FAQ

Q. Are child car seats available for use?
A. No, unfortunately. Any guest who wishes to use a car seat needs to supply one themselves.
Q. What if I miss the shuttle bus?
A. Please be mindful that the shuttle bus has to stick to a schedule for other guests. If you are running late, you can call the phone number on your voucher to inform the driver. If the shuttle bus cannot wait for you, you will need to find your own transportation. No shows will be charged full price.
Q. Can I bring large items in the shuttle?
A. No. Large items are generally not allowed on the shuttle. Please call the HawaiiActivities.com call center in advance at 808-690-9990 if you would like to bring a large item so that we can make arrangements for your trip.
Q. How much does it cost from Waikiki to Haleiwa by bus or taxi?
A. If you take Oahu TheBus, 1-Day Pass cost $5.50 and takes about 2 hours to get Haleiwa. There are no buses that go directly from Waikiki to Haleiwa, so you would likely need to transfer between routes.
If you take a taxi or Uber, it may cost about $50 for a one-way trip.
