Your Yoga Instructors

A licensed acupuncturist and yoga instructor since 2010, Tomoko integrates her deep knowledge of Eastern medicine into every session. Her thoughtful approach emphasizes breathwork, posture and balance, creating a space where students can tune into their bodies and develop strength at their own pace.

Originally from Tokyo and now based in Oahu, Sally is a former national street dance champion who brings body awareness to her yoga classes. She emphasizes breath control and helping students connect with themselves while building strength, flexibility, and a sense of physical and mental focus.

After a transformative trip to India in 2006, Momoko turned to yoga for healing and self-discovery. Her teaching blends physical alignment, mindful breathwork, and emotional grounding. She offers a supportive environment for students to explore the connection between body, mind and daily well-being.

Kotone began practicing yoga as a way to find balance as a new mother and became a certified instructor in 2019. After moving to Hawaii, she started teaching at 2F Beach Yoga in 2023. Her classes focus on gentle strength, self-awareness, and making yoga approachable and enjoyable for every level.
