Great food and beautiful sunset

The staff worked hard to take care of everyone, and the Captain welcomed us with a delightful version of the safety talk . Coming back to the city skyline with a full moon in the background was a perfect ending to the day.

A great time & perfect for a romantic dinner
Reviewed by: Will S., 2022/11/29We didn't plan to book a cruise until lunch of the very evening we intended to do a dinner cruise. The first site I found was booked, and then I found Prince Kuhio Tours. As fate would have it, this was very good happy accident. We couldn't have asked for a better dinner cruise.
The crew greeted us and checked us in, including the captain welcoming us onto the boat.
All we needed to bring was ourselves, maybe a jacket for the crosswinds, and our favorite adult beverage(s). (And motion sickness medicine, if you need it.)
The rest of the crew would soon take care of us while we enjoyed awesome views of the sunset going over the ocean, and the various colors it was putting out on the water and on the downtown scene of Waikiki. The buildings were glittering with all kinds of sunset colors.
The cruise path is a bit high-traffic with other boats around us, but it was still beautiful.
The food was delicious. We had a few options to choose from to accommodate vegetarians and meat eaters. We started with a nice salad with a few options for dressing. We chose the fresh catch. It was served with a creamy coconut white sauce over rice and with veggies. Dessert was served as well, and it was a yummy cheesecake.
Once the boat makes it to the end of Waikiki, it turns around and very slowly goes back to the slip where we started.
The crew was all very friendly and helpful. They even did a good job of entertaining us a bit as well. (That's not something that you'd expect with this kind of dinner cruise.)
When you go, I recommend getting there early so you can get the spot you want. I'd suggest going to the second deck, and sit on the port side. You'll have a great view of the sun going down on the way out, and a great view of the city lit up in the dark on the way back. You won't worry about getting your favorite photos.

Wonderful evening on a cruise to Diamondhead

Awesome dinner cruise

Servers were very friendly and very attentive thru out the whole cruise. Our meal was delicious. We had fish which was very fresh and short ribs so tender it just melted in your mouth. I highly recommend this tour if you are contemplating a cruise excursion. You won’t be disappointed.

Great way to spend the evening

It was pouring rain when we first arrived, and there wasn't enough seating inside for all the guests. We couldn't enjoy the nice ocean view because it was too cold to be outside, so we were stuck inside the entire time.
I wish they would've rescheduled the boat ride due to the rain.
The food itself was okay, nothing spectacular.

Laidback dinner cruise

Wonderful sunset dinner cruise

This intimate cruise did not disappoint. Capt. John and his crew were courteous attentive and very friendly. They all went out of there way to help take pictures and address any questions. Evan was a fine first -mate who we had the pleasure of sharing stories. A wonderful dinner, a nice surprise where some dinner cruises offer the usual salad/pasta dish. Nice salad starter. My wife enjoyed fish and I had braised ribs. Cheese cake was dessert. I read the fine print that you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverage. No liquor license. No problem. Brought a bottle of wine they kept on ice. Sailed off exactly at 5:30 and back at 7:30. Even purchased the not-obligated picture taken as we boarded. Well worth the trip. If you want a sunset dinner cruise where it’s all about watching an amazing sunset and enjoying a delicious dinner this is the one to book.

Amazing Views & Delicious Food

The food was absolutely delicious from the salad to the entree and cheesecake. But the show stopper was the amazing view of Waikiki beach and seeing the sunset. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend if you are visiting Honolulu.

The entire experience was exceptional.

I would do this again when I return, The value was definitely there.

It was just okay, but the waitresses on the vessel made up for it.

He didn't introduce himself to the people on board or had anything to say to us. This dinner cruise was a disappointment, but we tried to make the best of it. The dinner was good, but two of my family members got sea sick because the waters were choppy and the vessel was rocking back and forth pretty bad. At least a photographer took a nice picture of us that we purchased! Thank God I took motion sickness medication before I boarded the vessel.

Birthday Dinner!

So good!

My family sat downstairs because the top got filled up quickly and we would have had to sit separately. If you want to sit in the open air, I suggest being in line to board a little early.
I would definitely do this again.

Misleading information
Reviewed by: Grisel, 2021/05/19Food was good and my 5 yr old picky eater liked his Mac and cheese dish. However on the website it says BYOB or drink are available for purchase. We were rushing and forgot our beers at our hotel but we thought we’ll just buy some there. When we asked for drink menu the waitress said they didn’t sell any alcoholic beverages and it was only BYOB. We told her about the website and she said some websites have wrong information. So we only had options of some juices and sodas. Also call for kid menu options which was only mac and cheese. Thank goodness he liked it. We book it at 5:30pm which was perfect time for the sunset views. But after sunset it did get cold and it was a windy night so I would think twice about going in shorts and tank and the boat did rock a little. I would do this again but better dressed especially for kids and don’t forget your drinks. Oh and the juices and sodas are unlimited and free.

Great team and vibe!

Great Experience

Beautiful sunset and great dinner!

We were immediately greeted by the incredibly friendly crew and then went to the top of the boat and took a seat. It was absolutely beautiful outside and the ambiance of the boat was perfect for honeymooners. There is new owners who just purchased this boat and have revamped everything, so it is freshly painted and has beautiful lighting all throughout.
It is BYOB, so make sure to bring your favorite beer, wine, or liquor. The bartender, Savannah, has your basic things like soda, orange juice, and pineapple juice, so she was able to mix us up a fruity cocktail with the liquor we brought.
We had such an amazing time. They served short ribs, mashed potatoes, and veggies. It was SO good! So flavorful and I am not much of a short ribs kind of person. My husband and I mainly hung out at the bar with Savannah and Kimberly and we had SO much fun! They told us about all the local spots to hit up and we just talked and laughed all night long.
The captain of the boat (I wish I could remember his name!) was SO wonderful! He was such a nice man and you can tell he has worked hard on making sure this boat is a great experience for everyone.
They were hosting a booze-cruise after our dinner cruise and we wanted to go so bad, but we drove to the marina and weren't sure how we would have gotten back to our hotel if we joined haha! Wish we could have though!

Best Sunset & Dinner Cruise in Oahu

I have done other sunset cruises out of Waikiki and this one was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing. We also saw 4 whales on the cruise!
