This is my second time using this service. Recently, there aren't many buses between Oita Airport and Yufuin, so to make effective use of my time, I used it for a round trip from the airport to Yufuin Station and back. The driver was punctual and drove carefully, making the journey very comfortable!

今回2回目の利用です。
最近大分空港⇔湯布院間のバスの本数が多くないことと時間を有効に使用するために空港から由布院駅までと由布院駅から大分空港までの往復で利用しました。
時間通りで丁寧に運転してくださりとても快適でした♪

At the ticket counter inside the terminal, I showed them a screenshot of my voucher and quickly exchanged it for my boarding pass, making for an easy check-in. I was torn between taking the high-speed boat and the ferry, but I chose the ferry and, without getting seasick, I slept and before I knew it, we arrived at Fukue Island. I was informed that during rough weather, ferries are less likely to be canceled than high-speed boats, so I opted for the ferry on my return trip as well. Please note that your boarding pass will be collected when you disembark, so be sure to keep it and not throw it away.

ターミナル内のチケット売り場で、バウチャーのスクショを見せるとすぐ乗船券に引換えてもらえ、簡単チェックインでした。高速船と迷ってフェリーにしましたが、船酔いもせず寝てたらあっという間に福江島に着きました。時化のときは高速船よりフェリーの方が欠航になりにくいとのことで、復路もフェリーにしました。下船時に乗船券は回収されますので、捨てずに保管してください。

Even though I had a reservation, I still had to line up in the regular purchase queue. Since it was indicated that I could show it on my smartphone, I thought it would be fine to show it just before boarding the ship, or that there would be some kind of ticket machine for those who made a reservation, so it was a bit of a time loss.

予約していても結局は通常購入の列の並ばないと行けなかった。スマホ掲示とあったので、船に乗り込む直前に見せれば良い、若しくは予約した人の発券機的な物があるのかと思っていたので、ちょっとタイムロスでした。

The jet foil service we were scheduled to take was canceled due to rough seas, but we were able to switch to a ferry on the same day. The staff at the counter handled the situation smoothly, so we were able to make the change without any stress, which was a relief.

海上時化により乗船予定だったジェットフォイル便が欠航になりましたが、当日フェリーに振り替えました。窓口の方がスムーズに対応してくださり焦ることなく変更ができたので助かりました。

I was able to purchase at a lower price than on the day of the event. With fuel costs rising, it's nice to save even a little. The ticket exchange was also smooth.

当日購入よりもお安く購入できました。燃料費が上がっているので少しでも安いと嬉しいですね。チケット引き換えもスムーズにできました。

My mother, who was born in Fukue on the Goto Islands, recently passed away.

When she was young, she moved to Honshu for a group employment program, and that’s where we were born. Due to various circumstances, my mother never returned to her hometown, and as a result, we had never set foot on the Goto Islands. This was our first trip to the Goto Islands.

On the first day, we enjoyed the city of Nagasaki and its gourmet attractions. On the second day, we took a ferry from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port. It was my first time on a ship, so I was worried about seasickness, but fortunately, the weather was great, and we enjoyed the calm sea views.

As we set off, the ship's whistle blew, and Nagasaki gradually became smaller in the distance. The interior of the ship was spacious with free space, and everyone was lying down in their favorite spots or watching TV. Blankets and pillows were available for use. When I went out on deck, the wind felt wonderful right above the sea.

When the islands of the Goto Islands began to come into view, I took out a small portion of my mother’s ashes that I had brought with me and let her gaze upon Fukue Island. It became a memorable sister trip as we explored the island where our mother was born and raised.

五島列島の福江で産まれた母が先日他界しました。

母は若い頃に集団就職で本州に渡り、そして私達が産まれました。
様々な事情から、母は一度も故郷に帰ることはなく、そのため私たちも一度も五島列島に足を踏み入れることはありませんでした。
今回初めての五島列島の旅でした。

一日目は長崎の街やグルメ観光を楽しみました。
二日目は、長崎港から福江港へフェリーを利用しました。船に乗るのは初めてなので、「船酔い」が心配だったのですが、おかげさまで天気にも恵まれ、穏やかな海の景色を楽しめました。
いざ出発！！汽笛が鳴り、出港するとだんだんと長崎の街が小さくなっていきます。船内は広々とフリースペースになっていて、皆さん好きな場所で横になっていたり、ＴＶを見たりしていました。毛布やまくらが自由に利用できました。甲板に出ると海の真上で風がとても気持ちがよかったです。

五島列島の島々が見え始めた時に少しだけ持参した母の遺骨を出して
福江の島を眺めさせてあげました。母が生まれ育った福江の島を巡る思い出の姉妹の旅になりました。

It was a very comfortable boat trip, arriving at the Goto Islands in no time in a clean interior like that of the Shinkansen. Thanks to the favorable weather on the day, I hardly felt any rocking.

新幹線のような清潔な車内で、あっという間に五島列島まで到着するのでとても快適な船旅でした。
当日天候に恵まれたこともあり、揺れもほとんど感じませんでした。

The ship had vending machines, and I was able to enjoy a relaxed journey. Although I was in second class, the space was divided by boarding location, allowing for a decent amount of space. If you want to relax, second class might be a good option.

船内には自動販売機もあり、ゆったりとした船旅を楽しめました。
2等でしたが、乗船地によってスペースが分けられておりある程度のスペースは確保できました。ゆったりしたい方は2等指定がいいかもしれません。

Transportation options on the island are limited, so it was helpful to have a shuttle bus available from Narao Port to Arikawa.

島の移動手段は限られるので、奈良尾港に着いてから有川までのシャトルバスが利用出来るのは助かりました。

I used the jet foil round trip from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port in the Goto Islands. There were discounts available, and the boarding process was simple and easy. However, when making the reservation, I had to process the outbound and return tickets separately, which was a bit confusing as I wasn't sure why it couldn't be done in one go. Also, I would appreciate it if you could explain the meaning of "voucher" in parentheses, as technical terms can be difficult for the general public to understand.

長崎港から五島列島福江港までジェットホイルを往復で使用しました。割引もありまた、乗船手続きが簡単でらくでした。予約時に往復の購入手続きで行きと帰りと別々に処理しなくてはならなかったので一度でできないのか分かりづらかった。また、バウチャーの意味をかっこ書きで説明して欲しい。専門用語は一般人には分かりづらいです。

I participated with my mother. I handed over a list of places we wanted to visit, and we were taken in an efficient order.

We were able to go to an Okinawa soba shop located deep in the mountains, which made us very satisfied.

The driver was easy to talk to, and it was fun!

It's a shame the weather was bad, but I would like to use this service again.

The boarding process was smooth. The ship was headed to Nagasaki Port, and we got off at Kamigoto, so we disembarked midway. I almost missed my stop and had to hurry to get off. If you're not careful, it arrives quietly and departs in no time, so those disembarking midway should be cautious! It was that quiet and comfortable of a journey.

乗船までスムーズでした。船は長崎港へ向かうもので私たちは上五島で降りたので途中下船だったのですが、うっかり降り損いそうになり慌てて降りました。自分で気をつけていないと静かに到着してあっという間に出ようとするので途中下船の人は要注意！それくらい静かで快適な移動でした。

Despite the weekend being busy with many customers, the service at the counter was good, and the ticket collection was smooth. I was able to use the service without any problems!

However, the ferry I used was quite crowded due to many group customers, such as sports teams on an expedition. It was noisy for the entire three hours until arrival. I felt that the groups should manage the children better, as parents were engrossed in conversation while their kids were running around the ferry.

週末で利用客も多い中、窓口での対応も良く、切符の受け取りもスムーズでした。
なんの問題もなく利用出来ました！

ただ、利用した船の船内には週末ということもあり、遠征するスポーツチーム等の団体客が多く、混雑していました。
到着するまでの3時間、ずっとざわざわしていました。
団体は、親と子でまとまって、きちんと子供達の管理をして欲しいと少し感じました。
親は親同士の会話に夢中で子供達が船内を走りまわったりしているのが目につきました。

I used this service to travel from the port near the center of Nagasaki City to Fukue Island in the Goto Islands. Although it is more expensive than the large ferry, there was hardly any rocking, and most importantly, we arrived quickly, making it a very comfortable journey. Additionally, I was able to purchase tickets at a lower price than directly from the ferry company, so I think this aspect is also worth recommending. I hope those who are planning to go will definitely consider using this service.

長崎市内の中心部にほど近い港から五島列島の福江島にわたる手段として利用をさせてもらいました。
金額的には大型フェリーより高くなりますが、ほとんど揺れもなく、何よりも早く到着できるし、大変に快適な船旅でした。
また、料金的にも船会社で直接購入するよりも安価で切符を購入できたので、この点もお奨めだと思います。
是非、これから行かれる方にも利用して頂ければと思います。

I was glad to purchase the ferry at a reasonable price. The weather was nice, and the sea was beautiful; it was the best. I want to go to Goto again! Upper Goto has a rich Christian history that moved me.

I showed my voucher at the ticket counter on the first floor and received my boarding pass. When the announcement was made, boarding was from the first floor. It was smooth without any confusion. The movement was comfortable with hardly any turbulence.

１階の窓口でバウチャーを見せて発券をしてもらい、アナウンスがあったら
１階から搭乗でした。迷うことなくスムーズでした。移動はほとんど揺れることなく快適でした。

Since we were returning on a sightseeing bus and didn't have much time to spare, I was worried. So when we arrived on the island in the morning, I went to the counter to have them help me find it.

観光バスに乗っての帰りだったので、時間にあまり余裕がなく心配だったので、朝便で島に着いた時に窓口に行き発見してもらいました。

They quickly provided the boarding pass on the smartphone voucher screen, which was smooth. The woman at the reception was experienced, so there was no confusion, which was great. I would like to use it again.

スマホのvoucher画面で直ぐに乗船券を出してくれて、スムーズでした。受付の女性の方も慣れてらっしゃるので混乱なくて良かったです。また使いたいです。

There are many attractions around Osaka Castle that can be used for free, so by combining a boat cruise and entrance fees (for about two places), you can almost break even. Additionally, since you can use the subway, buses, and private railways within Osaka, depending on the location of your hotel, it might be worth purchasing this pass just for sightseeing at Osaka Castle.

The available attractions are somewhat spread out, but they are concentrated in the area, so I think it's better to target specific places to visit.

By the way, I injured my foot while trying to climb the Osaka Castle main tower, so I gave up on going up the tower.

大阪城周辺のアトラクションに無料で使用できるところが多いので、船クルーズと入場料(2か所くらい)の組み合わせで、ほぼ元が取れる。更に地下鉄・バス・大阪市内の私鉄にも乗れるので、宿泊先のホテルの場所によっては大阪城観光のためだけにこのパスを購入してもよいと思う。
利用可能なアトラクションがある程度散らばっているが、エリアに固まっているので、ターゲットを絞って行った方が良いと思う。
なお私は大阪城天守閣に登ろうとしたところで足を痛めたので、天守閣はあきらめました。

I was thinking of taking the jet foil, but since I would just be sleeping once I returned to Nagasaki city, I decided to take it easy and change my plans. The inside of the boat wasn't too crowded, but there were still some passengers. I felt it was about half tourists and half locals. Wi-Fi is available, but the signal isn't great... It's understandable since we're on the sea. I spent my time watching TV, reading a book, having snacks, and napping. The boat hardly sways at all.

ジェットフォイルにしようかと思っていたのですが、長崎市内に戻っても寝るだけなのでゆっくり行くことに変更。
船内はそこまで混んでおらず、かといってお客さんがいないわけではないです。
観光客と地元の方が半々くらいに思いました。
Wi-Fiが通っていますが、やはり電波はよくないです・・・
海の上なので仕方ないですね。
ＴＶを見たり本を読んだり、おやつを食べたり寝たりして過ごしました。
船はほとんど揺れないです。

I used the ferry from Fukue to Narao. There was a quiet announcement that we had arrived at Narao, and since the boat was swaying and no one around me was moving, I thought I shouldn't get off yet. Then, people started boarding, and I was in a bit of a panic. Please be careful to get off immediately when they announce that you have arrived.

長崎行き、福江→奈良尾利用しました。
アナウンスで奈良尾着きましたと小さな声でアナウンスがあり、揺れているのもあり、周りも動かないのでまだ降りてはいけないのかと思ったら、人が乗ってきて、慌てておりました。
着いたと言われたらすぐに降りる必要がありますので注意してください。

The return trip was a boat journey of just under an hour and a half to Nagasaki. We stopped at Narushima, and from there we took a high-speed boat. We arrived in no time. It was great to enjoy two different patterns: the overnight trip there and the morning departure back, arriving in Nagasaki before noon. This time, there was hardly any rocking.

帰りは長崎まで、１時間半弱の船旅。奈留島に寄って、そこからは高速艇に。あっという間に到着。行きの夜行と、帰りの朝出て、お昼前には長崎に着く２パターンを楽しめて良かったです。こちらはほとんど揺れませんでした。

It was my child's first time on a ship, and the interior was beautiful and spacious, so they were in a great mood. If there’s another opportunity, I would appreciate it.

I used this for a round trip for a day tour of Fukue Island in the Goto Islands. The seats were comfortable, similar to a spacious reserved seat in a two-row window seat on the Shinkansen. I was worried about the operation status due to the approaching typhoon, but I think it's a good idea to register for "Kyushu Transportation info.com" as mentioned on the Kyushu Ferry website. By the way, if you research dining options around Fukue Port in advance, it will allow for more efficient travel.

五島福江島の一日観光のため、往復で利用しました。座席は窓際2列のゆったりとした新幹線普通車の指定席同様で快適な船旅でした。台風接近のため運行状況が心配でしたが、九州商船のホームページに記載のとおり「九州のりものinfo.com」を登録しておくと良いと思います。余談ですが、福江港周辺の食事処を事前に調べておくと効率的な移動ができます。

The driver was very nice, and I had a wonderful trip. They happily agreed to extend the time as well. I'm really glad I asked for their help.

I took the jet foil from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port, and for the return trip, I boarded the ferry. Since it was a long journey, I was worried about seasickness, but I didn't feel sick at all on the way there, so I was able to board with peace of mind, thinking that I would be fine on the way back as well. The large ship had a spacious interior where I could lie down comfortably, and there were blankets and pillows available. Most importantly, there were very few people, which made it pleasant. I was able to relax, watch TV, and sleep. Although it took longer than the jet foil, the fare was cheaper, and I enjoyed the leisurely experience.

長崎港から福江港まではジェットフォイルに乗船し、帰路はフェリーに乗船しました。長旅になるので船酔いが心配でしたが、行きが全く船酔いしなかったので、きっと帰りも大丈夫だろうと安心して乗船することが出来ました。大きな船で、艦内の広いスペースで雑魚寝ができる様になってて、毛布と枕もあり、何よりも人が少なかったため快適でした。ごろごろしながらテレビ見たり寝たりと、ジェットフォイルよりも時間はかかりますが、料金もお安くゆっくりできて良かったです。

The boat trip from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port takes about an hour and a half. I tend to get seasick easily, and I was quite worried about the rocking of the boat, so I took some motion sickness medication about 30 minutes before departure. However, the waves were calm, and there was no significant rocking, so I was completely fine. I almost fell asleep, and before I knew it, we arrived at Fukue Port, so I must have been able to relax. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciate the safe operation of the service.

長崎港から福江港まで約1時間半の船旅。船酔いしやすい体質で、結構揺れて船酔いするのではないかと心配で、出発30分前くらいに酔い止めを飲んで乗船しましたが、波が穏やかだったのか気になるほどの揺れはなく全然大丈夫でした。ほぼ寝てしまったのですが、あっという間に福江港に到着しましたので、きっとリラックスできてたのでしょう。受付もスムーズでしたし、安全に運行していただき有難う御座いました。

I went to the Old Naval Headquarters Bunker, the Himeyuri Monument, the Peace Memorial Park, and Okinawa World on a 7-hour tour. Thanks to the driver's guidance, I was able to learn a lot about the Okinawa War, which was great. I also appreciate being able to walk along the old paths at the Peace Memorial Park that I didn't know about. Thank you for treating me to sata andagi and drinks as well.

7時間のコースで旧海軍司令部壕、ひめゆりの塔、平和祈念公園、おきなわワールドへ行きました。運転手さんのガイドのお蔭で沖縄戦について詳しく知る事ができ良かったです。平和祈念公園でも私が知らなかった旧道を歩かせていただき感謝してます。サーターアンタギーや飲み物もおごらせて頂きありがとうございました。
