Can a specific car be requested?

The staff at M Select Car Rental will do their best to accommodate any requests, but due to unforeseen issues that may occur, car requests are not guaranteed. They will, however, do their best to accommodate any requests.

Is car drop-off and pick-up available?

Car drop-off to a Waikiki hotel is available for an additional fee of $50, and both drop-off and pick-up is available for $100.

Will there be a security deposit, and if so, when will it be returned?

Yes, there is a security deposit of $500 per reservation, and in most cases, the security deposit will be returned once the car is returned, and will be processed within 72 hours after the car is returned without issue. The security deposit will be used if there are any additional charges that have been incurred.

How is the rental time calculated?

The rental period is in 24 hour blocks, so if you were to book for a pick-up on May 10 at 9:00AM, you would need to return the car by May 11 at 9:00AM.
