I have been to Fukue several times, but this was my first time taking the ferry. This time, I made a reservation through Veltra, and it was inexpensive and easy to arrange. I thought the travel time would be long, but while I was relaxing and lying down, it surprisingly felt like no time at all. So, I decided that the next time I go to Fukue, I will take the ferry again.

福江には何度か行ったことがあるのですが、フェリーははじめてでした。今回ベルトラからの予約でお安く手続きも簡単だったことと、長時間だと思っていた移動時間ものんびり横になっていると意外とあっという間だと感じたので、次に福江に行くときもフェリーで行こうと思いました。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, I was unable to go to Onidake as planned, but I was kindly guided there. The weather improved, and I was able to be taken to the crater, where I truly felt the beauty of nature. I also appreciate the many commemorative photos taken with everyone. Thank you very much!

It was fantastic to be able to park right at the airport entrance without worrying about the luggage filled with souvenirs. I was able to head home comfortably. It's especially nice to return from hot Okinawa with cool and wonderful memories. Everyone in the family said they would use it again.

I traveled alone to Okinawa. I initially planned to use public transportation, but due to the forecast of bad weather, I made a reservation the day before. On the day of the tour, I had a male driver. Since I didn't have a specific plan, I received various suggestions and was able to enjoy sightseeing efficiently! I explored places like American Village on my own, but for Shuri Castle, I was able to have a guide accompany me, which was really helpful. During the drive, I learned a lot about Okinawa from various stories! I was able to visit places I wouldn't have thought of on my own, and I'm really glad I used this service!

女性一人沖縄で利用。公共交通機関利用の予定でしたが、天気が悪い予報のため、急遽前日に予約。当日は男性のドライバーさんでした。基本ノープランだったので、色々アドバイス頂き無駄なく観光できました！アメリカンビレッジなどは一人で周りましたが、首里城などはガイドも兼ねて一緒に周ってもらえて、本当に助かりました。移動中も沖縄の色々な話を聞けて勉強になりました！

I would have appreciated it if the female driver could have made a restroom stop somewhere. Above all, she drove safely without any sudden brakes, and she communicated the sightseeing time properly, letting us know what time we needed to be where. We arrived at the airport smoothly and on time!

The taxi driver I hired for a round trip from Oita Airport to Beppu was incredibly kind and friendly. They guided me through various attractions, and I had a great time exploring the hell tour and hell steam cooking as a 5-hour sightseeing taxi experience.

A few days ago, there were consecutive cancellations, so I was worried about whether the service would be canceled again, but it operated safely. The weather wasn't very good, so it was quite bumpy. It wasn't enough to make me sick, but I think those who are prone to motion sickness should have some motion sickness medication. Seats are assigned at check-in, and you sit in the designated seat.

数日前まで連日欠航・抜航でしたので、欠航にならないかやきもきしましたが、無事運航されました。天気があまり良くなかったので、わりと揺れました。酔わない程度でしたが、乗り物酔いしやすい方は酔い止めがあった方がいいと思います。受付時に座席が指定され、そこに座る形です。

During my business trip that lasted two nights and three days, I stayed near the conference on the first day. On the second day, I moved to a different hotel and had private time until my return. I was worried about carrying my suitcase around, and even if I used a coin locker, I would have to go back to retrieve it. That's when I found this service and decided to use it for the first time.

In conclusion, it was incredibly convenient! I could move around without worrying about my luggage. As long as I made time to buy souvenirs at the airport at the end, I could enjoy myself until the very last moment.

What worked well with my planned actions:
- Work backward from the flight departure time to determine the time needed for check-in and souvenir shopping (airport arrival time).
- Research transportation methods and times from the final destination to the airport.
- Upon arriving at the airport, first check the pickup location (then go buy souvenirs).
- After buying souvenirs, go to pick up my luggage (considering packing time).

A bit of a hassle:
I had to upload documents like my hotel confirmation and the receipt for storing my luggage, but due to my smartphone model, I kept getting English instructions and felt flustered about when to upload. In the end, it seems I could have done everything after storing my luggage at the hotel and receiving the receipt. There are also instructions in Japanese.

It would have been nice if they had provided the timing for the upload (though they might have mentioned it).

I was a bit flustered, but it was very convenient, and using this service made my experience comfortable. They also sent frequent updates. I will definitely use this service again! Thank you very much for your help.

二泊三日の出張ついでの遊びで、１日目は会議近くで宿泊でしたが、２日目にホテルを移動して帰りまでのプライベート時間だったためキャリーケースを持ち歩くのも邪魔だし、コインロッカーに預けてもそこに取りに戻らないといけなくて悩んでいたところこのサービスを見つけ初めて利用しました。

結論は
凄く楽です！
軽装で行動範囲も気にせず動けます。
最後に空港でお土産をまとめ買いする時間さえ作れば時間いっぱいまで遊べます。

ちょっと手間取った事
荷物やホテルの宿泊確認書、ホテルに荷物を預けた確認書などをアップロードしなくてはならないのだけど、スマホの機種の関係なのか英語ばかりの案内が出たり、アップロードするタイミングがわからなくて焦りました。
結局は全てホテルで荷物を預けて預かり書をもらってからでいいみたいです。
日本語での案内もでます。

このアップロードのタイミングも書いていただけたらよかったかな(書いてたかもしれませんが)

少しあたふたしましたが、とても便利で利用した事により快適に過ごせました。連絡もこまめに送られてきます。

It was my first time in Goto, and I found the jet foil to be quite expensive. While searching for a way to book it at a lower price, I came across Veltra. I had used Veltra for optional tours during overseas travel in the past, so I felt assured and booked without hesitation.

On the day of travel, I presented the QR code at the counter and smoothly exchanged it for tickets. It was a great deal, and I highly recommend it!

I also had a return trip booked, but it was canceled due to strong winds. When I emailed Veltra about the cancellation, they processed the refund for me. (You cannot cancel with Kyushu Ferry.)

初めての五島でしたが、ジェットフォイルが結構高くて、少しでも安く予約できないかと検索していたところ、ベルトラを見つけました。ベルトラは昔海外旅行のオプショナルツアーで利用したことがあり安心感はあったので、迷わず予約。
当日はQRコードを窓口で提示して、スムーズにチケットに交換できました。お安く乗れておすすめです！
また、復路も予約していたのですが、強風で欠航に。欠航になった旨をべルトラにメールしたところ、返金手続きをしてくれました。（九州汽船ではキャンセルできません）

I used it for 5 nights and 6 days in Ishigaki Island.
There were some inconvenient places with fewer buses depending on the time, but...

If you plan your schedule around the timetable, it was an incredibly cost-effective free pass for exploring Ishigaki Island.

石垣島5泊6日で利用しました。
時間帯によっては、本数が少なく不便な場所も有りましたが…

時刻表優先で予定を組めば、石垣島を巡るには最高にお得なフリーパスでした。

Since there were no suitable flights, I used the Jetfoil. The service was on time, and it was comfortable with no turbulence.

ちょうどよい飛行機がなかったので、ジェットホイルを利用しました。
時間通りの運航で、揺れもなく快適でした。

I was nervous using a sightseeing taxi for the first time, but the kind driver was very accommodating and it was a great help!

I also got to hear various stories about Okinawa, and the information was eye-opening and enjoyable.

I would like to request this service again on my next trip.

I rode around Nakatsushima Island on a rental bike. Therefore, the boarding location for the shuttle bus back to Narao Port was not the starting point, but when I raised my hand at the bus stop, they picked me up. They were able to inform me of the expected arrival time over the phone, which was very accurate and helpful.

中通島内をレンタルバイクで回りました。そのため奈良尾港への帰りのシャトルバスの乗車場所が始発場所ではなかったのですが、バス停で手を挙げると乗せていただけました。予想到着時刻を電話で教えていただけます。とても正確で助かりました。

I was able to make great use of my time on Nakadoto Island. The free shuttle bus to Arikawa was also very appreciated.

中通島での滞在時間を有効に使うことができて素晴らしかったです。有川までの無料シャトルバスもとてもありがたかったです。

I was able to get a bus ticket to Shirakawa-go, a UNESCO World Heritage site, through advance reservation, which meant I didn't have to stand in line on the day and it was inexpensive! Additionally, it came with an entrance ticket to the Gassho-zukuri Minkaen (the traditional farmhouses), and I definitely want to use it again when I visit Shirakawa-go next time!

また民家園の入園券も一緒に付いており、再度白川郷に行くときには絶対に使いたいと思いました！

I tend to get seasick, so it takes some time, but I chose the ferry. When I showed my voucher at the port counter, they quickly issued my ticket. The process was simple, and I was grateful for the discounted fare. Inside the ferry, there’s space to lie down, along with rental blankets and small pillows, so I took some motion sickness medication and fell asleep until we arrived. It takes 3 hours and 10 minutes, which allows my body to rest, and surprisingly, it goes by quickly. For those worried about seasickness, I think taking the ferry is a nice way to travel leisurely.

船酔いをしやすい体質なので時間はかかりますがフェリーを選びました。港の窓口でバウチャーを見せるとすぐにチケットを発券してもらえます。手続きも簡単で、割引料金にもなってありがたかったです。フェリーの中は横になれるスペースに貸毛布と小さな枕もあるので酔い止めを飲んで眠っているうちに到着します。3時間10分、体も休まりますし意外とあっという間です。船酔いが心配な方はフェリーでのんびりと移動するのもいいと思います。

This year, the temperatures were consistently high, so when I went, it was a bit early for the autumn leaves, but the view was spectacular. You can drive to the top, but I think the scenery from the ropeway is definitely worth seeing. I would like to come back someday during the autumn foliage season for a second chance.

今年は気温がずっと高かったので、私が行った時は紅葉には少し早かったけど、絶景でした。
頂上までは車でも登れますが、やはりロープウェイで見る景色は一見の価値があると思います。
またいつか紅葉の時期にリベンジしたいです。

Although it's more expensive than the ferry, I recommend the Jetfoil for those who want to maximize their sightseeing time. There is also a place to store large luggage like carry-on cases right after boarding. Don't forget to show your reservation number at the terminal's reception to get your ticket!

フェリーより高いけど、観光時間を長く取りたい人にはジェットフォイルがおすすめです。乗船してすぐのところにキャリーケースなど大きな荷物を置く場所もあります。予約番号をターミナルの受付で見せて発券するのをお忘れなく！

It's a bit more expensive compared to the ferry, but I recommend it because you arrive faster. It saves time and energy. If you want to maximize your sightseeing time, go for the jet foil!

To shorten travel time and make the most of sightseeing, I used a round-trip jet foil. On the first day, I toured Fukue Island with a one-day sightseeing bus course. On the second day, since the sightseeing tour was not operating, I took a ferry to Naru Island, rented a taxi for two hours to visit the famous spots, and returned to Fukue Island. I then took the first afternoon ferry back to Nagasaki Port. It was a day and a half of sightseeing in the Goto Islands, but by using the jet foil, I was able to effectively enjoy local sightseeing.

移動時間を短くして現地での観光を充実させたかったので、往復ジェットフォイルを利用しました。1日目は観光バスの1日コースで福江島を観光し、2日目は観光ツアー運休日だったため、フェリーで奈留島へ渡りタクシーを2時間借り上げて名所観光して福江島へ戻り、午後の最初の便で長崎港に戻りました。1日半の五島観光でしたが、ジェットフォイルを利用して時間を有効に現地観光が堪能できました。

The first ferry departed from Nagasaki Port and after arriving at Fukue Port, I was able to efficiently explore Fukue Island using the sightseeing bus. The waiting area for the sightseeing bus was easy to find, and there was surprisingly ample time until the transfer.

第一便で長崎港を出航し福江港に到着後、一日観光バスを利用して福江島を効率よく観光できました。観光バスの待合場所もわかりやすく、乗換えまでの時間も思いの外ゆとりがありました。

I debated between the ferry and the jet foil, but prioritized saving time and made my decision. It's recommended since you can travel for less than the regular fare as long as you've decided to board.

By the way, when making a reservation, you need to set a time, but if you want to change the time, you can do so by calling before departure, even up until the last minute. (I inquired directly about whether I could decide the boarding time on the day of travel, and that was the response I received.) I haven't heard about changes across different days, so I'm not sure, but I think they are quite flexible.

The level of motion depends on the sea conditions that day. I didn't feel any seasickness at all, but my companion looked a bit unwell.

Also, keep in mind that you can't go outside while on the jet foil, so if you want to enjoy the sea breeze on deck, the ferry would be a better option.

フェリーとジェットフォイルと迷ったけど、時間短縮優先で、決定。
正規の料金より安く行けるので乗ることさえ決まっていれば、オススメです。
ちなみに、予約時には時間を設定しなくてはならないですが、時間変更したい場合は、出港前に電話さえすれば直前まで迷いながら変更も可能です。（ジェットフォイルの乗船時間を迷っていて、当日に乗る時間を決められるか直接問い合わせしたら、そう返答していただけました。）
日にちをこえての変更は聞いていないのでわかりませんが、かなり融通きくのではないかと思います。
揺れはその日の海の状況によると思います。私は全く酔いませんでしたが、同行者はちょっと気持ち悪そうでした。

あと、ジェットフォイルは乗っている間は外に出られませんので、船旅を甲板などに出て外の風を楽しみたいなら、フェリーの方がよいですよ。

The app coupons are very convenient even during busy times. It was great to be able to choose two standard spots.

You can select tickets based on the weather, and the gourmet coupons made me feel like I was getting a good deal. I chose a hamburger, and the beef patty was delicious, different from fast food! I also enjoyed gelato at a shop next to the DMM Aquarium.

I was really relaxed with the aquarium, shopping at the mall, and enjoying gelato.

However, I didn't use the rental car discount coupon, and I was disappointed with the in-store gift, which was different from the information provided. I intended to shop, but I think those who will use it in the future might want to keep their expectations low.

天候に応じてチケットを選べるし、グルメクーポンもお得気分になりました。私はハンバーガーを選びました。ファストフード店とは違ったビーフパテも美味しかったです！また、ジェラートはDMMの水族館の隣にあるショップでいただきました。
水族館、ショッピングモールでお買い物、そしてジェラートで癒されとっても癒されました。

ただ、割引クーポンのレンタカーは使いませんでしたが、来店プレゼントは文字情報とは違ってガッカリしました。買い物するつもりで行ったのですが、これから利用される方は、期待はなさらない方が良いのかなぁと思いました。

I was a bit worried about what kind of driver I would have since I was traveling alone, but I didn't specifically request a female driver. The driver who came to pick me up at the hotel was a Russian woman, which really excited me! She speaks Japanese very well, knows a lot about Okinawa, and is a wonderful person, making for a great sightseeing experience.

I think it's safer and more economical than hailing a taxi on the street. I would like to recommend this to my friends. Thank you very much.

I was able to enjoy a lot of tours and even had ice cream, making for a wonderful family trip to Okinawa after a long time! It felt like a tour in Taiwan, but it was easy to use even for Japanese people!
