- Please make sure to install the Zoom app on your mobile or desktop device before your lesson. You will also be able to join through a web browser. The URL for the Zoom meeting room will be sent to you by e-mail once your booking is confirmed.
Zoom Requirements:
1. Computer, smartphone, or tablet
2. Internet connection speed of 1.5 Mbps or higher - Watercolor kit (any type as long as it has basic colors)
- Watercolor paper (20 x 30 cm)
- Blue tape or masking tape
- Wooden board slightly bigger than the paper or an easel
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Watercolor brushes
- Palette or disposable white plate
- 3 jars or pots at least 100ml
- Tissue paper
- Syringe or dropper (optional)
Other requirements
- Join the Zoom meeting room with your microphone turned on.
- You will need to log into the Zoom meeting room 10 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson time to avoid loss of time due to system troubleshooting.
Additional notes
- Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend the online lesson due to internet connectivity or similar issues.
- VELTRA and the activity provider are not responsible for any issues with the Zoom website or app. You will need to contact Zoom directly should you encounter any problems with their program.
- A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent in advance, and please be aware of internet security so the link is not compromised.
