Delightful start to HI visit!
Reviewed by: Paula, 2011/12/30What a fun start to our Hawaii trip! We were not just met, but truly welcomed to Hawaii, and were given beautiful, rich, leis to wear. Our greeter accompanied us to the baggage collection area (which is a 5-minute walk) and made sure we knew our transportation options for getting to our hotel.

Lei Greeting
Reviewed by: Diann, 2011/11/13Greeter was waiting for us at the gate, friendly and with a smile! She also offered to take our pictures with the leis (using our own camera).
We purchased the silk leis to keep for souvenirs. They were a better quality than I expected, but expensive for what they were. I guess we were paying for the greeting service too.
Overall, a great experience for our first time to Hawaii. I would recommend this company to anyone.

First Hawaiian Vacation

We felt very special getting the leis while the other people on the plane just walked by with no one there to greet them.

Airport Lei Greeting
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2010/12/26I booked this for couple on their arrival to Oahu and was worried being it was done on the internet that they would not receive their lei. BUT.... Was extremely excited when I received word that they had got their greeting and that it made their arrival so special. Not only did they get amazing help and support at the airport, but they got to keep the personalized sign!! We are so thrilled that we are booking another greeting for another couple that are going over!!!
*** Their plane even arrived 55 min late and the greeter was ready and waiting for them at the gate!!!
Amazing! Thanks for making it memorable!

TOTALLY INCREDIBLE!

Wonderful way to start our trip!

She took pictures of us, got us maps of the area and even walked us to the rental car shuttle. Above and beyond our expectations. Plus, the lei's were beautiful. Lei Greeting
Reviewed by: runmom, 2010/06/16I was pleased with the Lei Greeting. The representative was there when our flight arrived, dressed in a Hawaiian dress, with both of the lei that we ordered. She explained a little about the lei, and their significance, and the difference between the two.
I would recommend this service, especially as a surprise for a family member, or for a first time visitor to the Islands.

A Great Way to Start our trip!

She was patient as we dug for our camera to take her picture (she was holding our beautiful leis and a sign with our name on it and my husband wanted a photo). She greeted us with a welcome smile and "Aloha" and took us to baggage claim and waited with us until our shuttle arrived. She offered suggestions on what to do and where to go. The leis were gorgeous, however I would recommend getting the less expensive leis as they are also pretty and not so heavy to wear!

Not only was she very pleasant, outgoing, and informative, she assisted us in contacting our limo service which was over an late and keep us company until they arrived. Fantastic Greeting

Wonderful Reception to Hawaii!!

It was worth it!!

Before they left, I mentioned to them to pay attention for their names when they land in Hawaii. Amazing! The lady was waiting and my parents LOVED IT!! It started their vacation on a great note. My mom was so surprised and thrilled. She wore her lei all week!! It's been 10 days and the lei is still full bloom, fresh and gorgeous. I drove over to their house last night and saw it myself. She brought it back! She was so excited and the one point she made, "my lei was much bigger and fuller than everyone else's". She felt special. It was very nice. Thank you so much!! A million mahalo's!!

A nice start to the trip

Seeing our names when we got of the plane and being escorted to the bagage claim was nice, the leis were so beautiful and everyone commented on them asking us where we got them. They were WAY WAY nicer then the ones they sold at booths in the airport. I recommend this if you are celebrating something special or if it is your first time in Hawaii. Loved it :) They lasted days!!!!

A sweet beginning!

These are gorgeous real flowers and they lasted the entire week we were there. Amanda was very cheerful and kind, took us to get our baggage and made sure we knew how to get a taxi to our hotel. She chatted about some local area attractions and was a welcoming start to our vacation. Landing in a strange place for the first time, it was nice to see someone there waiting for us and welcoming us to their area. Makes the Hawaiian vacation authentic and what we all think of when we think of Hawaii. Thanks, Amanda!!

Worth the leis
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2009/06/10My husband and I were first time visitors to Hawaii and wanted the full experience, including the lei greeting. We had already indulged by flying first class so we were nice and relaxed and so excited to be in Hawaii! The greeter was literally right at the gate so we saw her right away. Unfortunately it was just some chick in a flowered "Hawaii" shirt with our names on a piece of paper and a plastic grocery bag who placed our leis, said welcome to Hawaii and pointed us in the wrong direction to the baggage claim. I had planned on giving her a tip of a couple bucks but she bailed so quickly I didn't even get a chance. At least she stuck around long enough to take a pic of my husband & I with our leis! Luckily my husband and I were in such a great mood and happy to be there we just laughed it off and went on our way. The leis were beautiful and lasted several days, unfortunately we had no way to keep them cool and make them last longer, but we have wonderful pictures as keepsakes
