Best views of fireworks

Sunset Dinner Cruise

The care with the service and entertainment was excellent. We would gladly recommend this everyone. The only problem was that my wife does not eat crab but made do with what was available to eat.

Every time ive been i get sea sick and usually its very easy to get the drink mixture for seasickness but my waiter sucked he was unprofessional and never came back without tracking him down. If that wasnt bad enough he never came back to give me more crab legs. Thats one of the main reasons my wife and come on this cruise. This experience was worse than before. I feel as though maybe he was new.i WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this cruise to anybkdy looking for something nice for a date night.

Great Cruise! Good food and fun!
Reviewed by: Kelly Rush, 2016/02/20We had a lot of fun on this cruise. Entertainment was excellent. The service was excellent. We went on the fireworks cruise which was very nice. The crab legs were very good. The food was good, but could have been warmer. It may be hard on such a big boat. The only other thing that could have done better is we took the transportation from hotel to the boat and when we got there and started walking the girl leading us never talked to us just talked to another person and we just tried to keep up her so we knew where to go. When we got to boat we followed her on and went on wrong way and were corrected and told to go on another way. We were just following her on. She never turned around and said go on this way or have a good time. It was a little odd. Other than that it was a good time.

Amazing Experience
Reviewed by: Nunia T., 2016/02/16I attended the Three Star Lobster and Steak Dinner Cruise and I must say I was amazed at the customer service provided. Being on board with 1,000 passengers, the waiters and staffs did an amazing job with serving each guest on time. Our waitress was a doll, I believe Larissa is her name. The view of the sunset, and Diamond Head was breath taking. This tour is a must if you want to experience Paradise away from the city.

Lovely Sunset

The performers were great; performing dances from the various Polynesian cultures. The view of the city lights from the ship was beautiful as was the sunset. Definitely recommend this dinner cruise for first timers and using the transportation that is offered.

Romantic & Beautiful
Reviewed by: NoName, 2015/11/03Let me start off by saying I NEVER post reviews...which I need to work on because I am always checking them out before I do/buy things. This was my boyfriend & I first trip to Hawaii so we were very excited! We chose the Five Star package because of the jazz music (we attended a luau the night before & did not want to have the same theme).
They picked us up from our hotel at 4:30 pm. From the very beginning we were treated like VIP. We were led to the top deck to have champagne & o'dourves with the captain. We also got to take a professional pic with the captain, which was cool. After that, we were led to our seat inside the ship. We had a window seat & loved it. We were a little worried about getting seasick, but it wasn't a problem. I was a little concerned about the food at first because neither one of us are into fancy food, but it was pretty good (as stated before we chose that package specifically for the music). Instead of the lobster we chose a stuffed chicken option which was my favorite! For our steak entree we asked that it was cooked well done & it was the most tender steak ever! Throughout the dinner you can step outside as you please to feel the breeze, take in the views, & take pics.
The ambiance was beautiful! There was a live pianist, saxophonist/flutist, & singer. They were great! In the end they gave us the photo we took with the captain in a nice album cover with a pic of the ship on the water. Also, all of the ladies were given a rose. The only thing I WISH I would have did was asked for another copy of the photo so my boyfriend & I can both have one :-( I didn't even think about it until we returned back to our home state. I called 3 days later to see if we could get a copy; they sent an email to the photo dept. but almost 2 weeks later & I still haven't heard anything.
Overall, I highly recommend! This is perfect for a romantic date night! The cruise lasted about 2 hrs. This was a great way to end our trip in Hawaii.

Reviewed by: cali4nia, 2015/05/27Love, love, loved the dinner cruise. This was our first time in Hawaii and I must say I am happy that we chose this as one of the activities to attend to. From the very beginning when we got picked up from the hotel, welcoming at the cruise ship, dinner, entertainment and fireworks, this is definitely a night that will be forever cherished. The staff was amazingly helpful and attentive especially our table server Rosey, she constantly made sure we had enough crab (purchased steak and all you can eat crab meal) and glasses were filled with drinks. Just AWESOME!!! The music and performers were great as well. At the end of the night we watched fireworks out on the deck. Overall my husband and I had a most memorable evening and recommend if you have not already done so this is one of the a Hawaii activities you don't want to miss!!!
