  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
  • All participants must be physically able to descend a set of steps into the water.
  • Guests of all ages are welcome to participate, but anyone who enters the water must be able to swim on their own without assistance.
  • It may be difficult for those with limited mobility to board the boat, and descend a ladder to use the restrooms located at the lower level of the boat.

  • Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
  • Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.

  • Taking a motion sickness preventative at least one hour prior to the tour is recommended for guests concerned with motion sickness.

Q. What kind of boat will be used?
A. The boat used for this tour is a 46-foot Delta boat known for its stability, strength and seaworthy characteristics. This big and roomy boat has areas both inside and outside of the cabin, a big swim step and an extra sturdy ladder, helping guests safely and easily enter and exit the water.
Q. Will we see whales?
A. Every year, humpback whales migrate to the warm waters of Hawaii. Although whale sightings are not guaranteed, they are often seen between the months of December and April.
