This is my second time visiting Goto. The weather was clear both going and returning, and the views were wonderful!! There was no significant shaking, and I had a fun trip both ways!

人生２回目の五島。行きも帰りも晴れていてとても眺めも良かったです！！特に大きく揺れることもなく、楽しく行き帰りができました！

It's a little cheaper than purchasing directly at the ticket counter or official website.

I’m not sure about the season, but on weekdays in late September, it wasn't too crowded, and there was a comfortable space even without a reserved seat.

Since I usually don't take ferries, I felt that it really boosted my travel mood.

普通に窓口や公式サイトで購入するより少しだけお得です。

シーズンはどうか分かりませんが、9月下旬の平日はさほど混雑もなく、指定席じゃなくてもゆっくりできるスペースがありました。

普段フェリーに乗ることが無いので、旅気分が上がって良かったと思います。

To be honest, since you can enter on the same admission fee on the day, I don't think it's necessary to purchase in advance, but I applied because I had points. However, the staff at the reception seemed inexperienced, and it took time to scan the ticket from my phone.
I definitely recommend the origami crane experience. I think it's a wonderful place where you can feel the passionate thoughts behind the tower and pray for peace with a calm heart.

正直言えば当日も同じ入場料で入れるので、わざわざ事前購入しなくても良いと思いますがポイントがあったので申込みました。ただ、受付の人が慣れていないのかチケットを携帯から読み取るのに時間がかかりました。
おりづる投入体験は是非お勧めします。タワーを作られた熱い思いを感じ、静かな気持ちで平和を祈願できる素敵な場所だと思います。

I honestly didn't do enough research on geography and tourist spots before the day, so I roughly communicated that I wanted to visit Yachimun no Sato and the Churaumi Aquarium, and asked for any other recommendations. Fortunately, the driver was fantastic in terms of service, geographical knowledge, driving skills, and communication, making for a very satisfying day. Additionally, I appreciated the advice on booking a taxi from the hotel to the airport and suggestions for sightseeing at Shuri Castle and Kokusai Street before my flight. I think I would have struggled more if I hadn't met Ando. Thank you!

地理や観光スポットを十分調べずに当日となり、正直にその旨とともに、やちむんの里と美ら海水族館には行きたい、あとはお勧めがあったら。。とざっくりお伝えしました。幸いにも、サービス精神、地理的な知識、運転技術、そしてコミュニケーション、どれも素晴らしい運転手さんで、大満足の１日となりました。おまけに帰り日のホテルから空港までのタクシー予約や、フライト前に首里城や国際通りの観光のこともアドバイスくださり感謝です。安藤さんに会えていなかったら、もっと苦労したと思います。ありがとうございました！

This is my third time, and it was great.
The scenery changes with the seasons—autumn, spring, and late summer—was refreshing.
The boatman's stories and calls were exquisite.
I highly recommend you take a ride at least once.

I booked a 5-hour plan for five people. First, since our previous schedule ended earlier than expected, I contacted them to see if it was possible to pick us up 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, knowing it might be a stretch. They kindly agreed to this request.

Throughout the ride, they kept the atmosphere lively by asking us trivia questions about Okinawa and showed us many sightseeing spots. Above all, I was truly grateful for how they took photos of our group at various locations. The photos were very well taken, and I was impressed throughout the experience. I think it's often difficult to get nice pictures of everyone when traveling, but thanks to them, we were able to create wonderful memories with many great photos.

I really believe it was an experience worth more than the price! Thank you very much!

5人で5時間のプランを予約いたしました。
まず、前の予定が思ったより早く終わったため無理を承知で予定時間の30分前に早めに迎えをお願いできないか連絡をしたところ、快く引き受けてくださいました。
その後も車内を盛り上げようと沖縄に関するクイズを出してくださったり、観光地をたくさん案内していただきました。なにより、至る所で5人の写真を撮ってくださったことが本当にありがたかったのですが、その写真もとてもセンスがあり終始感動していました。旅行に行くとなかなか全員での綺麗な写真を撮るのが難しいと思うのですが、沢山撮っていただいたおかげですごくいい思い出を残すことが出来ました。
本当にお値段以上の体験だったと思います！ありがとうございました！

I went out with my family and had a great time. The kids were also happy. I would like to go again if I have the chance.

When I took the train to the nearest station, it was packed with foreign tourists, and I wondered what event was happening, but everyone got off at teamLab Planets.

最寄り駅まで乗車すると外国人観光客で満員で何のイベントがあるのかと思いましたが、全員チームラボプラネッツで下車しました。　

I had almost zero prior knowledge, but I found it enjoyable with a fantastic and attraction-like atmosphere. It's priced accordingly, so while I would like to experience it once, I don't think I would go a second time. I recommend it for a date.

ほぼ予備知識ゼロだったのですが、幻想的且つアトラクション的な感じもあり楽しめました。
それなりのお値段なので、1回は体験したいけど2回目はもういいかなーと、、、

The car was very clean, and they guided us to the entrance of the tourist spot. They also provided helpful time advice, which was greatly appreciated. They took photos for us with great care. It was a very fulfilling and enjoyable day! Thank you.

I hadn't planned a solid route, but on the way back from the main Churaumi Aquarium, I was able to stop by the famous Kouri Island and the Blue Seal Ice Cream shop, and I received help with taking photos, which was really nice.

Additionally, I was given recommendations for local specialties, souvenirs, and delicious izakayas near the hotel, and everything was spot on.

The driver was very friendly, and even though it was a long drive, we had great conversations, making it a wonderful memory.

It was a private taxi service for a trip with three female friends. Although we all have licenses, we decided to leave it to the professionals since we were inexperienced drivers.

It was definitely the right choice.

I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises!

しっかりルートを決めていなかったのですが、メインの美ら海水族館の帰りに有名な古宇利島やブルーシールアイスの店舗によっていただいたり、写真撮影のお手伝いをしていただいたりと、本当によくしてもらいました

また、地元の名産やおすすめのお土産や、ホテル付近の美味しい居酒屋さんを教えていただき、全部が外れがなかったです。

運転手さんがとても気さくな方で、長距離の移動でしたが会話も弾み、とても良い思い出になりました。

I was taken to Shuri Castle, Okinawa World, and Kokusai Street on a 7-hour course. The taxi driver was kind and provided various guidance. They also took photos for me. It started to rain along the way, but they lent me an umbrella, which was a great help. It was the last day of my trip to Okinawa, but I arrived at the airport without delay and was able to return safely. It became a memorable day. Thank you very much!

7時間コースで首里城、おきなわワールド、国際通りに連れて行っていただきました。
タクシーの運転手さんが優しく、色々案内してくださいました。写真も撮っていただきました。
途中から雨が降ってきましたが、傘を貸していただき、大変助かりました。

I had previously been on a glass-bottom boat, but since I was with children, I was worried about seasickness. So, I found this tour where you sit and look out the window and decided to sign up, and it was truly amazing!

I couldn't imagine what it would be like until I got on, but once I did, I was really excited!!

I definitely want to recommend it to my acquaintances!!

今まで、船底を覗くタイプのグラスボートには乗ったことがありましたが、子供連れでの参加だったので、船酔いが心配で、座って窓の外を覗くこちらのツアーを見つけて申し込んでみましたが、本当に最高でした！

I was able to purchase tickets at a lower price than usual, so I’m glad I bought them in advance. The boat trip while enjoying the scenery of the islands was fun, and I was worried about seasickness, but it hardly rocked, which was a pleasant surprise.

Of course, we visited Heart Rock, Kouri Island, the Churaumi Aquarium, and the Okashi Goten, but I also received great recommendations for other restaurants, making for a very fulfilling trip. The person was truly kind, lending us towels when we went to the beach and showing us unique local spots, which was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

予定していたハートロックや古宇利島、お菓子御殿、美ら海水族館は勿論ですが、他にもおすすめのご飯屋さんを教えていただいてとても充実した旅行になりました。本当に親切な方でビーチに行った際はタオルを貸してくださったり、現地の方ならではの場所も案内して下さりとても楽しかったです。本当にありがとうございました。

This was my first time riding the Jet Foil, and I was seated in a designated seat on the second floor. The spacious layout allowed me to travel to Fukue Island without getting tired. I was hesitant due to the high price compared to the ferry, but choosing the Jet Foil was the right decision.

ジェットファイルには今回初めて乗りましたが、指定席で2階になり、ゆったりした配置で、疲れることなく福江島に行くことができました。
価格が高いのでフェリーと迷いましたが、ジェットフォイルにして正解でした。

The staff were very kind and attentive. Although it was a short time, it was a very satisfying course. I definitely want to do it again! Thank you very much.

I had a great time, just as I expected. I was very satisfied with the extraordinary feeling of splashing my feet in the water and the beauty of the lights and visuals that made me gasp in awe. I was surprised by the line at the entrance, but once I got inside, the crowd wasn't as bothersome. The directions to the garden were a bit unclear, but there were plenty of staff members around, which was reassuring. After taking lots of photos, don't forget to fully enjoy the "experience."

期待通りとても楽しめた。足を水につけてはしゃぐという非日常感と、光と映像の美しさに思わず声が出るという新しい体験に、とても満足した。入り口の行列には驚いたが、中に入ってみるとそれほど混雑は気にならなかった。ガーデンへの道順がわかりにくかったが、スタッフさんもたくさんいるので安心。写真をたくさん撮ったら、存分に“体験”することも忘れずに。

Honestly, I was filled with anxiety and impatience until we boarded the ship!
◎ Situation on the day
Our reserved boat ride was scheduled to depart at 11:00 with check-in at 10:45.
The shuttle bus from Torokko Kameoka Station left around 10:40.
The reservation information stated that the shuttle bus takes about 15 minutes, and that they would accept passengers even after the check-in time until the boat departs.
The bus was full, and we arrived at the boarding area around 10:50.
Since we were seated at the back of the bus, many people in front were unfamiliar with the payment process, causing delays, and as time passed, I became quite anxious as 11:00 approached.
When we reached the check-in counter, there was a long line (approximately 80 people).
There were separate lines for same-day tickets and reservations, so we naturally lined up in the reservation line (the same number of people were in line).
At this point, we had to fill out a card, wondering what the purpose of the reservation was as we waited.
It was well past 11:00, and the staff kept repeating, "We will call you in order," as numbers were called in the order of check-in, but what I wanted to know was whether everything would be alright since we were already past the check-in time.
Even though we had a reservation, we ended up on the last boat, which departed around 11:40.
Does that mean that many of the people in the same-day ticket line boarded earlier than us?
What is the point of making a reservation?
In the rain, we ended up on the last boat scheduled for 11:00 (departing at 11:40), but the boat ride was enjoyable thanks to the humorous guides.
◎ What I thought about it
If the connection with the Torokko was smooth, there would be no need to feel rushed (and it wouldn't be too long).
As first-time passengers, it would be helpful to have clear and polite guidance on the procedures for boarding, what to expect, and how long it would take to board in the crowded waiting area.
Creating an environment where passengers can wait comfortably until boarding, with clear displays of boarding order numbers, would be beneficial.
Shouldn't reservation customers have priority boarding?
I understand that they are in a difficult situation due to the harsh changes after COVID-19 and the circumstances surrounding the boat ride, but I hope they can continue this traditional boat ride safely.
I wish for their prosperity during the autumn foliage season.

◎　当日の状況
私たちの予約した船下りは11:00発チェックイン10:45のもの
トロッコ亀岡駅着し連絡バスが発したのは10:40ころ
予約時の案内には連悪バス所要時間約15分で、チェックイン時間を過ぎても船発までは受け付けるとの記載があった
バスは満員で乗船場に着いたのが10:50ころ
バスの後ろに乗ってしまったため前から降りる人の支払いが不慣れな人も多くもたつき、ドンドン時間が過ぎ11:00が迫りかなり焦った
チェックインカウンター着くと長蛇の列（目算80人ほど）でごった返し
当日券と予約の列があり当然予約の列に並ぶ（同数の人が並んでいた）
ここでまた記載するカードがあり何のための予約かと思いながら記載して待つ
時間はとっくに11:00を過ぎ「順番に案内します」をスタッフが繰り返し、順番に先の受付順に番号が呼ばれて乗船していくが、ここで知りたかったのはチェックイン時間をドンドン過ぎているのに大丈夫なのかということ
私たちは予約していたのに最後の船11:40ころ発になった
とうことは、あの当日券の列に居た多くの人の方が早く乗ったとうこと？
予約って何？と思った
雨の中、11:00発予定の最後の船（11:40発）となったが、船下りは、ユーモアある船頭達の案内で楽しく過ごせた
◎　そこでどう思ったか
トロッコとの連絡連携がスムースなら焦ることもない（また長過ぎず）
乗客はまず初めてである　ごった返す乗船待合での「乗船までどういう手順なのか」「自分たちはどうなるのか」「どのくらいで乗れるのか」などの分かりやすく丁寧な案内や掲示、乗船順番号の掲示版などで乗船まで安心して待てる環境づくり
予約客から優先乗船ではないのかなぁ？
コロナ後の厳しい環境変化や船下りを取り巻く情勢などで苦境にあると思うが、伝統あるこの船下りを安全に続けていってほしい

I went with a friend's family who has a 4-year-old girl. Since the aquarium is close to the city, we planned to spend only about 2 hours there, comparing it to the Churaumi Aquarium. However, the 4-year-old girl was having so much fun that we ended up staying for nearly 4 hours.

４歳の女の子がいる友人家族の同伴で行きました。　市街地に近い水族館の為、「美ら海水族館」と比較して所要時間が短く２時間で十分だと予定していましたが、４歳の女の子が凄く楽しんでいて４時間近く要しました。

In May, I took the Filipino trainees I welcomed to Asakusa and then to Tokyo Skytree. They showed no interest in Asakusa, reacting with "What is this?" However, it seems that the Skytree is famous even in the Philippines, and they took a lot of photos, which took more time than I expected. Although it's only been three months, it seems to have become a good memory for them.

　5月に向かい入れたフィリピン人研修生を連れて浅草からスカイツリーまで行きました。浅草には全く興味を示さず、「これはなんだ。」の反応でしたが、スカイツリーはフィリピンでも有名のようで、写真を撮りまくりで思ったより時間がかかってしまいました。
まだ、3ヶ月ですが良い思い出になったようです。

I visited on August 11.
It took about an hour to get to the reception, another hour to reach the summit, and we also waited about an hour to descend.
It was quite crowded, likely due to the busy season. Since I had purchased tickets in advance through Veltra, I was able to smoothly get my tickets by just showing the voucher at the reception.
One thing to note is that even if you have tickets, you still need to wait in line.
While you have a guaranteed entry, the experience is similar to those purchasing tickets on the day, so be prepared to wait depending on the day you go.
The night view after sunset is definitely a sight to behold.
You can capture more than enough photos with your phone, but if you have a digital camera or a DSLR, you can take photos that exceed your imagination!
The summit gets colder than you might expect, so having an extra layer is very helpful.
I visited with children this time, and the kids found their jackets very useful.
If you're bringing small children, a baby carrier or hip seat will be very handy.
I do not recommend using a stroller for moving around.
As a side note, the tickets exchanged at the reception had seasonal photos printed on them, which became a nice memento. It's definitely worth a visit!

8月11日に利用しました。
現地に着いてから、受付まで１時間、山頂まで１時間、帰りも下山するまでに１時間ほど並びました。
繁忙期というのもありかなり混雑していました。事前にベルトラさんでチケットを購入していたので受付でバウチャーを見せるだけですんなりチケットが手に入りました。
注意したいのは、チケットを買っていても並ぶ必要があることです。
確約はできていますが、当日現地でチケットを購入する人たちとやる事は変わらない為、行く日によっては待つ覚悟も必要です。
やはり日没後の夜景は見ものです。
携帯の写真で十分すぎる写真が残せますが、デジタルカメラや一眼レフを持っていれば想像を超える写真が撮れますよ♪
山頂は思っている以上に冷え込む為、上着が一枚あるととても良いです。
今回は子連れでの利用でしたが、子どもたちは上着が大活躍しました。
小さなお子様をお連れの方は抱っこひもやヒップシートなどあると重宝しますよ。
ベビーカーでの移動はお勧めしません。
余談ですが、受付時に交換したチケットも四季折々の写真がプリントされており、思い出になりました♪ 一見の価値ありです。

It was really hot, so I wanted to do some sightseeing in a cool place and made a reservation. It was helpful that I could book on the same day! There was an attraction where you can fly through the Hiroshima sky as a paper crane, and you can also slide down from the top floor of the tower, which I think both adults and children can enjoy. I felt the admission fee was a bit high, but it was worth it for the experience!

とにかく暑かったので涼しいところで観光がしたいと思い予約しました。当日に予約できるのが助かりました！
折り鶴になって広島の空を飛ぶアトラクションがあったり、タワーの最上階からスライダーで下りることもでき、大人も子供も楽しめると思います。入場料にしては高いと感じましたが、その分充実していました！

I made a reservation for the 10 o'clock ferry. There are five of us in the family (ages 9, 7, and 3). The weather was great, and the sunlight was streaming into the water, allowing us to see many fish—it was the best! The kids were amazed by how the boat worked! We created wonderful memories! I would like to use this service again when we visit Okinawa. The waiting time flew by as we watched sea turtles swimming in the pond! There are other activities as well, and I would like to try those too!

10時の便に予約しました。家族5人（9歳・7歳・3歳）　天気も良く水中には光が差し込み魚もたくさん見れて最高でした！船の仕組みに子供たちはビックリしていました！最高の思い出ができました！また沖縄に行った際は利用したいです。待ち時間などウミガメが池で泳いでいるのを見れたりあっという間の時間でした！他のアクティビティもありそちらもやってみたいです！

This isn't to say that the tour was bad, but during my stay in Okinawa, it was only during this glass-bottom boat tour that it rained heavily, making it difficult to see the fish clearly. I was really disappointed thinking that if the weather had been nice, I would have been able to see the beautiful sea fish. I also wanted to experience feeding the dolphins, but since I had small children with me, I gave up on that. It was really unfortunate that the weather was nice in the morning on the day of the experience. I believe it would be a fantastic time if the weather is good.

これはこのツアーが悪い訳ではないのですが、沖縄滞在中、このグラスボートのツアーの時だけピンポイントで土砂降りであまり綺麗に魚が見えませんでした。
天気さえ良ければ最高に綺麗な海の魚が見えたんだろうなと思うと残念でした。
いるかのえさやり等も体験したかったのですが、小さい子もいるので諦めました。
体験の日も午前はお天気だったので、本当に残念過ぎました。
お天気だと最高に楽しめると思います。

It was convenient that I was able to get my ticket immediately just by showing the reservation confirmation screen at the counter. The ferry was more stable than I expected, and it was a comfortable journey. (I think it also depends on the weather and sea conditions.)

窓口で予約完了画面を提示するだけですぐに発券していただけたので、便利でした。
フェリーは思ったほど揺れず快適な旅でしたよ。（天候や海の状態にもよると思いますが。）
