Reviewed by: Bernie Morse, 2024/03/09We had an outstanding adventure with Des on this excursion! She was so knowledgeable about Maui and kept a close eye on all of us in case we were struggling. Everyone loved her!
The only thing I would stress is that you need to be in shape to do this hike. The altitude can be an issue as it was a lot harder to do these two hikes but the scenery is incredible!

Jurassic Valley Kualoa Ranch ATV Raptor Adventure Tour
Fun, informative & gorgeous!
Reviewed by: Sue K, 2024/03/09My husband is 65 and I’m almost 60…never even driven an ATV before, and this was SO much fun! I would do it again!! Our guides were great. The UTVs rode crazy well over the rough terrain. It was dusty and dry the day we went-wear the face covering they provide and goggles. The vehicles are easy to drive and the path you follow behind the guide are bumpy and fun. The only thing I was bummed about is that we didn’t get to stop at the yard of bones for a picture. I think we ran a little behind. We needed about 10-15 more mins in our tour. All in all it was great fun, and we’d do it again if we come back to Oahu!

クアロアランチ乗馬体験
Reviewed by: ゆっきー, 2024/03/07乗馬するのに荷物をロッカーに預けなければならなかったので荷物は手荷物2つ分くらいであまり多くない方が良さそうです。ロッカー1つ1日借りるのに5ドルでした。
行き帰りのバスが寒いので防寒用にカーディガンなど羽織れるものがあると良いです。寒がりの方はパーカーなど厚手のものがあった方が良さそうです。
乗馬体験はとても気持ちよく、お馬さんもとてもお利口で貴重な体験が出来ました！
クアロアランチ内で時間を潰す場所があまりないので行き帰りのバスは予約時間に合わせて最小の滞在時間にした方が帰ってきてからの時間を有効に活用できそうです！

砂まみれ！
Reviewed by: さぁちゃん, 2024/03/07以前クアロアランチで馬に乗ったことがあり、今回はバギーを運転する事にしました。
2時間近くのドライブ。子供（ペーパードライバー）と交代で運転しました。
ドライバーは2人までしか運転できなく、後の人は乗っているだけです。
所々でロケ地で使われた場所のガイドがあり、写真もとれます。
私にはバギーのアクセルが遠く、しっかり踏み込むことが困難でした。そのせいで車間距離を開け過ぎてしまいガイドさんに叱られました…
背の低い方はドライバーとしては難しいかもしれません。
中々スリルのある体験ができました。楽しかったです。
ただ体中、砂だらけになりますので着替えは必須です。顔もかなり砂まみれになりますのでボディシートなども用意して行かれた方がいいかもしれません。私達はクアロアランチの後、まずホテルに帰りシャワーを浴びました。

コーラルクレーターの受付に15分前にチェックインしました。荷物はロッカーがあるので利用しました。操作はタッチパネルで、日本語選択があるので簡単にできました。ロッカー料金は大きさによって違います。支払いはクレジットカードも利用できます。
まずはジップラインをします。装備品の装着の説明はすべて英語でしたが、日本語の動画を見せてくれるので対応できました。また、インストラクターも手伝ってくれるので問題ありません。
最初がドキドキでしたが、あとの2本は楽しくできました。3本じゃ物足りないような気もしました。
次に四輪バギーです。
こちらも操作方法はすべて英語でしたが、アクセルとブレーキしか使わないので簡単です。
目はゴーグルの貸し出しがあるので、それを装着し口と鼻は持参したフェイスカバーを装着しました。
登り下り、水たまりなどなど、普通の道路では体験できない道でとても楽しかったです。
途中で運転手も交代できます。
もちろん服は砂だらけ、泥が跳ねたりと汚れだらけになりましたが、無料のシャワーブースがあるので、お迎えがくるまでの間にさっとシャワーを浴びて着替えることができました。シャンプーとかはないです。屋外シャワーに扉がついている簡易的なものでした。
とにかく汚れるので服は汚れてもいいものをおすすめします。
ギフトショップもあるので、ちょっとしたお土産も買えます。
また機会があればジップラインと四輪バギー楽しみたいです。

現地に行くまで、レンタカーでも1時間前後かかったので、1日がかり。
雨が降ると楽しめないので、予約は、1週間前くらいに天気予報が出てからが安心な気がします。
インストラクターのノリがよく、随所で楽しませてくれます。

Such a great time with beautiful scenery! I would highly recommend this tour.

They were both super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and sites. I loved the waterfall and the fact we got to go swimming in the pond and under the waterfall! Next time we are on the island I will definitely book this tour again.

ウォーターゾーン！楽しかったです！
Reviewed by: azumy, 2024/03/02ジュラシックパークの世界観にどっぷりハマることができました日本の免許を持っていけば誰でも運転できます️前半に一箇所、後半に三箇所ほどウォータースポット（水たまり？）があって、全力でアクセルを踏み込めば、急流滑りくらい濡れますが最高です（笑）ふたりで交互に運転するなら、ビュースポットで降りるたびに交代すればどちらも体験できます顔や髪、服は砂埃(と、水)でちゃんと汚れるので、気になる方はウェットティッシュや着替えを持っていくのがいいかもです。トイレは綺麗でした！インストラクターの方は英語話者の方ですが、お一人日本人の職員さんもおられるので安心です！今回はバギーでしたが、次回は乗馬やジップラインも体験してみたいです

牧場内にはいろいろ映画の撮影に使われたと思う施設があり、ジュラシックパークの映画がよみがえってきました。
約１時間弱四輪バギーで牧場内を駆け抜けて貴重な体験をさせていただきました。またの機会にもう一度訪れたいと思います。

Off-Road Solo Stand-Up ATV Adventure Trek in Oahu - Coral Crater Adventure Park
Highly recommend ATV tour :)
Reviewed by: Bun Bun, 2024/03/01We had a couple of hours to fill before dinner reservations in Waikiki, so I convinced my partner to do the tour, since it was only 1 hour and we could get back in time for dinner. They had a shower on site which was very helpful lol. There are no sides on these ATVs so there is nothing to protect you from mud and you WILL get really dirty! But it’s worth it, we had sooo much fun. The courses were twisty and had lots of jumps and puddles. We talked about it the whole way home and all through dinner. I wanna go back and do the zipline, it looked like so much fun!

So much fun!

What an amazing fun time!!

I was so nervous but the kids just had to go, so I went, despite my fears... but the tour guide, Kimo, was sooo nice, encouraging me without pushing me to do anything I was uncomfortable with, saying I had already done the hard part, just by coming here. The kids had a blast (apart from rolling their eyes at their lame dad). By the end I was zipping around and even doing jumps! I didn’t want it to end. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Hawaii, but if I do, Coral Crater will be first on my list of things to do.

Kawasaki オフロードバギーに乗り込み、いざ出発。比較的整備された道を進み最初の寄り道スポットで駐車し、説明を受ける。(英語) この後アップダウンの道をキャーキャー言いながら3地点ほど止まりながら最終地点に向かう。顔と服は砂まみれになるのでバンダナで口を覆うべし。

Hawaii Zipline Tours - Big Island Waterfall & Rainforest Zip Adventure
You'll Feel Like Mary Poppins but over a Waterfall

They know what they are doing (with a flare of joking) to take your nerves from reminding you you’re going to be hundred of feet up in the air. It’s worth it! You’ll appreciate the picturesque palm trees, streams and lastly the huge waterfall. This took my breath away but in a good way. Bring your camera for all the unforgettable shot. What you show all your social media friends and family will surely make them jealous. Love the experience highly recommended!

Reviewed by: はわい夫, 2024/02/29乗馬体験をしました。乗馬体験自体はとても楽しかったですが、サイトには8時集合13時出発とのことで午前の半日の予定をしていましたが、実際は8時集合15時半出発となり、現地到着後もアクティビティ開始まで2時間待ち、アクティビティ終了後も2時間バス出発まで計4時間待ち時間がありました。結果丸一日がかかり午後の予定をキャンセルせざるえませんでした。上記の理由から、予約される方はご注意された方がいいと思います。

Hawaii ATV Ride Tour at Kohala Coast - Sea to Mountain Off-Road Adventure
Highlight of our Trip to The Big Island!

Henry was an awesome guide; we got a kick out of watching him chase a group of wild pigs. :-D He did a great job pointing out photo opportunities, wild animals, and educating us on the history of Kohala.
Jerry drove us to and from the meeting point. He was super friendly and shared lots of stories about growing up on the island and the importance of family. He also pointed out places to eat in Kohala on the way back, which was good because we were hungry!
Isiah was the second guide on our tour, and he picked ripe fruit from the land during our snack stop at a beautiful waterfall. It was fun to try all fruits and hang out with them, learning the history of the land.
Overall would highly recommend this tour!

Mauna Kea Evening Stargazing & Daytime Solar Viewing Tour with Dinner

Reviewed by: Elena M, 2024/02/26Henry is a wonderful tour guide. He told us so many interesting things about Big Island culture, history, plants, geology, stars. He was great with the kids and took a good care of us all. The Rainbow fall was beautiful and the banyan tree nearby was insane! The star gazing was great even though the conditions were not the best (bright moon). For me the best experience of the tour was getting deep inside the cave - it was amazing, I had never seen anything like it.
