The sail was not hoisted once plus disregard for environment

I was expecting to be sailing since we were aboard a sailboat. I was very disappointed and expressed my interest to sail with the crew (the wind was awesome) they said we could sail back. I brought this up several times ... moreand got other passengers excited about it as well. The crew decided we didn't have enough time even though we waited at the snorkel spot long after everyone had come out of the water. We did not get to sail back. Additionally when we were snorkeling I saw a turtle covered in fishing line all tangled up... I pointed this out to the crew and they said "oh well we cant touch them" with complete apathy.
It was quite depressing and the apathetic unenthusiastic crew just made it worse. Seek another sailboat tour. Maybe they will actually sail.
The crew was great . Very welcoming , accommodating and friendly . The music was entertaining and the drinks were perfect ! The water became a little choppy , but the sunset view was still worthwhile and I'd definitely d... moreo this again sometime !
Enjoyed the cruise and seeing Waikīkī from the sea
The buffet dinner was quite nice
The show was okay but not great.
It wasn’t really a show. It was dancers spread over the one deck. The dancers themselves were good ... morebut wasn’t a show. The waiters had to dance but most were not great. Armondo was good.
The lady singing was terrible.
The waiters service was good.
The Mai Tai’s were good.
Everyone was friendly.
If I did cruise again would do the deck 3 menu and show.
This experience was amazing our tour guide Dexter was great explaining everything very well accomodating everyone’s needs would highly recommend this tour.
This was my 2nd Luau ever and this one was way bigger than I expected. I would say at least 500 people or more! liked the entrance it was beautiful. I did feel like a bit of herd of cattle coming in. We got seated pretty... more close to the stage which was nice for us non VIP’s.
The pre show activities were ok. We got temporary tattoos and watched a guy climb up a coconut tree.
The pig coming out of the ground was kinda gross but interesting. As far as the actual food goes, it was just OK.
The pork and rice was good. the chicken and fish were bland. The chocolate cake for dessert was dry. The pineapple was good, very juicy.
The show itself was very good & entertaining. It moved fast which we liked. Overall it was a fun experience. My young daughter liked the dancing & we were able to get a picture with some of the dancers
