Ancient Hawaiians perfected the art of the underground oven, and would roast boar and pigs using heated lava rocks and ti leaves. You can now see how this cooking method is still used to this day by digging a pit and lining it with scalding rocks, and watch as the pig is unearthed in this ceremony.
As dinner is served, you will enjoy a delicious variety of Polynesian and island favorites as you sip on refreshing cocktails from the open bar. Local musicians will be playing Hawaiian songs as hula dancers come on stage to entertain while you continue to dine and take in the relaxing ambience.
