The phone support and the reception at the counter were kind and easy to understand, which was great. I was able to return with my father who is in Goto, which was a big help.

電話も窓口の受付も親切で分かり易く良かったです。

This facility is located near the Churaumi Aquarium. The night before the experience, I was imagining whether the water would be murky due to the rain, but that wasn't the case at all. I was able to see the corals and many fish. We moved to the observation point while enjoying the scenery from the boat, so there was no seasickness. Once we arrived at the point, we moved to the bottom of the boat, and after taking our seats, we were lowered into the water, allowing us to see the fish from the side. Unlike a regular glass-bottom boat, where you look down from above, this setup makes it very easy to see everything. Before boarding, we also got to see turtles and dolphins!

美ら海水族館の近くにある施設です。体験前日の夜、雨降りで水中が濁っているかな？って、想像してしていましたが、そんなこともなく、サンゴや沢山の魚を見る事が出来ました。観察のポイントまでは、船上で景色を眺めながら移動するので、船酔いもなく、ポイントに到着したら、船底に移動、着席したらリフト方式で海中にザブン、魚を横から見る事が出来ます。普通のグラスボートだと、上から覗き込むので、とても見やすいですよ。乗船するまでに、亀やイルカも見る事が出来ますよ、

It was a bit crowded, but the scenery was beautiful, and it became a great memory. The cruise was just the right length—not too short and not too long!

I used the jet foil from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port. On the day of travel, I showed my voucher at the port and exchanged it for a ticket. After waiting for a while, I boarded the ship. I thought it would be quite rocky, so I took some medicine to avoid seasickness, but it hardly swayed at all. When I woke up from a nap, we were already near Fukue Port.

長崎港から福江港までのジェットフォイルを利用しました。
当日港でバウチャーを見せチケットに交換。しばらく待って乗船でした。結構揺れるのかと思い、船酔いしないため薬も飲みましたが、殆ど揺れることもなく、一眠りして起きた時にはもう福江港の近くでした。

The seats were facing each other and were rear-facing (21A, 21B) with no windows. There were only two such seats on the left and right. I would have preferred a better seat (a forward-facing seat).

席が向き合い席で進行方向に対して後ろ向きの席(21A、21B)で、窓も無い席でした。ここほ左右２ケ所のみ。
もう少し良い席(前向きの席)を予約して欲しい。

The course is to take the Torokko train from Arashiyama and return via the Hozu River boat ride. I purchased the e-ticket for the Torokko train on KKday. I made a reservation for the Hozu River boat ride on Veltra, but I couldn't change the number of people, so I had to cancel everything and rebook. I was worried that I might not be able to rebook. This concern lowered my overall rating.

I was also anxious about whether I could take the shuttle bus to the boat dock, but I was able to buy tickets with a coupon at Torokko Saga using my Manaca card (¥310 per person). The shuttle bus itself wasn't too crowded, and it seemed you could pay with cash or a transportation IC card. This might have been because the Torokko Saga train departed at 9:02 AM.

Since I had purchased tickets on KKday and Veltra, everything went very smoothly overall.

The Hozu River boat ride was a leisurely experience powered entirely by human effort. It felt quite long. However, I thought the lack of a service to take pictures while on the boat was a bit lacking in customer service. Also, although it was clear in the morning, I heard that the boat service was canceled in the afternoon due to bad weather. We didn't encounter any rain, but it did suddenly become overcast in Arashiyama. We were lucky!

嵐山から行きはトロッコ列車、帰りは保津川下りで嵐山に戻ってくるコースです。
トロッコ列車はkkdayでEチケットを買っておきました。
保津川下りはベルトラで予約しましたが、人数減の変更が出来ず、いったん全部キャンセルして再予約の必要がありました。
もしかして再予約できないのでは？と不安でした(^^;(^^;
その点の不安が評価を落とした理由です。

あと船乗り場への連絡バスも乗れるのか不安でしたが、トロッコ嵯峨でクーポン付きの切符をマナカで買えました(\310×人数分）
連絡バス自体はそう混むこともなく、現金でも交通系ICカードでも乗れるみたいでした。朝一トロッコ嵯峨9：02発だったためかもしれません。
kkdayとベルトラで購入しておいたため全体としてとてもスムーズでした。

保津川下りはすべて人力のゆったりとした川下りを楽しめました。
とても長く感じました。
ただ船に乗ってる写真を撮ってくれるサービスが全くないのがサービス精神にいまいち欠けるなと思いました(^^;(^^;
あとこの日は午前中快晴だったのに悪天候のため午後欠航になったそうです。
私たちは雨には逢いませんでしたが、たしかに嵐山では急にどんよりした空になりました。運が良かったです(^^;(^^;

Until just before the trip, I had planned to take the ferry, but I switched to the high-speed boat to spend more time in Kamigoto. As a result, I was able to relax and visit more places than I had planned in Kamigoto.

Actually, I used the ferry on the way back to Fukue Island, but I recommend the high-speed boat for tourists.

旅行の直前まではフェリーで行く予定でしたが、上五島での時間を多く取るため高速船に切り替えました。その結果上五島ではゆったり時間を過ごすことができ、予定より多くの場所に立ち寄ることができました。
実は福江島への帰りはフェリーを利用したのですが、観光客は高速船がお勧めですね。

As you go up the escalator, the Tokyo Skytree comes closer and closer. It was truly impressive and moving. I thought it was convenient that I didn't have to wait in line to buy tickets.

エスカレーターを上がっていくとどんどん近づいてくるスカイツリー。本当にかっこよくて感動しました。チケットも買うために並ばなかったので便利だと思いました。

Once we set out to sea, we sank into the water, but until then, it felt wonderful to enjoy the scenery while soaking up the wind on the deck. I wish I could have watched for a little longer.

沖に出てから海中に沈むので、それまではデッキで風を浴びながら景色を眺める事ができるのでとても気持ち良かったです。
もう少し長い間見てたかったです。

This was my first time participating in this activity during a family trip. It was really great to be able to see underwater while sitting in a semi-submersible.

The staff were very kind and attentive, which was nice since I had small children with me.

One disappointing thing was that I experienced discomfort multiple times when a tourist with a backpack bumped into me as they moved around.

今回家族旅行で初めて参加しました。
座ったまま半潜水艦の様な形で海の中を見る事が出来てすごく良かったです。

スタッフの皆さん親切で小さい子供がいても気を配ってくれてよかったです。

残念だった事は背中にリュックを背負った観光客の人が動く度に荷物で押されて痛い思いをなん度もした事です。

I made a reservation to ride the trolley train and thought I would return by river rafting.

The river rafting itself was very enjoyable. Although it was a long time, the stories were interesting and the scenery was beautiful, so I had a wonderful time. I went with my mother, who is in her 60s, and she said she enjoyed it too, which was great.

However, it was very crowded, and even though I had a reservation, I had to wait in line to write my name, and there was quite a wait before boarding, so I would give it a ⭐︎ minus one.

トロッコ列車に乗り、帰りは川下りで帰ろうと思い予約させていただきました。

川下り自体はとても楽しかったです。時間も長いですが、お話も面白く、景色も綺麗なので素敵な時間を過ごすことがでしました。６０代の母と行きましたが、母も楽しかったと言ってくれたので良かったです。

ですが、とても混んでいて、予約して行ったのに名前を記入する列に並び、さらに乗船まで待ち時間がなかなかあったので⭐︎マイナス１です。

It is convenient as it takes about 30 minutes by the express bus called Tokyo Bus from Naha city center. The travel time is approximately 2 to 3 hours.

那覇市街から東京バスという急行バスで約３０分程度と那覇市街地から近いので便利です。所要時間は２～３時間程度。

I got lost on my way from Oshiage Station to the reception, possibly because I'm not familiar with the area in Tokyo. Since my reservation was early, there was nowhere to leave my suit, which wouldn't fit in a coin locker, so I had to carry it while sightseeing. I wished the luggage storage had been open by the time we arrived.

Getting to the observation deck felt like a conveyor belt, with directions to go this way and that, resulting in quite a bit of walking. Although the view from the upper floors was nice, there wasn't much to see, and the shops that stood out were mainly those that took free photos and sold them for a fee.

It felt just like what I had seen on TV, and there wasn't any unique emotional experience that you would expect from being there, so I don't think I'll go again. However, it was nice that I could use the points I accumulated from overseas tours with Veltra at a domestic facility before COVID.

東京に土地勘がないせいか、押上駅から受付に行くまでに迷いました。早い時間の予約だとコインロッカーに入らないスーツを預けるところもなく、持って観光することになりました。オープン時間には手荷物預り所を開けていて欲しかったです。
展望室までは流れ作業のような感じであっちへ行ってください、こっちへ行ってください…という感じでけっこうな距離を歩くことになりました。上階からの眺めは良かったもののたいして見るものもなく、無料で写真を取って有料で販売するお店ばかりが目立ちました。
テレビで見たとおりという感じで現地ならではの感動体験はなく、もう行くことはないと思います。
コロナ前に海外のツアーで貯まったベルトラのポイントが国内の施設で使えたのは良かったです。

I had a reservation at 10 AM, and initially, I lined up in the "For those with tickets" queue outside. However, I was guided inside before my time, and I was able to smoothly exchange my ticket and enter using the QR code. Perhaps because it was a Monday, I was able to take my time. It seemed that the high school students on a school trip were disappointed because the observation deck tickets were not included. I definitely recommend getting the observation deck set. The weather was clear and sunny, and I could see Mount Fuji very well.

10時の予約で、最初外の「チケットをお持ちの方用」の列に並びましたが、時間前に中に誘導されてスムーズにＱRコードからチケット交換・入場できました。月曜の為か割とゆっくり出来ました。修学旅行の高校生は展望回廊のチケットはついていないみたいで残念がっていました。是非展望回廊のセットをお勧めします。秋晴れの快晴の天気で、富士山もよく見えました。

I thought a bus tour would be a great way to efficiently explore Tokyo with friends visiting from abroad, so I searched online and found this open-air tour that offers unlimited rides for a day. We started on the Blue Course at 10:05 AM, got off at Tsukiji, had an early lunch, and visited Tsukiji Honganji Temple. We returned to Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building at 1:20 PM after a restroom break. Next, we took the Red Course departing at 2:05 PM and got off at Asakusa Hanakawado. We visited Senso-ji Temple, enjoyed ningyo-yaki and matcha ice cream on Nakamise Street, and took photos with Tokyo Skytree and the Asahi Headquarters. We returned to Marunouchi again at 4:23 PM. While there wasn't enough time to see everything, we got to view various tourist spots from the bus, and my friends and other international travelers seemed to have a great time. Everyone cheered when we looked up at Tokyo Tower. I think it would be nice to visit the places we wanted to see later. After this, we participated in the open-air night bus tour as well. We were able to communicate with tourists from various countries, and it was the best day ever! I would love to join again!

海外から来た友達と効率よく東京観光をするにはバスツアーがいいなと思い、ネットで探していたら、オープンエアで1日乗り放題のこのツアーを見つけました。私達は10時5分からスタートのブルーコースに乗り、築地で降り、早めの昼食を摂り、築地本願寺を参拝、13時20分築地発で丸の内三菱ビルに戻ってきました。トイレ休憩し、次は14時5分発でレッドコースに乗り、浅草花川戸で降りました。浅草寺参拝、仲見世通りで人形焼や抹茶アイスを食べたり、東京スカイツリーやアサヒ本社屋と一緒に写真を撮りました。そして16時23分発でまた丸の内に戻りました。全て見学するには時間が足りませんが、バスの中からいろいろな観光地を見れて、友達や他の海外旅行者もとても楽しそうでした。特に東京タワーを下から眺めた時は皆さん歓声をあげていました。後日行きたくなった観光地を訪れてもいいと思います。この後私達は同じくオープンエアのナイトバスツアーに参加しました。いろいろな国の観光客とコミュニケーションもとれ、最高の1日でした！また参加したいです！

Booking a one-way ferry ride that takes about four hours took quite a bit of courage. Until the day before, I was debating whether to switch to a flight, but I couldn't resist the low price. Once on board, the large size of the ship made it stable, and the second-class seating was spacious enough for a comfortable nap, so I fell asleep without any discomfort. The interior of the ship was clean, and they sold reasonably priced snacks and cup noodles. There were also blankets and smaller pillows available, and while I was initially concerned about the hardness of the floor, I quickly found it cozy enough to fall asleep. While awake, I enjoyed the scenery and wandered around, finding a barrier-free seating area with chairs, and before I knew it, time flew by. I used to think flying was the only option, but now I believe traveling by ferry can be a great experience too.

片道約4時間のフェリーを予約するのはなかなか勇気が入りました。
前日まで飛行機に変更しようかと悩見ましたが安さには勝てず。
いざ乗船すると、船が大きいからか安定していて、2等席は広いざこ寝空間だったので、違和感なく寝てしまいました。
船内も綺麗で、良心価格のお菓子やカップ麺も販売してます。
毛布と小さめ枕もあり、床の硬さも気になるのは始めだけですぐに眠りにつける居心地の良さ。
起きてる間は景色を眺めたり、バリアフリー席で椅子がある自由部屋もあったりと、ウロウロしていたらあっという間です。
すっと飛行機一択でしたが、これからは船での旅も良いと思います。

The weather was great, and the view was amazing. I was overwhelmed by its size, which was even bigger than I had imagined. Looking up from directly below made my neck hurt. My child spread their arms wide around a pillar and exclaimed, "This pillar is huge!" They really felt the size. I was also curious about how it was constructed, and I was once again impressed, thinking, "Wow, this is incredible." Despite it being a weekday, the crowd was impressive and tiring, but it became a wonderful memory. Next time, I want to change the time and go see the night view.

お天気にも恵まれて眺めは最高でした。
想像していた以上の大きさに圧倒されました。
真下から見上げると首が痛くなるくらい。
子どもは柱に両手を広げて抱きつき「柱　でか！」と大きさを実感していました。
大きさもですが、どのように作られたのか？にも興味があり改めて「すごいなぁ〜。」と感動ました。
平日にも関わらず、さすがの人の多さは疲れましたが、いい思い出になりました。
次は時間帯を変えて夜景も観に行きたいです。

It was a soothing aquarium. However, I was puzzled by having to exchange tickets twice before entering. In the age of ticketless entry, why was there such unnecessary effort and time spent?

癒やされる水族館でした。ただ入館までに二回もチケット交換したのは疑問。チケットレスの時代に無駄な労力と時間かかつて？？？でした

We took the torokko train from Arashiyama, then a shuttle bus to the boat dock, and it was our child's first experience with the Hozu River boat ride. At two and a half years old, he was over 80 cm, so he was able to join. He seemed to have a great time in the rapids, which was wonderful. The boatman's talk and skillful maneuvering were entertaining, and the two hours flew by.

行きは嵐山からトロッコ列車に乗り、連絡バスで船乗り場まで行き、こどもにとっては初めての保津川下り。2歳半ですが、80cm以上だったので乗ることができました。急流で楽しそうにしてくれて、とても良かったです。船頭さんのトークと巧みな舟捌きが面白く、2時間があっという間でした。

I was able to exchange my ticket smoothly and boarded the ship without any issues. There was no rocking, and it was a comfortable journey. Thank you very much. The scenery was also fantastic.

On the day we arrived in Okinawa, we had booked a 6-hour tour, and we were welcomed at the airport before our scheduled time. After the sightseeing, we were taken to our hotel.

On the second day, we requested another full-day tour, and since some of the sightseeing spots overlapped with the first day, we were recommended a different course that allowed us to enjoy a more relaxed sightseeing experience! I made a special request for a female driver, and she fulfilled our wish. The driver was also very nice, which made us very excited from the first day.

Our first trip to Okinawa turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.

If we have the opportunity again, we would definitely like to request your services.

沖縄に着いた日に6時間コースで予約しておりまして、約束時間より前に空港迄お出迎えして頂き観光後はホテル迄送って頂きました。

２日目に別の1日観光お願いしておりまして、初日と観光地がかぶっていた為、違うコースをお勧めして頂き比較的ゆったりの観光を満喫しました❗️無理言って女性ドライバーさんにお願いしましたら、希望通りにかなえて頂きドライバーさんもとっても良い方だったので初日から大興奮の私達でした。

It was an unforgettable and fulfilling journey. Since we hired a car, we saved time on taxis and waiting for transportation at each stop. Mr. Nishida, who was in charge of driving, was friendly and talkative, and he drove smoothly. He planned out the time for each stop and reminded us of the remaining distance and duration during the drive. He was also flexible in adjusting our destinations and itinerary according to our needs. At the end of the trip, he bid us farewell very kindly. We sincerely appreciate his help throughout the journey.

非常难忘和圆满的旅程。因为是包车出游，节约了每个站点打车和等车的时间。负责驾驶的西田先生热情健谈，驾驶平稳，给我们规划好了每一站停留的时间，在行驶过程中也提醒我们剩余的距离和时长，也能根据我们的需要灵活调整目的地和行程，结束行程时非常友好地和我们道别。真心感谢这一路上有他的帮助。

I have been to the Otaru Aquarium in Hokkaido, so I looked for another place and found this one. The ringed seal exhibit, dolphin show, sea lion show, and penguin parade were all great. I would love to go again if it were closer.

　北海道でおたる水族館は行ったことあるから、別の場所を探したら、ここが見つかったので行きました。ゼニガタアザラシの銭リングやイルカショー、アシカショー、ペンギンパレードすべて良かったです。近かったらまた行きたいところです。

I was able to board easily with online payment, and even for someone like me who gets seasick easily, the rocking was comfortable. There were plenty of souvenirs for sale at Fukue Port, and with only a few types of docks, I could board without any confusion.

オンライン決済でラクラク乗船でき、船酔いしやすい私でも安心の揺れ具合でした。
福江港にたくさんお土産も売っており、桟橋も種類が少ないので迷わず乗船できました。

Since we had completed the reservation and payment in advance, we were able to continue our journey smoothly without feeling rushed, even with a small child in an unfamiliar place. The boat trip was stable with little rocking.

事前に予約・入金も完了していたので、小さな子連れで初めての場所でも焦らずスムーズに旅を続けられました。揺れも少なく安定感ある船旅でした。

The driver was very nice. He drove carefully and shared interesting stories about the road conditions, buildings, the nature of Okinawa, and its culture. At the same time, he didn't talk too much, which made for a comfortable conversation. Additionally, he took photos at various points, which became great mementos.

In my younger days, I used to travel by rental car, but recently, long-distance driving has become quite challenging, so this was my first time using a chartered taxi. It was really great. I would like to use it again next time.

I went to Goto for a memorial service and used this service. The ferry fare has increased to more than three times what it was when I used it in my youth, but the discounts helped a lot. I will definitely use it again next time.

法事で五島に行くことになり、今回利用させていただきました。フェリーが若いときに利用した時の3倍いじょうとなっており、大分高くなりましたが、割引されていたので、非常に助かります。
次回も利用させていただきます。

This is my second time visiting Goto. The weather was clear both going and returning, and the views were wonderful!! There was no significant shaking, and I had a fun trip both ways!

人生２回目の五島。行きも帰りも晴れていてとても眺めも良かったです！！特に大きく揺れることもなく、楽しく行き帰りができました！
