As regards our dinner stop in the town of Colac, this is a scheduled fatigue management break for our guide, as well as an opportunity to break up what would otherwise be a very long drive home for our guests. We regret that you clearly found this stop not to your liking, however, towns like like are absolutely representative of regional Victoria.
