I used this service for a trip with my elderly mother. We considered taking a sightseeing bus, but since my mother has bad knees and walks slowly, we opted for a sightseeing taxi. The price is certainly higher, but it allows us to follow a plan we like and offers flexibility, which was very good. I especially recommend it for seniors.

高齢の母との旅行で利用しました。
観光バスも考えましたが、母は膝が悪く歩くのも遅いため観光タクシーに。
価格はもちろん高くなりますが、好きなプランで回れるし融通もきくのでとても良かったです。
高齢者には特にお勧めします。

I purchased two Osaka Amazing Passes, but one of them was not accepted at all, and I had to interact with the ticket gate staff multiple times at each station, wasting a lot of time. It also affected my mood, and it was the worst experience.

大坂周遊パスを２枚購入しましたが、１枚は必ず通れず、各駅の改札員と毎回何回もやりとりしてかなり時間を無駄にしました。また気持ちも低下して最悪でした。

When I boarded from Fukue Island, it was nearly full, but many passengers disembarked at a port along the way, making for a comfortable ride to Nagasaki Port. There were some waves, but it didn't rock too much, which was nice.

福江島から乗船した際は、満席に近い混み方でしたが、途中の港で、どっと下船し、長崎港まで、快適な乗り心地でした

I couldn't understand what the announcement on the ship was saying, and I got very lost trying to get to Senso-ji after disembarking. No one could help me, and there were no signs.

船内の放送が何を言っているのかわからない、下船した後浅草寺に行くのに大変迷った。誰に聞いてもわからない。案内もないです。

Mr. Kaneshiro, the driver, was quiet but very sincere, and his choice of the course we entrusted him with was excellent. We had a wonderful time. We also requested an additional half-day course. For sightseeing in unfamiliar places, a taxi that offers freedom and safety was the best choice.

ドライバーの金城さんは、無口でしたがとても誠実で、お任せのコースの選択も素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。追加でさらに半日コースもお願いしました。知らない場所の観光には、自由で安心できるタクシーが一番でした。

If you purchase a one-day ticket or a round-trip airport ticket on-site, it only accepts cash, so if you know the date you will use it, it's better to buy it in advance through Veltra. By simply showing the purchase screen, you can exchange it for a boarding pass and also use your credit card for point redemption.

一日券や空港往復券は現地バスで購入すると現金のみ対応なので使う日が決まっていれば予めベルトラでの購入が得です。購入画面を提示するだけで乗車券とひきかえポイント消費もクレジットカード利用もできます。

I used the round-trip jet foil. It was comfortable without any shaking or motion sickness. The jet foil is so comfortable that I could enjoy my time sightseeing on Fukue Island leisurely.

I chose the Jetfoil because it doesn't make you feel seasick. It really doesn't sway at all, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable ride without feeling nauseous. The boarding time is 90 minutes, which I think is great because it doesn't get boring or tiring.

ジェットフォイルは、酔わないということで決めました。
本当にまるで揺れませんので酔わずに快適に過ごせました。乗船時間は、90分ですので、飽きたり疲れたりもしませんので良かったと思います。

Kumamoto Castle is currently undergoing renovations, so you can only follow a designated route, but this means it wasn't too crowded, allowing for a leisurely visit. The Waku Waku Museum was a facility fully dedicated to entertaining its guests. I was given helpful tips on photo spots around the castle, which was great! 👍

熊本城はお直し途中のため決まったルートしか進めませんが、それはそれで混雑しすぎないのでじっくり観光できました。わくわくミュージアムはお客さんを楽しませようと全振りしている施設でした。お城の写真ポイントを教えてもらい役立ちました👍

The reserved sofa seats had a great view and were very comfortable. Also, on the day of my visit, there was a cancellation of the ferry, and when I called to reschedule for a later date, I was kindly assisted. Thank you very much for that.

座席指定でソファ席で景色もよく、とても快適でした。
また当日は船の欠航があり、後日への振り替えを電話したのですが、親切に対応していただきありがとうございました。

Due to the wind, we switched to a ferry, but the interior was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to lie down, do some light exercises, and finally stretch out and relax for a nap. However, since you can line up early to choose a good spot, I definitely recommend arriving early if you have the time.

風の影響でフェリーに変わりましたが、船内は広くゆったりと、寝転んだり、軽く体操したり、最後は足を伸ばしてゆっくりと寝る事もできました。
しかし、早目に並んで良い場所を選択が出来るので時間があれば是非早目に並ぶ事をお勧めします。

As someone without a car, the unlimited ride pass was very helpful! I only had to show the proof of purchase on my smartphone once, and the driver exchanged it for a paper ticket, so after that, it was easy to just show that.

車がない身としては乗り放題パスはありがたかったです！
一度だけスマホで購入証明を見せれば、運転手さんが紙のチケットと引き換えてくれたので、以降はそれを見せるだけで簡単でした。

My first time in Osaka was so much fun. I definitely want to go again! Next time, I need to go all out with a 2-day pass instead of just a 1-day free pass! The free pass was reasonably priced and really useful.

The driver on the day was Mr. Miura. Not only did he guide us to the spots, but he also took beautiful photos and taught us various things about Okinawa's culture and history. It was a lot of fun! Thank you very much! If there's a chance, I would like to request his services again!

After getting off the plane at the airport, I moved a little to the right and found the baggage claim counter. The ticketing process was very smooth. For the bus ticket, I received a booklet of tickets for the corresponding amount.

When I actually took the bus, it was quite congested since it's Naha, so please be aware that the trip to my destination took about 20 minutes longer, and the return trip was delayed by about 45 minutes.

空港で飛行機を降りたあと、右側に少し進むと受け取りのカウンターがありました。発券もとてもスムーズでした。バスのチケットについては、該当金額分の回数券をいただきました。
実際にバスに乗った際ですが、那覇なので仕方ないですが、道がとても混雑して行きは20分ほど、帰りは45分ほど遅れましたので、ご注意下さい。

One thing to be careful about is that the shops inside the terminal close before 5 PM. It's better to buy what you need early. *There is a drink vending machine available.

If you choose a window seat, it's better to check the position of the sun. If it's on the bright side, everyone will close the curtains, so you won't have a view.

It was a long-awaited trip to Okinawa with my elderly family members. I was anxious about driving in an unfamiliar place, so it was a great decision to hire a driver. We were able to efficiently visit all the sightseeing spots we wanted, and the driver shared various insights about Okinawa with us, making for a fun day.

高齢の家族とかなり久しぶりの沖縄旅行でした。慣れない土地での運転は不安で、ドライバーさんに頼んで大正解でした。効率よく、行きたい観光地を回ることができ、車内では沖縄のことを色々と教えていただけて、１日楽しく過ごせました。

We used a 6-hour course with a senior couple and an elderly father. We didn't have much time for research, so we only communicated two places we wanted to visit and left the rest to them. They perfectly managed the time distribution and took us to our desired locations, which made us very satisfied! The discussions about Okinawa during the drive were also very interesting and enjoyable. Thank you very much.

The 5-day ticket was convenient because I could use it anywhere from my arrival at the airport to my return without worrying about payment. When I had free time, I was able to visit places that weren't on my itinerary, and I managed to make round trips to a hotel a bit away from the port without using a taxi.

５日間のチケットは、空港到着から帰りの空港までどこに行くにも支払を気にせず使えるので便利でした。時間が空いた時、予定に無かった場所に出かけたり、港から少し離れたホテルへの往復もタクシーを使わずに済みました。

The view from the Tokyo Skytree was great, and I was happy to see the jellyfish and garden eels at the Sumida Aquarium. I am very satisfied. I would like to go again.

スカイツリーの景色もよく、すみだ水族館のクラゲやチンアナゴが見れて良かった。
とても満足です。

I took a jet foil for the first time. I was worried it might be bumpy, but it hardly swayed at all; it felt like gliding over the surface of the sea.

初めてジェットホイルに乗船しました。
揺れるかな？と心配しましたが、ほとんど揺れる事がなく海面を滑る様な感じでした。

On the first day of Golden Week, the port was crowded. Even with a reservation, you have to line up at the counter to exchange your ticket. There were quite a few people in line, which took some time, but when it was my turn, it was very smooth since I had already completed the payment. The only thing I thought was that when you book directly with Kyushu Ferry, you can choose your seat in advance, but since it was a bit cheaper, my seat was in the middle instead of by the window. Well, it’s a good deal for the price.

GWの始まりの日で、港は混雑。予約していても、カウンターに並んでチケットを交換してもらわなくてはいけません。結構な人が並んでいて時間がかかっていましたが、自分の番になると支払いも済んでいるため一瞬で終わりとてもスムーズでした。唯一思ったのは、九州商船から自分で予約すると席を事前に選べますが、少し安い分、自分の席は窓側ではなく真ん中でした。まぁ安いので助かります。

It took just 30 minutes to arrive from Narao Port to Fukue Port. The jet foil was comfortable with little rocking. There are restrooms on board, but I think it's safer to use the facilities before boarding.

奈良尾港から福江港まで30分であっという間に到着。ジェットフォイルは揺れも少なく快適でした。船内にお手洗いはありますが、乗船前に済ませておいたほうが安心かと思います。

We took an early morning departure, but since Nagasaki Port is very close to the hotel, we opted for a budget ferry on the way there.

It was a nostalgic second-class ferry, and I was able to relax and lie down without feeling seasick.

When we disembarked, I was surprised when a foreign man waiting at the exit complimented me by saying, "Your dress is beautiful." I replied with "Thank you," and it made me feel good as I got off the ferry (laughs).

I was impressed by how good foreigners are at giving compliments, even to older people like me. It made me happy and gave me a sense of a wonderful journey beginning.

早朝発でしたが、長崎港がホテルから直ぐなので、行きはお安いフェリーにしました。

懐かしい感じの二等フェリーで、船酔いも無くゴロリと横になって寛いでいけました。

下船時、出口で待ってたら、同乗者の、外国の男性の方から、your dress is beautifulと、の洋服を褒めて頂きびっくりしましたが、thank youと答えて気分良く下船できました(笑）

外国の方は、私のような高齢者に対しても、褒め上手だなぁと感心もしました。
素敵な旅の始まりの予感がして嬉しかったです。

There are quite a few souvenir shops, and my favorite for processed seafood is the freshly fried tempura (fish paste) made at Hamaguchi Suisan.

When I was unsure which one to choose, the staff kindly informed me that they had a mini-sized set available, and since it was freshly made, it was delicious.

The jet foil is significantly faster than the ferry, allowing me to make the most of my last day in Nagasaki.

結構、お土産屋さんが充実してるのですが、練製品好きの私の推しは、
浜口水産のお店で作っている揚げたての天ぷら(練り物)です。

私がどれにしようか迷ってたら、お店の方が、ミニサイズのセット物が有りますよと、教えて下さり、できたてなので美味でした。

ジェットフォイルは、流石にフェリーより格段に早く、長崎最後の日も有効に使えました。

Thanks to the driver's arrangements, we were able to visit all the destinations. The driver's responsiveness and thoughtfulness made for a wonderful and comfortable trip.

I was able to take a day trip to the Goto Islands from Nagasaki using a jet ferry for the outbound trip and a ferry for the return. I also had a reserved seat, which allowed me to sit comfortably.

往路はジェットフィル、復路はフェリーを利用して、長崎から日帰りで、五島列島を旅することができました。席も、指定席で、ゆったりと座ることができました。

I had made a reservation for my return trip, so I was able to enjoy my time on the remote island without worry. I arrived on the last flight at 8 PM, but I was able to have dinner near the terminal.

帰りの予約をしていたので、安心して、離島で楽しむことができました。最終便で、夜8時着でしたが、ターミナル近くで、夕食も食べることができました。
