- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
- Wheelchair Accessibility: A vehicle equipped with a lift is available with at least 3-4 days advanced notice. The tour vehicle can only accommodate one wheelchair. If required, please indicate during booking. Facilities visited at the Arizona Memorial are ADA compliant.

- BAGGAGE POLICY: Visitors are NOT allowed to bring any bags, including backpacks, diaper bags, fanny packs, camera bags, purses, luggage, shopping bags, or large cameras.
WHAT IS ALLOWED: Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, canes, umbrellas, jackets, sweaters, small wallets, medication, small cameras and camcorders, cell phones, small sealable beverage containers.
BAGGAGE STORAGE is to the right of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial entrance. Fees are $7 per bag and $10 for oversized bags.

- Security Policy: Due to heightened security, all guests boarding the Ford Island Shuttle to the Battleship Missouri Memorial or Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum may be asked to show a valid government-issued photo ID. International visitors, we recommend that you bring your passport.
- Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and footwear are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.

- Drinks and meals are available for purchase
- Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time. In such cases, there will be no refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, visitor’s center and park monuments.
- Guide reserves the right to adjust route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety.
