Surprised Greeting
Reviewed by: Don Ayers, 2009/06/03I made the arrangements so far in advance to surprise my wife that I forgot I had made them. We were equally surprised when we got off the plan and saw the greeter holding our name in the air! The quality of the lei's were excellent and the greeter was extremely friendly. She escorted us to our baggage claim and made sure we were able to get to our ground transportation. Very well done and highly recommended, especially for first timers.

Lei Greeting
Reviewed by: Glenn, 2009/06/02What a surprise for my wife. It was our 25th anniversary and her first time in Honolulu. The Lei greeting was the icing on the cake as she had seen this many times on TV. The staff member met us as promised with a fantastic matching Lei for each of us. My one regret is that real flowers don't last but it was worth it. She then gave us assistance by guiding us to the inter-island terminal.

Beautiful Leis!!

The lady was waiting at the gate for us and she was very friendly - she gave me a hug along with my lei :) Our orchid leis were very beautiful and full - we received numerous compliments on them. It was a very nice way to be welcomed to Hawaii on our honeymoon!

Lei Greeting
Reviewed by: Donna, 2009/03/25Our experience with our Lei greeting was awesome. We had a woman named Melia (I think that is the spelling). She was wonderful. She was holding up the sign with our name and she was very visable and we were greeted with a welcoming smile and hug. After that she brought us to our luggage and waited there with us until we got our luggage and then she made sure we found our Ilima driver for our ride to our hotel. On the walk to the luggage she suggested some things to do and see while we were in Honolulu. Our experience was great and we would 100% recommend them to anyone!

She walked us to transportation after calling town car company, took pictures for us, and waited with us until the car arrived, never failing to smile and chat freely. The leis have lasted over 3 days and still look fabulous!

Happy Anniversary
Reviewed by: Irma & Louis Hernandez, 2009/01/27Our greeter was right there waiting for us when we got off the plane, She had a sign saying happy 30th anniversary that was great, It was awesome to be greeted that way. She walked us all the way to the baggage claim and helped up find the shuttle personnel to get us on the right track. She was GREAT! The flowers were fresh and beautiful everyone at the airport had their eyes on us. Yes I would do it again! Out of all the lei's we got in hawaii these were the BEST!!!!

Lei greeting was wonderful

She offered to take our picture, and lead us to the restrooms, baggage area, found our transportation for us. She was WONDERFUL! I would recommend this service to everyone.

She sent us to the shuttle that would take us to our rented car and answered any questions we wanted to ask. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great Service, Great Help
Reviewed by: David Bingell, 2008/10/18Didn't get the name of our delivery girl, but after we received our lei, she helped us out by taking us directly to the busses that would take us to our airport.
I've since found that there are several other services like this, and dozens of shops near China Town, but in the end, I still felt this was the best value overall for what we received as a bonus; the assitance.

Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/10/07I surprised my husband's first visit to Hawaii with a lei greeting . . . how can you go and not have a lei greeting anyway? They were right there when we arrived, escorted us to baggage claim and then contacted and escorted us to our shuttle which we had not expected. That was great since we were not sure where and how far we had to go to get our luggage, etc. I would highly recommend Hawaii Activities to everyone and would probably contact them again for my next visit.

Perfect Welcome

The "wahine" that greeted us was very personable and offered assistance. She was on time and the sign she held was easily visible for us to see. The lei was fresh orchids and it was beautiful.The lady who gave us the lei was not dressed Hawai'ian, and she put the lei around the neck. Latter we were stopped on the street and a local resident moved the lei's so they rested on our shoulder(this is the way it should be and the way it looks nice). I would like to have the presenter of the lei dressed at least in colorful Hawai'ian cloths and the lei put on us the right way. The lady was non-the-less very helpful and did guide us to the front of the airport where the limo was to pick us up. Thank you "Hawaii Activities".
