高速船ですが、スピード感はそれほどなかったように思います。

I took a day trip to Fukue Island. For the outbound journey (Nagasaki to Fukue), I prioritized speed and took the jet foil, while for the return trip (Fukue to Nagasaki), I opted for the ferry to save on costs. The ferry tickets are numbered in the order of reservation, and it seems that passengers board according to their numbers, starting with the lowest.

This was my first time on a ferry without any seats; there were only a few carpeted areas. I was a bit surprised to see all the other passengers immediately lying down as soon as we set sail! I borrowed a blanket and a pillow and lay down as well. However, even though it was said to be a relatively calm day, I was still battling seasickness while lying down, which was tough for someone unaccustomed to it. Thankfully, since my boarding number was in the single digits, I was able to secure a position where I could lean against the wall, which was a relief.

For those who, like me, get seasick, I think it's better to choose the jet foil over the ferry, even if the fare is higher.

日帰りで福江島へ。
往路(長崎→福江)は早さ優先でジェットフォイル、復路(福江→長崎)はコスト優先でフェリーを利用しました。
フェリーのチケットには予約順(？)に番号が振られていて、番号が若いひとから乗船する決まりになっているようです。
椅子は設置されておらず、絨毯敷きの区画がいくつかあるだけでした。

船内に椅子が設置されていないフェリーに乗ったのはこれが初めてで、出航するなり周りの乗客が一斉に寝転び始める様子を見てちょっとビックリ！
わたしも毛布と枕を借りて横になりました。
しかし、腰が痛い上に(その日は揺れない方だったと言われても不慣れの者には)横になっていても船酔いとの闘い･･･
乗船順序が1桁だったおかげで、壁にもたれかけられる位置を確保できていたので、まだ救われました。

わたしのように船酔いするひとは、乗船料が高くてもフェリーよりジェットフォイルを選ぶ方が正解だと思います。

For the outbound trip (Nagasaki to Fukue), I took the jet foil, and for the return trip (Fukue to Nagasaki), I opted for the ferry.

The schedule stated "departure at 7:40, check-in at 7:10, 30 minutes prior," but I believe the counter opened around 7:15.

The ticket exchange went smoothly.

The weather was nice and the sea was calm, so the jet foil surprisingly had little rocking, and I arrived without feeling seasick, even dozing off a bit. It was much more comfortable than I expected.

往路(長崎→福江)はジェットフォイル、復路(福江→長崎)はフェリーにしました。
｢7:40出航、30分前の7:10受付｣となっていましたが、窓口が開いたのは7:15頃だったように思います。
チケット引換はスムーズにできました。
お天気が良くて海が穏やかだったこともあり、ジェットフォイルは意外と揺れが少なく、船酔いもなく居眠りしているうちに到着。
思っていたよりもずっと快適でした。

I requested a 9-hour charter starting at 7:30 AM from a hotel in Naha City to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Our driver, Mr. S, was rather quiet, but he arrived on time and there were no issues with waiting or communication; he was a pleasant driver. On the way back, he suggested we could stop by Manzamo, which allowed us to do some unexpected sightseeing. As long as you don't confuse the taxi charter with a guide service, it's a very helpful service for those of us who don't want to drive. I think I would request this service again if the opportunity arises.

那覇市内ホテルから美ら海水族館メインの朝7時半スタートの９時間貸し切りをお願いしました。ドライバーのSさんはどちらかというと静かな方でしたが、時間通りにお迎えに来ていただき、待機、連絡などなど全く問題なく気持ちの良いドライバーさんでした。帰り道、時間的に万座毛によれますよ、とご提案いただき、予定外に観光できました。タクシーチャーターを兼ガイドさんと勘違いしなければ、運転をしたくない私たちにようなものにとってはとても助かるサービスです。機会があればまたお願いすると思います。

It was my first time using this service, and it's a great deal since it's cheaper than booking directly through the official site! Although it's a reserved seat, it seems that if there is availability, you can change it at the ticket counter when you pick up your ticket.

初めての利用でしたが、公式から予約するより割引になるのでとてもお得です！指定席ではありますが、席に余裕があれば窓口での発券の際に変更も可能のようです。

This happened last year, but I was surprised by the river rafting incident. When I actually participated, the three boatmen took turns at the front and back, providing enjoyable commentary and giving us a sense of security. It was fun to watch them skillfully navigate through the rough spots and dangerous rapids. Perhaps it was due to some difference in their "technique" that I felt the fear of the water and the fear of nature during that incident. Since this is a traditional activity, I hope to continue passing down those "skills" and safely enjoy that wonderful nature again. I think it's amazing how the scenery changes with the seasons.

利用したのは去年の事ですが、この川下りの事件を見て、驚きました。
実際に乗った時は、船頭さん３人が前後交代しながら楽しく解説してくださり、安心感を与えてくれていました。ドンとくるところとか、急流・交流で危険なところも「技」で越えていくのを楽しく見せていただきました。その「技」の何かの違いだったのでしょうか、水の怖さ、自然の怖さを感じた事件でした。伝統的なものですので、「技」をしっかり受け継いで、あの素晴らしい自然をまた安心して見に行きたいと思います。四季によって景色が変わるのは素晴らしいと思います。

I went on a trip to Okinawa with three women who don't have driver's licenses. After snorkeling at the Blue Cave in the morning, we were picked up and requested an 8-hour route from there to Churaumi Aquarium and then to a hotel around Naha.

Despite asking for a long drive of an hour and a half from the snorkeling spot to Churaumi and three hours from the aquarium to the hotel, our driver kindly and enjoyably shared various Okinawan trivia and delicious food recommendations while driving, making our travel time very enjoyable.

Additionally, since it was a private taxi, it was very convenient to leave our unused swimsuits and other luggage in the car while sightseeing.

Unlike renting a car, I think one of the great things about a private taxi is that you can sleep without worrying about the driver on the way back (sorry, driver!).

I believe we were able to visit all the places we wanted without giving up, thanks to Beltora! We had a wonderful time.

If I have another opportunity, I will definitely use this service again.

無免の女性3人で沖縄旅行に行きました。
午前中に青の洞窟でシュノーケリングをした後迎えに来てもらい、そこから美ら海水族館→那覇周辺ホテルというルートを8時間コースでお願いしました。

シュノーケリングの場所から美ら海まで1時間半、美ら海水族館からホテルまでは3時間という長時間の運転をお願いしてしまったにも関わらず、ドライバーさんは運転しながら沖縄の豆知識やおいしい食べ物など様々なことを優しく楽しく教えてくれたので移動中もとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

また、貸切タクシーなので、もう使わない水着などの荷物は車の中に置いて観光できるところもとても便利でした。

レンタカーとは違い、帰りは運転してる人に気を遣わずに寝られるところも貸切タクシーの良いところだと思います笑（運転手さんすみません！）

車が運転できなくても、まわりたいところを諦めることなくまわれたのはベルトラさんのおかげかと思います！
とても良い時間を過ごすことができました。

また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。

I went to the ticket exchange window the day before because there was a description on the HP stating that tickets could be exchanged even the day before, along with comments from people who had experienced it. However, I was told that due to weather conditions, exchanges the day before were not possible. Which information is correct? Other than this issue, I was satisfied.

HPに チケットは前日でも交換出来る旨の説明文、体験者のコメントもあったので前日窓口に行きましたが天候により欠航などもある為 前日のチケット交換は不可とのことでした。実際 どちらが正しいのでしょうか。この事以外は満足でした。

I thought it would be nice if there were a later ferry from Kojima Island to Sasebo, as this was the last one for the day.

当日小値賀島から佐世保までの高速船で、この時間が最終便なので、もう少し遅い便もあるといいなーと思いました。

I was glad that I arrived early, so I could start my activities in the morning. For those who want to make effective use of their time, I think Jetfoil is a good option.

早く着くので、朝から活動ができるので良かったです。
時間を有効に使いたい方は、ジェットフォィルが良いかと思いました。

It was calm, so I was sitting peacefully without any rocking. Although it was early in the morning, I was glad to be able to join the tour from the start of the day.

At Arikawa Port before boarding, I encountered the "spring tradition" of sending off the ferry with paper streamers, and I felt the warmth of the people from Goto. On the day I traveled, the high-speed boat was suspended due to rough seas, and only the ferry was in operation. I boarded the ferry to Sasebo as scheduled in the evening. At first, I was a bit concerned about the rocking, but I was able to lie down and avoid seasickness.

乗船前の有川港で、フェリーを紙テープで見送る「春の風物詩」に遭遇し、五島の方達の暖かさに触れました。
利用した日は時化で高速船は休止、フェリーのみ運航。自分は予定通り、夕方発の佐世保行きのフェリーに乗り、始めは少し揺れが気になりましたが横になりながら船酔いせず過ごせました。

Even though the sea was rough, it was a comfortable journey without any seasickness. We departed in the morning and had a short stay, but we were able to return to Sasebo by the evening.

海が時化ていても、船酔いすることなく快適な旅でした。
朝出発して僅かな滞在時間でしたが、夕方には佐世保に戻ってこれました。

It's a convenient way to travel, departing from Hakata Port after work and arriving in Fukue the next morning. The ship is clean, and there are various room grades available. The showers are also well-equipped, making for a comfortable journey.

仕事終わりに博多港から乗船できて、翌朝には福江に到着という便利な移動手段です。
船内はきれいで、部屋もグレードが様々。
シャワーも完備で快適な船旅でした。

It hardly swayed, so I was able to relax slowly. It felt like it went by quite quickly. There was a TV playing inside the ship, and a leisurely atmosphere filled the air. I was able to spend my time comfortably.

ほぼ揺れないため、ゆっくり寛げます。
割とあっという間に感じました。船内にはテレビが流れておりのんびりとした空気が流れています。快適に過ごせました。

It was my first time booking a jet foil, but I was able to get my ticket just by showing the screen at the counter. The seat guidance display was easy to understand, and there was almost no turbulence, so I slept soundly. It seemed fast, but the relaxed atmosphere was nice. ^ ^

初めてのジェットフォイル予約でしたが、窓口で画面を見せるだけでチケット発行できました。
座席の案内表示もわかりやすく、揺れもほぼ無く爆睡でした。速さは速いようですが、のんびりとした雰囲気でよかったです^ ^

Since I entered the Goto Islands from Nagasaki, I planned to go to Sasebo Port for an overnight stay and then head to the westernmost point, Kanzaki Nose. I took the evening ferry, with the setting sun behind me, and enjoyed the sunset from the deck. When we arrived, the port was beautifully lit up. It was also my first time taking the JR train from Sasebo to Nagasaki Airport via Omura, making it a trip full of local charm.

五島列島へ長崎から入ったので帰路は佐世保港へ行き一泊して最西端の神崎鼻へ行くプランにしました。夕方のフェリーに乗り西陽を背に、日の入りを船上で眺め着岸する時は港がライトアップされきれいでした。佐世保からJRで大村経由で長崎空港入りしたのも初めてでローカル感たっぷりの旅になりました。

The person was nice, but they were unable to answer almost any of my questions about tourist spots, history, flowers, and trees. I wanted to know more about Okinawa, but they spoke in a very quiet voice, making it hard to hear. They couldn't even answer one-fifth of my questions, and I wondered if they had really received training in tourism. I would have preferred someone who could provide better guidance. The person wasn't bad, but I at least hoped they would know about the visible flowers and the history of Okinawa. If there’s a next time, I will specifically request someone who can provide reliable guidance.

良い人でしたが、私が望んでいた観光地案内、歴史、花、木、質問したことがほぼ答えられない方でした。
もっと沖縄を知りたかったのです、声もボソボソと喋って、聞き取れなくて困りました。
質問したことの５分の一も回答ができなくて、観光の研修を本当に受けたのか？と思いました。
もっと案内できる方がよかったです。人は悪くなかったですが。
せめて、見える花、沖縄の歴史は知ってて欲しかったです。
次があれば、案内の確実にできる人と特記します。

The unlimited subway rides and the variety of facilities available for free made it possible to enjoy sightseeing all day long. There were many spots I wanted to visit, but since I couldn't go to all of them, I selected a few key places to explore. The Tsutenkaku Tower had a wait time of over 40 minutes, so I had to give up on that due to time constraints, but it has become a spot I want to visit next time. Considering the usual transportation and entrance fees, I think it's a great deal.

地下鉄に乗り放題だし、無料で体験出来る施設も
充実していて1日中　思い切り観光が出来ました。
行きたいスポットはたくさんありましたが、全部は行けないので　厳選した数箇所を巡りました。
通天閣は40分以上の待ち時間があって　時間の都合上あきらめましたが　次回機会があれば行きたいスポットになりました。通常の移動と入場料を考えるとお得だと思います。

On the day of our visit, it was quite crowded due to the holiday, so we made a reservation. Although there are several boats available on the day, it's recommended to book in advance since there might only be afternoon departures if you go in the morning.

After checking in, we were quickly guided to board the boat. The captain we had was very skilled at storytelling, making it a fun experience that we wanted to keep listening to, with laughter echoing on the boat. There were spots where cherry blossoms were blooming, which were beautiful, and we even encountered wild monkeys, making it a valuable experience.

In mid-March, masks were required due to infection control measures. There were life jackets available to wear around the waist. If you ask the captain, they can provide proper life jackets for you to wear.

It's very unfortunate that an accident occurred the following week. I hope they establish a thorough safety system and reopen soon.

当日は、連休中だったこともあり予約をして行きましたがかなりの人で混みあっていました
※当日でも船は数台出るので乗船できますが、午前中に行って午後からの便しかないこともあるのでなるべく予約して行くことをオススメします

受付後、すぐ乗船の案内があり乗船しました。
私たちが乗った船は船頭さんがめっちゃ口が上手く話し上手でずっと聞いていたくなるぐらい楽しい時間で船上は笑い声が響いてました。
所々、桜が咲いていたところもあり綺麗で野生の猿にも遭遇し貴重な体験をさせて頂きました✨

3月中旬で
感染症対策でマスクの着用はありました。
腰に巻く救命胴衣もありました。
船頭さんに言えばきちんと着る用の救命胴衣も貸して頂けます。


翌週に事故が起こってしまいとても残念です。
万全の安全体制を築き早めの再開を待ってます。
