Reviewed by: Cody B, 2024/02/28My wife and I had a great time with this tour and it was super convenient being picked up for this tour. I can't say enough good things about our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to have many local connections in the area. He knew alot about more than just the Hawaii 5-0 show but alot of history around the island as well. He bleeds the Aloha spirit and was one of the best tour guides we had during our stay. Meeting cousin flippa was great, he answered many questions about the show and was just a very down to earth guy. Getting to see the house and know the history along the way was great. If you haven't done this tour and are a fan of the show I recommend it.

Hawaii Five 0 Tour
Reviewed by: Joanne & Dan Downey, 2022/12/14Astounding! My husband and I looked forward to this tour for three years. Covid decided to interrupt. It was well worth the wait and then some. Huge fans of the show. McGarret’s house was surreal. Actually being there blew us away.
More importantly, Sean (not Flippa) was sensational. Cannot say enough about him. Here goes: Professional, personable, polite, informative, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient. Kind and went above and beyond. By far the best tour guide we’ve had on all our trips to Hawaii. Just pleasant to be around and always accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had whether it by about Five 0 or just Hawaii in general. Hawaii Five 0 fans shouldn’t miss this tour,
Only downfall was not meeting Flippa.

Hawaii 5 0 Tour Experience (Perfect Day Perfect Experience)
Reviewed by: Nigel , 2022/06/24Shaun our Tour Guide for The Hawaii 5 0 experience wad fantastic, pick up from our Waikiki Hotel was perfect and on time, the air conditioning vehicle was very clean and spacious. Straight away Shaun explained the day ahead and what to expect and this what was we were hoping for and more.
Within minutes we were at the first view point where Danno used to sit and contemplate live and Shaun wad mire than happy to take photos and to get the best shots. Driving around Shaun would also explain facts about Hawaii and not just 5 0 which was very interesting and helpful. Again the visit to the house was perfect and fantastic to be sat in the chairs having our photos taken just perfect. I would certainly recommend this tour outstandingly brilliant

Best day of my life!

Having lunch at The Bayer Estate was so fun and we loved keeping Shawn that played Flippa on the show. Definitely will do it again if we ever make it back here.

But just getting to wall in his house was awesome and the tour guide knew knew many facts and I just had the most fun time of my life spending there. He also made great sandwiches and I would so do it again. I hope that this tour gets out to more people and I encourage them to have the same experience that I had. Thank you so much I loved it.

McGarrett house tour

Best Tour of Our Trip

The Hawaii Five-0 tour was absolutely amazing. Sean was the most awesome tour guide pointing out shoot locations and local areas on the way to and from the Beyer Estate. When we met up with Flippa at the Palace, that was the cherry on top. This tour is a must for any H5-0 fan - old or new. Hawaii is such an amazing place with its multiple micro climates and beauty - mountains and shoreline. Having someone who grew up here guide you through all of that was an amazing treat! I simply can’t say enough about this amazing tour and Sean’s commentary and guide skill set.

One of the best Day´s in my life

We have been big fans of the series since the first season and were happy to be able to visit an original spot from the series. We were picked up by Sean at the hotel and during our trip we got a lot of information about the series and Hawaii. He has a very pleasant way of passing on his knowledge to his guests. At McGarrett's house Flippa did not receive us - it was a surprise for the rest of the group - because we were connected via social media and knew what was going on. It was a very nice lunch with Sean and Shawn. We visited the house inside and outside, talked to the owners Richard and Sooz, had fun with their dog Yogi and took numerous pictures.We sat in the chairs and looked at the sea - like Steve and Danny in the series. These are incredible feelings of happiness! This tour is unique. Who is a fan of the series and a guest on Oahu should not miss this excursion. Mahalo nui loa Sean & Shawn !!! we will never forget this awesome Day !!!

Truly an awesome experience
Reviewed by: shu, 2020/03/18What is usually a tour for a group of more than five people turned out to be almost like a private tour for us as we were only three that day. Sean shared a lot of information about my favorite tv show, the cast, the location. We were blown away by everything we saw. It was like walking into a dream. The lovely house, the amazing beachfront and of course, the iconic chairs. Even my husband, who has not watched an episode before our tour has become an instant fan and started watching Hawaii Five-0 with me from season 1 when we got back home, making it my third time to watch season 1. :) It still feels like watching each episode for the first time. Lunch was great, too and we loved the passion fruit-orange-guava (POG) drink.
We also had a nice conversation with the house owners, Richard and Suzz. We had a fun time talking about who Steve is going to marry. It’s Catherine, hands down. We had fun taking pictures with Yogi, too.
Sean really made this day special for us. He shared with us a lot of information about Hawaii from a local’s perspective. He also told us about Hawaii’s history and culture and some of the famous people who are from Hawaii. Sean drove us through Kewalo Basin Harbor and Ala Moana beach park. We stopped.by at the Hawaii Five-0 headquarters, which in real life, is the Hawaii State Supreme Court.
Big thanks to Sean for recommending Wini’s Jewelry where we bought gorgeous Hawaii Five-0 merch. We wish that this show could go on for a couple more seasons.

*Shawn was an awesome tour guide, super laid back and didn’t rush us at all. He encouraged picture taking and had fun with us!
*We got a tour of the city as well. While driving to and from the McGarrett house we learned fascinating facts about the island, different famous people and places.
*We had a bonus surprise and got to hang out with Flippa-who was so nice and chill! We got to ask questions and get to know him and the other cast members.
*Lunch was yummy!
Overall a great experience! Zero complaints and have no hesitation recommending it to any Hawaii-5 O fan

Absolutely awesome
Reviewed by: Mary, 2020/02/04From the moment Sean picked us up we knew we were going to have a great time with his warm welcoming fun personality and his Aloha Spirit.
His knowledge of both 5-0 series was incredible along with life on the island and other filming areas that go on on the island as well as several historic events for the islands.
He showed us the offices for both series as well as where they lived on the series. As he try to take us by the studio it was blocked off because of the recent tragic deaths of one of Honolulu’s officers Processions was about to begin. He pointed out where the tragedy had occurred.
We went to the Overlook where Danny goes during the show often then off to McGarret’s House for lunch.
Lunch was very good and he pointed out several things that have been shot there from the show.
He was very gracious and was always there to take any and all photos we want it. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners of the house which was very nice.

By the time we got there it had moved even though we were at the end of the tour he made every attempt to see where they moved and if it was OK with everybody if we still wanted to go there even though we were running slightly over schedule. Since it was OK with the entire group he took us by there.
He went above and beyond to make sure that this was an experience of a lifetime for everyone on this tour.

so much fun and loved the sights as a major fan

We had a lot of laughs, she shared some fun stories and we got to see all the sights. All of O'ahu seems to be a Hawaii Five-O set, but the key spots and how those get adjusted for better TV are all in the tour. High light of course is the time we got to spent at the mcgarrett house. The owners of the bayer estate are so lovely and welcoming, a hugh Mahalo to them. We were extra lucky, because as soon as we got into the car we were invited to a preview of the 200th episode 3 days later at the mcgarrett house. that was the highlight of our trip. We had such a good time and got to talk to Dennis Chun and his lovely wife Laura. Both were so friendly. The Episode was amazing and at our tour we already saw the house which was used in filming that episode. We were just in time to also see the restaurant before the plot line ended. Even if you only know about the show and are not a fan the tour is highly recommended because you're guaranteed to have fun and see lots of O'ahu As a fan you're guaranteed to have the best time of your life, because apart from an actual meet and greet this is the best way to connect to your favourite show. what other show has real life sets you can actually visit?!? Amy, you rock! Next barefoot bottle is on us :-)

Hawaii five O a tour not to be "missed".

Got to sit in on a taping of Hawaii 5-0 met and spoke to Chi McBride (Cpt Lou Grover ) out standing down to earth. Seen house and places were filming have been from season 1.best of all was the end Amy went out of her way to get us Coco Puffs ( not the cereal ) true fans will know what I'm talking about.

I will take the 7 hour tour the next time i come back which will be in 2 years. The people that own McGarret's house were wonderful and very friendly. Absolutely brilliant

Driving around in the jeep was fun and as we stopped Amy played a clip of the scene on her iPad of where we were. This was great.

Hawaii Five-O Locations Jeep Tour

Our tour guide was an amazing lady, she was so passionate about the show and had video clips so we could relate to what was filmed where in various episodes. We were joined by Zoom, her husband who was flowing in another jeep with a family of 4. We even went inside Steve McGarrett's house (Jack Lord) and met Duke. Of course there was no guarantee we'd meet one of the cast, guess we were very lucky. I'd recommend this tour to any Hawaii 5 O fan, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for a memorable day:>)
